Yay I get to be their first reviewer. I just recently switched over to this dispensary. They carry a strain of Harlequin in the canna sap. This is my holy grail thanks to Caleb who recommended it several months ago. I just want to say this is the sweetest most caring staff. Shout out to Daniel the manager who touched me with his kindness and my great salesman Myles. I'm going through a difficult period with putting my mom in hospice and Daniel's kindness really warmed my heart and made me cry. He said he just wanted to see me smile! This location has got the nicest folks in town working right there! Thanks so much NR!

We drove 20min for this shit experience.My first time at "Native Roots. They couldn't get their equipment working to enter my info. After awhile I lost patience and decided to go to "The Epic Remedy."  "Native Roots" were indifferent to my needs and let me out the door with NO compensation..they could have said, "come back and we will compensate you...etc"  nada There are SOOO many mmjs here, not a problem to  find one that knows how to treat people. weedmaps.com

They have an astonishing array of products, all of extremely high quality. I unknowingly bought a defective product during a sale last week. When I called to ask what to I should do about it, they were warm and understanding, and assured me that, even though I'm not a member, they would "make it right". I went back, and the staff was still so helpful. I am considering  membership with them after such a good experience. Top quality products with top-notch service, in a very  convenient location. What's  not to love?

The team over at Native Roots Austin Bluffs is super legit and friendly as all get out! Glenn is the absolutely best! He's extremely knowledgeable and always hooks it up for his people. They have excellent quality of products and great leadership with Pat running the show, but Glenn sets the tone and attitude with his energy daily.

This was my first experience with mmj and as a mom getting meds for her daughter, I was very nervous that I would be lost on where to start. Instead I had a wonderful experience and received a lot of information and got her exactly what she needs. Myles (I hope I remembered right) helped me and was patient and enthusiastic. I brought in the recommendations my daughter's Dr. had and he went out of his way to make sure I understood what I was buying and was happy with it. Checking in was easy peasy and there was no push to sign anything except for their basic rules about recording and using on the premises. The building was spotless, everything was laid out in an organized manner, and everyone was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend and will be returning. Thank you Native Roots!

They are setting the bar. Their packaging, customer service, and product are all consistently excellent. Right now they deserve five stars but that's just because this is one of the few places where you can get excellent, professional service in the cannabis industry.Native roots is setting the bar and they are giving an example of what a really good dispensary will be like in five years. If you are tired of shady dispensaries, try them out. Their member pricing and deals are excellent.

You need a med card to shop here. You can order online and they will have it ready to pickup. Or, their staff is happy to advise you. Prices are average. Service is excellent.

Prices are good as a member,not always a big fan of all their flower,but everything else is really good.

First time in and Jen was AMAZING! The guy at the front desk was also extremely pleasant! Jen answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and nice. Great prices as well! Got a membership the same day because I will definitely be coming back!

Thank god for Native Roots. I have been a member for years and will not go anywhere else. I used to go to the south academy location but recently moved north. I have been coming to this location for about 5 months now and the feel is just like the south side. It feels like I am more then a customer at Native Roots. The bud tenders get to know you and your not just another receipt. I really miss Bob and Jordan from the south side but it is nice to see Patrick even at this location. I found a home here in 2019 and wont be leaving anytime soon.

These guys are great. Not always the biggest selecrion but what i get here is quality at a good price. The people are amazing, helpful ànd fun. I have been going here over a year and very happy
