The absolute best dispensary in North California! A huge space that is more reminiscent of an art gallery than a dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable and on point. The products by Natural Cannabis are top quality. They have a high art competition that is world wide! The 420 community spirit doesn't get any better than this. What are you waiting for?

What wouldn't a person love about a club with 3d walls, layered with plenty to check out either before or after you get your happy smoke or edibles. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. If the person you ask doesn't know, they'll find someone who does for you. The way they have set the place up with the artwork and the layered walls is just awesome. I see something new every time I go. And if they happen to be out of your favorite cartridge, they will suggest one that's practically the same but maybe a different taste. Always good choices there. Hugely important in this line of work is that:The staff do their jobs well. They are strict but without being assholes about following the rules.This is one of two stores I go to. This one is large, the other is small by comparison but are both equally stocked and knowledgeable about their product.

Called to see what kind of clones they have the guy Steve said call back around 12-1 to see but what would be the point if I went there in person and they don't have any out ? I'll take my money else where where they can tell me what clones they have and have them put out

If you want to stroll through a large cannabis themed warehouse, this place is for you.  if you want to buy cannabis, go elsewhere.  I'm an older vet and have been to many dispensaries in CA and Oregon and this one stuck out - in a bad way.    Pro:  -Very large selection          -Cool looking spaceCons: - Crappy online ordering system            -Flawed inventory tracking            -Deceptive marketing regarding Veteran and senior discounts            - Marginally helpful workers            - Feels like you're shopping in a pot warehouse that is primarily focused on being acquiredI wanted to buy a special brand of concentrates, which were on their website.  I called to see if it was in stock and the person said they couldn't do a stock check but online ordering had the accurate inventory.  No problem.  I check online and order two items.  About two hours later I head to the store to pick up my order (My email confirmation said all orders are ready in under two hours).  I walk in, show my ID, and ask about veterans discounts.  Yes, they do, but only on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.   Today is Wednesday - I guess they only appreciate my service every other day?  Seems like a marketing scam so they can say they offer vet (and senior) discounts.  EVERY OTHER dispensary I have ever been to has veterans discounts, every day of the week.  I get in the one line to pick up my order.  When the rep goes to get it, after five minutes she comes back to tell me one of the items isn't in stock.  She brings me to the store manager to check out and I explain all of this, suggesting they might want to work on that, and I also mention the curious discount policy.  He tells me the owner is a vet and supports vets - but can't justify the discount policy.  The online ordering system is new and they're still getting used to it.  It's clear this is the way they do business, period.  While I didn't go in looking for a discount, it did surprise me that the manager didn't have the desire or authority to throw me a bone of any kind.  Could have been 5% off on my next visit, or letting me have the vet discount on a Wednesday.  Either the owner doesn't give the front line workers any discretion (not good for service or employee morale) or they're so focused on the bottom line (trying to sell the business) that customers are a means to an end.

I spent $100 on two 8ths.  Zookies and the other is zkittlez.  This flower has got to be 5 months old or more.  It burns the throat and hurts the longs.  Horrible flower product.  I do not recommend buying flower from here.  Garbage quality when advertised as quality and presented as quality.   The hash rosin I bought flower rosin that was advertise as hash rosin.  I had a lab buddy test and came garbage.  Please reframe from spending hard earned money with this company.

This place has sold me moldy weed twice.  Their return policy is sketchy at best.  Won't issue full refunds for bad product.

Great deals, I love that they have a bunch of ounces for only $175 each. Just got a few strains and some edibles yesterday. I've been about five times probably in the past as well. Everyone who works there is always very friendly and willing to chat and help you out with what you're looking for. They have an awesome art section with cool stuff that you can get for fairly cheap prices. I like them better than Mercy in Cotati. Even the bags that they saw the individual eighths in are trippy as hell to look at. Props to them for being open during this crisis of the coronavirus and everything.

Legendary Cannabis Shop in the USA!, Original in so many different ways, at last, you have found the promised land among so many questionable operations rising, Organicann The Natural Cannabis Co is the premiere dispensary in Santa Rosa and by far the best and trusthworty, affordable prices, quality, potency, high art, exclusive products! there's more but I cannot take away all the fun and experience come for yourself and pick up your flowers, edibles or dabs!They have been testing the products for pureness/potency from the start I believe that's 15 years strong!!! when others where NOT I remember that's because there was no regulation to oblige by until 2018 when Recreational regulations kicked in how bout that? they CARED for us the customer from start and that is another reason that keeps my loyalty.If your new to ORGANIC cannabis you might find its delicate taste and carefully crafted batches more pure than the chemically enhanced filth found at other places and this might take some what getting used to in fact it's some what of a cleanse leaving you feeling the PURE effects so for those claiming that they carry BOOF? I know that they are not in fact they often carry strains that are in the low 30s in THC numbers! An Honest review from a Ganja Smoker since 1997.

As a recreational participant I never imagined I would need Medical Marijuana. One of my clients, I am a Real Estate Agent, ask me if I would, could  find some relief for his son who suffers from Crohn's Disease. AMAZING I guess I just had no expectations. The staff was so knowledgeable. The difference between the right and wrong product. Thank you staff and I guess most importantly the Owners. They hired and educated them. This young man with Crohn's suffers terribly, but the medicine has offered incredible relief for him. He's eating as well. Thank you. Dedee

Small parking lot is extremely busy with coming and going of customers, in fact so busy I was hesitant to backup my car when leaving, sure that I would be hit; all was okay and I made it out unscathed.It's very reassuring to see security guards. The sales staff are always helpful and answer any questions I have, in fact they've been able to make recommendations for products that ended up being useful to me.This is my go to dispensary.

No Raw Garden , No Heavy Hitters , Just Jetty crap for extract  . Great place to buy a hat or look around at the cool skulls and shit, saw a couple good strands of flower maybe and Harleys DS in there.

I came here for the first time with my little sister.  We were there to get some flowers for a friend who needed the encouragement.  Upon entrance you are carded by the security at the gate.  When you enter the building they have you sign in again.  I love this place as you walk around it is a one stop shop for all your cannabis needs the "budtenders" help you make your selection and answer all your questions.  I love the decor and style in this location.  The staff is knowledgeable and friendly- I will definitely be back each time that I come to visit my family in Santa Rosa

I have been going here off and on for years now and have been mostly happy with the outdoor flower that I get. The other day I bought 2 eighths and they both were just tiny buds. Will be going to another club next, which with these exorbant taxes will be awhile. Rather smoke my free homegrown.

Stopped by here with my mom who wanted to try something out for her muscle pain. I came here because I had a recommendation through a family member. It was dark outside so we had a hard time locating the business. We pulled back around after we passed the business. I went in through an exit driveway and not an entrance. It was completely dark and you couldn't really see the "exit" signs. As soon as I pull in to the park and an exit the car, an asshole employee who stands outside checking ID was like "You came in through an exit, YA DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN."  I apologized. Dude didn't have to be such an asshole. There was legit no cars in the parking lot. Luckily, I couldn't find my ID to get in. After being treated the way I did by an employee in the parking lot, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Me and my girlfriend's experience on 1/3/2020 at 11am Upon arriving we were greeted by a lovely security guard and a kind bud tender/receptionist. She was amazing and helped me get set up as this was my first time here. We walked over to the other bud tenders waiting to be helped...or even acknowledged. I asked the 3 bud tenders on the end, in front of the pre rolls, how the processed worked since I was new. They all ignored me. Repeated my question and the guy counting his drawer finally answered me and told me to get in line (which there wasn't one). Again I'm new, there is no sign anywhere to tell you where the line starts and the bud tender didn't share this information.We waited about a minute and one of the 3 guys finally asked how he could help us. I told him I was looking for some indica hybrid pre rolls. I then asked him what the THC percentages were on 3 of the options. He legit rolled his eyes and said "Ugh I'd have to look at all of them." Oh I'm sorry to inconvenience you with wanting to know about the product I'm buying. I mistook you for a bud tender. During this interaction one of the previously mentioned guys laughed at me when I asked my question about percentages. Terrible experience at a place I was super stoked to check out. I can't comment on if their selection is good, we received such terrible help and were made to feel uncomfortable that we just got pre rolls and left. @management, you can thank Pono O and his Chad bro's for this 1 star experience. We mentioned our experience to the girl upfront and she was again so kind to us.

Worst dispensary experience in years. Ordered online, called in and was told my order was ready then drove 2hr only to find out only 1/4 of what I ordered was available. Complete waste of time - every other dispensary I've been to recently keeps the online menu updated and can properly confirm if an order is fulfilled.Do not trust their online menu and do not trust them when they "confirm" things over the phone

I have been coming here for years. (Before cannabis was legalized) I also go to Mendocann in Hopland a lot. Always buying edibles, cartridges, and concentrates. I would always get a lot of items & write down a list in my phone & tell the person at the cash register when I got there. One day, a girl said to me "hey! you cant have your phone out like that." I told her I always did it because I had to write down what I wanted & wouldn't remember everything when I got to the register. Multiple employees saw me do it and never said anything. She was very rude and had an attitude with me about it instead of just giving me a "friendly reminder" like she could have... Now they finally got smart & have notepads & pens out for people so they can write down what they want instead of having to write it down in their phone.There was also a time when I bought a bunch of edibles & a 1gram cartridge...I got out to my car & (thank god) i looked at my receipt & saw that i was charged for 2 cartridges when I was only given 1 and only wanted 1. (Each cartridge was about $70 with tax) The African American male manager was the one who "helped" return it for me. He was a complete ass to me the whole time & acted like I did something wrong...even though THEY were the ones that overcharged me!!! It was like he was mad that I caught their mistake.What REALLY drew the line for me and made me stop coming here is the experience that my mom & sister had when they went here about a month ago. They came in looking at clones for my sisters friend.(because he is sick & cant leave his house) They are not familiar with dispensaries or the "rules". They tried calling ahead of time to ask what they had in stock, but were told they couldn't be given that information over the phone (which is totally understandable). When they got there, my sister tried to call her friend to tell him what clones they had & the manager quickly told her "You cant make calls in here! Put your phone away" She asked how she was supposed to be able to tell her friend what they had in stock if she couldn't call him or text him. He just said "if you want to make a call, it needs to be done outside." He was completely rude about it & talked down to them like they were stupid. They ended up leaving and getting clones somewhere else. Hey ORGANICANN! How about instead of insulting your customers and treating them like they're stupid for not knowing something, you EDUCATE your customers!!!!! Some people simply do not know. After leaving organicann & buying my products elsewhere, I've also discovered Organicanns prices are OUTRAGEOUS compared to other dispensaries.  I can go to a different dispensary & buy the same exact edibles that I would have bought here....for literally HALF the price. Yes, half!!!!!!!!!! STOP SHOPPING AT ORGANICANN!!!!

Wow talk about snobby and rude. I don't know what they've been smoking over there but I don't want any of it. I called to see what clones they have in stock since I'd be driving an hour and a half to get there and I'm looking for particular strains. Their response was "we don't tell you over the phone" (EVERY one of the other 20+ dispensaries  I've called has no problem telling me). When I told them this, the response was "we have people drive 8 hours to get clones and that's just the way it is" with a shit ton of attitude. What a joke. Why shop here when you can't know if they have what you want? Find another friendly and helpful place to go.

Apretty good selection of vape cartridges, edibles and buds but don't expect refunds if the product is bad or malfunctioning.

This place is the only place in Santa Rosa that sells Jayden's Juice, with that being said it would be nice if someone knew how to answer the telephones over there. For the past 2-3 months , I keep getting hung up on. ?? What's the deal? Anyone else experiencing this too?

I spent three hours calling the Santa Rosa location in hopes to help my terminally ill grandparents order CBD drops. I finally gave up and when I addressed the phone/email issue in person, Organicann employee's stated that they had disabled all phone lines and email communication during the Shelter in place order, and are not catering to cancer patients! I was told at check out that my grandparents can go elsewhere if they need special accommodations.

What Happened to Organicann?You can't see or smell the Weed, until you pay for it, and leave the property?   That's a deal breaker right there..But on top of that, The product (smoking weed), was sad, dry and old looking   what happened to ORGANICANN?  I guess they are focusing their sales on people who dont know what good weed looks or smells like.That's the only way their way can make sense now.This was not the case a few years ago.I used to go regularly when I had a Medical Issue and Pot was only sold as medicine.  So, I still have all those old clear plastic containers they used to use to sell their weed in.You used to be able to see the Weed you were buying!  They used to have samples on display that you could smell and see..And.when you paid, the weed came in a clear container you could see that what you smelled and looked at, what exactly what you paid for.And When you conceal the product in a metallic SEALED ziplock bag you say to the customer...Trust us ! And When the customer gets home and opens the sealed metalic ziplock bag and find old weed,  thatsays to the customer.., We dont care if you buy from us again. Im not sure if they even give you the amount you pay for I did not weigh my purchases, because I assumed it was correct amount...but now I'm suspicious of that too.Im really saddened about this because Oganicann was the biggest, and was poised to be a  role model for Legal marijuana sales...Supermarket sized facility, with all varieties of Pots for sale..but I'd never buy anything else because they destroyed my trust in them...Two stars instead of one, because ..I used to LOve the place..

I really love this place. We always go here to get our clones. The people are ALWAYS really helpful and nice to us. There's a great selection. Monday - Friday is when the new clones comeIn.I don't really understand why people give this place such a bad review. The only thing I can think of is when it gets busy it gets hectic. But seriously, thats any shop you go to.

Good experience with flowers. The pre-rolled joints I get a headache trying to hit because they are packed way too tight.

Yesterday, I purchased a few clones. I'm an older gentleman and my vision,even with glasses is less than perfect. When I got home,and was repotting them, I noticed that they had white hairs forming upon them. I realized immediately that they were in the flowering stage of development. These clones were all of three inches high. I returned to Organicann the next  morning,thinking, they would realize, the plants were in no shape to be sold. Long story short, as I'm a one finger  typist. They did nothing for me. The manager, it appeared, thought I had manipulated them, in some way,  to get them to flower.early. I did have my receipt in hand,not even 24 hours old. He claimed, it was against the law to accept returns. I suggested he throw them out , and exchange them for new ones,being they were defective . I politely left with the clones and, will see if the sunlight, will return them, to the vegetative stage. Also  ,no one answers the phone.P.s. They felt condescending toward me as well. I knew what I was talking about.

This usually is my go to place. They were out of my usual cartridge so for the third time I got one of their disposable pens. This is the second time it hasn't worked and the battery doesn't heat anything and turns off after 2 second. Love to support them with their own stuff but hard to when it's inconsistent.

