Had a great experience. Great customer service. Answered all my questions precisely. Gaby took her time to help me understand each product. I felt comfortable and will definitely go back and recommend.
Doesn't accept credit cards. But won't tell you until you've already been weighed out. Says "they're working on it" ever since they've opened location only to see that there is now an ATM machine inside the shop. So they clearly actually aren't working on it. I guess they expect you to pay their ATM every time you want to make a purchase? Everything is overpriced so there's that. Literally every single item. The only plus is that they stay open late, but like others have stated, I too have been locked out early because employees are eager to get home. The location is hit or miss, there are times where there isn't even parking to stop in, and then it's a crazy maze and staircase later just to go there. I keep trying again and again with sacred garden but it's hard when I'm continuously disappointed. Santa Fe location is much better but that's doesn't really matter since it's an hour away.
Worst place never go back Tristan and very rude Cecilia the manager is very rude come to think about it they have no respect for their customers all they want is your money if I was you I'd go to purelife organica Urban Wellness all the other smoke shops are way better I'll never come back here ever again $16 a gram too expensive $200 for a glass pipe are you stupid
I'm finally done with you and with your sister store Sacred Wellness. It was bad when you stopped accepting credit/debit cards and only took cash, when other dispensaries in town didn't seem to have the same problem, but then you stopped carrying the products I had come to rely on. It's just not worth it anymore.
I got a gram and a cartridge, the potency was really good, the taste, the smell. everything. it was my first time in, i did get a pretty decent discount as well.
I'm a new customer but I've been to other medical dispensaries around town and this one is the best by far. The people are super nice and very helpful. The product is uncanny, with fresh edibles and great flower. They also have a cool loyalty program where you get points and updates which I really appreciate. I Definitely recommend it!
Do not give these people your phone number. I did. Now I get daily texts from multiple numbers from these idiots. I tried replying "STOP." It doesn't work. They'll keep right on texting you. I've tried blocking their number. I've blocked about a dozen different numbers from them. They keep using new ones. I'll never go back to this place. Unless you like your medicine with a side of spam, you shouldn't either.
I like this place a lot. Their meds are on point. But their atmosphere causes me to run around in circles for hours after I go there. It's usually pretty packed and the budtenders usually act like they're just trying to get rid of you. I had one REALLY. FREAKING. COOL dude help me out my first time, and I've been coming back since- but haven't seen him. I get so anxious that I usually have to smoke right after I get to where I'm trying to go from being so anxious. Overall, not a bad place; just not a great vibe.
Good Dispensary, Great Staff, Good Quality Herb and great Tinctures. Location is convenient with lots of great food shops next door and a couple micro breweries.
Very helpful staff. Stopped in for the ointment that doesn't make you high only for pain. It DOES NOT contain THC. They really know their products and share good information.
I have been a client of Sacred Garden's for over two years. Over the course of those two years, I have had nothing but excellent service from the location in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Tonight however, 9/6 at 6:45 pm, I had the displeasure of meeting Cecilia, the manager of the Sacred Garden 3600 Cutler location in Albuquerque. I will not go into the details of the encounter but I will say that Cecilia has to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have come across. She makes clients feel interrogated, belittled and is condescending. I work in customer service and she would not last a day with the clients I work with. I am surprised that Sacred Garden employs her because from Santa Fe to Albuquerque I have had nothing but excellent service from each employee. Steven and Nick at the 3600 Cutler location are nice and know how to treat people. Please get rid of Cecilia. She tarnishes Sacred Garden's good reputation.
