This was my first experience of many to come. The shaw #3 was great. And the staff kicked green ass. They gave me a small discount and every bit helps. Knowledgeable and caring with customers, and patient with new heads like me. Tha for the meds medicine man.

Idk what happened but this place is lame.. a true let down they never switch up product it's always the same selection, and if you have a question over the phone they'll place you on hold for 30 min

I come here for the great products and prices but the staff here are awesome. Always friendly and don't rush you. Great weekly specials.

The staff was lovely, but there were seeds in my Cannabis. I do not feel that you should be selling a product that is subpar.

My second best experience in Denver and my best one was a different location of mm.First off, the doorman/ security was great- he was very engaging and he was good at conversation while we waited on our budtender. He was great, explaining CO2 extraction and all the different cartridges they had, but I felt like he was trying to tell me what I wanted vs. what I needed. He was nice, but I didn't buy from this location. I went to a different location later that evening and got absolute A+ service and bought from them- the new location in Thornton... they got it going on!

Well medicine man has been my go to dispensary but they fell short tonight. Went in for a quarter of flower and even used my punch card reward of 25%  off to get some good flower. What I got was no where near a quarter. Highly disappointed that I wasted my money. 7 grams my ass. Do better medicine man.

Amazing deals constantly at this dispo! I go here usually only for the concentrates which are almost changing weekly with new strains and insane deals every week!

Jenna (or maybe it's Jen) is perfection with regards to knowledge of all products and especially her customer service. I called the store yesterday with a question that is supposed to be easily found online. But, with our recent circumstances, I didn't want to trust the website... So, I called the store and she answered. As always, she was so polite and eager to answer my question. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, had troubles with our out of state ID scanning and they tried to help us out to the best of their ability. Since one of them did not work (barcode was faded so machine had trouble scanning), they hooked us up with a 10% off coupon for the troubles for next time.They have variety of qualities from mid to high end. More of a variety when it comes to the higher end and With it comes the price tag but you definitely get what you pay for. They also have specials throughout the week to get the best deal for your dollar. Again can't stress how friendly and helpful the staff was here compared to some of the other shops I've been to this past week.

I went into medicine man thinking I was going to get some sativa that made me feel like it came from a witch doctor, but instead it made me feel like my 8th grade buddy Julio sold me some oregano again.Weren't friendly either, even for being a dispensary.2/10 wouldn't go again

I understand a slip up every now and then but Medicine Man says you can order conveniently online. Apparently that's not true. Our son went a couple of days ago to pick up an prder placed online but there was no record of it at Medicine Man. Today we placed an order online. Got the confirmation on our computer. Get to MM. They have no record of it. MM missed out on a $190 sale. Too bad. Going elsewhere now.

They have a great selection but seems like the employee i was talking to didn't seem to even check the item i wanted and was very standoffish and no real customer service

Sadly I picked up a strain they advertised through a text promotion, and was very let down. I get that if you pay discount prices, that reflects on the quality of the bud, but wow this was really bad and shouldn't be sold to anyone. The aroma was that of dirt and disappointment. Can't remember the last time I smoked weed this bad. If you're looking for decent weed for a low price, this is not the place.

Medicine Man really saves us a lot of money, their specials are AMAZING. The staff literally treats us like real friends and they always try their best to help my boyfriend and I get exactly what we are looking for. Please support them!

Maybe it was just the flower that I received, but it is so harsh that it has given me a painfully sore throat for the last several days. The product makes me cough relentlessly, and fails to deliver the prescribed effect. I'm not a cultivator, but it tastes like it wasn't flushed properly. I'm going to have to toss the entire $35 eighth.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and not a cannabis snob. I can comfortably ask questions without feeling uncomfortable. They also have the best deals. I always try to make it to happy hour, but when I don't the guys hook it up by informing of local ads I can use to save. Genuinely a good place.

Such a great experience! The staff was so friendly, professional and helpful! The store was so clean and organized! There was a short line, but the wait was only a few minutes, which was good because it gave me some time to look around and pick out what I wanted. The weed was the best I've had in Colorado! I can't wait to go back!

