Hector over here getting all mad cus I had accidentally left my phone away from me and then telling me "oh my driver tried calling you" it wasn't even 10 minutes and he tells me I missed the time frame for delivery so now I gotta wait til 5-7pm. I'm not gonna wait at home all day for you just to be impatient and leave again. How are you going to have me wait 2.5hours and then tell me to wait again at 5-7? Greenrush way better with their customer service even if they have a "tight" schedule they accommodate the customer. Medithrive used to be great when they first opened up though. The time your driver called 2:33. You called 2:38pm. 5 minutes after and by the time I came out your driver had already drove off. But as soon as I call back a second time around to cancel the order you helped me out real quick and hung up as quick as I can say anything else. Very unprofessional. I will let my friends know about this poor online delivery service.

This place man! No consistency with management. I came two times prior and used a value customer card without my name on the card. No questions asked. Awesome. Came back another time. Now I'm told it has to be under my name but you can use the ATM. I use the ATM $5 charge from my bank and &1 for them later I get my product. Come back with my credit card with my name on it, and nooooowwwww. I have to spend $100 for my card to be "recognized" from them. I was literally trying to make this a simple stop. Just a pre roll and some gummies. Instead as I pick and get excited about my choice, my refreshing budder informs me that at this point I have to spend $75 more for me to be a customer. When I ask for this policy and where is this information posted, it's on our web. Well great, but I'm standing In front of you. Called management and their response was, we are private sooooooo it's on our web. Basically because they are private and this is a small market their policy is to do them. Good news is I went 5 blocks down the street on Mission with no problem. Thanks!

This is a cute little dispensary that is somewhat high tech looking inside. I got a couple of pre rolls and perused the stock, which they seemed to have a pretty wide selection even for a little store. I'll be back again sometime when I'm in the area and looking for green.

Came to this spot around the corner and was met with excellent customer service. They let us in immediately (whereas some dispensaries have a large queue). Upon walking in, there were several digital menus on the wall that listed out the strain, brand, and thc percentage. We were specifically looking for a low thc, high cbd strain which we were sifting through the list to find. Immediately, Jamar came up to help us identify exactly what we needed despite the oddity of the request. Highly recommend. Stay tuned for the review of the bud itself ;)

This place presents itself as a high end good quality dispo in the city but they pull scams just like any other trap shop. I bought 2 ounces one indica and one Sativa I asked their rep what he thought of the ounce Humble Cannabis Company packs, guy mentioned it was good but tried to up sell me to a $400 zip when all I needed was a decently priced good quality bud. I ended up buying 2 ounces: a SFV Sativa and Wedding Cake. I literally died as I opened the opaque bag seeing nothing but BROWN, BUSHY, old moldy weed. The wedding cake was just the same but STALE!  I can't even make edibles out of this crap it's the WORST ounces I've ever seen. I called to let them know because I work in the industry and care about consumer experiences I have never seen anything this bad. Victor the manager said "sorry you picked our cheapest pack the quality isn't there and offered 10% off another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would you even sell this? The shop is closed. You can only order online or pick up. Most bags come closed and you cannot see your product in most of their prepackaged bags. So not only can we not see or smell what we're buying but we're suppose to be okay with being told sorry you picked the wrong one and be out $500+??? Avoid this place. Go support a local dispensary that truly cares about your business.

Simple.  My husband placed an order.  Received a text stating that our driver had arrived. Went outside to pick up our order.  No driver.  Called them, they claimed that they were there.  We live on the first level front unit with windows, we can clearly see if anyone has arrived.  Didn't appreciate being called a liar, being spoken to so disrespectfully.  Unreliable, rude, and totally unprofessional behavior.  They should be grateful for their customers, and that we keep them in business, and keep their people employed, especially during this difficult time of Covid19. Long term neighborhood dispo w good selection of products. They have tax but it's not 25-30% like some others. Flowers are usually fresh and they have a large selection of buddies products which is the main reason i come here.

Ouch. Don't trust them!!This place just lost our business forever. Placed a delivery order last night per instructions on website. But delivery can't happen until morning because - even though website says can place until 9:00 pm for same day - not last night apparently. Ok. We waited til morning. Called this morning to ask where is the order. Guy on phone claims they rang door bell, texted and called. Nope. We have dogs - no bell was rung I promise you. No calls. No texts. So when my hubby explained no, there's no calls or texts and delivery didn't happen, guy on phone says, "You can try again tomorrow. " and hangs up. Do not trust this place. Don't know if they're incompetent or a scam but either way - why bother with so many good places to use in SF.

