First stop, Was memorable, and one of few that actually didn't care if you take pictures! I would have to agree with others, a little expensive, but being an out of towner it was expected!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!  I came in on Monday looking to purchase some flower. They had thier top shelf inica marked as $125 an ounce. It was properly names and indicated as thier gold graded cannabis. I went to the front to be rung up and the bud tender ( long blonde hair cowboy style facial hair an a tatt sleeve on at least one arm) rang it up as $340. I showed him the sign and first he tried to convince me that the $215 was tax. That would of been funny were it not so insulting to my intelligence. Then he stated that the pricing was a mistek, that this strain had just been put out today hence the foul up. I asked if he was going to honor the price and he said no. I left dissatisfied.. Then I feturned and asked the same sales associate if I could speak to a supervisor. He told me the manager had left the building, and asked me what I needed. I told him that when a retail establishment list the incorrect price on an an item that they usually honor the listed price as it is thier mistake. He once again told me that they would not be able to do that. I went to the website and sent a message an received zero response. There are too many choices in the recreational cannabis business to tolerate such stoogeish customer service. Do Not SHOP HERE!!!!

Saying I love this place would be as disingenuous as a mother telling her only child that he is her favorite.  It's a forced technicality.  I mean that because it's the only game in butt-@#& Aurora.It's small, and every time I come in, the staff is clearly underwhelmed and if they could be bothered to stand up or make eye contact they'd see that none of their displays are working and there product is usually stale and way past any decent smoking expiration date.  If you come here as a first-timer, you're probably going to walk away with a negative impression of what this industry has become.  This is the weed-store equivalent of one of those small liquor store in that weird, falling apart strip mall that stays open way too late and always has some bum hanging around outside.  Just being honest.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! Most strains they only sell by the gram ($13+/g) making an eighth over $50+tax... Which is outrageous in today's market! Their joints are $12+ for bottom shelf... Most places have them for about 7 or $8..I ALWAYS feel ripped off walking out of euflora! . Their prices are borderline criminal compared to other shops.... Another negative is that their staff is sooo slow! It takes FOR EVER to get in and out of there... I'll walk in with two people ahead of me and it will still take me at least 15 minutes to get in and out of there! Even when there are two people working the  register! It should not take this long to check me out.The only perk of euflora is that they have a wide selection of products... But regardless... I will never go back here for my tree. I gave it a fair shot and finally I am fed up. After they raised the price of joints from $8 to $12 ... They lost my business for good.... I recommend you go to Green Dragon on Quincy and Reservoir. They are the best in town!!

Very friendly and helpful staff (actually one guy is kinda rude) but the rest of the staff makes up for him.. door greeter is friendly they have great sales! And good quality!! One of my two favorites stores!!

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT A DISPENSARY! We went in Friday evening, just looking for something new to try. First off the security guy was a total jerk. Second, the two budtenders were no where near helpful. I don't recommend going here. There was lack of eye contact, no one was friendly, not even a single smile. Will definitely not be returning and will also make sure my friends know that the experience is crap.

I have been a huge fan of euflora and have shipped all 3 locations. I was thrilled when you opened the newest one in east aurora by my home.  Today will be my last time with euflora. There are so many outlets available that the produce is pretty comparable from company to company so the business is now sliding into more of an experience of how staff interacts with their #1 asset...a loyal returning customer. Today I was declined ability to cash out reward points that helps off set the high prices. I simply asked in a calm manner why I couldn't and they explained they rewards program in better detail. Shame that their whole team is not on the same page and don't communicate effectively to get correct info to the customer. This is not why I am quitting euflora. They have a member of their team that came off quite rude.  "Well its $15.60 do you want it or not?" Rudy put and commented back to me..."well a year a go you couldn't when get cannabis in a store so...." so what. You have a product for sale and a company you are representing ; the impact you make on how you treat people represents your company...and with staff like it is...your product really doesn't matter anymore. God bless the GM of this location. We spoke briefly and she has a sense of great service. Hope she can take her team up to her level. Just remember you can bring a horse to water but you can't make him drink. I will now spend my hard earned money elsewhere where it is appreciated. Good luck euflora. Crappy customer service. Dried up buds sold 1 gram in each container so they dry out more. Needed a stem to bong I bought there & they no longer carry the stem. Manager refused to sell me one from another bong even tho I shop there regularly. Take your business elsewhere!!