I find the Green Jeans complex confusing and claustrophobic. Sacred Garden is itself quite Helter Skelter of an atmosphere. I find the prices noticibly "higher" than Purlife or Organtica. Regardless, the Lavender Dream tincture has added herbs for sleep and is working beautifully for my insomnia. I also visited their CBD oil shop downstairs to get some CBD oil for my cats. I got a Pets Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil. Thankfully it is almost tasteless so my cats will eat it mixed in their food. The oil is working tremendously well in treating symptoms from stress to sneezing to allergies to urinary tract infection. No, I don't have one poor cat with all these symptoms. I have 5 cats with singular symptoms .
they close at 8pm lol, per teller who didn't have the time of day to explain why everything says they close at 10
These pieces of shit claim to have me on video SELLING people stuff when I'VE NEVER FUCKING EVER DONE THAT. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and keep hanging up on me when I ask for information for their manager to speak with them about this absolute bull shit.Estevan at Green Jeans is a fucking asshole and just hangs up on customers instead of doing his fucking job and dealing with them. It's called customer service asshole, it's part of your fucking job. Guess what, you're not gonna get away Scott free, dick bag. I'll have your fucking job for this bull shit.
The pinner prices are good how ever the structure on how to order and the timing is bad they should really concentrate on customer service.
Very helpful and friendly staff, with great products as well! It's in a convenient area as well which I appreciate
Most excellent knowledgeable friendly staff (MEKFS..:). Product, whether it's flower or edibles is simply the best. Their products are clean and their strength is spot on. A cure for that which ails you. A medicinal journey of the best kind. Cheers to our Medical Colleagues. Avram
Extremely RUDE, I'm from out of state and I knocked on the door and the girl peeked out of a window like there was something shady going on inside. She told me that I needed a doctors note which is understandable...not a problem considering that I am from Los Angeles and we have different laws...I was just asking hon dont look so paranoid. The atmosphere freaked me out...it was just strange.
The staff was not knowledgeable about the strains they were providing. One of the strains I bought gave me a panic attack. I wouldn't recommend going there if you're not knowledgeable about their custom strains. Very small collection of herb. I will not go there again.
Don't buy your flower here! First time here got 8 G's and all of my big buds had the tops cut off!!! And to top it off they are very RUDE here compare to most dispensaries, where the employees are super nice.
Sacred Garden's Albuquerque location is in a really great business community at Green Jeans. It's fun to visit, check out the restaurants and maybe grab a drink at the brewery. Parking sucks a little when it's busy, so be prepared to navigate a dirt lot that's a tight fit when parking your car.The dispensary is located on the top level, which makes it a little difficult to access for anyone with chronic pain or limited mobility. Otherwise, there is a flight of stairs to climb that can be daunting if you're dealing with any physical issues. I'm not sure if there's an elevator (doesn't there have to be ?), but I feel like the dispensary should maybe try to put up directions to any lift or elevator for their customer's benefit and ease of access. The dispensary is pretty small inside, wth a separate check in office that also sells CBD-only products that the general public can buy.My budtender was super nice and chatty, and helped me select the Re-Leaf chronic pain CBD topical stick. This balm has ROCKED MY WORLD! Anyone with joint or muscle pain should get this ASAP. It's more effective and more fast-acting than ibuprofen and provides amazing relief. It's relaxing but not over medicating.I also got a gram of high CBD flower. Unfortunately they printed the wrong label and I can't remember the strain. Wish I had asked for a reprint, I like all my flower clearly labeled. They accept cards and offer a 15 percent discount for new patients. Overall this is a great dispensary in a really dynamic and community-based area. I like that it's very public and seems more open and less "security lock down" than other cannabis businesses, it just makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Very nice people inside informative and friendly
They have so good sour x it is very good and smells great and taste good with good people and price
Small hole-in-the-wall with plenty of charm in an extremely modern, cute complex. Budtenders always have a recommendation for me when I come in, and they've got good happy hour deals!
Very health savy techs. So happy to find a welcoming venue for my medical needs
Really gentrified environment, I don't know if I just got bad luck with the cart I got (their own brand, product purple cube) but it tasted like the smell of cutting grass with a gas lawnmower. It also didn't have any cbd in it which I did not notice until after I purchased and left despite speaking with the employee and letting them know I was buying for pain management. They also only offer a 15% discount on first purchase, as opposed to a free product, which can only be used on certain products. If you're looking to be more ethical than shopping at purlife this is maybe half a step better but based on the quality of what I got you're better off looking elsewhere.