I don't understand why people use Eaze when almost every dispensary delivers anyway. I did soooo much online research to find which dispensary had all the edibles I like and learned that Medithrive has one of the better and bigger array of options. My one experience ordering was great and communicative. Frequent text updates came through and the delivery was hassle free and clean with a masked and gloved delivery person. Will definitely order again once I get through all the things I ordered. Cash only for delivery btw. Which might be the only downside.

This is my go to place to buy Kanha Nano CBD gummies! The staff is always super friendly, and the setup and display is super clear. It's easy to order here, unlike some places where everything is behind the counter and you can barely see what you're buying. Highly recommend! And they now accept credit and debit now through Paytender.

I was ready to pay with my items and with great confidence, I was ready to hand over my debit card. That's fine, I thought. I'll just either Venmo or use their ATM. I'm typically reluctant to use an ATM, but they only accept an obscure service when paying with debit. Reasonably, I preferred the ATM. With only a $1 fee, it was no big deal. Except that my bank wasn't allowing the transaction to go through. After a few tries, I gave up and decided to use the Online ONLY payment services. Even businesses who want to minimize their taxes use a more well known app service, AT LEAST. Customers don't want to make a new account every time and give away their personal information to some obscure website. I spent nearly 30 minutes on what was supposed to be a 5 minute stop and I ended up walking out with nothing but wasted time. I was trying my best to literally give them my money. Normal people don't carry cash anymore. In fact, COVID means you shouldn't use cash.

Went here to pickup 1/8 of the Tangie Ting from BLEM. 11/10 loved. What I love about this dispensary apart from the friendly and knowledgeable staff would be they have all of their 1/8s available to be viewed and smelled before purchase which I haven't seen before. Great dispensary with great products!

Great service and great deals help you find what you need and nice people. They have drinks , flower, carts and even pipes. Their flower is really good too.

A great example of what happens when a bunch of scum Bach drug dealers get to run a " Medical Dispensary ". They are too busy and wasted trying to hold on to their first almost real job to provide any type of legit service. Get it together guys. Make sure all equipment is working, stop the stupid fighting amongst yourselves and try being professional. Quit blaming the customer. Driver  was not prepared. Such a hassle. This was ridiculous. Biggest clusterfuck when you are sick and you just want a simple drop off.  Stick with Apothecarium or other dispensaries who actually provide you with accurate information and pleasant service.Grown men with zero clues trying to pull this off. People are actually sick.It wasn't just a few minutes here and there that I had a  problem with, it was the overall experience. Reading other reviews it appears that management is in the habit of blaming customers instead of constructively handling the issue at hand.  People are human, absolutely. So instead of telling me how busy you are and giving me a million excuses,  why not try kindness?  Try some basic common sense customer service, business 101. A happy customer will always return.

I went into Medithrive to buy a gift for someone - when I walked up to the counter I was assisted by Luke L. I told him I didn't know much about cannabis and asked for recommendations. He gave me a few suggestions at different price points but when I asked about edibles, he told me their cheapest was $15 (tip: they have cheaper edibles). Upon check out I tried using the 20% off coupon that they print on Safeway receipts, they told me I could only get the lower discount since I hadn't purchased $50 (my subtotal was $44). No where on the coupon does it say you must spend $50 to get a discount, it just says you must spend $50 to get free delivery - to extend this point, why would they have given me a discount at all if I hadn't met the $50 threshold?? Overall I feel taken advantage of. If you're not familiar with cannabis, go to Apothecarium, they won't rip you off. GO TO APOTHECARIUM.

I bought an ounce from medithrive yesterday. Wasnt a top shelf ounce but i wasnt expecting an ounce full of seeds. I waited all day to get a delivery to get nothin but seeds. To add insult to injury, The buds were dry  and crispy. Never coming here again. I put some buds in my grinder and its ALL seeds. I really want my money back and do not reccomend coming here. Which is unfortunate because i used to trust them.UPDATE: Since the business owner thinks this is just "unsatisfactory service" I added a second picture. This is how many seeds i have now from this one order. Get your tree elsewhere. If anyones curious it was:Humble cannabis co. creamsicle.

