First time into the Santa Rosa location and my experience couldn't have been better! The check in process was seamless in the brand new lobby and my web order was ready and waiting for me to pick up. Cari helped me at check out and was very friendly and offered a reminder not to leave my products in the car for long due to the high temps outside. The same products, knowledgeable employees and outstanding customer service that I have come to expect from Mercy Cotati, is now also available in another convenient location. I will be back often!

I absolutely love this place!! Great selection of flower, and pre-rolls and cartridges. Service is impeccable from opening the door for you and calling regulars like me by first name bases. Thank you for providing top tier customer service and satisfaction.
The staff was friendly and the knowledgeable and the products looked too notch. Ritchie helped me and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. It's probably the best dispensary in town.
So glad they opened up a spot in santa rosa. They have nice pricing on their cartridges, and they give a nice senior discount. I had a problem with a cartridge on two different occasions where they let me replace the cartridge, or get discount off next purchase. This shows they care about their customers repeat business. I've had other local dispensaries scoff at issues with cartridges, and act like they don't normally replace these when they have issues. I like the location as I live santa rosa, was hard to get to Cotati. Sorry, no pics!
Mercy Wellness has shown its true colors by responding to my legitimate concerns with denials and insults. According to Mercy representative, Lan L., I am most likely paranoid, because it is apparently normal business for a Mercy employee to run out of the store and attempt to flag down a police car while pointing at a lone customer car in the parking lot.Fine, Lan, if the police had not been called, why did your employee attempt to flag down a patrol car while pointing at my car, the only car in the parking lot?You can tell al lot about an organization by how it handles problems. A simple apology would have worked for me, but instead Mercy doubled down with more atrocious behavior.Like I said earlier, there are plenty of places to buy your pot that employ mature people to deal with the public. So, there is no need to shop at Mercy and potentially expose yourself to interactions with law enforcement.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't feel rushed like just another transaction, but if you are a person on the go, you won't feel like a hostage either. Lol. The price selection is fine. They have everything for all deep pockets or low pockets. I buy the prerolls and i like them. Over all i think the staff is great because they recognize the regulars and still make me feel welcomed. Thank you entire staff of Mercy!!!
I am so confused...Even as a DAILY customer, I may be inclined to agree with Brian S. since we are seniors with the same bad customer experience at this location. This is exactly what happened;My husband drops in everyday collecting in my medicine for me. Approximately one week ago, I sent him to collect a specific order, with 4 photos of what I wanted, and, according to him, the response was " I know what she needs", and the person returned with two products that I did not ask for nor did I want. When he attempted to return them unopened just moments later, they gave him only one product choice to return, but still not at all what I asked for, and now I'm stuck with $100. of product that I hate, and doesn't work as medicine for me. Please advise?
