I would like to start off by saying that I've NEVER left a negative review...ANYWHERE. I'm really disappointed in their customer service. I have purchased several different products from edibles, to vape cartridges, to flower. My most recent purchase has included flower and an e-pen that has a disposable battery. I asked the employee, "What happens if the battery dies and there is still a lot if oil left in it?" She replied, "Oh that's really rare...you'll be fine!" So I made my purchase, left the next day for vacation, and guess what? The battery quit working on the 4th day. There is still 4/5ths of the oil left that I can not utulize. I went in today, (the day after returning from vacation), to let them up know about the defective pen and was told that there is nothing anyone can do, because it was after the 3rd day...(now it's the 6th day), and that they do business with someone who won't credit them for defective materials, so the problem is just mine. I'm a business owner and would never dream of hanging a client out to dry, because of my defective equipment. Apparently they have too many customers, to be worried about one. I'll find somewhere that appreciates their customers and our hard earned money.
Have been here twice. I never buy cartridges, because the first one I ever bought failed about halfway through. On my first visit here, the bud tender suggested a cartridge and assured us that if it failed, we could bring it back and they would replace it, so no risk. Fast forward to yesterday, when the contact in the cartridge came out lodged into the battery, with about a quarter of the concentrate still inside. Thank goodness we were told we could bring it back, since I am a disabled medical patient on a very tight budget, and can't afford to just go get another. Oh, wait. Not once we got back to the dispensary. I was unable to walk to go in today, so my caregiver went inside to deal with it. They couldn't find the purchase tied to my account, and claimed that they don't carry cartridges from that company, only shatter. Not only would they not make good on the defective cartridge (I only expected them to honor the value of 1/4 of the original purchase, but that would have been enough to get me through until I get paid again. Instead, my caregiver ended up having to spend the last of my grocery money for the month on replacing it with the same strain, same company, shatter rather than oil. No discount. No consideration at all. Before you comment that groceries are more important than medicine, let me point out that in addition to crippling pain, nausea is a major issue for me, so without cannabis I just throw up what I eat anyway. So yeah, thanks for leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth, which will be about all going in until June. I will not only NOT be back, but I will be sharing my story as much as I can. If I can't trust your word, I won't trust anything else you try to sell me.
Terrible flower. The crappy pre packaged grams were so dry and crumbly. Not sure where they get their cannabis from but whoever grew it needs to leave the growing game. Seems like they tried to rush the drying time and curing time just to get their product out the door. Poor quality.
Beautiful, friendly, wide selection, knowledgeable, competitive prices, high quality, veterans discount. What's not to love? I only wish I lived closer.
Everytime, Chris has berm awesome! Honing our knowledge!
The ONLY good thing about his place is that it is clean. Full stop. Overpriced, old meds and no more 2 cents gig which was the only reason to go there and spend some $$$$ sometime just cuz they were cool enough to do it, but no more. Go other places unless you like paying more for crap that is prepackaged by Marlboro
All these people with their one start views are stupid and picky. Everyone who works here is super nice, they alwaya get through the line with quickness, and hey always suggest good strains and always have a good selection. If you wanna buy cheap crap for 15 an 8th go somewhere else.
Whatever you do don't shop at green cross worst customer service ever they have no care for there customers thieves an cons Do Not shop at green cross
Great costumer service. Endless variety and great location.awesome glass selections, happy people..
I don't want to go too deep into detail but, customer service is subpar, the prices are too high, and above all that I found 2 seeds in my flower
Ordered online for fast and easy pickup. Received text order was ready. Arrived at location and was then told, " oh sorry we are out of that oops". Didn't offer to substitute something else or offer a discount on another kind. Just basically tough crap your out of luck. Will never go back to this North Salem River Rd location and will make sure to share with family and friends the kind If customer service that they offer when they make the mistake. Will for sure recommend several other places that would treat you much better In this situation.
This is not a review for recreational users. I am a senior and I went in to get some targeted advice about the medicinal uses of hemp extracts. I believe it helped that I had informed myself beforehand. I was waited on by a young woman who in terms of civility and knowledge of herbalist preparations and their uses could not be faulted.I did not shop around for lowest price. I did make a purchase, and intend to return to this vendor if the preparation is effective, or for further advice.
It is the Apple Store of cannabis! Fresh look everything looks clean and in order. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful they never try to over sell their products and always steer you in the correct direction! There has never been a time where I enter the local and I am not greeted by a smile or a, "Yo, bro! Welcome in!" The beards are on point! I still need to get me a hat tho...!
NEVER BUY FROM GREEN CROSS!!! They have the worse customer service and don't care that they cheat their customers into buying defective products! I came into the store to buy a cartridge then realized i didn't have a battery so decided to buy a 10$ battery from them. Shayla from the Keizer location then told me word for word 'if the battery doesn't work, come back in and we will swap it for you, just make sure to bring your receipt.' After trying out the pen, i realized it wasn't working so i came back into the store, talked to Shayla and she then tells me she cannot honor what she just told me! She then wrote 'defective' on the battery and gave it back to me! Upset that she wouldn't do anything about it, i asked her why she would tell me to come back if that wasn't the case. i felt totally cheated and really uneasy about the transaction so i decided to call their local manager from the south salem location, spoke with a Cory, i believe, told him the situation and instead of really hearing what my concern was, he proceeded to patronize me and put fault on me telling me what i did wrong in the situation when in reality it was the establishment that needed to take accountability to what they tell their customers regardless if it is a new guy/ girl or not! You honor what you tell the customer! i go to plenty of dispensaries in salem and i've never experienced such an awful transaction! I understand the laws, however, it's your establishments responsibility to relay and reiterate what those laws are. If your employee tells its customers they will swap out a product if it's defective, and that is actually against the law, why would you tell the costumer that? Then turn around and blame the customer for doing what was told if that situation happened. If this is how this business operates, i will make sure no one else gets cheated from this place!
DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS. Customer service is nonexistent. KNOWN defective items are sold here. When speaking to the main manager from the South Salem location, Cory, he made it a point for us to pull out our receipt and check to see the line that states "all sales are final" after selling us a known defective battery. He definitely got a kick out of patronizing an upset customer. I felt cheated and powerless after knowing they had already taken my money and there was nothing I could do at that point.
I read the reviews and am surprised at the negativity as I did not experience bad customer service at all. Kit was our budtender and she was super cool. The inside layout has plenty of merchandise in display cases, feels like a museum. Our weed was good. We got purple hindu kush and a blueberry one. Both great, not dry and good flavor and high. We like this dispensary and will be back soon.
Green cross can surely catch your eye! A stand alone building chalk full of curb appeal just on the Keizer/Salem border.A large showroom to house a massive selection of products and swag. With budtenders attentive and read to serve you.Experience can very with flower selections and flowers quality. Yes they have a large selection but ware that's not always a sale point.Cost can be high when spending money here so be sure to bring enough money. I would visit this dispensary just for the hell of it to check out the product but I wouldnt buy product unless it was loose and It didn't come pre packed. That goes for flower, with concentrates I'd ask to see the product before purchasing.
