I just called and was hung up on. The man who answered said "Hi" and didn't even say the name of the store. I was calling because one of my businesses is moving to Colorado and we wanted had some questions. He hung up on me after I finished my first sentence by saying "I am going to get back to work now, bye". Like really some form of customer service. Marijuana stores are usually attempting to create a professional image because of the negative stigma. Well this store just enforced the stereotype-- way to go. FYI I just copied my Google review that I did anonymously to my yelp account.
I am really upset with this establishment. My son has serious medical Issues which is why he was there in the first place and his doctor told him it's best if he doesn't wear a mask. He walked into the store and tried to explain this to the manager and the manager yelled at him and said, what makes him so special because he has cancer and other medical issues and yelled at him, literally yelled at him to leave the premises like he had done something wrong. I will tell everyone I know and I know a lot of people that use different dispensaries to never ever ever go to this establishment. The entire staff is rude. I hope the owners take a good look at their management staff and understand that because of them, they're going to lose a lot of business.
The bud tender (name unknown) who is male over 6 foot has a man bun and a 5 o'clock shadow has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered not only in the medical marijuana business but in customer service altogether. When I walk into the building and see he is the bartender I instantly walk out the door because I want no interaction with that person. He talks down to customers is unknowledgeable or comes off as arrogant and Super uninformative. I have had a great day and this has nothing to do with anything other than your employees lack of six toner service skills. Very unfortunate, and I hope his attitude towards can be addressed and corrected. Thank you.
Terrible service, four strains?! No indica?! I was a member here before voluntarily leaving a year ago. It was snowing I didn't feel like going to my regular spot so I stopped here. Boy, what a mistake. RYAN, an employee that would do better working on in a slaughter house , said fuck off, don't even come here for water, yet I still walked out with my purchase. I guess that hurt. This place had to fire an entire staff of people because of criminal activity. I've spoken with the local MED investigator since they treat disabled people so poorly. So, I'll update you on that. Bottom line is they were butt hurt because I couldn't fathom how they didn't have one indica, yet asserted I was the problem. As a regulated, medical facility, they will be investigated again (probably for the 10th time) .I was told I was a joke for telling them their reviews (all negative) except the ones they monetize by giving free bud, are terrible and call out all the issues I just mentioned. There was also a customer they allowed 'verbally attack me' inside the medical facility so MED will be hearing about that. They encouraged and thanked him for engaging with me which is completely against state MED regulations. I told him I'd see hi outside and he was there with 5 people as a police officer drove by and he scrambled with his girlfriends or posse , couldn't tell ;) Guys don't patronize places that one, can even maintain more than four strains, has terrible service, and employs rude, unprofessional horses as employees (Ryan). Now a good business would look into this and know when MED comes a knocking why and what happened. Let me make a bet I'll get some personal, punitive response instead of an apology for their crapProducts and employees!
My go-to dispensary for years. Their selection is top notch and the staff is always super friendly. I enjoy stopping by just to visit with them. Their prices are competitive and their member deals and rewards are great.
Bought 2 pods last week, they didn't work. Took them back today and the first budtender graciously penny'd out 2 replacements. They were also bad - same batch? Went back in and the first budtender said she'd have to call the 'boss' before she could do anything more, and walked away to wait on someone who came in after me. Another budtender asked when I needed so I explained the situation. She claimed to be the 'manager', went into this loooong thing about what she had to go through to find out what she could do next, implied that I was trying to scam the store. Rude, condescending and apparently waaay smarter than the rest of us. NO refund. No replacements. $50 bucks gone. She was hesitant to tell me her name (Yasmine) and then she threw me out of the store! WHAT ? ?? (I'm also curious why the first BT had to 'call' the boss if she was already in the store???)Suggestion for Yasmine - stay away from customer service positions, you are void of any people skills. If you want to be in the pot business, go trim at the grow. Good job ladies - there's nothing like bad press. I'll be sure to spread the word.
Could be better. Super pricey & act like they are better than everyone else.My first experience wasn't great. Unfortunately, with my disability, I need something a little more. The person, at the time, had an attitude with me & started to unnecessarily educate me on the different strains & that I should do "XX" of THC; when I didn't ask, & they know nothing about me or my disability.Then the next time I come in, start pushing other pricey products at me with higher THC, after having attitude the first time.Honestly, I never really hear great things come from this shop. Too rude, expensive, & the points are practically worthless; unless you go in everyday or pay more than needed.
I love going here. The staff are always engaged, friendly, and genuinely caring people.they have a great selection of concentrates and their prices are pretty competitive. They have have a great selection of gummies. Lastly, they offer member benefits and incentives. Definately my go to spot
I like the store. Its exclusive and has good really excellent Flower. The concentrates hold there own but I have to say its the flower that brings me in... the artisan stuff(grape crush) an the kaviar ooooo weeeee!
Today was my first time visiting a medical store. The clerk was extremely friendly and eased my anxiety. He was also very knowledgeable and helped me find products that work for my pain while trying to save me money. I would definitely recommend the 64 Store to anyone who asked. Additionally, they have a great selection of topical and edible products.
Great variety in this downtown dispensary. Very easy to find and park, the staff is always friendly and smiling, AND they consistently have items on sale. The products are quality and, as stated, plentiful. Definitely shop here if you are looking for any sort of edible or low price craft cartridges/syringe.
Amazing top quality flower, strain selection is always great as well. The only thing better than their product is their staff. They are all kind and knowledgeable. This is my FAVORITE place to shop. Well done 64 Store!