Meh  the store layout is great. The displays and artwork are really clean. But I purchased some flower  and some pre rolled joints, the flowers was mids but paid a premium price. Definitely for people who do not know good bud. This is the target of clubs... this is a corporation! They are only concerned with their bottom line. They sell BOOF. Weakest product on the market. Horrible management. Mercy Wellness has the fire and they actually hire people who come from the industry instead of people who come from the cooperate world. Just remember you get what you pay for. Cheap is cheap!

I went in there for the first time looking for something to help with my pain, and nausea, and to get off my pharmaceuticals. A gentleman named Brandon helped me figure out what would work best for me. I had no idea what to look for, or what would help. He was so kind, I know I was sweating like crazy under my mask. But he never got frustrated with my dozens of questions. He kept a smile, that I could hear through his voice the whole time, answered everything for me. Even showed me all the things I didn't even know existed! Towards the end he even asked next time I came in to let him know how what I got worked for me, so he could help the other patients. With me in crutches the entire staff went above and beyond even helping me to my car, all the while keeping distance and keeping their masks on even in that heat! I will 100% be coming back even if these items don't work for me, because the staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to help!

Wow, what's up with the 1-star reviews?The greeters have always been super pleasant, and I have yet to experience a line to get in. The initial sign up probably took 15 minutes, but subsequent visits have been without a hitch.The sales area is big and spacious, and they have a lot of employees to help, but I haven't found that their selection of products is vastly bigger than other dispensaries I've visited. Their flowers are prepackages by the gram or eighth, so that really speeds up the process. They have sample flowers to smell, but sometimes the samples are old and it's difficult to judge what you'll really get. At other places, you can smell the entire jar of fresh bud to get a real sense of what you'll be getting. I guess that's the price to pay for convenience.I've never waited for more than a minute or two to be helped, and I've never had a problem with walking out with the wrong product. The product stays with the sales person, and that person follows you to the register, and you watch them bag it for you. The whole experience is quite transparent. Prices are comparable with other dispensaries.

Concentrate selection is stale w no connoisseur or like items available, house products are  scary! On occasion they have a winner but mostly waste of energy! Good selection of starts, sometimes....Wednesday mostly!

I give this place 4 stars because of the variety, and depth of product. However, there is one thing that is very bothersome about this club and others. More and more I purchase flower that is clearly "old and stale" way to dry, no flavor, and out of date! It makes the flower almost non smokable. They should discount flower that has sat for multiple months, and they should mark "clearly" the pack in date for the consumer. Paying top shelf price for old stale out of date no flavor "hay" disguised as flower is ridiculous.

I have a question does organnican ever answer the phone or are they even open I've been trying to call because I live in Napa and want to make sure they have what I need before driving all the way over to S.R.

Always a good time, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little hectic when it's busy but there are plenty of spaces on the street to choose from. Just be aware of blind spots. I have a tiny car so sometimes it's hard to see when big vehicles are parked near the exit.

Great place once you get inside. I've made online orders in the past only to get there and they don't have the product in stock. They don't answer the phones! Either the line is busy or it automatically hangs up! Are customers just supposed to drive up a couple of hours to see that what they need (medical marajuana) is not there? Really doesn't work for people who don't live in Santa Rosa. Huge Bummer!

I've been going to this dispensary since August 2015. I've never had anyone be rude, never had a problem exchanging my purchase because one product was wrong. I've never had a problem with the bud tenders either but I listen and I pay attention. You also have to keep in mind that there are only so many employees but all the cash registers are always open. Update: I was over charged today and didn't realize it until I got home. I went back, explained what happened and again I was taken care of. Best dispensary in the area.

Seeds in their RESERVE Was Presidential OG. They should be slapped by anyone that smokes OG. Bummed i bought a quarter for over 100$ To smoke beans. I smoked 3 seeds. Garbage

I like everyone here & the selection, but I just got screwed over because I agreed to getting three grams since they didn't have an eighth in the one I wanted but an 8th is 3.5 grams and I just paid $30 for 3 grams. I want my .5 of a gram.  All sales are final so now I know for next time..

This place is so nice! Love all the art inside and the people are very friendly. Shannon helped me and gave me a lot of information. Very helpful, nice and made it a very positive and fun experience. Large selection and great people! Would definitely recommend!

I've been going to Organicann since the "get a doctors note/card for medical use" days, to be honest, I was never really too pleased with the costumer service. So I started going to the dispensary over by Roseland instead. I recently went in with a friend, for thc products and was helped by Miguel, he was very helpful and kind. The second time going with he welcomed me with a smile, remembering my name. Thanks for the warm welcoming, Miguel! Other employers should take  that to consideration, and learn a thing or two about costumer service from this young man.

I've been coming to Organicann for a few years now and have been pretty happy, until pot became legal for recreational use. They seem to have more people coming in, who are often newbies, and take the time of staff. Fine, I get it. Today I was waiting, for what seemed forever, when a guy finally came over and asked the two men next to me how he could help them. "EXCUSE ME? I've been here waiting." I was really forceful with my answer cuz I don't like when guys are waited on first without even asking who's next. This *really* irritated me.I see that you can order online and pick up in store, which I will probably do now, at least most of the time. But really, Organicann, either get some deli numbers for people or train your staff to ask "Who's next?" Because I have lots of options besides you.

First and last time at this establishment yesterdayThe people greeting you, security, and front desk were really nice. The sales people in edibles were uninformed and disinterested. That I could deal with. When my questions were handed off to "Joanna" I experienced the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. I spoke to the manager on my way out. He apologized, but that was all. He acted very surprised that Joanna would be rude, but then said she was having a "rough day".  Hello??! I use edibles and oils to treat a chronic illness,as I'm sure many others do. That can also cause "rough days". She should be fired. They need to take a page from Peace In on Dutton concerning customer service and education

It honestly sucks that they don't keep recommendations on file, I drove 10 miles to get here all to be turned away because I don't have my recommendation on file. Plus, if you are a medical patient and over 21, you do get taxed more heavily without your medical rec. I feel scammed.

Ive been coming here for more then 4 years!! Everyone is amazing. Everybody whose been around for a while has became part of our family!!! I feel very comfortable seeing people like Rick and Issaih who actually know der stuff! But Especially Henry who is the man! Making sure we are all set to go in! Hes amazing. Very outgoung and suppper talented! Not just keeps my fiance and i happy and excited to go in but everyone else seems to really LOVE his vibes! Like seriously he puts the hype in us when we walk in! The selection is very spread out but I also question how long some of the flower has been sitting in the back. I would still give this place a five star rating because of the service. I got a bud tender named Tim and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. I do recommend if you get the right bud tender. Ask for Tim!

Organicann is a Santa Rosa staple.  It was the first dispensary I ever went to and it's still the best.  I love the service and especially Mayme is one of my favorite people.  She is kind, patient and understanding and has impeccable taste in bud!

They have a pretty good selection of product and the inside is well done, but the bud tenders never seem overly helpful or friendly. I am giving organicann a 1 star because of my most recent experience. I went in with an online order. After waiting the 1 hour waiting period per the email they sent i went in to get my order. My order was not ready and the bud tender made a few mistakes while putting my order together for me. Those mistakes are understandable however, my issue is that he rang me up for 2 separate 1/8ths when I only ordered one. I knew what the total should have been and asked the bud tender why the price was so much higher. I told him my o line recipet was way cheaper and then the bud tender next to us chimed in saying sometime the online taxes don't come out the same. Apparently the extra $60 was "tax" that they claimed I had not accounted for. I went to my truck and reviewed my receipt at which point I realized the mistake. After a LONG wait the manger was able to get my money back but offered little remorse for the situation with a brief "hope this wasn't an inconvenience and enjoy your day" as I left the dispensary. My main issue is that I brought up the problem and was told by 2 employees that it was on my end. If I wasn't paying attention I could have easily been overcharged for a product I was receiving and even while paying attention i was quickly shut down when I asked to have a second look. I hope this review is helpful for those who are reading. With so many other great dispensaries in the area it may be worth taking a second look at other options.

I came here to get two grams of oil. I was helped by a older middle aged blonde lady. I told the names and of the two grams I wanted and she acted like I was speaking a foreign language. I suggested maybe they should maybe have a list to look at to make it easier for them ( so they have a clue which one of THEIR products the customer wants, since they don't know any of their own products in their OWN store). She proceeded to laugh in my face and say "That's not how it works".  It's hard to not think of this person as a total joke when they don't have a clue what their job is or how to do it properly. Almost seems like they grabbed this person off the street because they could care less. Like at some mcdonalds they just throw the food at because they only care about an unearned paycheck. I will just go to Mercy next time and remember maybe there is a line for a reason. I'd almost go back to organicann if i could always get the super cool older guy thats been there forever to help me out.

Normally i have a fine experience. Most of the employees are real cool and security is always nice. But last time i went, the person behind the counter was not cool at all. Not sure if i caught them in a bad mood, but as they were complaining about something to their coworker, they scanned my id. They said "good morning" and i said (admittedly softy) "hey", but  the response from them was offense. They followed with "wow you just say nothing? Fine whatever". Like i work in customer service, and have had people act unbelievably toward me. But demanding that somebody say something back, when they don't HAVE to (and i did...), was just not a good experience. As soon as i walked away they went back to completing to their friend. They don't listen for an answer, but get mad when they miss it? Lame dog

I'm so pleased this dyspensary is here in Santa Rosa, I'd been getting product from SF, I'm glad to know I don't need to make the drive, I love the facility it's well thought out and cool and there is plenty of selection it exceeded my expections and the pricing was fair.  ISIAH J. helped me and was very knowlegable, friendly and had a great vibe, all the employees were super helpful and friendly.....well done Organicann

There are many smaller Cannabis stores in Santa Rosa...feel free to go there. Medical users have been going here for years. Best prices around, I'm shocked people are COMPLAINING...Perhaps new rules threw people off when legalization occurred.  I've been using this dispensary for over 10years and it continues to improve each year in products and prices.I don't go ANYWHERE ELSE...why bother, they have it all at prices I haven't paid since the 1980's!

I love this place - saw a lot of bad reviews, are you on a bad trip mannnn? nah just jaggin. This place is like going to a mall for the kind. They always have special deals on sacks both indoor and outdoor, and further separated to sativa's, indica's, and hybrids. I've found the customer service to be excellent - everyone is always very cool. They have special events every few months and will have Comet Popcorn - no cost!!, sometimes free taco's, a DJ, free edibles, Bhang chocolates - growers symposiums. The prices are better than many other dispensaries. The place is HUGE - like I said, it's the size of a big box store with everything you need, including delicious medicated Ice Cream - seriously delicious. I haven't been to any place that compares to this one and I've never had something missing from my purchase. What more do you want? Go to Sonoma Dispensary on Cleveland next big 5 then come here. It's MEGA Awesome. And yes - they do have organic and it's quality. It's like all the downer stoners came out to write a bad review. No Diggity - No Doubt - Excellente!

Great dispensary(one of the best in town) with a lot of variety unlike other places! Everyone here are so helpful especially Henry he's the best! He's amazing! Whenever I need help with choosing Henry is always there! I can always trust his choices! They need to hire more ppl like him!!

I love Organicann, or as I call it "The Warehouse of Weed! It's the largest and best dispensary in NorCal. I'm so glad to be living nearby where we can get the awesome selection and great prices at this store. My out of town and other in-state friends also are amazed when they come here.

Cool place, no smoking within 1,000 feet, but whatever. Great customer service, quick check in, and prices are easy to find. No one really pesters you, nice experience.

Henry is awesome he always greats us with a smile and he is the most skilled with the office equipment . This dispensary offers ONLINE check-out service, easily picking up my online order at the registers.  This dispensary is the headquarter, offering a diverse selection of bud, concentrates, pre rolls, edibles, and the AGE growing department along with knowledgable & genuine employees. What separates Organicann from other dispensaries in the Bay Area, is the quality, including their yearly April celebration: HIGH ART.They take this to the next level, presenting it internationally and opening up to any artist in the world who wants to participate.The bud is pre- trimmed while processed, removing stems, & they weight out their grams over the business 1 gram measurement.Negative reviews can not destroy who they are as a business in the Bay Area, for they just celebrated their 11th birthday ? Not sure, but over a decade strong. They have a great "keep yo RECEIPT" policy..Fun fact: Jack Herer himself has been to this building before he passed away, RIP.

This was by far one of the best facilities I've been to, ever. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The energy is incredibly comfortable and you'll just be in awe of what the place looks like. Definitely will be back soon.

Used to love this place, and it is beautiful inside, but I wont be returning. I've had them mess up my order three separate times, twice with edibles. Sometimes it's not rung up properly, sometimes I end up with something I didn't want, sometimes I'm missing an item altogether. They are very accommodating with returns, but they used to read your order back to you on check out and that isn't happening consistently. Lately the flower has been very dry, even at the "top shelf" prices. Other local dispensaries have more consistent product and service; this place is good mostly for cheap bud. I would recommend elsewhere.

This place is a sham. It's called organican and nothing is organic.  Tons of midgrade hydro crap. BOOF TOWN is what they should be called. Save your money and buy from a reputable operation.  One that is not riding on organic farming while pumping out chem Hydro Mids at best.

I work at a different dispensary in the area so I do enjoy branching out to other collectives. My boyfriend enjoys coming here so I decided to go one night to check it out. When we figured out our order an employee told us to meet him at register 9. We walked over and waited as he gathered our items. A tall, buff, white tattood employee with a stupid white hat with a slighting flipped up lid walked up to the register, looked at my boyfriend and scoffed "what are you doing here?" Uuh excuse me?? My boyfriend pointed to the employee helping us and said he told us to come to register nine. The white buff asshat scoffed at him and told him to move.What?!If I acted like this at my dispensary I would be fired!! On our way out we mentioned it to 3 employstaff members who all nodded their heads in a way of "oh yeah this guy is always a jack ass" It totally ruined any good feelings I had about this place. Dispensary's can be intimidating and they hire BULLIES. There are better dispensary's with much friendlier staff in the area.Update:I feel like one of THOSE customers who says they won't go back, and then goes back anyway lol so I did, I went back. And GUESS who my budtender was? Yup, the same dude. My receipt says his name is . And once again he was condescending and rude. He didn't even greet me, just snagged my order from my hand and walked away. And he got my order wrong. I didn't realize until I got to the car that he gave me a half of gram of wax and a full gram of Legion. (I wanted opposite. You think he'd get it right by how confidently he took my order without confirming it.) so yeah, my bad I guess. That was my lesson for going back.

I called to ask if they carried a specific product today at 1:00pm and the girl on the phone said she couldn't help me due to the amount of calls coming in.Really Bro? My fault for calling, as I read the yelp reviews on this place before calling. Shoyhave heeded the advice given.I will give my money and loyalty to a different business.

Do not buy from here, moldy weed, seed central, and  shitty service. All show no quality. Owner is rude and do not comply with california standards. By far the worst option for clean, fresh buds.

