With this current meltdown, I've chosen to go with more healthful options than booze.  Although I've smoked pot for a while, it's not that healthy for us kinda old folks, so I was looking for alternatives.  AND SPARC delivers.  I had the marvelous first entree into SPARC Santa Rosa with Synthia.  She recommended the best low-mg options and tasty foods that we simply love.  Clearly what Synthia recommends are regular sell-outs, and she's always available online to recommend alternatives, like the new local honey, spiked with cannabis to drink with herbal tea at night to help sleep.  Synthia is simply amazing, ridiculously responsive, and a wonderful resource.  So happy to know her!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Great prices. Not a long wait like the newly opened places closer to home in Illinois. They also recommended some pain cream that worked great on the sore back. If you are traveling through CA, this is a great place to stock up on some drops, gummies and pain cream to make your stay in CA pain-free and a bit more laid back and enjoyable.

I am so happy to come here and buy my medicinal necessities. Their customer service is amazing. I've been to Sebastopol when they are out of stock of my faves. And I continue to come here because of the great service and product! PS they have a great client rewards system!

Excellent customer service every time I have been to this store, but today I'd like to give a special shout out to the manager Jessi and other employee Cynthia! I hope my mom brain remembered those correctly but they definitely deserve the recognition. Super accommodating during these rough times!! Both very friendly and it really makes me appreciate the business as a whole. Thanks again!

I am obsessed with PLUS edibles. They keep my anxiety at bay and this is the only place I can find all the ones I like. Highly recommend.

Hoping the next time I order will be better. Did not receive anything this time. Looking forward to it, said they were understaffed so they could not deliver. I understand, but it would've been nice to get a cancellation notice so I would not have been waiting and expecting delivery. They were also unclear of when the delivery time would've been or how I would pay. Not recommended.

Ohmygoddess where do I even start?I am a disabled Veteran with both physical and mental disabilities, and the WHOLE TEAM here always goes out of their way to help me. Josh, the manager, is especially a rock star.

Great service, low prices and amazing product selection!  Lots of parking available.  I love that I can order online and my order is ready for pick up in 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend Sparc!

$87 for an eighth of weed huh??? That's some audacity right there considering corporation probably grows all their own product and then create pseudo companies to buy and I use that term loosely by products only to turn around and sell it for a ridiculous markup and yeah I know there's taxes involved but you can still take that hit yourselves and make a huge profit especially considering the revolving door of employees you have.

Staff here is exceptionally good.  They are kind and patient and professional.  Having said that, the flower is not so impressive.  It's really overpriced and everything I've gotten so far, was extremely dry.  5 stars for the staff.  2 stars for the product.

Giovanni is an awesome budtender! He had the whole menu in mind and made awesome recommendations. Great selection and staff here... I'll be back!

I wish I could give this place a better review, but in comparison to their competition, they aren't competing.  This location is convenient to me, but I'd rather drive 15 extra minutes to shop.Low supply and high prices are a great deterrent for me. The excuses are getting old. If I can pay $5-10 less at other locations there's a problem.  Instead of blaming congressmen try adjusting your business practices to compete with your competition.  Anybody with a brain knows that calling state reps to get taxes lowered is about as productive as staring at the sun to improve eyesight.Staff is always very friendly, but sadly I don't see a future for this place unless customer experience improves. There has to be a benefit to paying more and I haven't found one here.

My favorite dispensary. I really appreciate the quality of the products and the very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. By the way, they give the same excellent service over the phone.

Their hours of operation were incorrect.  Drove 30 minutes for them to be closed 2 hours earlier than advertised.  Very unfortunate and unprofessionalAfter explanation from manager/owner.  Review will stay the way it is since there was no signage on the door and nothing on their website.  Still very u professional

I drive by this location everyday, until today I decided to come in today. It isn't the biggest dispensary around so I was a little skeptical. I had to wait in line to go in but once I got in, I was greeted by Ryan which made my experience ten time better. Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me products he thought was worth buying. I ended up getting couple eighths and a cartridge for what I seem like was a great deal. I will definitely come back and recommend my friends to Ryan

Oh My Goddess!  SPARC I f%¢#ing LOVE U SO MUCH!!!!!  First of All they treat everyone like Royalty.  Second of all Top of the Line Material for the Best Prices.  Third of all,  every location is the same Excellent Quality Level of Awesomeness.  SPARC, what would I do w/out ya??? Don't ever go away;-)

UPDATE:After my review here, I was contacted by management to correct the situation and make me aware that my comments were heard. I really appreciated them reaching out to let me k ow that I was heard and that they would be making strides to correct the situation. I increased my stars to 4, because communication and customer service go a very long way with me. Thanks Sparc! I went here for the first time on Black Friday, completely unintentional. It was packed, they had some deals going on. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I understand that there needs to be security, but it was a little intense. I was being watched the entire time, and there was a man just standing and watching my transaction; I'm sure it was for security reasons and to make sure that the customer service was there, but man- it was a little too much. I liked my products, however the cream I purchased was defective- the pump was broken. I called and the guy was nice, but said I would have to wait a week because they are currently out of the product. I get it, but it's frustrating. I much preferred Solful in Sebastopol.

