How quickly things change, the STAFF has totally changed, they all quit. No longer a free cone with wearing their tee shirt, no free lighters and the saddest part is the their flower has degraded, only averages 16 to 18% thc, very low in my opinion. Most tier pricing dispensaries offer higher thc, like 28-32% but it's their high end tier and costs like $5.00 more an 1/8. But not Bestbudz, they have one price for all flower, hence the middle of the road flower at 16% thc. After being a customer since June, 2016, I'm disappointed. When I first began going to Bestbudz the thc content for my indica was around 26%, but has constantly deminished to 16%, sad. Also Bestbudz doesn't want to pay for constant testing of their flower to give us, the client, accurate thc levels.Tyson, your going to have to up the game to keep a good business going. Get the redecorating complete at Austin Bluffs (it's been six months and you've painted one wall, REALLY), it looks dumpy, unfinished, furniture in disarray, like you could care less.

Their set up is kind of off beat, first time I sat at a table while other people shopped in the actual shopping area before, not bad or good...just different. I only bought flower, it wasn't bad over all.

I will never go to another dispo again! Not many businesses pick up that I am trans and call me by my legal name and old pronouns but my first visit I was asked if I went by another name and what my pronouns were without prompting. The product is exceptional and prices aren't sky high like other dispensaries with the same quality! I'm in at least once a week for concentrates and budtenders are freaking amazing every time! I don't remember names but that's fine because I've had great experiences with every single employee I've interacted with. I've had my MMJ card for almost 2 years and I will never go to another dispensary as long as Bestbudz is open. Hands down the most pleasant and validating experience every time I walk through that door. I absolutely adore them!

Really nice knowledgeable staff,I'm always looking for whites and they go through it fast,I was told that they will only start selling there top sellers,This will be awesome to Not run out of my favorite!!!

Hmmm. Whatever I need at 8am it's there. Nowhere else for us early risers. They match my sleep pattern. #GoodGod

What a casual place to buy bud and such! The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Easily one of my favorite places in the Springs to learn more about and buy Budz.

Just went in for the first time today, and I was amazed at how awesome the SALLY sisters were from the very beginning. Every question I had was answered with an even more amazing attitude. I will gladly go back for future purchases.