This place has the potential to be great.  It is Woman-owned (yay!) and has a lot of fascinating art as well as a large variety of plants and other cannabis products.  It's very clean, spacious and organized at the entry.  But the negatives really out-weigh the positives in my mind.  1). Insufficient parking and neighbors who patrol their lots for clients trying to use their space.  2).  The plant lady isn't patient or helpful.  She makes it sound like you need a bachelors degree in plant science to grow two plants in your back yard.  She doesn't like to answer questions.  Instead she tells you that you need to read more.  She may be smart, but her attitude is really off putting. 3). The clone prices are nuts!    The price two years ago was $8/plant.  Last year was $12-15.   This year it's $20-30.   I feel gouged.  3).  I'm just a customer.  I don't need every employee to fist pump me like I'm their old buddy from prison, for chrissakes.  I hope that Prop 64 opens this business up for competition.  Service is not consistent and clone prices are cray-cray (fist pump, fist pump).

I gave it 5 stars in 2014 and I'd give it 10 now if I could. I've since moved out of Sonoma county so my visits aren't as frequent but every time I go, I regret ever leaving. I want to update my review and address some of the negatives I see people post and highlight what I consider to be the positives. No parking? Yes it can be crowded. Have I ever got a ticket? No. do I have to wait to park sometimes? Yes. BUT, MOST CLUBS THAT ARE LEGIT HAVE THIS PROBLEM i.e. most of the clubs in berkeley and HTP or Highway 29 in Vallejo. Clones Prices: I was there last week. 2 clones for 30 bucks. They had teens for $30 to $40 and mothers for $60. Again, in line with most legit clubs that actually inspect their clones and know the genetics etc. For the guy who doesn't like the fist bumps: Who pissed in your cheerios? They are a friendly and welcoming staff. In your same post you complain that the other people lady wasn't helpful or patient? Maybe robots would be better....PROS: FRIENDLY STAFF, WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, CRAZY AMOUNT OF STRAINS AT VARIOUS PRICES, AWESOME CONCENTRATES AND EDIBLES, GREAT AMOUNT OF CLONES AT LEGIT PRICES, PROFESSIONAL AND WELL ORGANIZEDTIPS: - If it is busy and you've been waiting, making eye contact with someone helps. I never ever have a problem waiting longer than I feel like I should. - Ask questions. Regardless of what some of the people have posted here, the people working there do know what they are talking about. When it comes to cannabis/thc/cbd remember everyone experiences it different and enjoys it differently. If you ask someone and you don't like or agree with that they have to say, ask someone else. - Look for specials. There are often awesome deals.OVERALL THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THE BAY AREAS PREMIERE CLUBS REGARDLESS OF REVIEWS AND WAS SETTING THE STANDARD OF BEING A LEGIT AND WELCOMING PLACE BEFORE MANY OF THESE OTHERS. The variety of product is amazing. Something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and matched what I wanted  with the right stuff.  Brought my elderly dad and the staff was helpful and made him very comfortable. He even liked the art !

First time there and store and people were cool. Bought two prerolls and both rolled so tight and had stems poking out that neither of them would even light. Will have to break down and refill witch defeats rage whole purpose. Might try again but not the prerolls.

By far the best. Better than clubs in SF. Huge selection. Much better prices. Info and prices are clearly posted for easy browsing.  And it's filled with artwork! They host an annual High Art contest with art zine, Juxtapoz. This is run more like any non-cannabis  store that we, as adults, are familiar with. There's no need for the dispensary model that imitates that of a bank, or a jewelry shop. Least of all a pretentious wine bar. We don't need to have our hands held to be walked through every up-sell, listening to a mini sales pitch with everything they put in front of us. Organicann gets it right.

This is a tough review to write because the shops variety and staff is awesome but there is a lot that sucks. Let's start with the suck and then go to the good.The suck!The parking is a crap shoot. Organicann is located off street down almost an alley. It has a terrible concrete road and then you have to find a spot in a 15 car lot. Or you have to go across the street and hope you don't get towed.The store is overwhelmingly big and sometimes you'll be waiting for help... for a while. I once waited for 30 minutes. But most times I can get in and out in 10 minutes.The good!It has a HUGE variety of flower, oils, edibles. The staff seems to be pretty well versed in everything as well!The prices are comparable to most other places.So generally it's a good place to go shopping BUT I am a stoner all about efficiency and getting in and out of places and this isn't it.

What a great dispensary!  Huge, clean display area.  Very knowledgeable help.  Loved my multiple purchases to help me sleep.  I receive a discount on Sundays just because I am over 50.  Woohoo!

My visit to Organicann was such a pleasant experience! From the moment we first walked in, an employee, Kathlene Jansen-Adan (I made sure I got her last name so you all could make sure to see her!), greeted us and asked if we needed help. I'm new to cannabis but she was knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease. She answered all my questions and I ended up purchasing my very first "natural cannabis" product.

Been a loyal patron since 1996 w/ Prop 215 - Watched them grow from a small. cramped little shop, changing their Company's name throughout the years, to move and grow into this larger location @ Todd Rd. Todd Rd offers everything from flower, concentrates, edibles, clones/plants, beautiful art, sculptures, etc. with an extremely friendly & knowledgeable staff!!!!

My visit to Organicann was a success and a great deal of fun. Staff was great, specifically the lovely and incredibly knowledgeable Sabra, was offered options based on my desired attributes for product. In addition, the store displays incredible artwork and there is plenty of room for a large group to explore at their own pace. Informative displays allow one to browse or you may engage with non pushy associates. I recommend a stop by this convenient location near the highway, with plenty of parking. I will return soon!

My favorite dispensary in Sonoma County. If you ever visit Santa Rosa you have to check them out. Julie made me feel welcomed when I walked in. They are very accommodating. Tommy helped me out in the back and I got some quality product. Definitely recommend this place!

I travel from San Francisco to shop here because it's a top-notch dispensary with a big product line and knowledgeable specialists. As a medical cannabis user, I demand a professional, educated, and customer service-focused provider. And, I trust Organicann to be just that.

Dont come here unless you're looking for a drug deal. This place does not at all in anyway feel professional when it comes to the staffing. Staff comparing certain products to "shrooms" and "meth". If I want to be in a place where I feel like purchasing drugs and not medicine, I might as well go to the streets. Also most of the staff here do not even know the differences between a saliva and an indica. I ask for the best indica flower available, I get in return "yeahhh I liked the jack lemon" that's the opposite of what I asked for. Go to mercy in cotati, or anywhere else, customer service is better and staff don't just tell you "everybody is affected differently" yes obviously, but they should still be able to give more info on a product rather than say everyone's different. If you think coming to organicann will give you a staff that can help you to know what product best suits you, false. You probably already know more than the young stoner kids working there.

This place is amazing inside. Great selection of weed but in my honest opinion Isaiah was the best part of the whole experience. So friendly and helpful!

This place sells defective vape cartridges knowingly and does nothing about it when you bring it back in I was spending hundreds a week there now I won't spend a dime and do not recommend it to anyone. They are scammers with horrible products and a complete lack of product knowledge

I've posted a review before, but I felt the need to update due to a recent experience here. I bought a Natural Cannabis vaporizer pen that was having some issues charging, and eventually just stopped working, so brought it back on the slight chance that they'd let me return it. They got a manager for me who was very empathetic and kind, and explained that they'd let me exchange it, despite not having the full cartridge that was included with it OR my receipt. I was amazed because I didn't think they'd be willing to do that for me and I was prepared to have to buy another $40 pen.I'm also noticing some bad reviews... and I can't comprehend how anyone has had a bad experience here! Every employee I've ever come across has always been nothing but pleasantly polite, if not an awesome conversationalist. Some of the employees even know me by name and hug me when I come in. I love this place.

They have a lot of product to be sure. I went 20-25 minutes before they opened and was the 31st person in line. Once inside I waited in line another 20-30 minutes but it was going to be another half hour before it was my turn and I needed to use a toilet. Nope you can't use the one here I was informed!Been in line for almost an hour? Nope, no peeing here but maybe another business in the area will let you use their toilet. Outrageous, I will not spend another cent in that store.

The Costco of Cannabis I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the selection at Organicann! There is no question that Organicann offers the widest selection at the cheapest prices in Santa Rosa, but as a Prop 215 patient in Sonoma county for nearly fifteen years, these are the ONLY reasons I am still a customer. As a customer who is extremely familiar with the quality and selection of products I am searching for, I find it SO disappointing that the young man working the counter today had the audacity to haughtily inform me that I didn't know what I was looking for, spoke down to me as if I didn't spend hundreds of dollars a week in your dispensary, and then walked away while commenting with a snarky, stoner attitude that your selection is terrible because "people are still growing, what can I say?" Step it up with your professionalism and selection and hire a better informed staff! Sonoma County dispensaries should set the standard. Unfortunately yours has the reputation of being little more than a discount warehouse.

I absolutely love this place and they always show me love, so much love. peace & medicine, SANTA Rosa, just kicked me out, literally!! Craig with a C asked me to please leave the building and that I was harassing him. I asked him to please stop saying I'm sorry. What?? Not your problem that I'm in pain CRAIG (with a C) I have two scars on my leg from multiple compound fracture and a new knee replacement (six months ago) and year you gave me no medicine and absolutely NO peace or love.  Peace in medicine in Sebastopol is closed at the moment so I'm heading over to Organicann where they know me and my card is good there. I mean WTH? Sonoma County is known for his liberal cannabis policy and I will never return to this establishment again I'm heading over to OGGANICAN in the future I'm the PM. Mucho Health and medicine there. ORGANICAN ROCKS

I am from out of town and stopped in at Organicann's Hopland location, Mendocann yesterday for the first time. Instantly impressed! Not only do they have a wide range of thc and cbd products, from flower, and vape to edibles, tinctures, etc., but they also have incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Phil, whose first day of work it happened to be! I was very surprised at how knowledgeable he already was and how willing he was to reach out to his coworker and "reference cards"  for any questions I had that he couldn't yet answer himself. It is very apparent that Mendocann not only cares about providing the highest quality products, but also a level of customer service that you dont see often anymore. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town! Thanks again Phil and Mendocann staff for such a pleasant experience!

I can't smoke with my asthma and have been experimenting with edibles. This has been a stressful experience (Borderline comatose quite a few times). Jeremy recommended these edibles that are the perfect high and I can still function like a normal human being.

This spot has so much potential, but unfortunately there are so many issues here.  I've grabbed clones from here that were not the strain they were tagged as.  I have had bud tenders who knew very little about pot.  I walk in and it seems like the employees are trying to avoid me.  They do have a huge variety which is awesome, but you can barely even smell them with their goofy smelling system.  Wish they would just bring out the jar for me.  And if you have a small bladder good luck! You may wait 30 minutes for help, mean while they will not let you use their bathroom.

Great place for many years. I've been to lounges in San Francisco but prices are too high. I can get same stuff here at Organicann for a reasonable price. Who wants to pay 75+ bucks an eighth? I tried to see if it was special  but just wasted too much money. I mean, the Wedding Cake doesn't even taste better than the Wedding Cake here at Organicann. The price is right, atmosphere is mellow & no stress, Products are top shelf products. 5 stars!

My first impression of this place was overall a good one. Compared to some of the prices at other dispensaries, it's hard to argue over these prices. The only downside is they seem to treat medical patients differently. I bring my recommendation and my ID every time I go and sometimes they tell me I'm not in their system or that they need to photocopy my recommendation (They've printed it twice now), then I feel bad because it generates a line for everyone else trying to get in although I've shopped here before. Other than the hold up, the staff is fairly friendly. The girl who helped me the first time I went in was super sweet and kind. She helped me pick out my first purchase and listened to my ideas of restocking some of the edible drinks. Inside the building is gorgeous, not going to lie. It's like a Costco for marijuana.

Organicann used to be my favorite neighborhood dispensary! But over the past 3-4 months, the customer service has gotten bad. Several times I had gone there and have been degraded by various male coworkers; from one security guard (who looks like Dog the Bounty Hunter) who gets way too touchy feely, and he calls you pet names like "beautiful" or (my person pet name) "gorgeous eyes", and an inappropriate male cashier that has attempted flirting with me almost every time I checked out with him. Also, it seems to take a little longer now to have someone help you.

Dope place to get whatever you looking for! The best part of the experience is how informed and patient the employees are, and the weed! If you're ever in the north bay come check em out. Thanks to the associate Tommy who helped me make my choice, he definitely made it easier. I will definitely be returning soon!!

I've been shopping fairly frequently at this dispensary for the past five years since I moved to Sonoma County. There are definitely both pros and cons of this dispensary, and here they are:Pros: Very friendly staff at the door and when getting checked in.Very good prices on tree, eighths range from $20 for house brand to $25 for outdoor to $30 for indoor to all the way up to $55 for top-shelf indoor.Products are pre-packaged, making them very fresh (unlike dispensaries that pour it out of a tub and by the end there are only stems and popcorn nugs that don't look fresh at all)Large selection of edibles (you can get medicated Pizza, ice cream, even dog treats)Warehouse type layout of store, tree, concentrate, edible, and clone sections are all separated and very easy to find.Military DiscountsLarge selection of tree, pre-rolls, cartridges, and clones.Cons:Staff that are actually in the dispensary usually looks like they're being worked so hard that they really don't want to be there.Staff in the dispensary also don't pay attention to the order in which people walk in, so you could easily get helped last even though you might've walked in first.They used to have a 10% discount for students on fridays and for all who bring a receipt on sundays which they took away.Prices on concentrates are pretty outlandish, I can easily get a good looking $30/40 gram at other clubs, but here I have to pay $60-$100 per gram for that kind of quality.The only discounts offered are military and High Society Membership (basically you pay $200-300 every couple months, they decide how much you're going to pay. They send you a box with Cannabis products in it, but they decide what comes in it, and then you get 15% off when you come in)Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out organicann unless you're looking for a good price on concentrates. They have an overall friendly staff in the front that make you feel very welcomed. Plus their great prices on tree make them a must go to.However, they do have barely any discounts, and if you're like me and can't afford to fork over an extra $200-300 every couple months, you're not getting any discounts (unless you're military).Hopefully with the new tax rate of 25%, they'll realize that some people need those discounts, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I cant say enough about this dispensary.  Not only do they have exceptional customer service but the quality of products they have will not disappoint. Make sure to stop in and see Josh Marzan, his knowledge goes above and beyond just the norm. I recently came in with lower back issues and he knew exactly what to show me. Went in today to get some products, made it through the door, went to browse, mind you it's raining; the door/security guy there approached me and says "you can't wear you hood inside" i asked him to repeat himself he said it again, and that it's "house rules" i then left, it's not what he said so much how he said it, very dissatisfied with the level of service I've received on this visit to Organicann. I can now say with confidence that i don't buy any product from this place nor would i recommend them, the bud hasn't been great the times I've purchased, but the service was awesome.  Rules about dress code in a dispensary? Never heard of that; there were also people with caps and headgear on, i feel like because I'm of an ethic background i was discriminated against in this business therefore i will not be returning and will be steering friends and family away!

