I went to their clinic in Monmouth (6/26/17) to fill out the paperwork for my OMMP card. I have not received my card (8/22/2017) and OMMP has never received my paperwork. The owner of the store wanted to talk about the amount, which I was confused about and didn't get the chance to tell her it was $50.00, I was confused it was the $175 clinic fee. It was making me tense and I ended up speaking over her because she was talking slow and my phone charges by the minute. She started telling me I offended her, and I hung up. How am I supposed to find out where my OMMP card is if she's offended? I don't know what to do and I want my clinic fee and OMMP $50 back.
After being a regular customer since they opened- some times as often as every other day, today kind of took the cake. I went in and bought and Emerald Extract Marionberry SHATTER. We all know it's not exactly shatter, but for the bargain price that it is, it has always been pretty easy to handle, and at least the consistency of snap and pull. Today the Marionberry I bought was bad, it had turned to sugar, The last Marionberry I bought was the same way. So today, I hopped back into the car and immediately drove back not even being gone for more than ten minutes. I went back in and told them it was bad and it had turned to the sugar consistency. At that point- EVEN THOUGH IT IS CLEARLY LABELED "SHATTER", the new little blonde employee tried to tell me it was supposed to be that way, that it was "sugar wax". Really?! I feel completely patronized, and like she thought I was totally stupid or something when I have been smoking for longer than she has been alive! And then the owner Margo from the back telling them "we better check the rest of those", basically admitting they were bad, all the while the little blonde b*#$h trying to stick to the story that it was supposed to be that way, and she really likes it, and it even comes off the paper easier that way. Again....IM NOT STUPID, AND DONT PLAY ME FOR IT! Honestly, I'm more pissed about that than I am the $12 they must obviously need more than I do since they will not stand behind the product they sell, even with the owner there telling them to check them all. I appreciate the girl who checked me out and said she would give me a discount next time I bought something over $12, but I most likely will not take advantage of that, as there are 100 other Dispensarys around who WOULD HAVE REPLACED the product with a good one, especially for one of their original, and long time customers. I will not be back- I have never run my own business that way, and I will not do business with people who do.
I bought a refill for my vape, it would not work so they told me it was the battery so I bought a new one.. It was a bad cartage from the start and they would not take care of it.. It was clear this place was wasting my time and money. I will not go back
Still a nice spot, but with soooooooo many good shops offering better deals on great medicine makes this place just too far outta the way unless there is some sorta event going in there. Occasionally, they actually do that, but whatever, few and far between.
I bought 3 clones and gave one of them to a friend the night I bought them. The two I kept within days developed mold. My friend just called me his has mold too so it's not my grow room. Called to let them know and the person I spoke to basically acted like whatever dude they have no idea on how to take care of clones. I would take my business elsewhere some dispensaries just do not know what they're doing. Buyer beware
This place is pretty good for the most part I think... they always have a decent selection and good deals on low-grade flower and the ladies there are always very nice, helpful and patient. They also have a nice glass gallery in the front if you are in need of items as the such.... I had to edit this review... the "WB" clone I purchased here ended up totally caked and covered in a white mold... I had to throw it out before it infected the rest of my garden.
I have been here several times, even though they are overpriced and usually make me feel like I'm disturbing them by coming in even though there's never anyone there. Was willing to overlook that, but today I was treated like a low life. I did a curbside order, and because my child was in the car they would not help me, even though I've done it before without a word. The guy even suggested I go drop my kid off around the corner and come back? What? So I leave, totally confused about why this is suddenly an issue for them. Could it be that I'm from California? Could it be that my child is half black? Could it be that they're pre-judging me and thinking that I'm an irresponsible smoker? I am very responsible, I never get baked, I don't smoke around the child. Cannabis is a medicine for me that helps greatly with my anxiety and I only take a couple of hits off a pipe every few hours to help with that. My kid only knows that I pick up my medicine there. So, I call to let them know that they've lost my business, same guy puts the manager on the phone, who said I could leave my child in the car and come in. Well, why didn't the guy tell me that when I was there?!? I'm not particularly comfortable with that either. Anyone can go to any store and buy beer or wine with their kids, what's the effing difference? I'm really hoping that it wasn't any of the reasons I questioned above. Curbside pickup is ideal for single parents who don't have anyone to watch their child, because it's just exchange of money for a bag with your product given to you, just like a pharmacy. How is that harmful to my child? I understand not allowing underage inside the store, but saying they can't be anywhere on the premise and refusing to serve me curbside, that's going overboard. I've never been anywhere, including there in the past, where there is such a broad policy. Also, I thought sellers were also advocates for the medicinal value of cannabis and have the understanding that people can use it responsibly as such, even if they have children. That sure isn't how I was treated today. I will not be back.
Great service- Nice and Friendly - Diverse employees - knowledge about cbd oil and the benefits .
I really miss Jessica she was really helpful. Good customer service
Best dispensary in West Salem and Monmouth. ..My late Son worked for the company ..Great owners took very good care of us when our son passed. Hard working local people that deserve your business. Much more ..over the larger dispensaries...great price range of products.. Friendly staff ..Always try find a discount for you...you won't be disappointed...
Always a good selection and they make it easy to see the quality with the large jars. The staff have had good suggestions
Friendly atmosphere! I really liked the store set up..i loved how the store had an upper level. I don't recall ever seeing packs of pre rolls at other shops I've been to.. Or, maybe I had a 1 track mind and just never noticed... but they had 5 and 10 pk pre rolls.. Singles too of course.. Check it out 👍
The way the owner treats her staff is astonishing. This woman (Margo Lucas) should not be working in the cannabis industry let alone own a store. I will be sure to let the proper authorities know of the gross employee neglect going on here.
