They have undoubtedly the worst selection of flower in the city. Period. The worst. And currently the only dispensary to force you to wear masks..

Minerva always takes care of me with great advice, recommendations, and service. If you have medical cannabis needs, this is a great place to go. You will feel welcome and they truly care about getting you the right things for your personal needs. Always 5 stars, every visit.

Whitley at Minerva Westside is awesome. She got me to try sleep eze. I went from sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night to a full 8 hours. I would definitely recommend buying from the Westside location.

I have always liked Minerva and their prices and products. Lately their service has declined and it seems to be more and more difficult to get decent customer service. Autumn at the Bernalillo location is always awesome. Whitley at the Westside location couldn't even answer the curbside pickup line or acknowledge that there was someone there. Then had a horrible attitude about being questioned for not responding at all. Whitley was the absolute worst bud tender I have ever experienced at any dispensary. Hope no one has to deal with her. The website says curbside service is offered, there's a parking space and phone number to call when you get there for curbside service. But Whitley feels like there is no need to acknowledge her customers and doesn't respond at all, even with no other customers in the store. There's plenty of other dispensaries around if you're looking for cartridges... I wouldn't recommend anyone after dealing with the attitude. At least not to the Westside location.
