I like this dispensary because it has a great variety of high quality product, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  They're at a really great location, and its easy to get in and out quickly.  The only heartburn I have is that they don't take credit cards and if you use a debit card, you get hit with a $2.00 fee, which makes your purchase more expensive than you may have planned for.  The card fee pretty well wipes out any special pricing that you might be getting.  I recommend going to R. Greenleaf only if you have cash.  There are plenty of other dispensaries that take cards, without a fee.

Great location and great energy! My budtender was really friendly and helped me explore the menu. Even though I've been to the midtown location I'd never had the assistance there to really check out all of their product. The interior is really nice with local art decorating the walls, and you don't get accosted by security as soon as you walk towards the door. Super convenient, close to shopping and right across the street from Marble! I'll definitely be back.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I tried to return a item but it was over 30 days, I understand the policy. The world we live in has changed. Two weeks ago it was my birthday, if I just wanted free stuff I would have gone in but I did not. I was around 28 people who tested positive to the virus. So I thought it would be best not to put there employees or customers at risk. So yes it was over 30 days. They basically said oh well. I'm so disappointed that they would not support the safety of all. Thanks

I was asked to wait outside because of capacity but when white people came not one was asked to wait outside. 8 people in store with a 5 person capacity.

Good product, high prices.  The most disconcerting thing was they charge a 2$ to use a debit card.   No one else does that and the other dispensaries give new customers either a free gram or a preroll.  My husband was a new customer.  We also don't like the little sealed bags because you can't always see what you're getting.  There are a lot of good dispensaries in town and we won't be going to R. Greenleaf again unless we have to.  Also, the person who waited on us was very nice.

These folks have been super with customer care, I feel like I really vibe with all the counter help and any suggestions they’ve made have been spot on. I surely loved their Valentine sale on topicals. They were the only folks to remind me to come get my birthday freebie which they offer for 7 days before and and some amount of days after as well so you don’t have to scramble to get there for it.

Customer service is why I Love this location. The budtenders are usually in great moods and willing to discuss the medicine in depth with you to make sure you come in and leave with what you need or possibly scooping up something new to try. I enjoy that positive interaction alot , most dispensaries lack that connection. The manager there is always on point too. She Handled customer complaints and questions like a pro. Also SLIVER KUSH IS WHERE ITS AT. If you don't know now you know.

R. Greenleaf is the best dispensary in town. I am new to medical cannabis and they made me feel very comfortable here. I worked with a young man named James and he explained everything to me clearly and even though he had probably given that same speech a thousand or more times, he did not seem bored. It is a very busy location and that is probably a testament to the extensive product line and well organized menu. Their best priced products are the NuClear cartridges for $30. Cartridges are typically $45 at other dispensaries. I also like their White's scale which makes it clear whether the product is Indica, Hybrid, or Sativa.
