Exclusive cannabis is the worst dispensary in Denver Colorado I was a regular customer there until today the assistant manager Tasia ruined it for me forever she was the most rude disrespectful person I have ever talked to in my. Life not only could she not help me out she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing with her job and there was nothing she could do xclusive cannabis has some of the worst marijuana to most of all their stuff has seeds in it not only do they keep getting my orders wrong they gave me a different type of weed that I didn't ask for and make me pay for it it's ridiculous at this point I will never recommend anybody go to exclusive cannabis again are the most Shady dispensary in Aurora I recommend anything but exclusive cannabis the security guard there is pretty cool though he deserves to work at a better dispensary where their managers aren't so full of themselves I wish I can give this place 0 stars but I have to give them one which they don't deserve

This place has the worst customer service and the worst bud ive ever seen. Would not recommend going here! Your better off going across the street to green dragon. Its a little bit more expensive but you get great service, great weed, and great concentrates.

Found this spot on Canna Pages pretty good prices and decent shake ounces but they need to up their staff pretty long wait at a not so busy time it was 2 bud tenders working today and their always nice btw great customer service skills and they carry 14er just the wait time could improve then I'd give 5 stars

Xclusive is hands down one of my favorite dispensaries EVER.  They have some of the cheapest priced bud around, and it's quality stuff.  Full gram pre-rolls for less than $4, a wide selection of flower and edibles, and they're open late.  My favorite person at thus location is the lovely Ms. Shardae.  She's always so personable and friendly, finds me the best stuff, and has even taken money out of her own pocket to help me when I was a little short once.  She always makes the experience even better.  If you want great weed at fair prices served to you with exceptional customer service, look no where else!

don't shop here. their weed SUCKS!!! you might as well go to an expensive dispensary and pay 50-60  an eighth for quality weed over getting their so called top shelf for 20-25 since it DOESNT GET YOU HIGH.  also an asian friend of mines said that a racist black guy working there spoke to him like he didn't know english when my asian friend spoke perfect english to him. "u buy this one. real stong. good weed. make you sleep good".  shit like that.  fuck this ghetto place.

Best prices. Great bud and if there is a wait you can have a seat in the waiting area. No need to stand around waiting for 30min.

Worst experience at ANY bud shop I've ever been to and I'm a local been going here since before the name change.. Go here if you are cool smoking bugs. Open my ounce to find a dead ladybug chilling on top. All they offer is a sorry, and preroll!? Refuse to replace. I want my money back. Said to pick it out and smoke it!?! Would you say that at a restaurant? Disgusting!! Horrible management

First time in today! There was a short line when I entered the door; heard there was only 1-2 bud tenders but I only waited for about 10 minutes. Nice big selection and display of what they offer! I had a coupon from canna saver for a 14ner and I was just blown away by that product alone. I normally go to another place 10 mins away but I must say I'll probably be back to check out their other stuff. I don't mind waiting as long as the product is worth it; see ya soon!

Don't even try this place. They suck in every aspect, online ordering it's not accurate and their weed sucks! They keep changing management but nothing gets better. You are better off going to the location on Smith Road same prices better quality weed, friendly and professional staff.

Update: the service here is just bad.  They started doing call ahead "so you don't have to wait".  But I called in today and after 20 min on hold and getting disconnected twice before I got to talk to a person I made my simple order.  I arrive and say I have a call ahead.  I see 3 groups of people that arrived after I did go back and get their stuff and come out before my "no waiting call ahead" order is ready.  Never again.  The products has gone down hill anyway and the prices keep going up.  Also saw two employees with their masks around their chin not covering anything.Okay, so first off I have to say that the prices at this place are really good, depending on what you're getting.  I don't smoke flower, at least not often, and from what I can tell their flower is pretty middle of the road.  I see people on here and elsewhere complaining about the shake ounces, but honestly, you don't really have a right to complain if you're buying shake.  Complaining about shake is like complaining about Keystone Lite not having enough flavor.So, I buy a lot of live resin here, their prices are super reasonable and most of the staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful.  I was actually told to go to Xclusive by a bud tender at Lightshade because I would save around 35% off of their prices.  So Xclusive is well priced and the staff are mostly awesomWhile one or two of the guys there might sample a bit too much of the product, the prices make it worth the occasional slip up.  Neither my husband or I have ever had an issue with any of the female employees.  Noah specifically is one of the most amazing people I've ever worked with at a dispensary, she always makes the trip in worth it!Lastly, the security guards here are hit or miss, one of them is pretty cool, but another (the shorter white or possibly Hispanic dude) is so f*****g rude it almost made me stop going, I really hope he doesn't last long.

My first and only time going. I asked for shake, not stems. It's kinda just sad you would even sell this.

I'm somewhat new to Aurora and looking for a good place is hard to come by. I have visited this place about 10-13 times and about half the time I always find seeds in their very top tier. COVID has def made it difficult to see and smell the flower so relying on their "expert opinion" is a shot in the dark.  I don't understand how you can claim your flower to be top "xclusive" and not notice what's being put out ??  As a grower myself; It's either one of two things:1- only concern about making money off of people and have ZERO respect for the product that you stand by, while over selling bunk flower.  2- There's ZERO quality control and inspection of what's being put out there or being brought into your shops. Guess quantity over quality ? Here's the latest two seeds from one nug. There's def better places and will not even entertain this place again.

Good product and decent sale prices. Try to catch the online deals early. There seems to always be a line so don't expect to be in and out quickly

The other location on Federal is amazing!!! This Aurora location has horrible customer service. Today we walked in the door, went to the check-in window and hand our IDs to the lady on the other side of the glass. She stares at us for a good 2 mins, holding our IDs, doesn't say anything. So we turn towards a bench in the waiting room. Next she gets in our faces saying, "You can't just leave your IDs up here." She doesn't just do this with us but also to the guy that came in before us. We decide okay she must be having a moment or something and we sit on one of the benches. Then she comes back to the door waves the other guy in and glares as if he is supposed to just know he is to come in when she hadn't said a word, let alone called his name out. She turns to us and says, "You have to stand next to the door, there's a line.".... at this point we are done. We walked out, no product is worth spending money on if you are treated like you, the customer are an inconvenience. If you get a chance, I know it is a bit of a drive but completely worth going to the location up on Federal. The people at Federal are nice, inviting, knowledgeable and make you want to come back. How you treat people matters!

Aroma down the street got new management, really poor selection now. Came here, the staff are extremely friendly, they have great selection, just opened up, and have great deals. Will be coming here for now on! In and out, knowledgeable staff willing to help you out even when it’s busy. Great job guys and gals!

I love coming to this dispensary. Not only is it close to home and has great prices. But the employees here always do there best to help me with all my green needs. Especially hector he’s the coolest bud tender!!
