No. There's so much other great places without the attitude and the rush as if they have anything else better to do.  no thank you. Bad service. Too pricey.

First time experience in this industry. Super polite and professional staff ready to assist with any question we had. This shop embodies the way this industry needs to operate. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Pretty negative customer service experience. Was there as a ground of three and after we had paid, we decided wanted to add one more product. We were told that one of us needed to go get checked in at the front desk for this so I volunteered and went. Explained to the front desk staff the situation, and they were fine and respondent. I was then led back to the bud room by a taller, skinny girl with died blue (or green?) hair who told me she would be my bud tender. I told her "great, but I am with the other two and we just needed to add onto their order, and I think they are being helped already." She then proceeded to cop an attitude with me, commanding me that if I wanted to be helped I need to stand "right there" and didn't seem to understand when I tried to explain her the situation. She continued with her nasty attitude telling me angrily and impatiently several times "if you want to purchase something you need to stand right there!" I tried to apologize for the inconvenience and explain the situation but she was just not having it. We eventually were able to get our product as a continued transaction without problem with our original bud tender who was much more patient and helpful. Other than that, the selection was nice and the quality seems good. But I would not shop here again based on that customer service experience. There are far more better options out there that treat their customers with respect and kindness.

I've been to many dispensaries around the area. And I do have to say, this wasn't an enjoyable experience. The tattooed blond that worked in the back had no idea what she was talking about. I asked her questions and she was really short with me, and seemed like she just wanted me to leave. There are a lot of better places to go where the people are friendlier

This is the worst light shade location. I prefer lightshade, as a dispensary and with their location options expanding I can almost always find one in the area that I'm at but this particular location has got me searching for a new dispensary. They never have enough staff,there is almost always a significant wait (more than 20 minutes) and the staff are unhelpful and disinterested at best. After several failed attempts to shop at this location, I am giving up. There are a few good staff members, mainly the two guys who work the product counter and distribute (red hair and long black hair). Overall very disappointed with this lightshade.

Super nice people, but I bought a gram of live resin and took it home and weighed it, and it only came out to .65g. Super unsatisfied with this because I paid 55$ for it. Won't ever be buying concentrates from this dispensary again

I love this place! open late, good selection of products, good pricing, and brilliant helpful staff!

First time here, and really liked it! The budtenders gave awesome service, and, although the parking lot was near full, my friend and I were in and out in about 5 minutes. Got a really good deal on an ounce of hybrid, and signed up for some sweet discounts and giveaways.

Terrible service. Been waiting an hour to exchange a few cartridges. Sold us some crappy stuff. Never coming back.

I went to some light shade in aurora and bought a joint. Worthless! Didn't even smoke! Figured they can't roll so I saved half. The weed is so wet it won't smoke in a pipe! These ppl are stupid as fu...even for stoners ! The only good thing they had was a super cute black chick that sold it to me..

Mediocre dispensary, Flower is alright but bud tenders can be rude, had a younger white lady who you could tell didn't want to be at work that day. Only go here if absolutely must go here (if nothing else is open)

This location and all the light shades rock very helpful. Great deals!! I switched growers to do light shade!

Not so good. They wouldn't take my new DL because it had a crack in it from the mail handling. So I went somewhere else and will likely continue going somewhere else

Came in at 318pm May 11th today.  Black lady at front desk is RUDE!!   The owner needs to check the security footage on May 11th at 3:18 p.m. to check and see how JULIE treated me RUDE for absolutely NO REASON.I also noticed how nice she was to every black customer that came in BUT every white or Hispanic customer that came in she didn't even say hi.  So not only is she rude she's a racist.Here's the story:I walked in and didn't have a mask on and instead of her asking me to Simply put a mask on she says in a rude voice to turn around and read the sign on the front door.  How about instead of being condescending and rude to just simply tell me to put a mask.I go back out to my car put my mask on and come back inside and she purposely skips me and allows four new additional customers in front of me even though they walked in after I did.After I purchase my product I went back inside and ask the lady for her name so I can report her to her manager. She got even more upset and refused to even talk or look at me and pretended to talk on to the phone.I simply asked her again for her name and her managers phone number. The other manager and employees came out from the back of the store and told me to leave.I'll be happy to leave in fact I'm never coming back again after how rudely I was treated I'm a weekly ounce buyer since 2013.I will report Julie directly to the owner Thomas Van Alsburg since the managers wouldn't help.

