It's low quality especially the wax and the customer service was awful. Most of the staff were friendly but a couple of them were very rude. It took us 5 or 6 dabs to get a good buzz from the wax we got there where other places wax did it in 2 or 3. It's cheap but you can get better stuff in the same price range. I was also a member and found tons of receipts where they were charging for non member prices

Some of the highest quality nugs are available here. They cure their product and a lot of dispensaries fail to cure their pot.

In this time of unease in our economy, workers that are risking their lives to take care of the community should be commended.  I was very disappointed to learn today that the tip jar that adds a little extra money in employees pockets was taken away from them today.  With all the stress in today's world, this would have been a small gesture that your company could have avoided.  Tips are to help employees that are struggling to continue working.  Poor, poor business practices.

The staff is always friendly. I don't like having to remove my mask when I enter so that they see my face. I understand they are comparing to the photo on my ID, but the other dispensaries I go to do not ask you to remove the mask. It defeats the purpose of wearing it if I am having to remove it. The prices are decent. But I am not always happy with the product when I get it home.

Would have given this place five stars but they lost two stars for false texts advertising $99.99 oz. for the second time! Here's the one I got two days go, "LivWell: Harvest Season Flower Specials: $99.99 Rec OZ, & med members can buy up to 2 OZ per single sales transaction!Reply STOP to quit."The staff is amazing so that's why I still gave them three stars. With out these awesome people I would totally find a different dispensary to blow my money at. Hope they treat their employees well! btw- this is some of the best bud I've found in Colorado Springs! :)

Panda is an absolute joy and I’m so relieved every time she’s working. She knows what I like, and that’s so important to me. Having the familiar essence is why I will continue going to LiveWell. Everyone is so friendly & engaging & all smiles. Very knowledgeable too. But Panda deserves a raise or a bonus! She is one awesome gal!

Wonderful, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable in regards to what products would help my illness best. Ariel an. Ms.T are like family now. Appreciate them all.

The best dispensary in town! High quality product, in stock and at great prices. Budtenders are very customer service oriented and they know their product. Antoine and Tony are very experienced in the business and always have me leaving there with confidence in my purchase. Chelsea is always welcoming and friendly. She remembers customers and often greets them by first name! Keep up the good work guys and gals!
