The Dispensery is Selling pot Special Claiming it is 34.8 % THC it is not,Bad Quality. Lucky if i t Was 17%. Bog us Deal

Hey wassup guys this my first time here to your store and i decided to come check you out hear  about your deals and special offers....

I am never going to ever go to this dispensary. They are Rude, disrespectful, pompous pricks. They will never get my business and best believe none of anyone I know will go there. This has happened now more than once at this location.

Kind of bullshit, really fancy and nice looking however...the guy working there sold us a tobacco vaporizer knowing that's not what he had presented it to us as. Maybe he was confused as well but either way we bought an 80 product that we didn't want. Will be returning it ASAP!

Ounce of the week... More like the ounce of that weak. Matthew was my bud. Tender a bit ago and he swore on the ounce of the week. I asked about the strains terpine profile and he looked at me and said "high on THC" I again asked taste profile, strain effects, and nothing about potency. He replies "23%" I asked once more and he exclaimed. "You're stupid its High in THC. What don't you get?" I gawked at him and said, "I'm too stupid to answer that" and walked out terrible service, and the weed is always week. Save your time and energy and go to Green solution.

Friendly informative service.  Good variety of top shelf clean tasty flower for a good price.

im not giving any stars this guy thiere not only was baked but didn't even know the way the place worked he sold me a product then told me they had to charge my card 1 doller to round up to a even number  but when i got home and looked at the sale i got charged a atm fee from them and my bank so i got got for 6.50 extra wtf how could people just legaly rip people off and get away with this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection of quality flower as well as concentrates and edibles. Definitely a first tier dispensary!

So I don't actually smoke, but this is my first Denver experience so I wanted to try EVERYTHING! This place was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and the store is inviting. Jacob the associate was excellent and very knowledgeable about every product on the shelves. This will definitely be my go to cannabis shop anytime I come here.

I love durban and i asked for it every time i went in east location y'all had it so i asked for a ounce as it was the oz of the week i was talking to the bud tenders trusting that they would take care of me knowing that i ask for it every time,  Excited i got home opened it and to my dismay  it was a oz of shake , so i went to ask your Colfax location to avoid confrontation and see if there was anything that you could instead your low life bud tender talks over me belittles me and begins to ignore me as he walks away and does nothing but tell me its my fault.

First I'm not a smoker so I don't know the correct protocol but we waited in the front area for a good 15-20 before being taken to the back area to see the goods. The place is huge and clean with a security guard both inside and at the front. Cameras EVERYWHERE. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us out since we were in a hurry. I had these brownies ... they are VERY POTENT. They hit like a tone of bricks but it sneaks up on your The price was about $30 for some brownies, a lighter, a gram and two other small items we purchased. I don't know how much it usually costs but it seemed like a good price and he also threw in some freebies.

Best selection of edibles that I've found. Wish they had more variety pre rolls but they have pretty good deals and decent prices.

shitty service. everywhere on the news, on their websites, etc they had a recall notice on their flower. I bought mine during the time the recall was posted and didn't know, nor was I notified. I bought half an ounce and as soon as I saw the recall, I called this store and was greeted by a super bitchy dude who refused to accept responsibility for the fact that their dispensaries had moldy weed, lol. The man yelled at me and continued to say that nothing was wrong with their products and he couldn't accept my return because none of their bud had mold or yeast. If that's the case then your website wouldn't say customers should return their bud. I will not be buying from this shit store again.

My boyfriend and I both had an abrasive and overall terrible experience- definitely the most unimpressive dispensary experience to date. We had separate bud tenders and did not interact, got into the vehicle and both stated that it was a horrible experience. Both individuals working today at 11am on 7/18/2020 were aggressive, seemingly inpatient, and extremely unfriendly. Not to mention the store was pretty much out of everything. We should have walked out. Do not recommend. At all. Spare yourself the passive aggressive comments and disappointing selection.

Whenever I'm in Denver it's a must I come here and get my medicine lol it's completely legal in Denver.

I don't even want to give them one star. Whoever ever helped us was the worst. I asked for the weed with the most thc she gave us the kind that supposedly had the highest amount. Everytime I Smoke it the blunt keeps tasting nasty and stinking. So as I'm breaking down the weed it has several seed in it, that's why the weed was stinking so bad when I smoked it smh.

Wow the lady at the front desk was hella ride,and confrontational. Ignored,what i asked her and got an attitude. This place has only 3 selection of weeds flower amd there not even good. Plus attitude ,now i get what altitude means. Foget this ghetto place...oh and to top ot off the dumb security was asking me of I xalled her a bitch under my breath.  Wtf i didnt ,bot that i care. I can say what ever i want man. But i didnt ,wow super aggressive staff ,chill out is weed store lol..

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years but I will never patronize it again. An employee who said his name is Oscar was downright rude and insulting to me this morning, because I had the audacity to ask why they only had one budtender working at 8:45 on a Monday morning, when they were busy. He told me it would make him happy if I never shop there again - done. Never again. I will gladly pay slightly higher prices to deal with employees who are actually friendly and helpful and don't insult me as a loyal longtime customer.

They take FOREVER. I'm always waiting at least 15 minutes, sometimes 30. I only see 2 people working in the back at a time everytime I'm in here. Maybe hire more people i dont knowUpdate: I've now been here for 45 minutes. There is literally one single person working besides the person who checks people in. Literally one person. Unacceptable

As a first-time dispensary customer, this place exceeded any expectations I had. Gio was my budtender and not only explained everything exactly the way I needed, but he also was kind and didn't make me feel like a helpless old lady. He was patient and helpful and the place is absolutely immaculate. I will be going back again!

This dispensary is by far my favorite. Every strain they have is great quality and their staff is amazingly friendly. The wait time is never too too bad from my experience. I highly recommend Altitude.

Best flower in town! Angel helped us when our top two choices were out of stock. So sweet and helpful. I forgot enough for a tip so I’ll have to come back because she earned it!

It was wonderful! So sad I can't remember the girls name that helped me, but she was very sweet and informative. Definitely showed that she was very knowledgeable on the products! And of course the product itself was amazing quality and super cute packaging! Thank y'all so much for everything!