Surprised to see that this dispensary doesn't have higher reviews. Never been displeased nor have I ever dealt with a rude employee, all super nice as well as helpful. I'll stick to this place :)

Excellent service, the tenders really took the time to show me different products and find what appealed to me. I was impressed with the variety they had to offer. Their prices were competitive. Overall, I had a great experience and would go back here again.

Excellent customer service and prices are pretty low. There are so many discounts and coupons to be found(WeedMaps, Westword, etc). However, I'm not at all impressed with their product. I picked up an 8th of Blue Dream which apparently one of their top shelf strains. It looks and smells great, but the potency is just not there. I may be back in the future if I need some cheap green and I'm in the neighborhood, but it's definitely not worth going out of the way for, in my opinion.

My favorite shop out of both Washington and Colorado.  Also, some of the most attentive staff!  They answer every question you may have and go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.  It's our home town shop, and they always take care of us at Medicine Man.

Most chill spot to get some good stuff!! Great prices and Jordy was super sweet & helpful! Explained all the best stuff they had that suited all my needs. Told us about the rewards program got us all set up (def sign up) can't wait to go back for more!

The MM staff and products never disappoint. They're always welcoming and professional, something truly appreciated whether you frequent dispensaries or are visiting for the first time. I am always full of questions that the staff are eager to answer. Always well informed, they're patient and clearly enjoy what they do. One of my favorite things about MM is the diversity of products they always have on hand. Thanks, MM, for your great service and atmosphere! It's so appreciated!

Very cold and uninviting.  I don't mind the security guys, but you don't need two when there are at least 10 other employees there!  Holy calamity I've never seen so many people working, when there are no customers in the place... I was the only one!  Everything is pre packaged and way way way way way way overpriced.  If I wasn't in a rush before NYE I would have just turned around.1 star service0 stars ambiance 0 stars value 1 star quality (buds are fresh but do not have as high THC or CBD content!  I would not go back here unless it was a super special or something, but I doubt they have one that even competes with the normal prices we pay around here.... for much better meds.Did I mention that this place is obscenely overpriced?  Shoppers beware!

Ok first off i used to be a loyal customer here until i ventured out to better places currently i have been going to terrapin care station which if you havent checked it out you need to anyways i just left there after not going there for two months they have no new strains of bud in which is why i stopped going there in the first place. When i asked the tender for anything that smelt great and taste good she pulls out blue dream and glass slipper which are two really good strands usually i opened both and had a smell was not satisfied i have had shwag that taste better smells better and looks better than this i highly recommend not going here for bud unless thats what your into on top of all that the prices are outrageous for terrible product will not be returning here

This Dispensary was the only one open after 6:45 so I decided to give it a try what a mistake that was I got their top shelf and it felt like I was smokin air nice employees but not such a nice product and way too expensive for the quality

Was in town for a bussiness meeting and saw this store and thought I would check it out. They have an armed guard at the door which was a little unsettling but from what the "budtender" told me is pretty standard. Still a little unsettling. I have never seen so much weed and kinds of weed and weed cookies and weed soda pop. Crazy, I had know idea. So I bought a vape pen and the smallest size cartridge for body high "indica strain" apparently this is a good body high. Still learning this lingo stuff. Not a daily smoker by any means. I also bought some gummy worms (how awesome is that). I forgot I had this pen when I left a few days later too. So glad I am not typing this from some federal prison. Looking forward to my return trip to Colorado :)

This has been my favorite dispensary yet! Our bud tender was SO nice, great deals, big selection AND everything looked really good. Our bud tender was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel like she really wanted to find what would work best for us! I highly recommend this store!

I have been going to this location for well over a year and it has ended today.                                        I just was told my favorite gal that worked there was let go.. This is insane to me because she knew more about the products then anyone I have worked with. I have smoked for 30 years and never worked with a more kinder and smart employee, and in my opinion- she was the best in the business. Medicine Man does not know what they are doing for the public when they let people like that go. No one in Denver was as good as this girl, and I will never give MM my money ever again because of this decision. I spent A LOT OF MONEY at that store just because of this Rep. My family went to her and my cousins. Now  I will have to find her and where she will work next, to get the quality care I had with her and give another company my money...Ryan the Manager at Havana did not make a good decision on this amazing sales Rep that he let go! Shame on Medicine Man on Havana for doing what they did and to all of the customers that came to see her specifically!!! I guess Medicine Man doesnt care about the impact of losing a trusted retail Rep that helped people with their pain and educated her community in the benefits of Cannabis.