My favorite cannabis store. They have every type of product plus tons of crazy art. Alex was a huge help with a vast knowledge of the CBD products and what they all help with. I've only been here a few times but many more to come.

I've been here a few times, the sales people are friendly but the advice is accurate about 50% of the time. Plus, I honestly feel rushed a lot of times.Like they want to take care of you and move on. Seriously I don't want anymore time than I need but I also would like to get closer results to what I ask for without someone taking two steps towards the cash register after they answer your question. I end up with CBD oil mostly cause I haven't gotten a good recommendation of an edible or drops with an acceptable dose of thc.

I have had mixed experiences here. The latest was not that great. I went late in the day, and the place was packed. Marijuana patients everywhere.  The place was flooded with people streaming in the door so it was impossible to pick out any weed. There was no way to get any attention or service, so I took off. It's probably ok in the mid afternoon, but don't go later, it's scary.  I'd find another club. This one is overrun.

I've heard a lot about this place so I decided to check it out. The security person and the staff that greet you are absolutely wonderful. Very nice, helpful, really makes you want to go back.Until you actually go in. Trying to find someone who is knowledgeable about the products seems to be very hard. I've been in multiple times and it seems like the employees would rather talk to each other. When I asked the girl working if they had a certain product, she was very rude and treated me as if I were an idiot. Don't think I'll be going back, when there's another place that actually treats you like they care.

We don't take new patients a half hour before closing. Makes zero sense. Takes 2 minutes and this policy costs the business new weekly patients. Not a wonder why it only has 2 1/2 stars. No parking. Not friendly. Like pulling up to the theme park of pot. With so many in California. Set yourself apart by being easy to deal with. Not difficult. You're not reinventing the wheel. "Pool rules" Please.

Organicann rocks! It's like going to a Macy's for weed. They have different departments. Flowers, edibles, plants, artwork. Their prices are good, and they offer several discounts. I get the senior discount on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The employees are all friendly and helpful.

Shopped here about a dozen times now. From the person at the gate, the greeters at the entrance to the sales floor... staff was nothing but friendly and eager to help. Usually in and out of there in about 5-8 minutes. What's this about no parking lot? Totally not true. They have a normal looking parking lot with about 15-20 spots of which I was able to pull into a spot right away each time. HUGE selection. Great prices. Best edibles.

Half my clones died that I got from there. 60 bucks down the drain... cool... no refunds either. They have horrible Hospitality everybody in there is running around like a chicken with their head cut off.

Less than impressed. This was my first California dispensary. I am used to a much smaller and personal encounter in the dispensaries I've been to in Colorado. The whole experience was weird. I felt like I was in Costco or something.This place was huge, overwhelming, and I was unsure how to navigate it. The budtender was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. I got entirely different pen than we discussed and I thought I was purchasing. He was unable to answer most of my basic questions. The weed I got is ok. Prices seemed fair I guess.I probably won't be back. I guess it's cool if you're looking for quanity over quality

We stumbled upon this very cool place last year and we decided to go again! The atmosphere is down to earth, open with a artistic feel! The selections are great! Something for everyone! Our "Guide" was knowledgeable and right on! Happy with our purchase! We'll be back!

Some seriously nice people who know their stuff and I don't think I've ever come across someone in a bad mood here, everyone is so kind and upbeat!! Prices are a bit high for me but it's quality your paying for not quantity...for me anyways. this Is a must go if you haven't already

Expensive as hell (maybe that's all of them-I don't know) but they have a very nice selection of all things Cannabis. The people that work there are helpful and as accommodating as possible with showing the products and getting people served quickly. For the most part the bud tenders are happy to answer even the "dumb" questions I seem to always have. The entire process can be a little intimidating if you're maybe new at going in to a dispensary, but the crew there are informative and there to be helpful.

So I guess this place is medicinal only now? Whack that I drove an hour to come here as I've had many friends come as recreational customers and I was denied at the door. I called again to ask after my denial about their medicinal policy (something felt strange at the desk) I was put on a brief hold and told again that the facility was medicinal in a questioning tone. I can only imagine they asked their superior and were advised no. Are you guys choosing when and when not to be medicinal?

I am a cancer patient . I have found them very helpful and I get my CBD from them . I have had no problems with parking or getting help .They do seemed very rushed and not very informative . I sometimes have had a  problem with customers  being very stoned but that is their choice .I am using the business to help my cancer and not to get high . So far so good but do your own research .

I've been using this club for over 10 years. It's huge with every product you can imagine with giant selection and great prices. They are very friendly and professional with good customer service. Security is good here as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Can't Believe Many of These ReviewsI've been going to this dispensary for several years - this isn't just my opinion, but that of all of my friends (we all smoke a lot) - and it is one of if not the best dispensaries in the area.  They have products at every price point and an enormous, well-organized stock.  Also, the stock itself has never disappointed me (and I really mean never, out of like over 100 purchases) nor my friends.After reading some 1-3 star reviews, it seems pretty obvious to me that people with some biases are giving out shortsighted reviews.  I think the only valid complaint I read was about parking.  There are only about 10-15 spots, so they fill up sometimes.  Honestly for me that is 10% or less of the time, and the whole road leading up to the dispensary allows parking.  I don't know what people's deal with the parking is, sounds like they just need a reason to complain.Lastly, I read too much rhetoric about the nature of the patients of the dispensary, which seemed to contribute to the low review.  Excuse me, but I have never had a bad experience with another patient.  Honestly, we're all there to buy weed: everyone's having a good time.  If you aren't, that is only displaying your character, not that of the other patients.Best. This business has an asset to their team in Jarred for this first-time visitor. Honorable mention to door guys and receptionist  (wearing glasses), very polite, professional, informative & welcoming. You pay for quality, variety & knowledge at this one-stop-shop and it's well worth it. I am particular about service vs product because it's quite rare to land on both. First, I have been smoking weed for 40+ years and have a degree in business. Been in there twice in the last month, mainly looking for clones. Was told clones come in like Wednesday am and fly out the door. If you're not there at that time, then you are out of luck. Well, Mr. Shop Manager, order more and stock up during the outdoor planting season. This is not rocket science, it's business basics 101. Also, first time in a real nice and informed Asian gal was very helpful and engaging. Last time in, younger guy seemed more interested in his female co-workers than helping us. To get our clones, we went to Mendocino for an outstanding experience, cheaper prices, and dropped almost $300. Good customer service and a well stocked inventory will keep your doors open.

Yeah, these guys are selling a lot of defective cartridges and pens right now, I've personally had 1 pen and 2 out of the past 6 cartridges end up defective.  They're also very rude to those returning cartridges. I also know 2 older women who use marijuana for pain but they also live on fixed incomes because they're retired. They have had also been getting defective cartridges as well. But for them, they're not cheap so it's meant going with out pain relief for the month. These ladies were treated very poorly when they tried to return the defective cartridges. I hope these guys try to take this into consideration. Even though it's legal doesn't mean that they're aren't people who don't need it medicinally. They could really make a point to treat customers better.

The problem I've found with all of these businesses in the interim of legal/illegal is how inconsistent the policies can be for customers. I have a doctors recommendation letter and my id is out of state (I assume I'm not the only person in these circumstances) some stores have no problem with this, others won't allow you in (and this is one of those). Before I was denied entrance, I saw that they were only accepting cash today. Red flags for me as far as efficient/professional business operations are concerned. So in short, they really don't have their shit together yet, but my friend loves them.

After reading many of the reviews here I was skeptical that this might be the Harborside of Santa Rosa with top notch marketing, high prices, and an average product for the value.  The management and staff must have changed, because this was not the experience I came across the several times I've stopped by.  All, except for maybe one person have been extremely pleasant and ready to fist pump me goodbye on the way out.  The staff may not have hand on experience with every single varietal available, but have above average knowledge and have always been able to point me in the right direction.   Vending is straight forward and the staff is very kind even if your product is sub par (not my fault but worth a try).  Flower selection is pretty good.  I focus on the concentrates, but check out the seasonal OD.  For $25 you can get an 8th of OD that most people would think is indoor.  Not all of it may have that indoor full/swollen appearance, but all of it smells great.  It's real nice to start seeing quality OD brought to the market at an affordable rate.  Shatters and waxes are pretty much standard price.  They sometimes have specials but...BE CAREFUL... each one I've tried has crackled like a firecracker* (*I have not tried them all).  The sale waxes were still efficacious, but were noticeably harsher than the smoother full priced varieties.  Besides this though, they have a really good selection of hash that has retained most of the full terpene profile.Seed selection is pretty standard (TGA, etc.) with a few small local companies.Compared to the few other clubs I've visited in the area, Organicann has topped the charts so far.

I have been a customer at this place since they opened down the street, I have always received good product, service and advice. Don't listen to the negative comments, you just can't please everyone

Short bald headed guy working today around 2-3 o'clock was very rude period. Read this:Walked in today around 3 oclock guy took my ID at front desk told him thank you then I walked over to the right side of the building where people pick out what flower bags they what.First off I don't mind waiting I like checking out what they have.So there was four people there when I walked up and the little short bald headed guy which I have seen there many times was helping people all four people he helped one at a time they told him what they wanted and each time he said go over to number nine we all know they tell you a register number to check you out.So like I said he helped each of the four people one at a time then he comes walking back over and at this time One single new customer has walked up to my right looking at the products.This is when everything went south little bald guy walking past me and he very well knows I'm next so hes walking past me he points he hand in the air and says go wait in line someone will get you what you need.I get three words out of my next sentence before he cuts me off and then talks to me in a tone which such attitude saying NO I told you go wait in line as he is walking past me to help this person that just walked in.He talked to me like a was a little kid not listening to him.Im thinking what is going on here with this rude guy I know what SEVEN bags I want I always buy a lot when I go there.So I'm like Heck no not going over to a line with eight people no reason to I was next plain and simple NO reason for he to do what he did and talk to me like I'm a little kid no reason to treat anyone like that ever.So I walk back up to the front desk to explain and complain and what happened and that guy gives me a generic answer not even hearing me all he says is yea people really don't like the line.So I toss my bag you come in with it flies like a frisbee across the room and I say outload I will never be back to this rude place.Then as I'm walking out I see the security guard I see all the time really cool guy.I tell him I will never be back he says oh no lets go inside I'm going to get a manager for you I explained to him what happened he agreed with me and said they can be rude sometimes.A manager did come and talk to me and thanked me for telling him how I was treated.He told me no one should be treated like that we want people to have a happy experience.I told him what happened was not right and there is plenty of other places to go to or hello friends I keep it real.I go there for the variety that is it.So if you read this little short bald man don't talk to customers like that EVERY business relies on reviews and word of mouth.Plus I see this place has worst rating out of everyone that is to bad it is such a nice big place to.

Went for the first time today off a friend of a friend's recommendation and am absolutely in love. When you first walk in you can see how much they care about keeping everything clean and the atmosphere is just chill as fuck. We walked around for a bit and people were constantly checking in with us to see if we had questions and we were helped by a young man named Michael who was awesome! He helped me choose some concentrate and answered all my questions perfectly. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to all my friends. :)

First time ever to a dispensary.  I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis & fibromyalgia so I was very interested in CBD products as an alternative to the pharmaceuticals I take.  Vanessa helped my husband & I, she was super helpful in explaining the different products which I am excited to try.  We will definitely be back.

The "Front desk supervisor" is very rude and disrespectful. The first few times I went here they NEVER made us "Check in" so we were just gonna walk in. He then screams at me to check in which was fine with me so I went to the line. I then explained to him that we haven't had to do this before and then had a very smart ass attitude saying "well I'm the supervisor so I would know." So I said there is no reason for the attitude and he started to argue. So I walk away and order what I need and he comes up to me and asks to speak to me at the front desk, I respectfully responded with a no. He kept talking until the manager stepped in and help diffuse the situation. Then a costumer that overheard everything made a smart ass remark and then proceeded to have a heated argument with me. I was so disgusted that they let this happen and livid that they let that other costumer even shop there. Obviously the workers there aren't happy with their lives, neither the people that go in to shop.

Great selection, there is also a very knowledgeable and helpful staff since this is all so new to me. This place is like Disneyland to the cannabis users. I love the raspberry cannabis honey! I also like the Jaden's Juice.

The employees are wonderful and always friendly and informative. I just bought their 50 dollar co-2 vap pen and I have to be honest I was totally hesitant at first but the lady did a great job of talking me into this and I'm glad she did. Charges fast and hits great. Comes in a nice container to keep things organized and the cartridge refills aren't priced bad. They also sell 8ths for 25, where the other clubs sell the SAME exact strand for 50 an 8th.If you're not coming here or to redwood herbal alliance you're getting ripped off.

I've heard a lot about Organicann. So I went to go check it out and to be honest I do not like it. It was my first time going and the security up front was rude and kept giving me dirty looks. Inside the facility is huge but kind of disorganized. Overall, they do have a big selection for people who would like to explore more options. Personally I wouldn't recommend going back to the dispensary. It's just unprofessional.

Very nice place. But I think everyone is high and not too interested in customer care. I drove a long way to only find out what I needed was not in stock. No big deal because I was told it could be ordered and to call during a week day to speak with the person that would be able to order for me. Only to call and at first be told that they couldn't even tell me if the person was in or not and after a very confusing conversation finally got the person I was told was the expert only to be told to check other place and that they don't know when new stock was going to be available. What a waste of my time. Also while I was speaking to the person that picked up my call she started talking to someone else and I could tell she was not even listening. It seems like this place is run by a bunch of kids that are stoned. And beware that they charge you $2 for a bag and don't even explain the charge first and when I asked about the high taxes was told a very confusing story and no mention of the $2 bag fee. I got pockets why do I want a $2 bag that says hey everyone I got weed. Very discreet. Said no one.