Ugh. It's 4/20, placed my order at 5:04. I was excited to get my order when I was contacted at 7:29 that they maxed out on deliveries and could cancel or pick up.  Not sure how to take the service considering they waited over two hours to reach out to me.  They are my last resort and they were reliable another time when I ordered later. They had specials listed today on their website and no way explained how to take advantage of the deals. Website states to call with questions, i didn't have one. What is the point of ordering online if you have to call to?Text messages also, to let me know they had deals those same deals on their website. No promo code, nothing. Happy 420!

The prices are great, but the point system here kinda sucks, tried using my points 2 different times and each time I was told you can't use them on whatever order I had. This place is great for one off purchases but there are places with better loyalty programs.

I am confused and perplexed by the way I was handled today. I placed an order online for pickup. As soon as I walked in, I immediately brought up a problem I had experienced twice in the past; this time being the third. The store advertises some sort of "points program" that for some reason I had not been able to use the previous two times. Apparently, I was supposed to get an email or text showing the amount of points accumulated. I never got that email or information. When I was told again that I wasn't going to be able to use them this time until next time, I literally lost it and demanded getting the points, I wasn't going to go without the store honoring their promise. That's when things got heated and ultimately I was kicked out of the store. It is NOT the responsibility of the customer to keep track of points earned. If the store is able to track purchases for advertisement purposes, they should also make it just as easy to be able to "see" the points in their computer.The people in the store are usually nice for the most part. They absolutely need more training but nice to the customers. The situation was poorly handled and I feel the store should have honor or at least make an attempt to find a solution based on the explanation I was giving. It is a shady practice to promise something they will not deliver in order for customers to continue coming in to get the points "next time".I will now make it my mission to contact every single consumer protection entities in the city and california to file a complaint about their shady practices. In California, it's unlawful for businesses or their representatives to make untrue or misleading statements about products or services. This false advertising law covers statements made in print ads, online, in person, or through any other means.

First time here today & it was one of the best experiences I ever had at a dispensary! Mind you I work at one, but considering COVID and all, the employees working today made me feel so welcome and safe at the same time. Shout out to Michael at the front door, bro has lots of knowledge forsure!! And Ll (Luke I think it was) that rang me up and helped me sign up with the rewards system and last but not least Jose part of inventory team who quickly ran up and brought me some gassss from back of house. 20/10 experience overall great uplifted energy the entire time! Spent $120 on their 1oz deal twice total ($240) after having bought individual 1/8ths. The individual HUMBLE weed Eighths are $15 (come in small black containers) and are not top quality but much, much better than the 1OZ packages. It is these $15 eighths that led me to believe in the company and buy the larger ounces. So moving forward - I bought my first 1 OZ and was shocked at how bad it was, I had been buying their HUMBLE weed eighths so figured the product would be the same since only the amount/quantity was changing. So when I initially bought the first 1 OZ (DOC OG) I thought the poor quality of the OZ was just a fluke but it wasn't. The second 1 OZ (that was also HUMBLE weed [CHERNOBYL strain]) was the ALSO the same bad quality. Moreover, the product is definitely artificially scented. The aroma is way overboard for such a very, very, dry product (i have had my share of $80-100+ eighths and this cheap weed somehow wants me to believe it smells stronger.. but it isn't. It was labeled 22% (Chernobyl) but definitely wasn't. I don't even make reviews anymore on my YELP but this company really, really, irked me. Also please take a look at their WEEDMAPS reviews filled they are filled with fake looking 5 stars that all use the same style of writing.... Stay away from this seller or at the very least their 1 OZ deals.The fact of the matter is that they practice shady business practices and make their 1 OZ "deal" packages incredibly bad compared to the more expensive single eighths of the same weed brand HUMBLE. Why would someone think it's okay to sell ounces that are 30-40% stems and leaves? The $15 (before tax) eighths are filled with vastly superior and trimmed product when compared with their $98 (before tax) 1 OZ brethren. Other annoying points- you have to redeem your points in store and if you make the mistake of cashing them while you're not in store - well then you've lost all your points. A small tiny idiotic pop up tells you this but it is easy to miss. Why is it even possible for a customer to burn their points? Bad system to say the least, what about customers that aren't able to make it in store? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Moreover, if you want to be COVID SAFE AND NOT USE CASH you need to go download this weird random app and link your bank account info to it (Sketch) to pay that way... no Venmo/cashapp/debit/credit card...

So I had another wonderful experience with Nickolas this evening while picking up my CBD pain patches.I just have to say he is always so polite, and has a very in lightning kind spirit that is so easy to embrace . He also is a very knowledgeable person, All of the staff are friendly knowledgeable but he's just a very special human to come across. He makes my experience very welcoming and pleasant every time.

