A great dispensary with great products and knowledgeable sales staff.  If the states mandatory Biotract system goes down (which it often does) no dispensary can sell products anywhere in the state, not just Urban Wellness.

Bud is amazing but they sale it so wet you pay for 3 grams and only get 1.5 when is drys out and you can smoke it! But when it drys it's amazing stuff!

I have awful anxiety and even though I've had a card for a while, I was always too afraid to go to a dispensary.  I was instantly welcomed and they were all so kind and knowledgeable.  And pretty good prices too!!  I'll definitely be coming back.

I go out of my way to visit this shop. The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to answer any questions. The manager is a nice guy who always has a greeting for his customers. It can't go without being said that the flower is always top quality. They are a bit pricy but the specials make it worth it.

Urban paradise is my preferred dispensary. Since they have opened I find they consistently have high quality indica. People there are knowledgeable and friendly and always make the visit swift and pleasant. Hypur is a great option if you don't have cash. Try the Pura Vida!!

The Urban Wellness Paradise is not culturally friendly to people of color, the LGBT community or people with special needs. The products are decent quality, the prices are a little pricey for Mountain Top candy compared to other shops and the customer service is over all poor. The store decor is nice and it's clean . Staff is uninviting. In addition to charging a fee to use your debit card. It's essentially the same fee you would incur for using an out of network atm machine!!!

Not a place I will do biz with any longer.  Today I went in for item on sale.  Almost always, their "sale" items are usually sold out, regardless of how early or late in the day you get there.  I also had an issue awhile ago at this location with a leaking cartridge.  When I went back to inquire, the assoc who claimed to be management advised me that "he would not help me as it had been used".....he never listened to my issue.  I then left a comment about on UW website; never getting a response and/or reply.  We have many choices to do business with; this place will no longer be on that list.

I am extremely disappointed in the blatant disrespect received by my husband (A UNITED STATES VETERAN) and myself by Jessica at the Paradise location on 5/28/2020 at 2:15pm. She proceeded to ignore our car and helped three other cars before I finally got her attention. When she walked up to the car she was confrontational and rolled her eyes several times while explaining they "had no system to keep track of who came when" and continued to say that if I "continue to be rude" that she would "refuse our service". As a patient I have never felt so uncomfortable getting my medication. Nick came out to complete our interaction and apologized for Jessica's actions, but I am horrified that other patients are going to be treated just a badly as I was. Please make sure this doesn't happen anyone else.

I love this place because they carry the best edibles. There's always a huge variety and you can find special treats like decorated truffles, lavender lemonade, and lots of candy!

Absolutely LOVE this location. What I need is always in stock and the staff are all wonderfully helpful and friendly.

This place is awful. I highly recommend almost any place other then this poorly run company. Do not support these people they are incompetent and mean spirited. Pass on it. Too many great dispensaries in town to deal with these people.

ZERO STARS, BTW.    "SALE" items are gone too soon to think any other than 'bait & switch'. They go through 'employees' real quick...the female "budtenders" don't stay around long. The men just seem to hang around to make sure the budtenders are pushing product.Twice now I have bought wax that had NO EFFECT on me at all. I bought 2 grams recently because the manager "highly recommended" his product to me. I got ZERO effect from it. He offered me $10.00 "ON MY NEXT PURCHASE" TO MAKE UP FOR 2 GRAMS OF CRAP that he recommended.So, he still makes $$$ on the original purchase AND makes money on the 2nd purchase because his mark-up is 50%. No thanks.

Great dispensary , friendly staff  who is very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and they have a lot of great merch.

I’ve only been to the Paradise location, but they are always friendly and helpful. They always answer my questions and help direct me to the best product. The security and check in process makes me feel comfortable and secure. The building and stations are always very clean. I love that I can place an order online and have it ready for quick pick up. Definitely recommend Urban Wellness.

Horrible company. High prices and don’t pay their employees enough.

Quality Flower & Medicine selection along with a super friendly staff make this my favorite dispensary. Lots of great deals to be had every week. Some typos on prepackaged Units and THC amounts have been noticed but other than that, no issues.

My Dad has been going here since they opened they were always nice but since covid started they have the face-mask policy which was okay but now that everyone isn’t wearing them anymore, especially if you have lung problems & cannot breathe with a mask! They said he needed a medical paper. Being a loyal customer and spending a lot of money they made him leave, not only that they were rude! This is uncalled for! Very unprofessional! Will not go back, they lost a loyal customer! You do not treat customers this way!

Just came by today (07/12/21) and was helped by Jen. I just wanted to say her friendliness and helpfulness really made my day and my buying experience really fun. She helped me pick out the perfect flowers to chill back on the couch and watch a movie with. Everyone at this location had a positive attitude and it was amazing. I also like how the sunlight at this UW location lights up the room, as the paseo location is sometimes very dark.