This place has a great selection along with very good prices. The people here are very friendly too which is a plus.

I would not do business with these crooks its WEED NOT GOLD lets not get it confused.This place wants fifty something for 1/8 and thats the low price. Went to Good Chemistry bought Flo for 30 bucks plus the 6 bucks for tax. (15 different strands)I will definitely be going back to Good Chemistry..Thanks Euflora & Yelp! I guess I will comment on Good Chemistry now.

I honestly have no idea how anyone could give this place a high rating...no pun intended...from the moment you walk in its like a ghetto meth clinic. The samples for looking at and smelling seem to be weeks old if not more. The weed you purchase  it's self is at best okay. It's better than the Green Solution (GS) but that's not saying much. I'd give it a one star but I reserve that for anything lower than GS.

Terrible customer service and a bud tender with a sour attitude. Just left Euflora off of Buckley, and I have to say that was a poor experience. I had to tell the bud tender three different times what my order was, and it was only one item. Then he proceeded with a bad attitude and was being very rude. He was being very condescending and was not helpful whatsoever. We all have people being rude to us or approaching us with bad attitudes everyday, but the last place I want that kind of treatment is from a customer service representative in an establishment meant for positivity. I will not be returning to this location or dispensary chain again after this experience. There are much better dispensaries out there, so save yourself the time and check out somewhere else.

I stopped in here since it is close to home and way closer than the other dispensaries I have tried. The location is clean and modern with many displays throughout the store. There were only 2 other customers in the store at the time I was there. I had never been to this type of dispensary and wasn't sure what the flow was. I wandered around the store for about 5 minutes exploring and trying to find something that interested me. An employee asked if I needed help and I declined since I didn't know what I wanted. I looked through the displays and picked 2 things to try. I went to the counter where the employees were standing and asked for my 2 items which were packaged and rung up. This type of store design probably works great for more experienced customers who know what they like but want to try new things. I am very new to cannabis and found the store set up overwhelming and kind of sterile. I would rather talk to someone who has the background and experience to guide me and offer great suggestions. I don't feel that level of service and customer interaction was even attempted. On the positive side, there seemed to be a very large and diverse selection of items!

Over priced  and edible selection is pathetic.    Its close and convientent  but if their hoping to keep going becasue of that  think theyll be in for a surprise with in a year

Come here all the time....and have never been disappointed until today when i found 26 seeds in an 1/8 and nothing but stems.  I was willing to pay their higher prices, but after today im just not sure. Super unfortunate.

Lol. Love this place! Gave it another go, staff just gets me.. Give it a try your not gonna love it exactly like me but you'll enjoy the walk or drive down the street. Its rec. Not med. If your looking for strain specific, go to a MMJ depot.

A little pricey, but honestly some of the stoniest weed I've had in awhile... I'm a born and raised Denver native so it's once in a blue moon that a strain actually stands out, but the golden goat I got last time was awesome! I do like a place where they measure the bud out in front of you, and it's not pre-measured, just seems a little more personal & I'm not usually in a rush when I go in there. Keep that golden goat!

Good quality but the prices are out of this world (and the displayed prices don't even include tax). There's other places nearby if you're a balla on a budget. Tip to the owner: Include the tax into your displayed/advertised prices, otherwise known as out-the-door prices. It's becoming standard practice and I'm sure you get surprised faces all the time when people realize at the register that your $13 flower grams don't already include tax.

Friendly people, they always have stock on what I need, and they have a rewards program. Can't beat that! Every location I've been to is great, but I just moved and this one is closest to me, so I just found out about it. Easy five stars, keep up the good work guys!

These guys are some of the coolest dispensary workers ever. They have great deals going every day of the week plus the quality is incredible. They have a big selection and every week they have new strains, new deals, and great prices. They are very supportive of other local businesses and very friendly. It's a clean store and chill atmosphere. Totally recommend stopping by the next time you're in the area!