This was the FIRST place I went to when I got my recommendation and upon approaching the building it looked more like a prison than a cannabis dispensary with Barbed wire fences, Cameras AND what looked armed guards.Then after going in Two different rooms and waiting a good while someone brings you back into the store area which is HUGE with ALOT of selection.However!, The staff members do NOT approach or ask if you need help & if you do seek someone out they act like they can't hear you or don't see you.(Again this is my experience)I have been in Organnican a total of 9 times and I have only made 4 purchases from them,Simply because the product is to expensive and quite Frankly NOT WORTH what they're asking.The last two things I will say in closing is this.Three out of the four times I have Actually purchased medication from this dispensarySome of the items I bought totaling at around $120 were NOT in my bag NOR were they on the receipt, HOWEVER I was CHARGED for them!When I went back in to try to correct the problemI was told by an older man I would say in his late 40's early 5's that worked thereAnd I quote....."It looks like your SH** out of luck!"And wouldn't work with me at all.& the second and last thing I will sayIs I have NEVER been so Rushed or mistreated at a club.EVER! I don't know what all these bad reviews are about.  This place is awesome.  Sure, I could easily see them losing your product on the way to the register.  I get that.  It's possible, especially when most budtenders usually medicate all day.  But just check your bag...  GeezAnd from some of the crazy reviews I read.... I found them so unrealistic, I wondered if they were not from competitors or disgruntled employees.From my experience, it's a great place.  They have a great nursery, with lots of growing supplies.  The selection is extensive, and the prices are decent.  They make their own compost tea!!   Lots of indoor and outdoor flowers, too, from the best local regions in the country!

This is the third dispensary I have been to since moving to the bay area. My experience here has been nothing but fantastic. The staff, the product, and the facility are definently the nicest I've experienced yet. Karen was fantastic for guiding me through the process. I'll def be back!

Our favorite dispensary in Sonoma County! Friendly and knowledgable staff, great selection of everything you can think of from flowers to concentrates and edibles. Nice secure & discreet location that's kept looking clean and professional. Prices vary depending on your taste but there is always something economically priced! Sometimes we get the "house blend" when our budget is tight and it's always bomb.

I really enjoy shopping here. The service is always super quick, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are good.  I like that there is a wide variety of strains at different prices to choose from. After trying the other clubs in town, I almost exclusively use organicann bc of their consistency.

Every time I go here everyone is so friendly and happy. The prices are great too.  They also carry my favorite strain which I have yet to find anywhere else.  So much better and convenient to go here over anywhere in San Francisco.

I rarely would EVER give a bad review, but since my multiple visits at organicann, I haven't had any good experiences. My last visit I got seeds in my bud, I got 3 half grams of wax each different but all crackled.. And the atmosphere there was not very good.Seems to industrial... People aren't too friendly like most places. You pretty much have to ask for help and even attention, instead of being immediately helped and given some act of kindness to let us know that you want us here. It felt like I was being rushed out and dumbfounded.

Horrible service since the new year started. Such as horrible rules never heard of no stupidest rules than now. I couldn't even use my girl friends debit card because it "didn't have my name on it" unfortunately for them I've used it plenty of times before there so if that was the case I'd be gladly to take it to the law and get her money back. Spent 30 minutes in there looking for some of the best deals for the best tree because they have nothing but light dep and outdoor and on the reserve shelf like some mid grade tree they don't come correct for the prices at all. Definitely my last time going there. Defiantly the biggest club in Santa Rosa for no reason lol. I don't recommend them. Honestly I don't recommend clubs at all at this point back to the streets.

High security and low to no customer service.

Organicanns Oakland branch -Management is a joke, an employee dated a manager then became one. The new managers family and friends got hired and show no customer service skills. Avoid the tall man with braids, if he doesn't know you he'll treat you like garbage. The employees are friendly, honest about product knowledge, caring and are the only reason people come back. I will never return to that place until they hire real managers.Products are decent,  they charge way too much for their premium grade, edibles are good, and avoid the pre rolled 8 dollar j's they aren't flowers.

I used to shop at this place on the regular. The store inside is actually pretty nice. I have been utterly rude to by the staff one too many times now though. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am not a problem customer either, just a guy with the occasional question. I guess that was just too much for the folks at Organicann.

This is an exceptional dispensary !!!......Been a member for about 6 years.....This, after having joined at least 10 collectives over the last 12 years.Exceptional selection of flowers , concentrates, and edibles.  Good Quality meds,   And THEY TEST !!!!!!    Great on-line menu, which I use before I go, and which saves me  time, and gives me all the info I need to purchase what I need.  Prices are more then fair, with quality bud sold at discount prices.Very nice People !!Hard to find anything to criticize.   Only one would be their occasional lapse in updating on line menu.  Frustrating for me , because I don't live nearby.  And I go to purchase a specific strain, or whatever, and it's been sold out for days.But, I consider that minor overall.This place is Awesome. !!!!!      Enough Said.

Best dispensary I have ever been to, without a doubt. They have incredibly fair prices, an amazing selection, and a super fast and knowledgeable staff. The associate who helped us our first time was named Michael, and he was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone who uses cannabis, and I will 100% be a returning customer

The selection is one of the best but the last time my boyfriend went he waited for 15 minutes while people who arrived later than him (who knew the staff, brought them coffee, burritos, etc.)were helped as they walked in the door. If we knew that you could cut by bringing the staff food maybe we would have made a stop before giving them our business. Lesson learned

MY FAVORITE CLUB! Organicann has one of the best selections I've seen.. Always great strains, except for the Strawberry Cough.. Didn't do anything for me, besides cause a headache. Everything else is on point! Definitely recommend the Pineapple Chunk and White Diesel.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I went in today for the first time (skeptically because of all the poor reviews), and had nothing short of a great experience. Everyone I encountered was super helpful & friendly. Even the security guard. Not to mention, their prices are literally unbeatable. 4X cheaper than the other dispensaries in the area I have tried out. Definitely give the place a shot!

My last resort (in terms of a dispensary) as I've visited this place 15-20 times and almost always have had the same experience:A) prison-like parking & check-inB) entering warehouse, faced with primarily newbie bud tenders who can rarely answer basic strain questions and definitely cannot answer connoisseur-level questions. I feel sorry for newbies as guidance is often useful and there ain't much to be had at the Organicann counter.C) Tim, in particular, has been consistently rude and unhelpful (not sure if he's still there or not.) I typically purchase 300-500.00/visit. Unfortunately, they are the sole reliable source for the main strain my medical condition requires. Tim has yelled at employees in front of me (the employee had offered to put aside an ounce for me as I was coming right down to purchase it as soon as he confirmed they had it in stock) saying, 'We don't do that for people. We won't be doing this for you again.' Umm...Thanks? D) Parking lot can get crazy, seen alot of close calls/near misses w/cars almost backing into one another. If you can't park in lot, area nearby is a bit sketchy and I worry my car will be broken into.E) Please hire (or TRAIN) your budtenders so that they can actually serve the customers they're there to serve.F) They've refused to transfer an ounce from their Hopland store to their Santa Rosa store as I was very ill and my mobility was an issue at that time. Another 300.00+ and a long painful drive to Hopland in the rain...um, thanks again Organicann.G) Product quality varies enormously! Sometimes it's wonderful and sometimes it's such garbage I just throw it out/donate to someone in need. Sometimes it's merely average. An operation of this size should offer basic data like THC & CBD %'s, test for pesticides etc. Instead, their trend seems to be towards branding and STUPID packaging. The boxes are pretty (and I appreciate and want to support local artists,) but it makes NO SENSE to not also LABEL the mmj bag itself. I detest having to remember to peel the sticker off the box and re-tape it to bag itself. For full price mmj, this is ridiculous! Patients need an easy way to keep track of diff strains for appropriate use...how has this not occurred to the folks who run this place?Bottom line: I hate giving these guys my money : ((Always relieved to get outta there and dread when I can't find what I need elsewhere and HAVE to go there.P.S. Pros- From the moment I step out of my car I'm greeted with smiles. -Always a large selection of flowers and other products.-employees are willing to help to the best of their capabilities.-knowledgable employees in the clue section.Cons-no bathroom-one time I got flowers that were not fully dried.-the beautiful gal working said I looked like Cory Matthews from Boy Meets World...

Wish the staff went over everything it was a little busy but it was my first time in any dispensary. Lots and lots to choose from but again i missed a lot because I didn't wanna ask 100 questions to figure out what everything was. Nice big building, I will be back to try some more.

Best service I have received in a long time Customer service was extremely great! Conner in the floral dept really made it easy to find the information I was looking for along with helping me with a return situation I had. Big thanks again!. Management was a great help as well as friendly staff! Glad i know I can drive from Fairfield to receive such great service and leaving with positive vibes.

I have a progressive neurological disorder. A Specific CBD oil they sell makes all the difference in the world to me..... as does the kindness and respect I receive when I visit Organican.  I just wish they were closer to (my) home... Wondetful store, wonderful people

I have never felt more welcome and felt more comfortable with this place. Please do not read these past negative reviews sway your choice and check out Organicann on your own. They are so helpful with their information and what kind of product you will need. Stock is never low and customer service is great. They remember me and ask me about my life. I just started to grow so they were overly helpful and set me up with clones that i needed. There prices are higher then I prefer but I enjoy my experience when I walk in. I would pay more to keep this place as a members only dispensary.

I had been going to this club for years, I remember when they had there other location down Todd road. I stopped going here when I was accused of stopping on the side of the road and "handing something to somebody". My wife was driving me which means technically she would have been the one they were accusing. It was all bogus, we didn't do anything, since, I have refused to go back. They wouldn't tell me who made the accusation, the whole situation made me feel like crap. I was really sad.

Im not the type to write negative reviews, but to me first impression mean everything. This was my first time to any dispensary, let just say it was not very pleasant. Nervous as I was the dude at the front gate was cool and welcoming he instructed me to go in the door and hand the guys inside my information and tell him I was a new patient. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a heavier set man who was sort of welcoming.   I told him i was a new patient and he says give me your info go sit down and fill out the paper on the purple clip board when your done bring it up. I did so and waited for about 10 mins for the girl at the desk to finish enrolling me in. When the girl at the front desk was done the heavier set man holler's out your ready not even looking at me i was not sure who he was talking to. Then he finally looks at me with a grumpy and say we're ready for you and I politely apologized and say thank you and he does not respond at all. Maybe it was hot that day and he was a little grumpy who knows.As I talked to the pleasent girl at the front desk she explains some of the rules and gives me a 10% off for first time customers which can be used on everything. A bit excited I could save a bit of money, I proceed to walk around the warehouse.As I looked at the area were the flower were I noticed it was a bit busy so I walked over to the clones section and check out all the clones. Which all had strange and exotic names which was cool. The guy at that area was really nice and tells me if i wanted to see anything just let him know with a big smile. At this point my comfort level was a little at ease.I looked over to the section where the flower where and I didn't see any patients. So I went to that section browsed through the flowers yet again I got a little nervous but eventually I saw something that I recognized and I wanted to inquire about it but the guys on the other side of the counter where joking and laughing. I made eye contact with some of them but none of them even bother to ask me if I needed help but they proceeded to laugh and joke around. That whole time was about 20 minutes, then finally mustard up the guts to ask the guy by the register and he helped me.I ended up choosing to purchase an ounce of Platinum Sour Disel, I hear rapper talk about it all the time so I figured platinum version of it must be really good. When I went to pay I gave the guy who helped me my 10% Off card he tells me that I cant use it for this item just save it for next time. I said ok and stuck it in my pocket.When I got home I rolled up 2 joints, and lets just say it tasted like crap. It tasted like a stale cigarette rolled in moldy dirt. So I decided to go to online to see the reviews and they all say it taste is piney and sour notes. Thinking that it was just my taste buds, I drank two cups of water and left the first joint in the ash tray and lit the second one. Lets just say the first hit instantly same taste. I mean i think i would of got high but its hard to smoke. Little upset that i felt like I wasted money on crap, I decided to look at the 10% off ticket I noticed that I would not even be able use it either.

There are times in life when you want and need consistency. Organicann offers not only the consistency I require, but also the highest quality, the largest selection, and the widest variety of cannabis products I've seen anywhere. I love the staff, and I have yet to walk in and not be cordially greeted by at least one staff member behind the counter... Usually more than one. Sometimes i think they will come to fisticuffs over who gets to wait on me. This is my go-to dispensary for everything from edibles to prerolleds to the highest quality bud. My day-to-day comfort depends on the quality and consistency of the medicine available here.

Went in for my first time and was offered 10% off for being a new customer. My friend also got a freebie joint for bringing me in. At checkout the lady got us our joint, but mistakenly charged us for it. We went back today and although we lost our receipt, we decided to tell the manager anyway, and she promptly got us a replacement joint. Awesome customer service! Will be back!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this place. The product is exceptional and Fresh! But not only is the Product good, but the Bud tenders are outstanding. Always helpful and always friendly, and an absolute pleasure doing business with!! I have always found that this place is well stocked, has real knowledge, respect yours regardless of what level you may be and never unwilling to converse. Glad to know these people are around!!

It's funny reading these reviews.  This place is NOT LEGIT! !. It's like going to an illegal drug dealers garage. And getting ripped off and treated like a criminal everytime u walk in that place. The front desk bodies need some hospitality training. What's with the security "Want to be Cops" they r hilarious.  And unfriendly.  Even cops smile, organican security should try it. Only when I'm desperate do I ever go to organican.  The owner is an unprofessional idiot. He should try smiling,  he makes people uncomfortable.  I cant wait til this place shuts down. The good reviews are obviously amateurs that like being Sheep. Get a clue and educate yourself before u believe these kids they call budtenders.

It was my first time in and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of everything, this place is huge!

Don't know why all the complaints. Great selection , great prices. They are one stop shopping. Enough staff to make you feel alittle overwhelmed , but all friendly and trained. I dig it.

There is no way I'm going back to this place.1.  Took them 45 mins to register me as a patient.2. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.3. Couldn't tell what was what. 4. They allow two visits a day? What the heck would u need to do that for?5. I tried three purples all different names all tasted the same all got me just as stoned. Only different was one was harsher than the other. 6. I think they spray smell and flavor enhancer on there cannabis. Yuck! Even the edibles taste like the flavor enhancer. Yuck! Totally gross edibles Really sorry for the negative post but I'm just being honest. And the razor wire seriously gives me anxiety.

This. Place. Needs. To. Be. Shut. Down. I really hope the Feds target this place.Don't even know where to begin but maybe this laundry list will help:1) No public restrooms.  Have a disability? TOO BAD...if nature calls you will be denied a restroom and told to leave and use the gas station's restroom down the street.2) The rules are more draconian then the Federal Government.  No returning to your vehicle if you forgot your wallet.3) The security are impolite power trips. If God-forbid your cell phone rings because you forgot to silence it, you will be shouted at or interrupted or flat out told to leave.4) The medication sucks.  I have seen strains that smelled dank and had lots of trichomes...then when I got home and smoked it.....BOOORRINNNG.The clones are questionable at best.  I got two which had powdery mildew and infected some of my garden.  Thanks Organicann.5) The service sucks.  New and renewing members sometimes wait upwards of ten minutes while their recommendation is verified.  (Yeah its really hard to make a few wrist exertions with a mouse, go online and verify a Medicann recommendation). A long essay could actually be written about how bad the service is here.6) Large selection of edibles, I have gotten edibles probably about 30 times from this club.  Never had any problems with edibles until the last time when I threw up so violently that I could never bring myself to try them again.7) This place has nothing to do with helping patients in legitimate need.  It has to do with profit - plain and simple.Thank goodness there are now other medical cannabis clubs in Santa Rosa.  For years Organicann had monopolized Santa Rosa because the City has a limit on the number of clubs and actually had the nerve to license Organicann as one of the the few.I prefer the other medical clubs where you are treated as a member and not a criminal.

