You're better off going anywhere else! I bought a cartridge the morning of 10/5/19, and returned in the evening due to the fact that it was not working. I was told that I could not return it, due to the product being discontinued. If I had been told this when making they purchase, it would not have been an issue, but I was not told anything, and they refused to do any sort of exchange. With the abundance of dispensaries in our area, you'd be better suited going to one that provides basic customer service.

Sold me a 1 gram cart and opened it up when I got into the car, it was only a half. Went in to either get a new cart or get my other .5 that I was owed. They told me the best they could do was 15% off the other .5.... THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! Use to love this place, now it seems they have plenty of money so they don't need the business.

Traveling here from Cali and was really let down. I wish I went somewhere else. I was using their weedmaps menu (which said it was a live menu...) to pick out what I wanted before coming in, and the staff told me they haven't updated it in months. They traded out the kush mints with silver slymer, and the staff told me that the THC% was wrong on the menu. The flower wasn't that great. It wasn't bad necessarily, but I could get better somewhere else considering how the experience already started and ended up now that I found out. I noticed a strange withdrawal on my card in my bank app. It said a non chase atm withdrawal was made at this address. The staff did this without letting me know first, charging an extra service fee for both the store and the atm. My account is over drafted now. Probably a good idea to let your customer know that you won't charge it as a transaction, but rather as an ATM withdrawal. Not good practice. Go somewhere else.

The only chain of smoke shops I go to, and for a good reason! Killer prices for quality herb, you won't find better deals I promise you. Points system earns you great rewards. We popped in here upon first moving to oregon in January 2020, haven't gotten my herb from a different smoke shop since! I'm a mr nice guys customer for life 💚