Really bad experience I when Tun a bought a $75 dollar pax pad which when I opened it was Brocken I when in to get it replaced and so the manager came down to the door with the security pulled me out and asked me to show the product, the security guy had checked it already so the manager pulled me out and told me to show him the product which was strange to me cause I buy this things all the time and if something wrong they replace it no questions ask,  so he said ok let's go inside I'll replace the product so we when in get in front to just get my product and leave and he asked me to go to the back of the line which everything there was bad attitude i felt like if I did something wrong, so then it was my turn I when in front of the desk and gave my Id and i just told him how I felt in good manners that I felt like having a bad service but he still with the bad attitude right away told me tha he can choose not to give me my money or my product and they did they took my money didn't exchange the product a kicked me out of the store, then the security gave 2 numbers so I could talk to the uppers managers and no one answered me, I told the security guy, he told me to wait there and ask the manager to come out to talk to me and told me that I was in his property and I was causing problems and he was not gonna give me my money or replace the product so I left because I didn't want any problems I hope a trained manager contact me and solve this problem I will keep this posted on anything that happens after today, let see if this is just a bad trained manager or if this is a Euflora policy, I honestly don't think is the all Euflora cause I been in others locations and never happened before

Where do I start. The only good thing I can say about this store is they have good bud. On another note... their bud is not good enough to be sold at 51$ an 8th out the door. I'm from Hawaii where the bud is hella bomb and really expensive and an 8th on the streets is 50-60$. No way am I paying Hawaii prices for mediocre bud that cant compare. There joints also always run and are shitty. Your better off going down the road 5 min away to green heart. I did that yesterday and instead of paying 51$ for an 8th testing at 24% , I got an 8th if space queen for 40 out the door testing at 33% (gold tier). Super sparkly and dank. Never going to Euflora again.

Closest dispo to my house. Usually go when i want quality green. Definitely worth the expensive prices, not the nicest sales people though.

Security officer is outside approaching cars in parking lot with a weapon, not knowing if people are customers or not. Approached my window even though I was in passenger seat. I have a compromised immune system & shook my head. He came over to driver's window with hand on weapon & became confrontational. When we called manager, he (Zander / Xander?) said they were following state protocol. I am not aware of this happening anywhere else. Weapon is positioned on body away from business cameras. Not meeting identified customers at door but instead approaching vehicles in parking lot with hand on weapon. Please be safe.

Always friendly, fresh stock and updated " new products"  with 4 locations that are cool looking inside and products displayed nice, easy to read and to look at. Prices a bit high compared to some but well worth it

Clean store. I was able to give them my budget and then go from there. Well lit, modern design, open displays, free to roam around. Product works as advertised. Staff wear uniforms. The house DJ puts it down. Public restroom. Also clean. Drinking fountains. A nice (but not overly nice) staff.security was legit. I have never felt safer.

Awesome security guard but the hospitality stops there. Stopped in late 4/30 and was open to trying a new dispensary and approached the counter only to find a super rude bud tender who was less than helpful. If I could give a zero I would. Pro tip for Euflora: treat your customers like you want them there and they will happily return. Epic fail this evening. I would go without before I will go into your store again.

The dude said the pink berry biscotti was fire and and recommended it but it is not worth 65 dollars for a quarter.i do not recommend this

This dispensary is absolutely terrible. They upsell products that are not their own. They have no customer service skills. The budtenders know no thing about about their products. The prices don't match, from the showcases to their menu. The only positive aspect about this place is the security guard up front who makes you feel welcome. Other than that, the Euflora team us a perfect example of what is wrong with the recreational marijuana community and industry.

Awesome welcoming security guard but the bud tenders have awful hospitality with no knowledge. Very rude and did not update their displays with what inventory they have. Every time I asked a question it was an immediate “we’re sold out.” Don’t recommend coming here plus prices are way too high. Specifically speaking about the rude female bud tender with dark hair. Obviously she hates her job.
