Love that the staff was knowledgeable about all the flowers products etc. I would definitely be back and recommend the dab to others.

On my latest trip to Denver, I decided to branch out and go somewhere other than the usual dispensary I hit up, and Ballpark didn't disappoint.  Ballpark had great selection at good prices, a great layout and apperance to the store, and helpful and friendly budtenders.

I think this is the best dispensary in this part of town. They have a huge inventory and carry more CBD dominant products than I've been able to find at other shops. The employees are always kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Seth just checked me out with helpful advice and I got a great product!

I've been here multiple times and have never had any trouble before today. There was 6 people in front of us and the guy working said he would let us in when they were done, so we sat on the couch and waited. Another person came in and he let them in right away? Being confused we asked why they were let in first and he said it was because we were on our phones? There is no policy stated anywhere where it says we can't use our phones. He said if we were paying attention he would of let us in? Instead of giving these rude people my money I went over to Den Rec and they were more then helpful and nice to me. I will never be returning to your dispensary, I'd rather pay more and go else where then to be disrespected.

As a Californian familiar with dispensaries but new to the Colorado scene I was really impressed with my visit to Ballpark.  Efficient, professional, clean and with clear Leafly-esque (my favorite site, I don't buy cannabis without referring to it) signage that clearly explains the strains.  I initially took a star away because they only had hybrid pre-rolls, but I gave them the star back because the cannabis was great.EDIT: I went back to Ballpark after I posted my review (they give you 20% off your next purchase) - waited in line and when I finally reached the counter they said what I wanted (pre-rolls like I purchased the day before) didn't count for the discount.  I told them no one mentioned that and it didn't say that on the card - and the manager just stared at me, said sorry a few times, and said they were trying to fix their wording on their discount cards. She didn't seem to get that I have no interest in their operations - but that I felt lied to and tricked and she wasn't doing anything to make the situation any better. So yeah now I negative feeling about this place. Sorry Charles!

Nathan helped me out - SUPER knowledgable and helped me find some new/better things than what I had normally been getting elsewhere. Selection was fabulous, staff was friendly and there's an ATM onsite as they are cash-only.

Had a layover flight in Denver so I was really excited to have enough time to check out a dispensary. I wanted something quick to toss so I bought a cartridge for my pen and sadly the cartridge was broken and didn't work at all  wasted my money

This was our first stop and Raven was so incredibly helpful and educated. I really appreciated her taking the time to help us with our million of questions and we are so happy with our suggestions!

Lovely dispensary! There's a HUGEEEE variety of flour, concentrates, edibles AND friendly budtenders! My budtender Everette was able to help my friends and I the perfect strains & products. The lighting is perfect and they even have another light at the counter for you to examine the bud! Definitely recommend coming here when visiting in Denver! Plus they have really awesome gear and fun souvenir items.

Friendly service , fair prices , not a lot to look at just mostly pipes but they do have plenty in stock just can't see buds and I like to see and smell them.

I was recommended this location from a friend and it did not disappoint. It being my 1st time in a recreational dispensary the staff made us feel welcome at the front desk. Raven is an absolute gem super helpful and just really took the time to help us find what we were looking for. Great spot worth a visit!!!

Average downtown Denver dispensary with quality bud. Was given a coupon for 10% discount at the front desk that required I fill out a review. I walk into the back, no acknowledgement of my presence or hello. I figure while I'm waiting behind some people who have 100 questions I might as well fill this review out. No sooner do I pull out my phone to write my review, I finally get acknowledged! "HEY NO PHONES BACK HERE" cool, my bad man. Wait another 8 minutes for someone to get back from break. This guy attempts to help me. Grabs my pax pod and grabs an eighth then says "oh, we don't have any pax batteries, do you still want the pod and the 8th" No, usually I would have walked out front to get my cash (because they don't have an atm in back) and come back but after being treated like my patronage could wait and was not important for me to feel like a customer, I decided to go next door.