Easy and convenient location. The selection is awesome with very knowledgeable staff willing to spend time explaining the very many differences in the products. For one who is seeking relief from the many body aches and pains I am always grateful for the professionalism exhibited by these folks. With plenty of competition in Colorado, Medicine Man clearly stands out as the best.

Love the place and the staff.  My friends and I came in just before closing and the staff really helped us out.  I don't get the negative ratings as these guys were great.   I don't smoke pot but my friends said it was fine product.

Beautiful dispensary. The budtenders are professional and knowledgeable. They ask questions and really want to know how they can help you. I love the G6 sativa. If you haven't tried it you definitely should. Best on the market if you ask me.

I've driven out there twice now and their credit card system is apparently *still* not working. They apparently don't want to take credit cards. I'm not entirely sure why they don't just proclaim "we don't take credit cards". I guess they don't want my business as that's twice I've had to bounce due to insufficient cash on hand. Probably something shady going on there. Also, the bud I've purchased from them wasn't the best. One strain straight up gave me headaches and was terrible to come down off of. I think I'll shop around and see what's out there before I head back.

Even worse now. I called to confirm they had shatter, drove 20 minutes, they lied - big surprise. Everyone is sky-high but the blueline guards. They are the only individuals in that store with common sense. Ive been managing business for 8 years - their staff is incompetent and unaware. Stay far away. Sorry andy, but this place sucks major!

I agree this place is expensive and they keep the products as far away from you as they can. You can't browse. You would have to ask them to take down anything you might like to see. They didn't have the one edible I asked about but they quoted a price much higher than I usually pay. It made me appreciate Tetra.

They asked me what kind of weed I wanted I said   a hybrid, anything. He told me that was an inappropriate answer. My reply was I smoke it all, so he continued to give me a lecture me on my choice of words.  I've been smoking 20+ yrs, I don't need some arrogant buffoon lecturing me on weed on my Black Friday. Am I here to get today's lecture or buy their bunk weed.

The are extremely rude at this location. The store manager doesn't care about his customers. Also if they ask you what your looking for don't say a hybrid. They said that is not an acceptable answer and carried on and on. When really all you want is for him to shut up and let you make your selection. Talk about talking a customer out the door!

The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.  They have great coupons and discounts.  Best place in Denver

Staff is nice and atmosphere is cool. Bud sucks! Buds are tiny and don't medicate for more than 15 minutes. Leaving aurora for quality bud is well worth the drive.

I just paid $10 for some fuel for my torch  ILive right behind the. Aurora Location  I would o there  every other day for 3yrs now ya....really every other day  and now I would  never even walk into that store to buy anything Ike there wax and shatter that's trash over priced    I know this for a fact because there 15 doller wax is 25 now same shitty dark asss wax& shatter every day fucking clown  show I'm never setting foot in the over priced dry ass weed and smart mouth Employee

Idk why there weed always is full of weeds. I pay for weed not a ton of seeds all through and through... Do you have a bad grower on employment or how is this always happening... Fix your bud this is sad

This is my boyfriend's main spot. He finally started taking me here for the Black Friday deals which extended all the way to New Year's.  I am thoroughly impressed with the stock they carry and the pricing is awesome- especially on concentrates. But the real reason this dispensary stands apart from the rest is the atmosphere and, more importantly, the staff. Every time we come here, we are met with knowledgeable budtenders who are always excited to tell us the deals. I want to single one employee in particular out; Jordy. If you don't know her by her insanely addictive personality, you know her by her beautiful eyeshadow and black hair. She was the most delight to shop with. She knew her stuff, she understood that we knew ours, and she hit the points that were important to us. She hooked us up with every discount she could and tried to get even more for us. She is the reason to visit this store. 5/5!!!