U can go anywhere for the same thing and cheaper and nicer people. This place is also dirty and u heard they sell old stuff alot cause they r so lazy to change out good product also their farm is trash

I was quite pleased with the wide selection at my first visit.  Knowledge employees on the many different strains and able to answer questions that I had, after reviewing their online menu, and I purchased 3 different strains.  After testing each of them, I firmly believe that I have finally found a Sonoma County dispensary that I can visit and after my purchases will leave me with satisfaction that I have made quality purchases that I will have no worries of being disappointed as I have had far to many times with other local dispensaries.

I like this place,I have only been to a 3 or 4 places and the staff there know there stuff,not snobby and nice to talk to, prices about the same has the anywhere else and some nice products, website is very easy to use and tells you what to expect from the product

Friendly staff! I have to say! I walk out here a happy camper. Knowledge staff and I like it how they include the descriptions on their shelves for each product. it's easier for me to find exactly what I need. Although I do t like how they charge extra for debit. ;( but over all I still like it and highly recommend it.

I'd give negative stars if I could. If I ever go back to this place it will be because it was my only option. All I wanted to do was browse the cases for a bit and make a decision but the person that was "helping" me literally stood there and watched me the entire time! If I moved, he moved....I don't understand why a customer would be treated that way and it was so uncomfortable that I left without buying anything. I drove straight to organicann where I can shop without being uncomfortably smothered!!!

The staff was nice but honestly very expensive and the product I purchased was not good at all. Also lacking variety forsure, this is the 3rd dispensary I've been to in the area and every where else I've been to has been significantly cheaper (even with tax and everything), way better quality, and way better variety. Only thing good is that they are open a little later than others. They also gave us a little glass piece for our first visit which was very nice, and like I said very nice staff but overall I won't be back.

Amazing people! Was my 1st time (earlier today) was easy to get everything set up, just a scan of my i.d. and I was set, can't wait to visit the Sebastopol location! small, and nice inside, the cases everything is displayed in are super nice! Had a great experience! Will be coming back again soon!

Over priced for weed that looks like it was grown in my closet. You pay more for the glass jar than you do the actual bud. The people are extremely nice and the hours of operations are awesome, but I will not be coming back here. My saying stands true: "if they sell it in glass jars, stay away".

They had a good deal on the gummies, but the flowers were all overpriced. I ended up getting an eighth of dried up popcorn buds for $40 that should not have been sold for even $25 an eighth. If I could have seen what I was buying I never would have bought it. I have not had to pay that much for an eighth since the 90's. And that was the lowest price bud there. I looked at a $55 an eighth OG, figuring that one should look really good. Those buds looked even worse then the other eighth. Needless to say, I will not be back there again.

Went in at 8:45 and this bigger guy wouldn't check me in to get my meds because I was a new customer and their "guest services were closed." I understand that it takes time to put in a new customers information but they continued to take regular customers after 9:01. Won't be returning.

I'm a North Bay resident who used to shop at the original SF store, and had a favorable impression of that dispensary a few years back so I was excited to see they had opened a North Bay store.  In looking at their menu selection for concentrates, however, I was bummed to see that all the offerings used butane extraction methods rather than cleaner, healthier C02 extraction.  I sent an email asking if they ever offered or would consider offering cleaner concentrates, and never heard back.  Meh - plenty of other quality dispensaries that prioritize customer service and customer health, so I moved on.

The Santa Rosa store It's the worst. It's clear here that they only care about the money the store makes and do not care about the patients . It's a constant game of pass the buck no one cares about patient's concerns it's only about the money. All members do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I am a medical user and have been going here for 4 years for pain control & sleep assistance.  The place is clean, staff is of varying levels of knowledge and the vibes are good.  I'd suggest shopping with the older staff, they just seem to have more knowledge about the make up of the elixirs and what will work best for your particular problem.  I'd also suggest trying to figure out a good time of day to avoid crowds.  It can be hard to communicate with too many people talking loudly at one time.