This was my first visit to Denver and I am so glad we chose to stop at this dispensary.  Raven was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable with her suggestions. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

This was the first dispensary we hit when we arrived to Denver, and by the end of the weekend, decided it was one of the best we frequented in our short stay.  It was laid back. The service was great, they allowed us to take pics (a lot of the dispensaries don't.) Prices are comparable to others and they had a nice selection of flower and shatter. I told the guy exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. Some of the best shatter (purple haze) I've ever had. Super smooth. If you sign up for text alerts, you get some sort of deal. My husband had signed up prior to arriving and the guy also gave us 10% off for Yelp check in deal. I always love me a Yelp deal. :)If you are in the downtown area, definitely check it out. Then head to Great Divide Brewery around the corner for some beer. It was a GREAT start to a Rocky Mountain high getaway. :)

When in Rome...We came here unplanned after we arrived in Denver and it was a good experience. I was with friends who were very excited but being a total newb, I was just curious about the whole experience. We were greeted by a really nice staff member who told us about all the do's and dont's and I loved how chill it was. When we entered the dispensary, we were helped by a guy who didn't say much. He was pretty straightforward and not very talkative. I was just in awe at how neat of an experience this was.

It's sad that I have to be the 1st review this place has got and they actually may not be a bad dispensary. BUT I visited CO for the 1st time, and for my birthday. Sad to say Ballpark turned us down entry for what they claim was a fake ID situation. Being from NY obviously we have different IDs. This place accepts out of state ids but claim that there is a book that they use to check auntenticity of IDS and rules for them to follow. Sad thing is...it's vague and inaccurate because they are looking for a watermark on every id in the 50 states... sad enough ours doesn't have a " watermark" but a small strip of writing considered to be a watermark.We asked for a manager who was incompetent and was no help. He claimed that we should speak to the state of CO about the info in this book and how it's inaccurate...I asked if they had a scanner since that seems more accurate than what the eye can see...they don't lie. He claims they do have a scanner but can't scan a NY id...well my friend we still have a problem right? At this point we didn't want to enter and just simply wanted to allow them to see that our ids were in fact real! His last solution was to call the police, problem is he didn't expect us to say ok...I guess that was enough and they asked us to leave. Guess point was proven. Having said that...they should do something about their inaccurate stoner vision by just getting a more detectable device to ward off fakes. On to the next diapensary!....

Evaristo was so helpful I came back for the second time in a week even though it's not 100% on my way to anywhere. Love the discount combination with Biker Jim's, too.

I recently had my first experience in a dispensary and given the great reviews And close proximity I passed by and checked them out. First off, Ara was an absolute gem. Being unfamiliar with just about everything it was extremely helpful to have been attended by someone as knowledgeable as she was awesome. The whole experience was informative and pleasant. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jeff and that alone made us feel welcomed. Great job guys, I'll certainly be back. Thank you again Ara!

This place is literally heaven on earth. Insanely large selection of both medicinal and recreational products. Tons of flower, pre rolled, concentrates, edibles, etc. the service is incredible!! Kellyn was super super helpful in finding some good strains for me. Would give ten stars if I could!

As a tourist here in beautiful Denver. I took advantage of the new trade in Coloardo. Very hesitant I walked into B.P.H. Greeted warmly I  was give a run down on the does and don'ts. In short "dont be a dumb ass".  I went into an inviting area where I meet my budtender (Adrianne).  She walked me through the specials. I never felt pressured. and recived a huge amount of knowledge. 5 star experience. Start to finish.

We've been here twice on our stay and both times we were treated great and Gio was totally helpful and made sure we knew what we were buying! We will def be back!

I've been meaning to write Ballpark dispensary a review for awhile now. After going to countless dispensary's in Denver I've decided BHD is hands down one of my favorite. The staff are all knowledgeable about the wide variety of products they offer (One of my favorite places to purchase concentrates). The bud tender named Evi always makes sure the product I'm purchasing is exactly what I'm looking for. He asks me what experience I am looking to achieve and tailors my selection to meet my specific needs/ wants. Prior to knowing what I was looking for I found that all the bud tenders were patient. They are very educational and don't make you feel silly for asking questions. They usually have some sort of specials and the quality always exceeds the price.

