unprofessional management, they picked apart the front desk person, get off you ass and do it then!
I cannot recommend Zia Medical. I read on their site that they take walk in appointments, so I did just that. I brought my medical records that are pertinent to my conditions, the employee at the counter greeted me, looked at the records I brought and told me they would review them and get back to me. They had no way to geet back to me as no phone number or address was on the folder or the medical records, also I expected to be helped right then. I retrieved my records and promptly left. I Then called New Mexico Relief Center, they only do evaluations by appointment. I got an appointment same day! Everything went as I would expect from professionals in the medical field. That being said, HEY ZIA! WAKE UP AND BE PROFESSIONAL.
I started as a patient with Zia last year, and continue to renew my card with them. Their staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt respected and well-taken care of during both my initial assessment and with my renewal. I would highly recommend Zia to anyone I know!
Came for a card renewal and was out super fast with everything I needed. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend coming here.
If I could give them a zero I would. I used them to get my card. After Paying them a boatload of money, I had to mail it myself. That's ok, I did. I come back a year later to renew. They gave me a good price so I opted to pay the extra and have them mail out for me since I was dealing with a lot personally. They waited over a week after my appt to mail. Knowing my expiration date was in a month. Now my card is set to expire and they haven't even gotten to my name yet. I called zia to find out why, when I paid to have it mailed, did they wait to mail it causing me to be late. They didn't know and they didn't seem to care. They said the owner would call me back but he didn't even bother. Go somewhere else. I know I will from not on. I'm not going to do business with people who treat their customers like that.
This was where I first went to get my medical card, and the first visit was fine enough. However, I did make an appointment but ended up waiting for at least 45 mins.My real issue is the next year I went back for a renewal. Once again made an appointment and waited a super long time. The problem was that I was charged the full amount for an initial application, NOT the renewal fee. I had no idea it was cheaper to renew than get the initial approval, in fact I didn't find that out until this year. Unbelievable and egregious price gouging. I can't believe I was charged nearly $120 for a renewal.Additionally, the clinic is shabby and the guy at the front desk is kind of creepy. Although my application and renewal were completed fine, they're obviously really dishonest and I don't think patients anywhere should be taken for a ride like this. Check out the dispensaries for initial apps and renewals. The price are way better and the service friendlier and far more compassionate.
The lady at the front seems like she's been asked too many dumb questions in her time there, so I can kind of understand why she's not super friendly. Ed is wonderful and the doctor was super kind! Overall a very simple and quick process! *takes 3-4 weeks to get your card in the mail.
Talk about an easy and simple process. Zia Health made this process for me so much easier than I would of expected during this pandemic. I walked in with no records and the staff was still able to accommodate me and like i said a million times now made it so simple. SB: I went in on September 2nd and my card arrived October 2nd.
First, Zia is now strictly for a doctor evaluation and getting medical card approval. There is no retail merchandise. That being said, they take walk in patients. Bring your ID and medical records for the past year. Or call for an appointment to guarantee quick processing.Employees and Dr. are very nice, explain any questions you have and are very helpful, understanding and empathetic.Upon completion, they provide a complete packet to mail to the state and give you printed directions to the nearest post office.Highly recommend Zia for getting your med card.
I like the quaint neighborhood feel
Worst dispensary in the north east heights Bud tender is behind a window like the MVD you have to pass everything through a little whole medicine is dry and seems old $14,$12,$10 were the prices for the 3 strains they had... Out of all of the concentrates menu was on a dry erase board. Offered a free pre roll for new patients that looked like a cigarette? Unrolled the pre roll at home fulled with leaf and steams seems like less Bud and more plant matter WONT BE BACK and stay away from SEVEN CLOVES as well. H. E. S. Is not worth your time. Try (R. Greenleaf, Organica, Mother Earth, CG, Southwest Wellness, Hell MJ Expresso was better hopefully this helps I stopped by there because there is no info on their dispensary WASTE OF TIME no wonder they're not on Weed maps
I spent a lot of money here in 2017. Close to $2000. When i went to get my printout for taxes, the girl up front informed me that "a lot of people" got removed from their system, so not many patient records were available. She took my id and card, looked me up, and "yeah, you were one of the people that were removed". I told her about how much i had spent there and that it was really important that i had records. She non chanantly dismissed it, and said their tech guy was trying to get us back in the system. That i could come and check some other time. I know maybe i should've saved receipts, and had asked them earlier in the year if i should. The older woman that works there said no, we can print it out for you during tax season, so i didn't. The taxes that wouldve been reimbursed were around $150. Thats a lot of money to miss out on due to their negligence. And to be dismissed and treated like it was no big deal was disgusting. HES is my neighborhood dispensary. I will no longer be going there, unfortunately. Im not a customer who spends a few hundred a year, even if i was, should not have been treated that way. So, i guess losing out on almost 2 grand a year is no big deal to them either. Used to love this place, now seeing how they value their patients, i will not be buying any more product from them at all this year.
Very friendly service. Very friendly people. Thank you for your service...
Overall the customer service is great but they lack in choices in flower sometimes they only have one strain
