Been going multiple times a week for awhile now still the BEST Trend setters, Standards setters !!Preserve is beautiful inside and out. The people the atmosphere the products and the flowers! Truly top shelf connoisseur grade what makes my visits special; is the knowledge and kindness that you receive from every staff member, bud tender however you want to slice it! they aren't just smiles and happy, they also are extremely surprisingly knowledgeable about every product, every farm, every flower and every extract!! It was shocking And such a wonderful breath of fresh air if you're into cannabis please help support these guys they deserve it! No surprises either they will tell you any specials any discounts they really try to make your money stretch. POINT BLANK STRAIGHT UP THEY JUST CARE!

Good prices, and a few good employees. Others not so much. It isn't cool to take your bad mood out on customers. Especially when it's your job to serve. Will not be coming back..

The owners know what their customers want, fresh, clean, fair pricing, quality and friendly knowledgeable staff. It's also great to see the owners (female owned business) working the counter and helping their customers.  Top quality buds.

The Preserve Dispensary is the only place I go for pot now. The budtenders are really knowledgeable. Amy is amazing. She has educated me so much on pot and terpenes and all the little things that are fun to know. Preserve maybe a tiny bit more expensive (I am not at all sure about this statement) but, the quality of the buds and the knowledge and availability of the budtenders are well worth any extra cash.

Was quoted by budtender on the strain I wanted it was $90, asked again and she said that was correct.  When I get to pay, they tried to charge me $130.  I let them know I was in a hurry but it took 12 mins to complete transaction.  Lots of other better choices in the area.   They gave me product in a freakin sandwich bag with no labeling information on it at all... Not even sure if this is what I ordered.  No license #, thc/cbd.  Clean store though.

Stopped in on my way to the coast, was able to get what I needed quickly thanks to the staff. I believe the girl that helped me was named Madison? She was delightful and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products. 10/10 recommend.

Great people, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Went here on Father's Day came back wasn't disappointed. The quality of product is top notch. I recommend / great prices and deals too. You got to try this place out trust me !!!

Everything from The best flower you've ever seen to $10 eighths & $30 half ounces. Always can find Happy Cabbage rosin & Echo Electuary dabs. Weed Wednesday all top shelf is $8 a gram!! And if you can find a better price somewhere else... they price match  Hands Down the best flower in Salem and awesome staff keeps me coming back over and over again

Preserve is the spot! They hands down have the best flower in town; great prices too! Their Elite shelf has some of the best flower I have ever smoked in my entire life. You've got to check out that Tropicana Cookies grown by Focus North. Not only do they have great flower, but they also have the best bud-tenders. Not only were they patient and extremely kind but they hooked me up with a discount. I'll be a Preserve customer for life. Check them out!

I wish I could give even more then a 5 star rating. The people who work here and have worked here since I've been coming in are absolutely wonderful. I know very little about marijuana, but they always answer all of my questions and are able to find me things that I like. Really good quality here too!! I have been going through a lot of mental and physical health problems, per reason I have a medical card, and I have to say that I always feel like I matter when I walk in Preserve Oregon. I always get greeted when I walk in, or helped in a timely matter. I went in on Tuesday sept 7th, and I was holding back tears. It's been a rough couple of years. These two girls who were working were absolutely wonderful! They made a comment to me that will stick with me forever, and that was after I said I didn't have enough to tip with, they said "you getting what you need and feeling better is a tip to us!" And that stuck. Keep up the good work and the compassion and nonjudgmental place, you all are amazing!

Great service and nice selection. The vibe here is great. If he’s available, ask for Elvin!! He really took the time to walk me through everything. He answered all of my silly questions about the different strains. He didn’t seem to mind at all! Elvin is very knowledgeable and really personable. I’ll definitely be coming here for my bud needs. Thanks for the help Elvin!!

Plus, they are always trying to make sure I get the best deals and discounts! Love, love, love! Tony takes such awesome care of me wherever I go in, and Madison, Dylan, Kara, Markus make my day every time! Honestly all the staff are AMAZING! Thank you guys for all you do!

It was my first time visiting this shop, but I wish I had done it sooner! The energy is warm and inviting, and the Budtenders are so friendly! Natalie showed us around the shop and was so sweet and welcoming. You can tell how much they care about their customers and about doing the right thing by them. 💚 I'm looking forward to continuing to shop here!

I have actually requested brands at this shop and the owners went out of their way to stock them. Elvin always has great recommendations for the freshest flower.