With a major spine surgery approaching, I wanted to plan ahead and try to get something to help with what I assume to be a fair amount of pain coming my way. While there as a bit of a wait, the service more than made up for it. Ara was my budtender and she was one of the most friendly, knowledgable, and helpful people I've ever dealt with-- in any service industry. She was able to provide some great recommendations and was all around just a pleasure to interact with. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Went in to see what this was all about! I was looking for a T-shirt with the baseball sluggers logo on it...you should make one ..I would purchase online! Raven was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Nathan had a wealth of information for us tourists. First time here and tried a few different concentrates, all great quality. Will return!

Their system messed up so they sent me away with nothing. They can't enter numbers in their computer for some reason so if their swiper breaks they are completely nerfed. They lost hundreds of dollars with a shrug.

I've been to several dispensaries and this one is the best BY FAR. Best selection of edibles and flowers I've ever seen, and they really take the time to help you find the right products. Ara was incredibly helpful, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Will be back again and again!

I love this place! They have the best selection of pre-rolleds in all of DENVER that I've seen. Robert helped me out and suggested a few strains to me and let me know all the specials. Even though I don't live downtown any more I still try to get to Ballpark at least once a month.

Ballpark was great! I was traveling from Arizona so this was my first experience purchasing legal marijuana. The shop wasn't confusing at all and the budtenders were very helpful! I purchased on of their ball caps and that qualified me for an eighth for 1¢! I decided to also come back to grab some more souvenirs and a few edibles to eat before my flight. No pressure at all from this place, when I come back to Denver this will definitely be my first stop!Keep up the good work!

This used to be a great dispensary, but no more. They never have sour diesel even though it's constantly on the Weed maps menu . Yesterday, I inquired again and they abruptly told me they not allowed to discuss the menu because they didn't think I was 21? Are kidding me. I'm 55 years OLD and used to be a loyal customer. What a bunch of BS. They just lost a customer!!

Medical Buyer beware!    As a experienced mmj buyer the past 8 years in Denver, my recent experience at this location highlites the greed of the rec market.Signing up for ballpark to be my caretaker and giving my plant count, I thought there would be discounts.WRONG!They rack up the grams of wax on the med side to around 30 to 40 dollars as on medical the tax is right under 10%. On the rec side a gram of wax can average 20 dollars a gram as the rec tax is 25%.Notice the schemeIt's dispensary's like this that give the GOP the drive to never let rec go national

Very friendly and helpful staff.... i cant remember his name but there was a big dude with a beard that helped us and was very friendly... we are new to the area and gave us some tips on good places to visit and helped us with our nugs and have good discounts love this place!

I've been seeing this place a lot so I decided to go. Diana was the one that helped me & my boyfriend. she was very nice and very hopeful. she answered any questions I had. definitely would go back there.

Blue Dream, Blue Dream, Blue Dream!!! I'm sure eventually I will try other strains but that's what I'm use to here in Cali and MY GOD it's amazing here. I was introduced to the owner, she was very sweet and I love their dog. This place is totally chill, no fuss, the staff knows their product and I always recommend BHD to anyone going to Denver for a visit. Keep up the good work!!!

I really liked this dispensary.  I am not a sports fan, but it must be close to the Rockies stadium; hence, the name. I went there because it was a recreational dispensary, so I was allowed and because they had the best prices online. Their website was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.  They made good recommendations for me since I suffer from chronic migraines.  Overall, 5-stars. Not sure why everyone is giving such bad reviews for this place.

Slowest service on the planet! It always takes forever here but prices are reasonable. Daily deals, etc.

Ballpark used to be my "go to" dispensary but over the last couple of months I've noticed a change. First the prices have gone up and thier green dot specials are all now "popcorn" buds. The staff seems apathetic if you're only buying an 1/8th or so ( sorry I'm not tipping anyone for handing me a prepackaged 1/8th off a shelf). I used to love this place now I go to Universal

So I never give 5 stars on anything, but this place was awesome. When you enter the building there is a gentleman who checks your ID. Then you go in the back and stand in line and wait to be helped. There was no one else in line so we went right up to be helped by a woman. She was absolutely wonderful. She asked all my questions and was able to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for. I wish I had gotten her name so I could put it on here. The whole experience was wonderful. This dispensary had quite the selection of edibles and it seemed they had many other products too, even topical medication. I cannot day enough good things about this place. If I ever make it back to Denver again I will definitely go there! I've even recommended to other friends who will be visiting Denver soon.

