My favorite dispensary so far. Good selection and great prices. Much of the staff seems a little socially awkward, and they are always stoned, but that hasn't been a big problem for me.

This place seems nice, but Beware!  Got some bogus Taffy from them, (product pulled from other dispensaries) went back to let them know about the Taffy, and was treated like a liar.  Was not asking for anything, just wanted them to know.  Because of how I was treated I posted a negative review on Leafly, and the owner slammed my review, put me on their Do Not Enter List, accused me of working for another Good Dispensary,  then soon after deleted my review from Leafly. I started reading other reviews for this place and noticed that they have deleted other negative reviews because of some positive reviews that mentioned the negative review. So you Really Can't Trust Leafly for reviews on this place. This place does not really care for the customer, just the money you can give them. Not Good For Patients!  Avoid this place! Much better places in Salem.

Caring knowledgeable staff.  Very clean very professional.  Top notch selection of flowers, bho, edibles and more.  Daily specials and even grab bag's just for fun. We'll worth your time.  Get your medical needs covered and grab a brownie too. See you there!

2nd Step is going down hill fast. What used to be a good dispensary is now one of the most expensive and has very little product. Purchased the last TJ's joint of MTF and when I got home tube was empty - no joint! A couple days later I brought up the empty tube and was told by a male staff member there was nothing he could do for me unless I brought back the tube. After spending thousands at 2nd Step this how they treat good customers. Stay away not worth checking out.Herbal Remedies has much more selection than 2nd Step and cheaper prices.

My dad and I went in there today and the guy behind the counter was so stoned he gave us the wrong stuff. I went back to return it because we didn't look inside the bag before we left, got home, noticed we were given the completely wrong stuff that was complete garbage. They didn't want to do anything about it besides "apologize". Needless to say, I will never be back. I would give this place zero stars  if I could.

The best place in town for marijuana! Staff are super friendly and helpful and have the best pre rolls in town. Rarely any wait time for product, but if you do wait, great conversations to follow. Best product in town for Indica's too. Will keep coming back!

Not a fan, bought a cartage for my vape and it did not work, it was old stock and the place is a bit rude.. There are to many good places around and its not worth my time to come back here

Need your medical card? Need to grab some medication also? Look no further then 2nd step. Two buildings as you drive up.. The one with the wheel chair ramp is the dispensary the building next to it is the clinic. Beautiful curb appeal with plenty of parking out front, enter the dispensary check in at the waiting area with the receptionist. You'll be allowed either into the medical dispensary or recreational dispensary. You'll surely find something at 2nd step they have a large array of flower a decent concentrate section and plenty of edibles also rubs/balms and salves. Every thing is reasonable price with attentive budtenders.They take cash or debit card so drop by you'll be happy you did.

If you're driving down 13th from McGilchrist, they are on the left side, at the corner.  It's easy to miss.  Upon entering, what looks to be a foyer, there's a desk inside and they check your ID.  After your ID is approved, they let you in.  Inside the actual shop, there's a wide array of smoking utensils and a display case directly in from of the doorway, where the Indicas, Sativas, and hybrids are.  I don't recall the person who helped us, but he had a Van Gogh painting on his shirt.  He was super patient with us, as we looked through everything. The only weird thing was the color-coded jars were indicative of top shelf vs bottom shelf, rather than indica vs sativa vs hybrid.  So, we were a little confused.We did like that they have a rewards card.  We are also very much LGBTQ-friendly and saw they were PROUD.  We will be back.

These people are rude, ignorant and tricky. On their site they don't tell you how much they will charge you just to file papers you can do on your own for free. Plus the receptionist who goes around pulling on her jeans so her ass won't show told me that if I ever worked I could not possibly be on SSI. I have been disable and on SSI for years and had worked before becoming disable. Stay away!

Mostly to counteract the troll rating. That and any medical provider who can give the finger to the feds and see the positive effects of marijuana gets mad respect from me. I'll see you guys real soon, I need to get my medical card.

Best shop in Salem by far! If you want to spend your money where it actually goes back into your community instead of a money hungry corporation look no further. Great products and even better people!!

The Rec Station is my go to store for all of my cannabis wants and needs! They have great customer service and always take their time with me to help me pick out my selections. I have been a customer since 2015! Any time I've ever had an issue with a return they have always stood behind their products. This is a great business with the best products and excellent staff!
