MacKayla waited on me.  She was so informative and interested in finding out what kind of products I was most interested in.  If you're passing thru Salem def stop in and say hi to this gorgeous girl... super nice great sales person...recommended RIP Cindy which was BOMB....YES!  Good prices great service! Boom!

Recently moved to Oregon and this is the first dispensary I went to and it's been great! Everyone was super helpful and welcome. Will definitely keep coming back here

I've been going to the west Salem location for over a year now. The friendliness of the staff is never disappointing. The deals they offer on a daily basis are never disappointing. I've never been disappointed with the products. And I just moved to this area 16 months ago and had tried other places before I found Homegrown Oregon in West Salem. I've never been to their other locations.  I'm sure it'll be my place of choice until the world ends. Or I end.  I'm looking forward to their great 420 deals this Monday, 4/20.

I have been to a few shops around here and by FAR the folk here are for 1 very friendly and never rude . Also they make sure to get you what you would like even if you dont what each one is. this place is fantastic and always so eager to help you and never do you feel like forget it this place suck.... NEVER ... they do a great job there by keeping their staff informed and also the store is so clean. I have been to a few places where it wasn't so nice inside and clean and thats a big thing for me bc then that lets me know they keep their weed and everything clean so we customers get the best hits every time.. I am def coming back and recommend to anyone . Great prices and great staff :)

I live closer to a couple of other dispensaries, but these guys just rock so, I go the extra mile. Something about the atmosphere. Keep it up ladies and gentz. I'll be there again. Oh, also it's by a load of restaurants.

This is my go to spot. I love it! Aside from being a little too small, it's perfect. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help. Prices are always competitive and with 3 convenient locations and a rewards programs and daily texts with specials. This place has it going on! Their top shelf flower is on point and they have CBD products. I can go on and on or you can just go in and experience what I'm raving about! Do it, do it.

You should update your business hours to 9:50 since your associates like to close early. Drove all the way from Lincoln city to try to make your guys hours for nothing. Then the male associate was rude over the phone. Crap service. This is why I usually go to OG lol

Use to love this place until recently. You wait FOREVER and the walk up is open half the time. With a ton of weed stores near by you would think they would strive to do better. Last visit today. Standing in 90 degree heat for 30 mins is not fun

Worked retail for years so it is extremely rare I post anything negative, this experience stood out...Bought ~$200 worth of weed , my purchase included 2 cartridge batteries with their logo. One of them was defective. Never used, couldn't even screw the cartridge into it. Went in to exchange for an exact replacement, didn't ask for my money back, just asked for a battery that worked. They said because I didn't have the receipt I was stuck with their defective battery. Left it with them and will never go back. They lost a good customer because they didn't want to replace a $20 product with their logo on it because I didn't have a receipt.There are plenty of other places to buy your weed, go to one of the other 50 places within 2 miles...this place sucks.

I went in to purchase a gift but was clueless as to how to chose. The person that helped me asked great questions and was so kind. Should I need their services again this is the only place I'll go.

Super inconsistent with their customer service. I tried really hard to like them because they're local and I have heard their employees are treated well but I would rather go somewhere where everyone receives the same experience (or charges!) Think it will go over the bridge moving forward

Associates are always a super easy to talk to, and good weed at every price point

prices are good plus daily discounts, always friendly, very knowledgeable, and glad to help you fulfill your craving. downside with a plus... i It is a small cozy place and 2 customers in at time always a line. Positive. if you know what you want. there is a walk up window in back. 5stars from me

Definitely my favorite dispensary by far. The people that work there are phenomenal. Even when they are slammed they take the time to get you what you need. Just about anyone can sell weed, these folks are legit budtenders. I’m still not sure how I feel about the whole Chalice farms takeover. Today I was very sad to see the joint bible is no longer being used and they are all on display. I don’t like it. Please bring back the book. The book worked and we all want it back pleases and thank you! FOR THE LOVE OF JOINTS PLEASE BRING BACK THE BOOK!!