Just moved here from LA and tried this dispensary. Very underwhelmed. This might be the driest weed I have ever smoked, and i purchased two separate strains ! Both were so dry I could barely roll them. Probably won't come back again.

Stay away worst people in Denver. Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer services I have ever experienced.   I called to see if they had a deal still running that still shows on there website. Called twice to see if deal was still on. First time the guy who answered. Was very rude and told me that he can't tell me if the deal is still going on because he works in the front not the back. I asked him if he could ask please, told him  I can wait. He laughed at me and hung up. I called back started talking to me then when I said hi and greeted him he hung up again. Bad business model. Should not turn down customers who are ready to spend hundreds with you. I'll take money elsewhere.Lost out on my business now and in future. I will not be recommending ballpark to anyone.

First place we went to when my girlfriend and I rolled in to town and it was more than impressive. Alex helped us out and was knowledgeable about everything they had for sale. Cool vibe from the moment you walk in the door and the products will hit the spot!

What happened to this place?!? It USED to have an awesome vibe with friendly happy people. NOT ANY MORE! I was pretty shocked at the complete lack of customer service. The budtender seemed to care less and had no sense of urgency. I know it's a dispensary but does that mean the people working there are stoned when they work? When I finally got my goods and was walking out the door a loud "have good day" echoed at me- robotically I answered as I looked at them In disbelief. It felt like the budtenders were the mean girls in high school. A bit sad, but the beauty of Colorado is that there are sooooo many dispensaries to choose from- I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend.

Came to visit Denver with some friends and came across this gem. Sam was our "budtender" and he was friendly and patient. He answered any questions we had and gave us a lot of insight on what is available around the area. Great flower and edibles and I will definitely be going back before I head home. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when you are visiting Denver. Thanks Sam!

I stopped in at Ballpark earlier last week to get some concentrates. The gentlemen I spoke with was very helpful in finding what I needed for the right price and seemed very intent on giving me the best deal possible. I had also purchased an E-nail banger that I was told I could return no problem since it wasn't a thc product. With that information I purchased the banger and unfortunately it didn't work for my setup. I attempt to take it back later in the week when I have time because this dispensary is not near my house and the gentlemen I spoke with told me I could refund it but I'd have to wait until the GM came in to properly process the transaction. I was a little annoyed at this point but it was what it was so I held off. I call today wanting to make sure the GM was in and was told by the manager of accessories that I couldn't get a refund for the banger, nor could I exchange it for a thc product at the very least trying to work with them. If I hadn't been promised the refund when I was purchasing I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Just a word of caution whenever you purchase from this dispensary, they are very uncooperative with trying to work something out saying I could only exchange it for something non thc of equal value which was worthless to me. Good selection of thc, poor service in refunds. Will not be returning.

Wonderful staff, decent prices, and good stock.  Right around the corner from the ballparks and walking distance from lots of stuff downtown.

Great location for a dispensary!  The pottenders were extremely helpful and educated.  If you're in the area swing through to check the place out.

Meh.  That is about all I can muster for this dispensary.  Customer service was ok, a bit awkward and forced but ok.  Most importantly their herb was subpar and overpriced.  The strain I got tasted nothing like it was supposed to, it's a strain I have a lot experience with.  With so many other places to go, nothing about this place impressed me enough to go back.

I've been in here several times and have something that irks me every time. The quality of the flower is consistently dry and stringy. My most recent visit I asked for a sativa recommendation, the bud tender suggested death star, which is a heavy indica. There are much better dispensaries in the area. I no longer go to ballpark.