If you like your dispensary to resemble Guantanomo Bay Prison, this one is for you.  It's in a nasty, high-security industrial park with barbed wire fencing and no talking, no cell phones in the parking lot, no questions, no guests in your car...sheez, these guys need to medicate themselves!If this vibe is ok with you, they have an average selection of the typical stuff.But, if you've ever been to any of the dispensaries outside of Santa Rosa (try 'The Farmacy' in Venice Beach), you know that the Cannabis Club experience can be the exact opposite -- a chill, pleasant, clean, educational, and caring atmosphere that makes you feel like a person -- not a prisoner.

Lots of selection. Concentrate (among other items) prices kinda high... went in and cash only today and no ATM...wtf  I don't just carry $150 on me... maybe send out a notice to your email list. Will not be returning. Mercy Wellness here I come

I have been a customer from the 1st day they opened. Not any more! This is the rudest group of people I have dealt with since i started with them, .They have forgotten why they are there!  Let me remind you it's for Medicine ,not for stuffing the owners pockets with my hard earned money. The prices are getting to be cheaper on the street than going to this greedy group. You order and they just grab the packages fro the bins and race off to the cash registers, no show and tell or any verbal help with questions. Also more than 1/2 of their products have not been tested.  Piss poor customer service. If you look up their menu on line it isn't correct. I was there yesterday (Last Time) and had 3 choices picked out from the menu, but when I got there they didn't have any of them in stock.  So let me remind you that they do not update their menu everyday, especially on the weekend.Those 3 items are still on the internet menu as I type. How did this get like this....GREED. Goodbye and good riddance to the lot of you. Oh by the way they are middlemen for 90% of their products, buy cheap, sell high, Can't wait for the state legalization to pass.

We all know organicann Is the mother of flowers in the city if Santa Rosa. They have best quality of flowers from high thc to high cbd. They have a very secure and safe dispensary with the nicest staff members. This is my favorite place for flowers by far! Defiantly recommend to any one looking to score on some fine bud.

My first impression of organicann was a good one. Nice  selection easy shopping and friendly employees. My only complaint is the junk genetics they are selling for their clones. I purchased 6 different strains recently on the hunt for some new strain and what not. Josh d og when test flowered was green crack not even close. The white rhino I purchased consisted of two completely different strain one was a huge sativa strain with no smell and the other a short indica.  Last I checked rhino was indica dominant strain. The sky walker og and the Jesus og was also complete crap. I also bought one of their VIP purple punch clones for 200 dollars and it looks like it may be going hermie on me. I'm not sure what they have going on maybe employees are mixing up strains or maybe they just haven't tested these junk genetics they are overcharging for. Don't buy you're clones here !

First time here..Absolutely Awesome. Lula took care us with concern and extreme knowledge. I don't know how much they pay her....but I do know....it should be doubled.  It is so difficult to find customer service this good ! We love Lula !

My go to place. Never again after today's purchase. Without going into too much detail...I purchased one of their most expensive items which was either so poorly packaged or handled that half of it was smeared all over the inside and outside of the container. What a waste. Very disappointed in this product. Very unhappy I spent my money here. I won't be back, or recommend as I have before.

OD Green Shock is not cured all the way. Why should I pay $30/8th to get something not quite ready for use?  This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with Organicann (they don't even test their flowers for pesticides or other chemicals) products. They will be losing my business soon - when my 6 babies have flowered.

All I can say is this is the best dispensary on the strip. Kind and very helpful staff.  Strain quality and consistency remains to this day after four years of coming here. I have no need to go anywhere else!Brian P

Went back to the location today and was very surprised to see what a difference there was. Spoke with Will, and Kevin and a door fella whose name I forgot. :D This is my second time here and it was super different and way better. I got Platnium bubbakush and OD Cheezie Pie both were fire the Cheezie Pie was best IMHO i also got a pack of 3 prerolls of Jilly bean(super tasty worth the 12 bucks) and one of amsterdam skunk everything was great, organic and I was happy. they all knew a lot of the history and the places we came from, i like that i feel we need never forget the struggle from and during prohibition. I also do a organic grow style so this place had bomb weed at 25 bucks a eigth, outdoor and like 45 for indoor. I will be recomending more patients here as I already have and i will be making the trip from Nice,ca. to Hopland Ca. I like local california grown marijuana and this place has what I need and want. Wide selection, great local grown strain(we do it best up here!)SIDE NOTE: just toked on my OD Cheezie Pie angain ,and yeah it is still good to the last toke. A sign of good pot, also a nice white ash shows organic growing and proper flushing. No Chems No Ferts No Corporate Bullshit. Local guys doing local shit. Also Will is super nice and so is Kev. If they are busy give em a break, they will be more than worth the wait. Shit I hope they do the local grower gardening class for the new growers and local fellas will come in and talk to the people and help out. I am stoked about this place. Stay golden fellas. I have been to sooo many places where they sell you a image not the weed, you may see pictures and stuff but here, when you talk to the budtenders they know the real deal, just ask. :D

I only go here because it's across the street from my house, I've had mixed experiences here. The security and door guys are always welcoming, but once you get up go the counter the people aren't so friendly and they will rush you even when there is no one in the store. Today an older lady with a silver puff jacket came up to ask if I needed help. She was so impatient and just plain had a nasty attitude, she didn't seem to want to answer my questions and she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I've had the same experience with another employee there, blondish boy maybe thirty, he looks like he could be a little slow.. you know who I'm talking about. He was also very impatient and unwelcoming. They make me feel like I'm stupid because I'm not a weed conessuer. It seems as though the 'cool' kids that work here forget that a dispensary is a place people come to get there medicine, people with disabilities or illnesses. I have severe anxiety and being in a big place with so many people is overwhelming for me. So having that and being treated the way I was today makes me never want to go back. Which is too bad but it's okay because the prices are S***

Yet another one star review this year hmmm I wonder why? Lets start with the fact that they inflate their prices to gain profit shame shame shame on you for that -_- How about this one =D being a company shouldn't you have some type of customer service ? Yeah no i simply tried to ask why is it that you inflate your prices of product that every single other place has same exact strain by the same exact company and you deleted my comment WHAT ! So i asked again POW same treatment deleted. Third time i was far from nice and trying to ask whats up i don't even have to tell you that it got deleted and then blocked sad because i use to speak so highly of them even when i had everybody tell me I'm crazy for thinking that way. When i renewed my account info couple years back i got a free preroll or edible all i got renewing this year was a mean mug and disappointment. Doesn't matter how many different selections you have or how many products you have to offer if you can't provide one of the main essentials for a business to continue running such as customer service i can promise you you'll loose business I learned that the hard way running my own business . I hope this helps you save some money and the let down you'll receive when you visit this what use to be a good company .

Wow - Organicann really does have it all!  They have the largest selection of edibles, concentrates, and flowers I've yet seen.  With an incredible selection of $25 eights of very good medicine. And now they are now carrying Jayden's Juice - similar to "charlotte's web" from Colorado, it's a very high CBD tincture that has incredible neurological benefits, life saving  & life changing for kids w epilepsy and autism.  These guys really care about their patients getting the medicine they need, at a price they can afford. It's clear this club isn't in it just for the party,  yet their almost monthly harvest markets sure are fun events! All that and the staff is knowledge and personable, such a feeling of community it feels like "Cheers", minus the bar stool's.

I go to the Hopland location and I have to say, I'm treated like an individual rather than a patient member/number. They are amazing and have great customer service. My wife is treated great as well and we have been all over North County to different collectives and they are the best, product, service & price/deals. I have found my club! Hopland!

I having been a medical patient for almost a decade and have been growing linger than that-indoor and out.  I usually sprout seeds as well as purchase clones for specific genetics i desire.  Usually i have decent to great results with organicann clones but this year - not so much. Clones were either obviously taken from re vegged mothers resulting in confused distorted growth or their root system was not healthy.  I am very picky when choosing plants so i was really surprised and disappointed in 7 if the 10 clones i purchased in mid June.  Glad i popped a lot of seeds

I agree with just about everyone's reviews on here!!This Place SUCKS!!!One of the worst clubs in the north bay. I've been in here multiple times and they never cease to disappoint. Other than having wrongly-labeled, unflushed, outdoors that they try to pass off as organic ins, they have HORRIBLE customer service. My Worst Experiences in Organicann: A) I was looking at their madhouse special (house special) since it's more reasonably priced than everything else in there, and being that it's a special, it didnt have the strain name labeled. So I asked the girl who'd been following me back and forth, asking me if i had any questions, what strain the house special was. She had no idea. But she continued to sniff at the bag, tell me it smells sweet and name various strains that aren't even related, suggesting it may be one of those. Seeing i wasn't satisfied, she asked her manager. He came over, gave me a dirty look and told me "Maybe afgoo, maybe some trainwreck?" in a tone implying "why am i even asking him this?" Now i'm sorry, but if i'm gonna spend $50 in ANY establishment, i want to know what it is i am actually buying! B) I got a bunch of clones from Organicann as well, they not only have been wrongly labeled and aren't the strains they are supposed to be, but they're just shitty strains!! Three strains, grown in the same room, one of them (Blue Cheese) hermed out like a mofo-seeds everywhere-, one (Blue Dream) grew like outdoors and is so leafy it's driving me insane, and then the last one (Casey Jones) had mildew on them which spread to the rest of my garden even after several sulfur burns. And the lady who sold me the clones said the guy who sells them these is a "well respected vendor".  HA! So basicly, just got totally F**KED by these guys. I could go on an on with several other bad experiences with this place but these two are by far the worst. Just do yourself a favor andDON"T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!!!!!!

Most expensive club, worst service.  Very pushy sales, prepare to be followed around and treated like crap.Rip off to vendors, they will low ball you and then sell your stuff at top dollar.  I think they never looked heard of what a co-op is supposed to be all about.

went here for my first time at a dispensary (have barely smoked at all either) and had a great time.  Security was intense, but they were very nice about it.   Old dude with a ponytail and tie-dye shirt ended up helping me out and making some suggestions about what to start with, and was very nice about it, made the whole experience very positive.  Site was clean, well-organized, and a pleasure to visit.  All of their strains had nice little blurbs trying to describe their high - not sure how accurate they were but it made it easier to shop to at least have an idea.  Prices seem par for the course and reasonable, I don't know what kind of discount places others are going to but seemed to match everything I've seen.  I'd imagine street prices for pot are higher than at dispensaries but maybe not?  Regardless,Thanks Organicann!

While the staff is still pleasant and friendly the quality of the seedlings have gone WAY DOWN is the last few years. Yields that were spectacular are now puny, high seedling mortality rate and stunted growth. The staff is nowhere near as knowledgable as they once were and I suspect they are being taken by the seedling growers. Demand is now so high they are processing hundreds of new seedlings daily and most of them are crap. It's so sad to buy the best soils and fertilizers, pamper the garden, and bring in a crop not even worth trimming. I'm sure it's not intentional but sometimes when you grow too big and too fast, quality control just can't keep up.

I been going here since L8 2008 - It HAS gotten better, more courteous staff and the same gr8 product, the entire range from the best, to what u need to get by minimally, PLUS, all the medibles you need and a gr8 nursery supply with TONS of strains to select from... and... If you want to pay more then street value ( they pay almost half the price they used to for the meds but will never pass the discount to you) go here. if your happy with them just grabing a bag and selling it to you with out letting you see the bag first and with no refunds then it can be a great place for you. In a industry of freedom they seem to be pretty locked down.I Knew the owner in the beginning and she ran a good dispensary but greed spreads rapidly and I think she maybe infected. I don't understand all the negative comments. Yes, it is a big facility and perhaps not as comfortable as some competitors. On the other hand, it is a one stop shop for most growing supplies, a great selection of clones and a large choice of both dry product and edibles.I have found the staff friendly and knowledgeable and they always load my truck for me with my purchases. The security is very visible but the individuals are always polite and one of them even addresses me by name now that I have been there several times.It would be helpful to know why they sometimes won't buy product - is it price, quality, appearance or lack of demand? If you think about those issues as well as seasonality considerations, it actually isn't difficult to figure out the reason.

This is our go to place for everything. They have an awesome selection of edibles, concentrates, bud, everything! I love being able to smell and see all the different buds and reading the descriptions of each kind. The staff is always welcoming and more than willing to help me out. Get 10% off-student discounts on Fridays. I feel very comfortable asking questions and everyone is very knowledgeable. Especially Will, you da bomb!

First of all to all you whiny little terd-munchers out there talking crap about this clinic, its staff, its products, or its manner of operation, ya'll need to grow up or shut up. This clinic is straight forward, very professional, organized, and with great products that will fit any individual's budget. I have been to dispensaries from San Diego to Santa Rosa, well over 100, and undoubtedly have experienced better clinics than this when comparing donation amount to product quality. However, the fact is that most of the "best" clinics I have gone to were all illegally operated and have since been shut down or gone underground. ORGANICANN IS NOT THAT TYPE OF DISPENSARY. You will not find a single place better equipped to suite your every need regarding marijuana, from cultivation to consumption, than this. PERIOD. If you walk into any clinic expecting to get their best products with minimal donations, then you not only are an idiot, but you know nothing on how dispensaries/businesses/NPOs are operated. Of all the negative reviews I've read, half of which contain false information (for example they do not share your info with local/state/federal law enforcement, that is just an ignorant statement Ron M.). Most of what I see are just a bunch of whiny little babies who expected to receive the best products at practically no cost to them at all. You will not find this anywhere, those expectations are impossible to meet. You can scope every marijuana strain that they have available, top to bottom shelf, smell them (the display cases have holes on the bottom for that purpose), see them, ask the staff any questions you have about the strain, and even read more about it on the placard for the strain with its own description. So if you purchased a flower that ended up not smelling that great, or not having a great taste, or lacked potency, then you screwed up somewhere, not the people at Organicann. Also, they get as many strains as they can clinically tested, and they provide the testing results on their website. If you seek to purchase cheap weed that is also high in THC (look at their Light Dep products for one or just purchase HO), you can view all of their strains with their corresponding THC/CBD levels. Figure out what you want before you go into the shop and you will not be disappointed (99% of the time, everyone won't be 100% satisfied 100% of the time).Lastly, I simply do not understand anyone who has complaints about the staff, as I have been here dozens of times and have been helped by almost every staff member they have. Everyone is very friendly, there to help you with any questions you have, and will do everything they can to ensure you have a good experience with them. If anything, I would say this clinic has one of the best staffs I've ever had the please of interacting with (most clinics, the staff members are either too high, too stupid, or too indifferent to truly try and help a patient out, this is not the case with Organicann, Santa Rosa).My only critique is that they do not offer price breaks on their flowers for increased quantities. This is because, for some reason, they prepackage everything into grams or eighths, and will only offer a few select strains that you can purchase more than one eighth at a time at a marginally discounted price. This is simply a poor "business" strategy and I would highly recommend that they immediately change this way of operating, as it makes me (as I'm sure it does everyone else) not want to purchase flowers from them at all.Organicann is the ideal place to go if you want consistent products, ranging from affordable to ridiculous ($25-60+ per 8th), quality service (expedient or intimate), and are only looking for a small quantity (concentrates or flowers).

