Amazing bud & concentrates for my ailments!! They also have many edibles and topicals to choose from. Professional and courteous staff!! This is my go to for my medicinal needs!!

The main place I go, staff is always awesome and fun to talk to, weed is good, member deals are awesome. Always clean shop with friendly people

Good bud, horrible customer service. Rude staff and general feeling of not being wanted in their store. Too many dispensaries to put up with that.

Very helpful people work here they were amazing with me for my first time coming to their Clinic. Danielle explain things and even the other patients were very understanding patient and helpful

I have been coming to the epic remedy north for 6 years now. I was here way back when both Alex's worked there. RENZ (the owner) decided that my $500-$600 per month budget was not good enough to earn my $25/month credit. He has now changed it so that you need to spend $1000 to earn a $10 store credit. He treats his employees like dirt and could care less about his regular patients or long term revenue. His prices are increasing with quality decreasing. Worst point system in the state. Do not go here.

I'd recommend the many, many other medical places available. You'll feel judged by employees here. No one wants that.

Bud tenders are very nice, accommodating and their concentrate is . Pricing is decent as well.

I have been a customer since the first day you opened the Fillmore location.  Today your NEW manager decided to alienate both myself and my husband before we even got in the shop.  Telling us we have to show our med cards after we emailed them to the store because our printer will not print the watermark.  She didn't even look up our names to see how many of thousands of dollars we have spent in this store. Shame we have to take our memberships and money elsewhere.

The ol Bait & Switch. Budtender: What ya looking for? I start my list by mentioning GG4 and instantly before I finish my list of favorites she shows me gorilla glue in a jar. I say: 1/8 oz cuz they wont do grams, Rite there was my 1st clue. Then the ol pre-weighed 1/8 "bait & switch", bags are already weighed out. That worked back in the day at a dealer house when you could smell and feel the bag before you bought it.I WONT GO BACK TO THIS STORE. why?I did not get GG4. - pointy sativa budsNo smell.I only got 3.2 grams.The bud was bland.Pro'sthe bud was potent and semi clean.

Fantastic staff. Excellent customer service. Great selection of joints and flower. Favorite budtender in the pink long sleeve shirt today! Always happy to shop here.

5 stars. I have fibromyalgia and a rare form of gastritis. I experience pain and vomiting for long periods of time. This was my first medical marijuana experience and it was great! The price was wonderful. Conrad was patient with me and helped me find what I need for my symptom management. He talked through dosing and strains. He also gave me treats for my service dog! I would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking marijuana as a medical treatment because it was fast without feeling rushed and the employees were well informed. Thanks again Conrad! (Ps I’m posting this under a pseudonym for privacy reasons)

Went in there 5 days earlier with my ID the same way it is and all of a sudden it's not acceptable, mind you my ID has been like this for 2 months and nothing was ever said and I was let into the store. With all the money I've spent at this store and get treated like this, definitely won't be coming back.

Always have a good experience at this location, great prices and good selection. Staff is really friendly, the gal who helped me out tonight was very nice! Highly recommend this location