Real nice people. Came here for Ewok and Denver Maple. They were out of the Denver Maple due to super bowl. The Ewok is waaaaaaaaayyyyy too dry. It still works, but for $90 a qtr I was expecting nice nugs. I'll give them another try.

Recreational prices are fair for downtown, the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a nice assortment of products! Their cones are weighed out fairly, and they always have a new strain whenever I go in. I always send people to them!

After feeling disappointed with an oil cartridge I bought,  Ballpark Dispensary did the right thing, called and assured me that I received a proper dose, and even gave me a discount on my next visit. Now I feel like a happy customer and will return. Thank you!

Terrible, wouldn't suggest or return!!! I have been a very regular and loyal customer to the shop since I first moved to the neighborhood. Had an incident today where a very rude employee wouldn't honor a copon because they were out(Coupon was from weedmaps 3 for $90 shatter) which is no biggie but when I asked if there was a wax I could substitute he said absolutely not and offered no happy ground. Very disappointed..

Worst experience ever!!! I went in on a coupon for an 1/8th for 15$ and she gave me a gram for the same price- total bs- then when I told her she shorted me she started arguing with me. Literally ripped me off and wouldn't fix it! If you want to get ripped off and insulted then this is the place for you!!!! Waste of time!

I saw an ad in Westword that offered 30% off on edibles and called to make sure it was still being offered. We then went downtown and when I went into the dispensary, I was told that I needed the coupon. There was no coupon, but my husband went out to the car to get the Westword. Unlike most medical dispensaries, they would not allow me to use the discount on tablets. I was able to use it on a CBD bar. Their CBD tables were somewhat pricey. It would be great if they had smaller sizes so that you could find out how they work before spending so much for the bottle. I have tried many products that do not help my pain. I liked the ease of using a credit card.

The dab had everything we wanted and way more options than the other places we stopped in! Also Tristan was amazing. He helped us get the perfect order and was super knowledgeable and nice. 10/10!

Watch what you order for online pickup. Labeling isn't their strong suit. Not very "premier"

I guess being a black guy with dreads you wouldn't face stereotypes in a dispensary but I was wrong i got denied a purchase because i looked at my phone for safety reasons? Even after the bud tender said it was fine good thing there's a dispensary on every corner

This used to be the best location..but lately they won't honor what's on the menu that they send out on a daily text ..they also limit you on what you can use your reward points on..why even have the rewards program anymore..the "newguy" he calls himself  is the dumbest guy ever won't be going back to this location they lost a very loyal customer today

Love this dispensary! I'm from Atlanta, made a trip in town to Denver for the week. I've been to several dispensaries downtown over the last few years, this one is the best!They offer a unique/diverse selection of cartridges as well, including a few different liv resin brands. Really great quality stuff here. Front desk lady was extremely nice, and shared her appreciation for us coming back. Staff was overall great, check-in process is nice because you don't have to stand in line, they just call the next name on the list.Easy 5/5 Stars!

Great folks and wonderful selection of top shelf product at fantastic prices! Anything from edibles to flower to concentrates and tons of cool shirts and swag to wear their logo proudly all over town! The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful and their selection and ease of menu on the wall for folks like me that can't see tiny print from a distance was awesome!If you are in Denver for a ballgame or just high quality recreational product, this is a must on the list!

I have never had such a problem with the marijuana quality than I have here. I purchased a half ounce of shake and got mainly stems mixed in with ground up weed. And I mean the big woody stems. Other than that I had a great shopping experience. They are quick and friendly and clean. I just wish the weed was better

This is our 2nd time at the Dab since visiting Denver. We’ve been to a few dispensaries but this is the only one we’ve been to twice. They have an awesome sweet of flower and edibles at amazing prices. We have a few days left here and I’m sure we will make another trip here. Bud tenders are amazing! John Thursday was amazing and very helpful today. I’m not sure of the first guy that assisted but he was amazing as well.

John Thursday was super helpful! Gave us a good idea on max prices we should pay for product. They have the cheapest yet most delicious edibles I’ve ever gotten. Mexican churro chocolate leaves you wanting more. They had beautiful Live Sugar for suburb prices right in the city.