I placed an order at 9am, around 11:45 am I messaged them and updated them with my preferred name via the contact form. After telling them my preferred name...they cancelled my order - it stated that my order was declined.Update: It was informed via delivery instructions that I did not have access to a phone or wifi yesterday 07/01/2020. The first time I placed an order it was cancelled. No one emailed me. This time MediThrive emailed to call them to confirm my order. I have experienced continued discrimination at the site, and I will not be ordering from you again. Be advised that it was only due to Bay Care Delivery being out of stock, that Medithrive was even considered.

I thought this place was excellent. The layout was very well done (everything is nicely displayed in glass) and it gives the feeling of walking through a normal botique store.They always have the best deals on live resin in the city (23 dollars/g as of writing): This is what keeps me coming!

So I usually go there and check the menu online before hand (to speed up the process due to covid). So I get there and know exactly what I want and give the guy the money. When I looked at the recete I noticed the product was more than I thought because the website hasn't been updated. I wanted the product for the price on the site or a simple refund since I hadn't left the store yet, I received neither and was told I need to check the date on the website instead of them updating it. I clicked the "deal of the day" (on 7/9/21) and it showed Friday deals but hadn't been updated since last week. Was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.

I ordered online, went in and the wait was really long for two groups that couldn't decide on what they wanted. When they finally got to me, my total was $55, and I tried to give the guy who got my order together $60 in cash but he refused to take it, said he can't touch it. He asked his manager, who was still helping one of these tourist groups, what to do, and his manager said to wait, and not take my money. I made it very clear that I was leaving the change as a tip, and that I was in a rush and needed to leave. They still refused to take my money until the manager could handle the transaction himself. They also kept saying things like they weren't hearing me even though it was pretty quiet in the shop and I kept repeating myself. Despite the fact that I said 3 or 4 times that I didn't need change or a bag, they kept asking me if I wanted change. It was honestly surreal, and I felt terrible for the employee who was working under this incompetent manager.I think it's really disrespectful when a company doesn't trust their own employees to handle cash. I've worked in places like that. It speaks to an exploitive and antagonistic workplace culture. And it results in terribly awkward situations for customers. I am just about the easiest customer to handle, ordered a single item online and was leaving a reasonable tip for the budtender with no expectations beyond an easy transaction. I go to this spot specifically for a certain brand, but this experience just made me so uncomfortable, I don't think I can justify returning.

This place is pretty legit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have cool staging. I'm thoroughly impressed. I'm not sure if all weed shops in S.F. are like this but it's definitely a cool spot.

In store experience was great! Bud tender was very helpful in finding strains to help with GI issues. Fell in love with the Turtle Pie Co x Rose! 100% coming back for more! The alien labs live rosin is worth it too!

I was fooled by the good stars and free delivery.  Well, you get what you pay for.  If you want your delivery to show up in your window, schedule the window that's 3 hours earlier.  Also, if you call because your order is 3 hours late, expect to get a response similar to "there's nothing we can do."  You might also get the super helpful advice of  "you could have come and picked it up."   This is 2020.  It's a buyers market.  There are too many good dispensaries out there to waste time with this one.

As a cbd user and typical smoker, they led me to a really good pre-roll option that takes care of my chronic pain without the high.Awesome all the way.

I love this place!  Great communication , great on time delivery.  Pleasant staff, polite.  BAD news,  a few weeks ago I guess they updated their website and I can no longer order on line.  I called in to ask if there was an issue with their site and they just said NO.  Told me if there was an issue they'd know. Other than that, I'd give this place 5 stars if they cared about losing a customer.

Was asked to see my ID at door, then it was handed back to me and I looked around for some hand sanitizer none to be found. At the counter i noticed the guy in front of the line at the atm. They said they only accepted cash NOT a fan of that so i left

Response to Misha's reply:Misha, I appreciate your response, it would be nice if you took management accountability for your processes and decisions.  You chose your ID checking process -- it could be a much quicker scan, and manage the staff that spend excessive time chatting, poking at their phone etc, and very slowly get people inside.  The law you quoted doesn't mean you have to poorly manage the ID check process. You selected and configured your point-of-sale (POS) system.  That may have been a bad decision, since it apparently can't handle the difference between delivery and pickup orders.  There's plenty of POS systems out there that can handle this, so you have to take responsibility for locking yourself into a system that doesn't fit your actual operations. The result of your decisions is a broken pickup process. I hope you realize management is responsible for this.