This location is always quick and everyone in the store is super super friendly, and has been since they've opened. I live really close and like to walk. The wait has never been more than 10 minutes, even during 420/710 sales.They carry a boat load of products from various house, budget, and premium brands. Tons of sales and deals regularly also, BOGO, 50% off, both , etc.  They usually change every Wednesday I think.The Alameda location is close to here, and fancy, but always a longer wait and never quite as friendly lol. The music is usually good, and diverse, plus the staff is great here! Sometimes I leave with weed and movie or video game recommendations.I'm not a big online reviewer usually, never did the Penny joints or anything. But I had a terrible experience, almost a week ago, with the same lady as per the previous review here. There was a miscommunication (I already had a mask), but when I asked for clarification, she was rude and belittling in her response. I don't want to say too much as to identify myself, but I was quite taken aback. Minus that one experience, this location is great, and deserves much better than two stars! The staff is consistently awesome, and I always get what I paid for. Good stuff and great service for one of the larger chain dispensaries. Candace I think is her name is always amazing, and the guy with long hair who gets your product is consistenly awesome too. And the short haired blonde manager dude? 10/10 folks. Would totally invite to my birthday party. Store is clean and always comfortable also.

Zero rating.  Never going there again.  As my husband was inside making a purchase a man was in the parking lot pounding on my car windows.  No security anywhere!  My husband ran him off after he came out.  Called management when I got home.  Chuck, mgr. was no help.  Said sorry.  He is here all the time.  He is run ofc but not calling police.  Stated 911 doesn't send anyone out.  Not a safe place to make a purchase.  To say I was scared is an understatement.  That is NOT a safe place to go!  Never going there again!

As a senior with mobility limitations, I have found the service and employee training at this location to be just what I need. After bolting from other shops having incorrect menus, stoned and untrained employees, and sometimes deception, I am encouraged by the consistency and thoughtfulness door-to-door at Havana Lightshade. Only downside: Since the pandemic, there have been some fluctuations in availability and quality of waxes and flower. This is understandable, and they still keep a large inventory.

I came in to your Havana location 11/23 around 8pm and was robbed as I left the store and was walking to my car. A black female 20s in a red and white onesie PJs approached me and asked for a lighter then grabbed my purchased items from my hand and jumped into a running black sedan parked in the handicapped spot on the side of the building. The female then dragged me along side her car for over 50 feet in front of the building. When I went inside after this attack the staff dismissed me and basically rolled their eyes and said there was nothing they could do. I'm absolutely traumatized. I have filed a police report and they will be investigating this incident and looking at security footage.

(THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE)So, today we were hungover and were craving some good edibles/CBD; of course, none of us wanted to drive. I had heard they delivered, and lo and behold - THEY DO! And it was a legit, successful delivery transaction.We were skeptical about how it would arrive, if our driver would take a piece of edible, or worried they wouldn't arrive at all! But no, all was good. No issues at all...Delivery, I believe was free for our first time. You DO have to scan your ID (keep that in mind). Also, it takes you to another link to input your credit card (don't worry, we didn't like that at first either). Lots of steps, but totally worth it! Especially when you're hungover and REALLY need some CBD for pain. The driver was this tall, black dude, I wish my hubby got his name! He was too cool. I guess they accept tips now, so don't be a cheap ass and TIP YOUR DRIVER WELL, AURORA. ;)The best thing about it all?!?!!! IT COMES IN A PIZZA BOX!!!!! Yes! Like delivered pizza, it was toooooo freaking cool! Our edibles were inside a SEALED bag to protect the contents (yay!!), and we were so cheesed up, we decided to keep the box. It's THAT cool.So, yes, my fellow stoners of Aurora, weed delivery is here! (Limited locations tho!). And I heard, soon coming to Denver. I hope this review gives peace of mind to those skeptical of using this service.Take care y'all!

Love this place great weed great deals n great customer service i would recommend to everyone. I only go to this place lightshade is life.

Had an issue but management fixed it my last visit to this location was outstanding my budtender Joseph was very knowledgeable and recommended a delicious strain. That set my mind ablaze thanks lightshade I will visit you again!

I like shopping here, it's a good location to see alot. The employees seem to enjoy working there and with each other.
