Gavin is a dick. Everyone else is cool though, if you get him on the phone you better just drive to a different location.

Don't shop this dispensary on St Michaels Drive. Rude people. Pages of forms to fill out.(I've never had to do this anywhere else). Warehouse feel. Not much merchandise. But worst of all was after paying, my charge was $2.00 more than price on product and a $2.99 charge just for using my debit card to which I was never told there was a fee and no signs to announce this. I found out about the charge only by looking at my online banking account the next day and wasn't listed on receipt. Nothing even itemized on receipt. Don't go unless you like to get pissed off.

Gave ultra a second try after an unpleasant customer service experience, however! when the lovely ladies are working it's never an unpleasant experience. They're very nice, very helpful and I'm pleased to say the flower is phenomenal and the price was excellent. FYI bring cash and try some flower 😉.

Very rude bad costumer service. They act like they don’t want you there and your taking up there time. Go to the other ultra healths way nicer people

Very nice dispensary but only usually have only 1-2 strains.

Excellent Staff/Service, know their strains, Great location @ 4th and Montano.....Can get Your Herb/Flower cross the Mighty Rio Grande back outta the Duke City. Great Place and Service. Purchased GG Bud....I let out a joyous Warcry crossing the Mighty Rio Grande back to the Rez....

Absolutely the worst dispensary in abq and this is a person who went to cg! The customer service was bad I felt uncomfortable from how he presented everything. the guy who was ringing me up didn't know anything about the strains available, said "there all pretty much the same" how does that help me? Save your money and buy somewhere else plenty of other good spots like high desert or even the local plug is better than this spot.