I've been trying different spots when visiting home, and usually the experiences have been similar.  When I arrived here there was a man standing outside behind a podium.  He took my card, verified some things and lead me inside.  He was actually super nice and funny.  Definitely a great beginning.When I walked in the place was empty, and the guy from the door said someone would be out soon from the back to help me.  After a few minutes a guy came from the back room and asked me what I was looking for.  I told him, and he started reluctantly showing me items.  I asked him if there were any deals or specials, and he said no.  He then started speaking pretentiously about how what I'm looking for doesn't make sense because "xyz" of strains, and so I don't know what I'm looking for and must be confused.  It was nothing I had ever experienced before at any shop.  I said ok, thanked him for the information, and he kept going.....I was about to just walk out when another man from the back came out and asked the guy who was assisting me if he told me about a deal going on, and how I get an extra percentage off, etc.  None of which the guy assisting me mentioned, even when I asked.  I ended up spending $400 here, but I'm still not sure if I'd come back after my first experience.  There are so many options for dispensaries in the city, and to be subjected to that kind of behavior when spending so much money is disappointing.  I'll give it the two stars for the guy at the door and the other guy who came out of the backroom.  But other than that the prices and products were similar to the other dispensaries, without the unnecessary pretentiousness.If I do decide to give them another try, I'll be sure to post my update.**Update after the company responded**If you've read any of my past review you will notice that I always try to keep my reviews detailed, truthful, and fair; but I am sorry that you do not feel I did this with your place of business. However I do stand by what I wrote, as it is what occurred during my visit; and many individuals are still uncomfortable with going to dispensaries, so it is important for the staff to all be welcoming (I'm unsure why the response from the business mentioned needing to be perfect as that was never mentioned by me, but more of a lack of being approachable or inviting to all).  I will say that I do agree, the ambiance/layout of the shop is easy to navigate, and they do have a very wide selection.  I left that out initially assuming that was known about this dispensary, though I do see that I should've mentioned that in my original review as it is a positive of the place. With that said, the response posted was both defensive and borderline dismissive.  Had I spent the majority of my time with the guy at the door or the other guy that came out of the back, then my review and rating would have differed greatly.  Unfortunately it was less than two minutes with both of the great employees (combined), and the rest of my visit was with the rude staff member.  Because of this, my review is written the way it is.  It is great that the response states that they have competitive pricing, deals, and etc; regrettably I wasn't shown any of those items or told about them, even when I asked.  Really did want to love the place, especially with all the great reviews, and the guy at the door being SO welcoming.  I just sadly didn't get the great service, selections, or pricing that everyone else experienced.  Yelpers usually don't lead me wrong, and I do appreciate the business responding as well (even though their response is resistive) as it shows they do care on a certain level.

Great place, huge selection, friendly staff! I will come back again for sure. Good advice too!

I've usually had really good experiences at this dispensary and have been coming here for many months. Their customer service is usually on point but this last time, the person that attended to me seemed to be in a bad mood and was taking it out on customers. He was impatient and wanted to rush me out--no idea why. I don't think I'll be back now, as there are newer, friendlier dispensaries in the area.

No line, lots of CBD products and knowledgeable staff.  Super close to 16th/Mission BART too.

Because I'm still trying to stay home and limit my exposure living in the outer Richmond district a bit far but Medithrive from mission st doesn't have a problem delivering here. So lucky me. And their prices are good.

This is my go-to dispensary in the city. They have a great selection, it's convenient (right next to BART!), it's super clean, and the staff are really helpful. They are also super efficient and I never have to wait for help. I usually buy edibles and they have all of the best brands and my favorite products (caminos, terra bites, wyld, plus, etc). The staff are eager to answer any questions and I've appreciated all of their advice (thanks, victor, for all of your recommendations!). If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking them out! Good selection of products and awesome customer service.

One of my favorite places to buy my medication ! The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Matt the sales floor manager is so helpful , with all the choices he can definitely help you decide what's right for you :) the flower displays around the shop are super cool and all have a little info card on  the flower to go with them - one of the only shops that does this and I LOVE it ! They also do awesome discounts for customers- come in on Saturday's and save big on oils and concentrates ! The shop is beautiful inside and out , super clean and organized, and digital menu is something else ! :D my fave part has to be Sativa the shop dog ! She's the cutest thing EVER ! Would totally recommend stopping here if you're in the mission !!

