I am a long time customer who took time off looking to get back into green solution. They were extremely helpful helping me get discounts towards my next order since missing my birthday points in April.

green solution is the absolute best! coming from california, i know weed. these guys were very prompt on helping me as soon as i got in. they assisted me through the whole process and made sure i was getting the best deal possible. josh m was the best! very friendly and knowledgeablei can say that i will be back here. if you're visiting or live in the area, definitely stop by.

There customer service is spot on. The know my needs and are always offering options for my pain. Thank you guys keep up the greatness

Kick ass spot. Plain and simple, I've been coming to the chain for awhile and as a whole I'd give a 4 star too but this specific location gets a 5 cause they're the chillest people here and they get you in and out the door no BS. Since it's smaller too with very very limited parking, it never gets overcrowded and filled with tourists and you never have to wait awhile. Great convenient spot right near 285 too.

Ehhhh.... three stars because the pot tenders were really pushy and not attentive to our needs, and requests....

Love this dispensary. Large selection of products, attentive staff, and short waiting times to go with reasonable prices. Nikita helped me find the product that was right for me and was very helpful and informative

Hands down the best prices on flower 59 for a pre packaged full ounces. Shatter is comparable to the others shops I've shopped at. Clean easy to find and helpful staff

Excellent customer service!! Signed up for the rewards program and received $5 off my purchase!! They have a great special on ounces for $60 plus tax,, order online for even more discounts..nice clean location with plenty of parking! The staff was always ready to help with any questions or problems that I had  with online ordering! I will continue to shop at this location!

As visitors to Denver, we were told about Green Solution by my son.We visited on our own and received a nice welcoming.  We were educated about the products by our sales assistant.Highly recommended! Great service!

Have been to this dispensary a couple of times, but after my most recent couple of visits, I will definitely not stop coming back! Not only do they have some of the best deals, but the staff their is VERY patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I came in one particular day and told Josh about how I had tried to place an online order for their "Happy Hour" deal but for some odd reason the order wasn't placed. Josh was very helpful in making sure that I still walked out satisfied with what I needed and was not at all pushy about making the sale. Thank you Green Solution and thank you Josh for making me believe in the goods of the MMJ industry. Will definitely recommend to ALL my future friends!

Scooter provided the most awesome customer service yesterday! Fifth dispensary I tried and the only one I'll return to. He was helpful, patient, kind. Their chat feature on the website is actually manned so I got help with several questions. And I placed an order online to pick up tomorrow. Painless. By far the best dispensary around!

This place would be amazing if they actually staffed well. A 20 minute wait is obscene. And the wait is because every customer wants to have a conversation. This lack of concern for those waiting is unacceptable

J.W is really really nice and knowledgeable. I went during the day so there wasn't a wait at all. I've tried other dispensary's but this one is the best, their clean and the staff is really cool and their weed is really high quality. Nectarbee is my favorite that they sell and I get carts. Love this place

Had a great experience today with Isaiah and Kodi. They were very diligent about answering my questions and making sure I had the right info. He's doing a great job and has the right attitude for a budtender!

Oh ATM didn't even work and when I came back after using the gas station ATM I waited over 20 minutes for someone to even help me. yeah the weed sucks as well

I've like other green soliton facilities but not this one. They were pretty rude. With all the places around denver or Colorado in general that you can go you'd think you'd want your business to stick out and to have good service but they were very sarcastic and rude. I'll just go elsewhere and tell others to not come here and why the hell do I need to wear a mask still?!! There is no order and it's weed not a healthcare facility. Also it smells like ass in here!

The green solution Well, I was in Colorado so what do you do?JW showed me around the store. Very interesting.  I didn't have much time to take in the info. It's small but clean and well organized.I WOULD recommend.

The young lady at the desk did an amazing job with explaining where to stand for social distancing, then of course she was relieved, somehow I got lucky enough to get her as my budtender. You could tell she was a little warn out from the crazy night (extremely busy!!). I forgot to ask her her name but she was wearing these adorable socks that I ended up getting a pair too. Fantastic selection of cannabis. She was very knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know, she knew who to ask. Definitely coming back to either this store or another one of their several locations. Hope someone can find her and tell she is doing a fantastic job and to keep up the good work!

Super nice employees, we worked with Misty and she was so great. They really know the store, give you tons of information, super helpful advice. They have really great stuff and it’s all at a really great value. They have awesome deals too. The store looks super nice too :)

My daughter's and myself traveled to Colorado this week and stayed in the Denver area. Coming from a state that is not legal we were excited to visit the dispensaries. Our first choice was The Green Solution and we loved the experience. Not only was the staff so helpful and sweet to us southern ladies that knew nothing the product was above and beyond our imagination. They made our trip even more amazing. I was looking for pain relief from an autoimmune condition and the staff was so knowledgeable about what would help me most and they were right. The staff on Federal Blvd. Was our favorite but the service was the same at every Green Solution location we visited. When we come back y'all will definitely be at the top of our list. Thanks for all your help. Tammy

Amanda helped us out the whole time and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have asked for better assistance. She gave us suggestions and even asked about our day and weekend. Kudos to you Amanda for your exceptional customer service. You rock and keep it up!!!