I absolutely love Medicine Man, it's the only dispensary that I will go to and they treat you like family. They always try and give you the best deals and treat you right!!! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone

Not a picky flower smoker. And will usually just smoke thru anything to get rid of it if I don't like it. DO NOT BUY THE STRAIN "POLTERGEIST" unless you enjoy tiny little undeveloped crumbs, zero tri-combs, and a hay smell that will give you a headache. Going to try and miss this place next time. 1 Star.

Lmaooooooo, what is this??????????? Seriously, the hash picture on your menu for online orders and what you actually gave me isn't even close. I gave you two stars because the guy running the front was absolutely awesome in his professionalism and just overall demeanor of dealing with me. Super nice guy but the quality of the product was trash in my opinion. Below is a picture of what's on their online menu, and what I actually got. Atleast make the stock photos somewhat representative of what we're getting.

I like medicine man dispensaries, this location is convenient and fast and their prices are good!! I gave it 4 stars though because no matter what medicine man location I go to, their house preroll joints NEVER smoke!!! Every time I end up having to unroll them and roll my own. It's just annoying because that's why you buy a preroll... for it to actually SMOKE. So I just don't get them from here anymore, other than that it's a good dispo!

Placed a $500 dollar order on at Wednesday' and received a text at 9:25  pm that my order was ready for pick up for my pick up window 9:30-10:00. I arrived around 9:40 with no line. The employee told us that since it was a large order they simply never got it ready but yet I received the text it was ready for pick up. Since the employee had to then finally do the job they had should have already done that if took so long to where they were unable to process the order because the system closed off at 10. If these employees had done their jobs, I wouldn't have waited over 15 minutes for them to get an order ready that I was told was ready for pick up. Just because it was a larger order they simply sent the text it was ready and never got it ready in hopes I wouldn't pick ig up. Which I'm pretty sure defeats the whole point of the the pick up process. The girl cashing me out went from telling me sorry about not having me order ready telling me I should have got here sooner when I literally came during me pick up window with exact cash in hand (after she almost messed up my order twice because they straight skipped the big order and got the smaller ones ready). Sum it up: if you don't have to go to this location don't. I have gone to every other medicine man and not had a foul lazy experience like this one.

Great shop.  I have never had a bad customer service issue here.   Don't hate on a shop for following The State of Colorado Dept of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division rules.   First world weed problems SMH.  The Wed 1/4 specials are tight.

Edit: After speaking with the Director of Marketing I can say that I will absolutely give Medicine Man another shot. I was really impressed with how personable the response felt and how genuine they sounded about fixing this issue. So thank you Medicine Man and Customer service gets 5 stars, give that man a raise! THC % are extremely misleading. If you're looking for flower with high THC percentages then make sure you don't order online. As the pictures below show, you would assume Chem Squeezy is 26% THC but if you don't click on the strain and scroll to the bottom you'd never see this BS details section where they pretty much say that THC % isn't accurate or isn't what you think it is. % of THC expected 26. Real number? 15.86. I'm livid. That's a deliberate attempt mislead your customers. I'll pay extra and go back to Green Solution. At least they don't lie about the ONE CHEMICAL IN WEED PEOPLE CARE ABOUT.

Highly knowledgeable staff and much cheaper prices than some of the other locations in the area. I also liked that they don't try to force the most expensive products on you right away. You almost have to ask for them. The selection was pretty good as well.

Knowledgeable, and informative. They they take the time to help the customers with whatever questions they might have. I have never made to feel like a dummy, plus they have great enthusiasm. It's awesome to see people doing what they love. It shows. Oops! Disregard the last review with only 4 stars. You know, I am distracted..

I am so thankful that I researched dispensaries and found this one! I am from Texas and was up here visiting family. Looked really hard and found that this dispensary stood out. And I am here to tell you everything I read about it is true. Awesome Place!!!!! They really got it together here. I was lucky enough to get Tori as my cashier and expertise on my questions. She was so helpful and very patient, thank you so much Tori☺️ and the prices are outstanding compared to others I researched. Five stars for sure!