The staff is very personable, with nice smiles.These other reviews I think are from competitors, this place is great in fact it has been the best dispensary I have visited. Was impressed at not only the open feeling of the building but also the large selection for both indoor and outdoor which offer some competitive rates, great prices, and you can sample the smell of each flower. I just wish the house blend was unlimited but I'm sure there's a reason for that. 5 well deserved stars!

Bought a cartridge from them. Had it a 10 days before I tried it, it did not function. I did not have the receipt but had my bank ledger showing the transaction. Would not replace this $30 cartridge. Last time I'm going there. Next stop bank to revere charges on credit card.

Great selection! Love there variety of strains and the quality of bud that I'm getting. This is the only place I would get clones from. Wish they had more of a selection on ice wax though.

visited the "new" dispensary Mendocanne, very disappointed with their lack of edibles, the budtender was pushy regarding what edibles they did have. Being the only person in there,no one out of the three couldnt take the time to tell me about the place. Poor quality of medicine, lack of customer service ,I would not refer this place to anyone.

REALLY? REEFER MADNESS ALL OVER AGAIN? I don't mind a few rules if it protects my right to my meds. Don't be a douche bag and you won't have problems with this club. SAVE THE HUMANS!

I chose this business because another senior at work recommended it.It is safe, well lighted, clean, well staffed with knowledgeable personable staff. They appear to have an excellent selection and have been helpful as I tried a couple of different strains to the one that worked best for me and my medical problem ( insomnia for years). I hear they aren't the cheapest on the street - as the saying goes - but I believe that one gets what one pays for and with that in mind ORGANICANN is a bargain.

I am glad I found Organicann. This spot is the go to club in Sonoma County. They have tons of varietys, very friendly staff as well as knowledgeable. They have medicines for all budgets.

Organicann always has 20+ strains of a variety of sativa/ indica/ cbd. Also edibles, conentrate, and grow stuff!  Literally anything you need and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend organicann almost daily (I work in a smoke shop) to anyone with a medical card.

This place has the illusion of friendly happy people but I feel it is masked with the attitude of the owner who is by no means nice. People always have the fake friendly smile on here. Don't get me wrong, some of the people who work here are genuinely nice and truly are friendly. The rest seem to be in a haze or "out of it." I suppose I'm jaded by the fact that every time I go in something weird happens or there is poor service. Last time I went in, yesterday, I walked up to someone the flower counter and waited to be helped. There was one person in front of me picking out his poison and then walked over to pay. There were two people standing behind the flower counter and one was stocking and the other customer service. The gentleman paid his tab and left. No one walked back over to help me. And a few minutes later the gentleman stocking looked behind him and said "someone will be with you in a minute." I stood there for about 3-5 min more. I was obviously done choosing which flavor I wanted and looked over at the cashiers area and saw 6 people standing and talking behind the registers. I made eye contact with one of them and they didn't walk over. I waited, getting frustrated at this point, and looked over again and made eye contact with someone again and they looked away, another person looked at me and finally came over and helped. They were dead inside and should have been there to help me in a heart beat, not stand and joke around and laugh when there are customers. Especially for the prices they're charging. It's ridiculous. Here's the kicker, the flower in the sack was NOTHING like what was in their sample jar. It smelled like the cure was severely ruined and had a very damp smell. Smh This is only the smallest instance I have had and is why I will not go there anymore after this. I wish there was a 0 star rating.

Been a member over 6 years.  Best collective/dispensary, I've been too in 14 years.Awesome selection,  Quality,  and. Service.  More then Fair prices. Best prices I've seen anywhere !!!Best of all, THEY TEST !!!!.........wouldn't go anywhere that didn't !!!!Wouldn't you want to know the THC and CBD content of your meds ????They have an on line menu. That's great for me. I don't live close by, and check menu before I leave home  ,  so I know if they have what I want.My only criticism is that they don't offer enough Organic .    And,  aren't often up to date on the on line menu.Other then those two , I'd give these guys/girls a 91/2. Out of 10 !!!!!Guaranteed best in the North Bay !!!

Since Mendocann in Hopland, CA doesn't have a yelp and has to use the CCA instead (and gives the CCA a bad name) I figured my review would be acceptable here..!! The staff are unprofessional and unpleasant, the older white gentlemen who is the "manager" is a degreading individual who speaks to you like women have no clue what MMJ is. I was all about giving this new dispo a shot, until I met him and had to deal with his incompetence. I will not recommend others to go there nor will I ever go back in. I'd rather drive to Mendocino or Larkfield, and be treated like a person AND have great customer service..!!

I love the personnel at this dispensary. They are friendly, respectful and take their jobs seriously. I like how tight the security is. It makes me feel safe while I am in the dispensary. They have a wide variety of smokables, topicals, edibles etc. including good and useful cookbooks. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about the various products. It's a great dispensary!

This is one of my go-to places. They are very nice there, and have quite the selection of plants, product, and edibles... They are also very helpful, and knowledgable about their products. I definitely recommend them.

This place is bad news. Dona told me my clones were fantastic and asked me to bring in more. When I complained I was not getting paid for all I was bringing in, she reminded me she had me on video tape bringing in more than the legal limit. Hey, it was her idea and she accepted them. Bad news here, just no way around it. You can save a fortune going on-line to bud-trader or nug-trader. Stay out of the bug infested, mold contaminated, diseased clubs and save yourself at lot of money.

This site is a nice place to find a variety of things and service was quite good, very friendly and helpful. The visit made me feel comfortable and secure.

Used to think that the owner, Dona Frank, was professional and businesslike but now know different.  This place is a rip off!!!!  Bought 20 clones at their ridiculous prices, strain wasn't what is said and all were hermaphrodites!!!  They blamed it on me and took no responsibility!!  Told me I needed to take a class!  Now I'm not bragging but told them I could teach the damn class!!  The people in the clone section are retarded and have no clue what they are talking about!!  Dona Frank hid from me every time I would go in!!  The place is crooked like the owner, service sucks and, come on, girls aren't that hot!!  When asking about plants the girls had no clue what I was even talking about!   SCAM, CROOKED ASS PLACE!!!

Organicann has a decent selection of products, but you are going to have to be scrutinized by their over the top security.  Talk about losing your rights while sitting in the parking lot (no phone, no smoking...just sit there and be still....oh, no talking to anyone either).This being said, this location supplies all the dry product to all other Organicann locations, however, like most buyers club this one doesn't buy!  Why buy and support the local farmers when they have their own warehouses full of weed grown at a fraction of the cost?AND, how in the hell can you call yourself a Non-Profit when it cost you less than $1,000.00 per lb (overhead cost included) and you sell your lb's for $7,000.00 (@ $55 and eigth).  I hope the IRS busts your ass because you are not operating as a non-profit.  AND, how can you take copies of licenses, grow weed in their name but then give no member benefit (like less than street prices).  This is one of the biggest monopoly's on the market right now.  Hell, they have so much money they tried to pay the city of Oakland $1 Million dollars to transfer a use permit so they can buy and operate yet another Organicann location, which essentially lets them cut in line for everyone else who has been waiting years to obtain a use permit and start a NEW club.  If you wanna get robbed, go here.  If you wanna try to sell your products, don't even bother....they got too much of their own product to sell that costs them far less to make then you so good luck!

First time in years since i have been to a dispensary. Wow! Amazing transformation. It used to feel dark, and the personnel were so busy clustering among themselves to the point where you felt like you were interrupting them to buy something or ask a question, not anymore! EVERYONE even the door guys, were polite, pleases and thank you's everywhere. It got busy during my visit and it took a few minutes to get oriented. all of the employees were helping customers, and a very nice woman came from the front and helped me with my inquiries and eventually my purchases, handing me off to a cashier. The experience was almost perfect, but there was some miscommunication, during our exchange. My call the following day to "sort it out" went remarkably well. Nobody likes to have a customer-service issue, right out of the gate, but their tone and attitude was one of pro-active ownership of the problem that i conveyed. They offered me a swift and satisfactory resolution to my issue.... and that is what customer service is all about. I would mention  individuals, but since a cannot remember the names of all those involved, I will just leave it at: Awesome Job!  Anyone can have a miscommunication, it is how you deal with it that counts! in this day of endless automated voicemail and customer issue avoidance. its refreshing to deal with businesses that seem to truly care about customer service. Thanks.

The staff member named Will was of GREAT help to me today. I was going to buy some outdoor, but he informed me of their special Friday deals and I was able to buy some indoor grown for the same price! Not to mention he had lots of knowledge on the strains, definitely will be returning

First start off by saying this club is great except for the young kid who does security at the Santa Rosa location. Have been going to this location for awhile and never had an issue until they hired this guy a few months back. Every time there seems to be something. I go once if not twice a week and for some reason this guy always asks if it is my first time, then stares at my id like I'm doing something wrong. No other security guard or staff on the inside has ever given me trouble. I mentioned it to the guy at the counter today and he apologize for him but thats not the point. This is the first person of contact when you come to the club and they should have a more qualified employee do the greeting. Hope something changes or might have to skip coming back here. It seems like all of the reviews for this place center around the security so maybe others are having the same issue with this poor employee.

So I am shy and still private about my using. The first time I went in there I wasn't sure what to expect the greeters and security were so nice and put me at ease. The store was big and clean with lots of product to choose from. It was busy but I had to fill out the new patient form anyway so I just waited for my turn, it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. The staff was helpful and explained the difference between Sativa and Indica to me and helped me with my choices. They even put it in the free paper bag for me. I guess if you are an expert ( I keep thinking the same people who KNOW EVERYTHING about wine LOL) then maybe this isn't the place for you. Buy from the dealer on the street BUT if you want nice people, good product AND help when you ask this is the place for you ! By the way I met Donna she was as nice as could be she talked to me for several minutes asking if I found everything I needed wanting to know how my shopping experience was...

Most of these people's are F-ing Retarded, went up there for the first tome from Napa , and wasn't dissapionted at all the employee were super friendly, very talkative an helpful, the place was super clean and huge, have everything u need will go back with out a doubt.

The place sucks.  So what if you have 5 types of purple?  They all sucked, I have been to 100 clubs and this one of the worst if not the worst.  I bought clones that were mismarked and bug infested.Go to MArvin's in Guerneville.  They actually have better meds most of the time, but they are small and only have 5 types of top shelf most times.

This place might be the Costco of dispensaries without the discount prices but I do have to say that it's the only place i know where u can get an eighth of good outdoor for $20-25. I'm used to getting my meds free so paying anything is the pits. I used to be a little snobbish with my meds too as far as always wanting the best but the prices r just ridiculous.. So I tryed the OD afgoo last time i was there and damn that's my new favorite. I will never pay $50+ for an eighth...that's sickening! Especially when you are a sick person... oh yea and also if ur low on cash on the regular, they offer compassion on Wednesdays from 10-1... U just bring In a hand written letter saying u have a financial hardship and then u can come in every Wednesday and get 2-3 joints for free. It doesnt have to be some official document or a long letter stating all the ins and outs of ur situation, just a sentence or two saying I'm broke as hell..lol... and then poof.. free joints!..

Nice people. Wed is the deal on edibles, of which they have a ton. Fri. and Sun. are discount days, too. They have an array of plants and gear. It's kinda like the Costco of clubs, in a good way.

i think it's great that clubs can exist, but......................this place sucks- they are all about the money and i don't think any of them even smoke.  that's why their stuff looks and smells but doesnt taste or effect.......they're kind of arrogant for people who don't know what is in a strain and for people selling bug-infested clones.....i heard they are not buying any more clones or medicine, only growing their own.  so- visit this club before the feds shut 'em down.

Organicann! It's official, one of the best clubs I have been to and some of the best medicine in the area. For newcomers you have to try the Jelly Bean and the Rock candy beats all expectations.

I dont know what everyone is talking about these people have been nothing but nice to me they have compassionate prices I have actually had less cash than i thought and they were okay with a 5 dollar difference. They have thrown in there own change for me on multiple occasions. I accidentally brought my work knife in there and the security asked me very politely to remove it from my hip and returned it to me while i was leaving, there was no weird feelings nothing. I really like them they are very professional. these are probably a few wannabe tough guys giving bad reviews because their staff is mutually respectful if you have a good personality and smile, be friendly you should like this place.

My first time visiting a dispensary and I was treated very well.  Of course, there is high security and that helped to make me feel o.k.  I was given a tour and offered guidance which I appreciated.  I was treated with dignity and kindness and I will absolutely return for more shopping.  The kicker--they have a senior discount!  And I'll be there on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays.

This is a great place with a wide selection of strains, flowers, concentrates. Frankly I can't see why other reviews are so negative, this place is clean well run, a bit pricey but not extreme, and the staff is helpfully and well informed of all products there! If you cultivate they have what you need as well!

I have always been very satified at organicann. There is a wide variety of medical marijuana and a great selection of growers supplies. prices are great as well.

I didn't like this club too much a couple years ago but that has changed. Their prices are a little high, but if you look at all of their house brands which are usually a little cheaper. You should find something good. They have a decent selection of medicine. They should show you 3 selections of the medicine you choose so you can see what it looks like, like the dispensary in Sebastopol. The examples suck.

I really like all the help I get w/ growing my first grow.  Very informative about timing and products. Best prices on fertilizers and super organic soil.  My little  "GIRLS" are big, healthy and pushing out the BUDS!!!!!!!!:)

I love it here! I used to go to Peace in Medicine all the time until a friend let me in on Organicann! And boy do they have a much better selection and the people who work there are much friendlier and can help with my individual needs to satisfy my all day smoker needs. This club is very easy to get to, it has a good parking lot and there isn't ever a wait to get in. They have good product and a reasonable price. The location is always clean as well. The staff really is helpfull.

Of all the dispensaries I've been to this one is by far the best.  Always a good variety and prices are reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and security is very good here. Access for handicapped is very good.  I have never left here disappointed and have no reservations in recommending them to my friends.

