I had received a clearly MOLDY product from this shop. Had a terrible reaction to what I received from them and almost went to the hospital. No quality control what so ever. Tried to call to get assistance with what I had received but no luck... 150 dollars in the trash.. Avoid this place!

AMAZING environment, people, and products. This dispensary is legitimately nicer than Caliva in San Jose (sorry, but true!! Both are awesome but the product quality is better here and the environment is on par--which is saying something)

I really like going to them because the tax is included and they carry the best stuff I always get buddies carts here

This is my favorite club in Santa Rosa! Every staff member has been very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable and personable. Prices are decent and the selection is vast. Highly recommend!!

Super rude. Never will shop here again. Came in to buy stuff and was rudely rushed out. I had 5 mins before they closed and the dude rushed me out 3 mins before saying they didn't have time. Go to mercy this place is a dump. Closed and locked doors 3 mins before nine. Good way to run a business.

Love this place, great friendly staff with a gorgeous interior of local art drawings and modern display cases. Another amazing thing they do is curbside pick up which has to be one of my favorite parts and also have a point system too. All the pricing has the tax added so you don't have to worry about bringing the right amount of money. One thing to note is this place is cash only so think in advance and if not they have an ATM.

I found them on Weedmaps, made a simple selection online, and got a promise that they would be in touch when my order was ready to pick up. An hour went by and I did not hear from them, so I called. The fellow sounded surprised and said yes, my order came through. I said I'd be there in 15 minutes. When I got there, I called to say I was waiting in the parking lot (covid precautions). A worker came out and took $100 and my driver's license from me. Then I sat there for 15 minutes. Then he came back with an order that was not mine. Then he went back inside and I waited another 15 minutes. I would have left if I'd had my money and my license, but I went inside to see wth. There were four (4) workers in there and one customer. They had not yet packaged my order. They pulled it together while I was standing there, and then offered it to me without a receipt. I had to ask for a receipt for my cash. Maybe it was just my bad luck to get them on a day when they had nobody but trainees in the store. Midafternoon on a weekend. It's not that they were unfriendly. They were very friendly about being incompetent.

Other than being beautifully aesthetic, carries a wide variety of high quality products, professionally and respectfully employed, and conveniently located, the price points are set fair with tax included which makes it easy for you to choose your products! Top dispensary in Rosa!

Came in with my Texas ID and was rudely accused of it being fake. The manager did not want to give my ID back so I told them to call the police. He told us to get off of his property so I insisted that he call the police so I could get my ID back. I was polite the entire time and he still acted extremely rude. Worst customer service I've ever received at a dispensary. I wouldn't recommend anyone out of state come here. Extremely disappointed.

I finally found the perfect dispensary on the north end of Santa Rosa! They have a huge selection and were really nice on the phone when I had a few questions. The budtenders seemed really well educated and were sweet as could be. Earlier this week I went in for some sleep products and got some incredible items that work really well. If you look on their website, there are lots of sales and ways to get a deal- I brought in a can of food for the food drive and got 10% off!Great prices for edibles, raw products, pre rolls, vape options- really just about everything.

came in here yesterday and purchased CBD lotion for my bad knees, product is amazing! super friendly staff, guy who helped me went above and beyond with products I was looking at! Definitely will be making 365 a regular go to place!

Yet again, a seamless and quick shopping trip to my go-to dispensary up here in Sonoma County. I'm always able to check-in with no wait and there's always a bud tender ready to help. The only negative thing that I can even think of is that I've been sold on a couple of edibles, capsules, and now tincture, that were suggested to help with my pain mgmt. Ive had to double and sometimes triple the dose to achieve sufficient relief which gets super expensive. I don't think about my tolerance levels when I'm in my happy place shopping for goods but I'll make a point to remember for next time in hopes that 365 will be able to better help me. I would have changed my rating to 5 stars but I couldn't bc today they had EXTREMELY low stock on cartridges. I was pretty bummed on that, and I believe the visit before that (or before that) was the same situation, where limited vape cartridge selection was available

Normally I'd rate you 5 stars, but today's experience makes me reconsider ever patronizing you again. It is over 100 degrees outside, your lobby is HUGE and was EMPTY, yet you are still asking people to wait OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT???? Even after I explained that I am very heat intolerant and can I please just stand in the furthest corner, the gal on the desk was rude and dismissive and said well there's shade.Atrocious.UPDATE:I was called by one of the managers, who apologized profusely, and who immediately changed their policy on waiting outside in the heat, and is also hooking me up as an apology for my discomfort.12/10 customer FOR LIFE.

First time visitor - outstanding customer service! Very helpful and informative and wasn’t condescending like I have experienced at the dispensary in Sebastopol. Cooper at the front desk was also very helpful and he listened to what I wanted! I will return to this fabulous store. 5 stars!

Great place! They have a lot of knowledgeable people on there staff . Today I wanted to try Wax for the first time . The lady named Bright was super helpful and showed me some of her recommendations and informed me they had a sale on a good wax that I ended up buying .They always have good sales. Love this place!

Kenny was great. They didn't have my favorite product available but he was wonderful at suggesting other products that were similar. Very knowledgeable.

365 is easy to spot on the Mendocino Blvd, parking lot with shade trees for the hot days, being greeted immediately, with a friendly welcome, and after age verification ( a quick process ), you step into a friendly environment unlike some clubs with heightened security over all I would have given 5* if it were not for the faint presence of mold on my flower selections. You can look at this as a grower or supplier liability issue, but either way, for me, it is still a liability, I went there in a pinch and that will only be how I return. Let's hope it will be fruity full next time... Till then 2*...