Disappointed that you can't see some of the actual product because of the containers they are in have stickers all around. Also you can't smell any of the products. Not coming back anymore, most of the other stores you can see and smell all the products. Not happy with my purchase, the name made it sound good but when I was able to see the actual product It wasn't what I expected.

After two visits and a couple hundred dollars later ,  I can say that the customer service is good, the edibles selection is decent but the flower has been horrible. The first time I went I got the cheapest they had and it was nothing special definitely old, the second time I went I spent a lot more money to only find out that the quality was even worse. Both times I bought flower from here when opened it was stale, old, compressed, and the driest I have ever purchased. I cannot risk spending anymore of my money here.

Another example of the best business practices is when I purchased a cartridge that was defective and I took it back to the store with my receipt and they happily exchanged it for me there by leaving one more satisfied happy customer out the door to return again and again it's too bad other businesses don't practice these best business practices such as sparcHey y'all so yesterday there was a lady in your collective who left her three-year-old in the car with the car running in the parking lot and nobody did anything about it.

SPARC is the spot to go! If you're a bit clueless like myself, the staff here is so incredibly helpful and will take all the time you need to help direct you in the proper direction when picking out which products to try. They have a private parking lot with plenty of space which is nice. There's a line from time to time, but once you're in it's easy and painless. During the shelter in place, I placed my order online, buying a cartridge and a few other goodies. Once I arrived, I waited in a short line, showed my id, and they came back and provided me my purchase. When I got home I realized that the cartridge I bought was the completely wrong size. I had noticed it didn't mention anything about sizing on the website nor was there a picture of the cartridge itself. I called SPARC and let them know my situation. I honestly wasn't expecting anything, given the situation these days of covid-19. Thank goodness they were so kind and understanding, offering to switch it out for me since they had mistakenly not provided a proper picture or explanation on the website. I went right back and they switched it out for me even though I know they'd have to throw it away since I took it home. Great spot overall and that just gave me even more of a reason to give them my support. (:

Poor value.  I come here occasionally because their hours are good. But they are seriously over priced for flower. You can do so much better 3 miles up the road in North SR Lark field at Redwood Herbal Alliance. Disappointed tonight at their poor selection of overpriced flower.

The people here are nice and they have a good selection. My problem was with prices and fees. I expected their prices to include tax because they are a few dollars more expensive than other dispensaries I've visited in the area, but no, the prices do not include tax. They told me they take debit, but then they charge a $3 debit fee. They have to round up to the nearest $5 for the transaction and return the difference in change (which is fine) but THEN my bank charged a $2.50 ATM fee for this purchase. So I paid $5.50 in fees to purchase items that were more expensive here than other shops in the area. Like I said, nothing wrong with the service or selection and I know a lot of businesses are struggling financially right now but fees like that add up for the consumer. I guess my advice would be to pay in cash.

LARRA! (And im hoping I spell it right)Was FANTASTIC!!!! SOOOOOO much new information. Ive only been using weed since its become legal. RA, Fybro, broke neck, fractured vertebrae. On oxycodone for 7 yrs. Went to ONLY pot and an RA drug. Very little info has been given about products at other places.Im such a rookie! I happened to have a packaging problem with the RSO and Larra gave some advice for me to use the applicator/syringe with more ease. LARRA was a WEALTH of knowledge and very kind.  And took the time to explain things!!!THANK YOU!!! (I love this place!)

The place is under construction but the service wasn't.  Everything felt very safe physically as well as covid precautions.  I was greeted upon entering, everyone said goodbye upon departure.  I also felt the people were genuinely happy to be there and help me.  I also got some good flower at a great price

Security guard came out to my car and started talking shit because I parked slightly on the line (not knowing I was on the line) told me that next time to "not park retarded"also said he would tow my car and make it that I could never go there again.This is my first and last time going there.

On New Years Eve, as I pull up and get out of the car, the front person looks me right in the eye and locks up. He could have let me in, and if I had been there seconds earlier, he would have had to. He saw me, looked at the clock, and waited until the nanosecond it turned 9 to lock it. I was literally reaching for the door.So much for worker solidarity. Looks like 2022 is going to be great. Happy New Year!

Fun fact: my mother recommended this place. There is no membership required, but you will be ID'd at the door. The staff is super friendly and were great in helping us view the menu and getting the product.  We even got some free samples of mints.One of my fav canna places to go when in town visiting family.