Yeah, I dont know about the one in Santa Rosa even though I was born and raised there. However, living in the east bay now I have had the opportunity to visit the Oakland location. I have to say that this place has gone straight down the sh**er. the clone room is filled with clones that are deseased and they obviously have no idea what they are looking at. The clones also displayed nutrient problems and the person helping us wanted to say it was part of the genetics. Lets just say how full of sh** this guy was. I have been doing this for about 20 years now and I am in the middle of botony classes. This place needs some serious over hall. If you want healthy and wonderful cuttings avoid this place and go to Harborside, where they actually give a sh** about what they are selling you. The staff in very knowledgable and friendly and know everything there is to know about the strains they carry.

I have been to many dispensaries and these guys have great selection and knowledge. Everything is by the book and i can use my bank card which is convenient. Its great cuz its a one stop shop. O can get everything i need from grow help to cuttings to hydro supplies to bud to edibles. Feels like the best of all dispensaries, i dont like to drive around to find things. People complain about security, the look etc. But that doesnt make the place, product,  or people. Just started going here a month ago and its great, dont know how it used to be but everybody there now are really nice and helpfull. Their products are great as well. I would suggest it to anybody. Only thing it would be nice to see is more products for small scale growers.

This place is my happy place.  When I'm having a bad day, I go here to remind myself of the awesome place we live in!  Great, plentiful selection of everything: Concentrates, trees, edibles, supplies, and plants.  I love this place.  Not sure why others are hating on it.  Best club that I know of and I've been to a lot of clubs:  from SD to Tahoe to Sonoma county.  Deals on Zips!  Harvest Fairs!!!  I swear I don't work for them, but would love to!

I have been to many clubs and OrganiCann is a great place to shop.  They have everything!  They have edibles, the Carmel Corn is my favorite.They offer everything you need to grow from lights, bags, soils, nutrients and they even offer classes on how to grow.  OrganiCann brews their own compost tea and sells it by the gallon.  You can pick up some nice bud...they always have a great selection and a range of prices.  They also sell books, hashes, kiefs, honeys, joints, etc.  OrganiCann also offers a great selection of clones.  Personally, i've picked up strains like Jilly Bean, Cotton Candy, Blueberry/GrandDaddy Purple, BlueCheese, OG Kush, Raspberry Kush, God's Gift  to just name a few.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  I feel safe going there....great security and a safe location.  OrganiCann is one stop shopping for growers and smokers alike!!

The security is tight for your safety. Rules at a club ensure everyone is playing by them. This is still illegal in the eyes of the Feds so don't forget that no matter where you are. The place stocks EVERYTHING you might need. I've been going for a couple of years and never been pushed to buy anything. I've never been treated with any disrespect. Prices are what you would expect.

I like how the Organicann is organized.  The people are very friendly and informative about the various varieties to choose from.  The security in and out is good to ensure only people with medical mar. id's are allowed in and feel safe returning to my car with my purchase.  There is a wide variety of selections to grow and to eat.

This was the best club i have ever visited. Felt safe and secure without being obvious, serving patients of all types. Great selection of different size clones at affordable prices, seeds and strains i have never seen. Great edibles with wide variety.....ymmmmmmm! Inspired me to go home and cook it up green! Go to this club and you will be disappointed with anything less. We are spoiled. I will be a loyal customer from now on which will make it a two hour trip but well worth it.

The people that work at Organicann are the nicest and easiest people to talk to.  It is fun to see everyone enjoying their job and helping people.  For being a big place that helps a lot of patients, there always seems to be a calm atmosphere inside and there is no sense of being rushed.  This is great because they always have new strains coming in along with discounts and promotions.  You just have to look around its fun.

Awful place with nasty people working it. Purchased 4 clones that were very expensive, labeled with the wrong strain name, and all infested with aphids that then infested the rest of my garden. I suggest no one ever spend a penny nor a minute of their time in this dump. You will be sorry!

Ive been to a lot of clubs in the bay area and I must admit, this is one of the worst Ive seen. The security personnel were nasty grunts that made me feel uncomfortable, 4 of them in all. The clerks are not knowledgeable and are ultimately unhelpful. The prices are also high for average medicine. This club just seems more about making money rather than a place for sick people to feel comfortable as they get medication. Will not be coming back.

I dig these guys as they always have something on special, even in the drier part of the year, there is usually something for those of us on disability or are partly employed. Their selection of edibles to concentrates to plants - it just amazes me how far things have come to make the proper medicinals and growing materials available since we first voted on Prop. 215. I find all the staff very friendly and supportive so don't know what problem those who said negative things about staff...and facility may be a little "industrial" they are next to a smog shop, but come on these shops aren't going to be next to your kids daycare! I feel secure shopping there. They even give free parties for members on 4/20, give away free turkeys to needy during holidays. Not bad folks.

I think this place is great, Ive only been to one other club and I have seen how poorly run some other places can be. I highly recommend checking Organicann out.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable, the staff is great. They know who I am and treat customers great! They hold great customer bbqs and make sure to go beyond! I love going on Fridays because I am a student and they give me a discount which helps me out! They also have a huge knowledgable garden staff to answer all your questions!

I have no idea why this place gets the reviews it gets. I just got my MJ card after being an 'illegal' smoker for the past 35 years. After reading all the reviews I was expecting a trip to the Pot Nazi but my experience at Organicann couldn't have been better. Every person, from the security at the gate through to girl who made my card, to the dude behind the counter that bagged my order, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Huge selection, excellent product, I'll be back. The only downside is their prices do seem high compared to some of the dispensaries in the area so I do plan on shopping around, but overall, a very pleasurable purchasing experience. BTW, I was recommended to Organicann from a coworker who pretty much echos my experience and he's been going there weekly for the past year, never a bad experience.

Im originally from the East and i found it more safe to meet up with someone on the streets than go to this place. if you like barbed wire, sketchy people and horrible service than this place is for you.  I sat there for 45 minutes while they verified me and served 4 other people before me who also were first time patients.  I personally don't feel comfortable supporting gang activity.

Been a patient since '98 and have been to many clubs all over the state. I completely disagree with the very negative reviews listed here. I joined organicann in '06 and have been completely satisfied in all aspects of their operation. My experience has shown that Donna and her staff are always very friendly, helpful. I am only a client, on this end, I always find a wide selection of high quality product. This is probably why Organicann is so successful. As far as the security, well, I take comfort in knowing I'll make it to my car without being mugged.

Wow, I'm a fairly new patient and had only been to a 3-4 other dispenseries before this place but I was blown away the selection, quality, and the price can't be beat. This dispensary is the best one I've ever been too! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, they have so much selection to choose from it can be overwhelming...but in a good way. Their price ranges are excellent so anyone can afford great quality medicine. The staff is very helpful in suggesting and teaching about the different buds. Organicann was my first dispensary I went to, and since then have visited a couple others, and I can tell you that Organicann is so far is definatly my favorite just as I thought it would be :) Very friendly staff, always willing to help and answer questions, and their selection is amazing and I love their cool discounts. I highly recommend this dispensary if you are close by!

I have been going to Organicann for about 4 years, at first I was in awe of the selection and the size and selection but after a few visits I started feeling like the service was lacking some of the tenders were rude and arrogant so I stopped going there. I came back about a year ago just to check it out. Same great selection of good quaily medicine but now the people were friendlier and the whole experience was much much better, although I purchace from various clubs I would recommend checking out Organicann

I have been shopping with Organicann for almost two years, i cant say enough good things about this organization. Besides from helping people on a daily biases that need special medications, the provide and excellent shopping atmosphere, with the best customer service i have ever experienced at any store ever. Organicann always has a huge variety of just about anything you want, i have never been disappointed. I've been to many clubs through the Bay and this is the only one i keep coming back too, which is 30 minutes out of my way.

I always feel good when I come here. Nice security guys, always show respect, lovely check in gals and always friendly help throughout. More variety than most, and I've always experienced good quality, even the less expensive grades have been excellent. Got some clones purchased here in the ground and they're doing great; folks behind the counter also happy to answer grow questions. Never had a single hiccup in the many times I've come here.

All of the staff is great and helpful. You are remembered when you come in, and are treated as though your business is appreciated. There are always new selection, and complete descriptions of all the products. All in all a great experience.

I live around the corner from Alternatives, but I prefer going to Organicann.   In fact, I don't go to Alternatives anymore.  They've really gone downhill these recent months.   If you're a veteran like me, Organicann offers great incentives to purchase their fine products.  I've been to a few dispensaries throughout N. California, but Organicann definitely gives you bang for your buck.  And their edibles are divine.  Every time I go there (and especially being summer now), I have to get their seductive and divine intervention ice cream.  Yes, that's right.  They have pot ice cream that's so good when you take a bite, your natural tendency is to show your o-face.  Not only great and delicious medibles, but this place has a great selection of herb and hash that their friendly staff will patiently explain to their customers.  Plus, they regularly update their web-site to show their patients the different products.  Highly recommend to purchase your med. mar. needs here.  The two aspects I would improve for Organicann is to lax up on the security and I didn't appreciate waiting 20-30 minutes to be a member at Organicann.  When your new patients are getting their membership examined, they should be able to roam around the dispensary instead of being at the waiting room.  Other than these minor issues, I still suggest patients to try this place out.

I buy my supplies here more than other clubs. This is one of my favorite clubs i like to visit. Also the staff here is friendly and always helping out. THey always have what i need and its a big view from the inside. U'll see that they have a wide variety from anything that it is that you need but only if u want quality. I recommend it.

I have been a customer of Organicann for over two years. I have watched them progress and move to a larger location, and I can personally attest that their selection and quality is unrivaled in the north bay.  Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they take time with each person to provide the best possible medicine for their unique situation, even in situations when they are overwhelmed with customers.  They have a large selection of high grade medicine, and some cheaper options for those who can't afford the higher quality stuff.  They also are very knowledgeable about cultivation, and they are very dedicated to helping patients get started with home-gardening, as well as offering all of the necessary supplies.  The fact that they have thrived for such a long period of time in a town where many clubs have opened and closed shows that they are truly the best, and most reliable, club around. I highly recommend Organicann for anyone seeking medical cannabis (or even just information) in the bay area.

this is the best place in sonoma county that i've been to because they have the largest selection and lowest prices. i've never had a problem with their security. in fact they seem friendly and a couple of them recognize me and greet me by name. the helpers behind the counter are very nice too, highly recommended.

wow what can i say that hasn't been said already...poor overpriced meds, mislabeled infected overpriced clones, and the atmosphere is hostile. i attended a farmers market that they had and was asked to leave after my friend had made his purchase. we were trying to talk to the vendors but they apparently did not like that. all in all not worth my precious time and money to go back to them. went to Good Karma in upper lake recently to their farmers market and was treated to high quality meds (eighth of chernobyl for $25) and was allowed to try the smoke before i bought it! also picked up very healthy clones no bugs or mold/mildew for $10. all in all the experience was worth the drive. i felt welcomed and safe at their co-op.

Organicann is great! I only come here now because of the huge selection and the friendly staff. I have never had a bad experience here and will be back again a lot!

I thought that Organicann was a good club to visit because employee's were nice and help full and they had a nice setup around the place so whatever cannibas needs you had they made it easy to find the appropriate materials suited for your needs

I purchased clones and brought them home only to notice powder mildew spots on them. This was not noticable under the lighting in the store. By the next day the powder mildew was very obvious. I would not recommend their Dark Heart clones.The store is nice open space and a great selection of medicine. I would have given a better rating if they had healthy clones available instead of diseased ones.

Great product beautiful store and friendly atmosphere tax is a kicker but oh well it's worth it

My opinion has not changed. I tried to keep an open mind but no go!First note on most recent visit is the disposable carts that carry their proprietary name is flat out garbage. Do not waste your money! This is the second one I have purchased since my last visit and I had the same results. Hits like shit and the  high is non existent. Go to the smaller shops! The glory days of organicann have gloried out.

Ok...My 2nd time visiting a dispensary as needed for CBD information. Everyone super friendly while being greeted and ID check. I was absolutely impressed with the vast size and artwork upon walking in to the dispensary. Wow! Huge, clean, cool, artwork, clothing and of course CBD selections. Megan was outstanding helping me with suggestions. A super friendly employee is always incredibly appreciated. I ended up purchasing 2 containers of CBD gummies and a bottle of CBD tincture. Megan was cool enough to inform me about 'Senior Discount' days. 10% off! Nice! All around great experience as I meandered around the store before leaving. So many interesting products and people. An end to a long relationionship.What Happened: I told a Manager F%#@ YOU!Result: I was kicked out and no longer welcome at Organicann.I am actually proud to have been kicked out of Organicann. Why did I say F%#@ YOU! to a manager?During this past year, I have watched these folks dance on the edge of conformance to safety guidelines regarding Covid-19. With staff wearing their mask under their nose, regularly, to doubling up on folks at the ID intake desk, which places customer right next to each other, and now this last, and final, straw.Just a week or so ago, I was in for a purchase and noticed that Organicann was placing customers, that were purchasing product, within 3 to 4 feet of each other at the registers. The employs have shields protecting them from customers, but they were clearly disregarding their customers safety by NOT following the 6 foot spacing guideline. Quite surprising given the 80, or so, yards of register space that they have in their large room. So I brought this up to the young manager that was taking care of my purchase. His response: well its just like Walmart, we can't control customers, to which I responded "what, Organicann is NOTHING like Walmart! You have space galore, and could easily use registers with more than 6 foot spacing: and protect the safety of your customers!". Hi dismissed me as if I was way off. That warranted a heart felt F%#@ YOU!Very happy to no longer be associated with this organization as they are making it clear, what they think of their customers safety.

So it's been awhile and I needed to write a review for Organicann, which was well deserved!Honestly was my first visit to a dispensary and it was quite easy, scan of identification and agreement when walking in. My visit was for a family member who had no intention of visiting, so I took one for the team. The inside of the warehouse is quite easy to navigate with a ton of space. Staff members are all over and willing to help, especially with those are unfamiliar with the process. Ended up grabbing some pre rolls and CBD's and was surprised at the price point, but not surprised at our wonderful state tax for the goods..Easily can recommend Organicann to others in need of medicine with a streamlined purchasing model.

This place is awesome! Just left that shithole Doobie Nights disappointed and came straight here to a place I know always has the goods and service to match.If you like art, green, and quality customer service, this is the spot.

I went there yesterday, and last week. I needed some extra help with a purchase.  I will have to say, they take your concerns seriously and are very kind and helpful to clients. Michael was the mgr. that helped me yesterday. He went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I really appreciate a business that does this and while busy, still assists customers. I have been here before. They actually take credit and debit cards, which is a HUGE plus. Lines can be long but budtenders are great, having great sense of humor and patience with customers. There is a very wide variety of flower here too! That is my thing so I stick to it. Call me old school if you like! I will be back and have had great experiences here.