My second time at a dispensary and I gotta say best customer service I've had in a LONG time. Like anywhere. I'm a newbie with this CBD and THC stuff and had a lot of annoying questions. I was like hey if this stuff makes me as chill and nice as the people working here I'll take it all!This place is legit. Will be my go to now that I'm a stoner. Look mom, aren't you proud?!

I passed by this dispensary a few months ago and I loved how It looked inside. I stopped by today and LL was super helpful. He hooked me up with some good stuff and I can't wait to come back.

Always have the worst experience here ! It's close to my house so I will go there in a pinch... but after today I definitely won't be going back. The door person was a complete asshole, most of the staff are so high that they don't realize that they are at work. The menu boards are usually broken or they are out of most products. This place is trash, I should have stopped going after the summer when it came out that the owners are racist.

Awful costumer services. Stood in line 15 minutes. Unorganized lines. And rude staff. Left before they even let me in. I wouldn't have dared spend my money there after the service I received before even stepping into the shop. Should have friendlier front door greeters, with those attitudes you will continue to lose business.

I knew the weed wouldn't be great for like $35 or whatever. It was just to hold me over for a few hours. I open the container AND THERE IS LITERALLY A F*CKING LARGE BARE STEM!!!! Wtf!!!!!

We eventually bought some gummies. The second time we went back LL was helping us because Nicholas had a customer. Even though we already knew what we were getting LL was very informative as well. First time visiting this place and I must say I was pleasantly surprised for a few reasons. Staff is knowledgeable, didn't pressure me into anything and were great at making recommendations for pain and sleep products. Victor is the best. Might be the first dispensary I visited where the staff was not stoned. Plus in my books.Also great prices.

I arrived here with my husband with driver's license and photo ID. DMV document was received on Thursday 2/13/20 and the actual new ID will arrive in a week. Today, greeter and manager said they could not accept our updated ID from the DMV because it was not a "physical ID". Don't go here as their service to San Franciscans is very poor.

The place looks pretty fancy, it's rather high-tech with its giant screens for menus and glass containers displaying all of the plants. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, despite it being rather busy.That being said, the prices felt a bit higher here than in equivalent places (say if you got it from Eaze or if you check the prices of nearby dispensaries). They also do this weird thing where they scan your ID on checkout and when entering they write down like some random numbers on it into their system.

Medithrive is my favorite dispensary. I've been coming here for almost 7 years! Their weed quality is top shelf meaning frosty! The sticky of ickiest! Tasty, smelly, eye candy, the works! Everything is worth the price and they have a wider selection of the best quality I've seen in most clubs in San Francisco and I've been to all of them.The service is great too! The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. My go to guy is Nick! He's a manager there now but I still wonder if I was going there longer than he's worked at Medithrive lol. Shout out to my guy Nick, best Budtender I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. This guy has a very friendly positive vibe, easy to talk to and is as personable as he is professional. This guy will make you feel like he's walking you through a candy shop with all the goodies he's talking about and pulling out at the same time! he's practically the Willy Wanka of Cannabis! but the guy you wanna smoke with not kick. He knows his stuff and always brings you the best looking buds from whatever flower you pick, if you go here I highly recommend this man.Medithrive can be a bit pricy but better than what you pay for in other clubs meaning you get what you pay for! example their top shelves are around 55-65 and their best stuff goes for 75! but their prices are fair, you get exactly what you pay for or better than you expected, and worth every penny. Clubs like Loveshack has top shelf eights that can go for 85 that would be comparable to 65 eights from Medithrive. I usually try to buy the 65-75 eights cause it usually takes me one rip off a bong or two hits from a J than I'm good to go. Their other eights for 35-45 are actually not that bad either, if anytime I don't wanna spend big I go for the less expensive cause they're actually pretty good and waay better quality than the 35-45 dollar eights from Re-Leaf. I can't really say much for the edibles or concentrates because I'm mostly a flower guy but they just got a wider selection of edibles in store but it looks vast and tasty! I do however recommend the.. Hi-Fi Hops?? I think is what they're called.. it's basically Cannabis beer! No alcohol only THC and it's a really amazing treat for after work when you're ready to plant yourself on the couch. I don't really do concentrates but the stuff I've seen there looks and smells like the stuff you just wanna lick or slurp right out of the container! This is a great place definitely worth checking out if you're in SF or wanna try something better.

Best dispensary I've been to in SF!  The staff is easily the most professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend coming here.

I had the most humiliating experience here.I'm disabled - can only stand for about 90 seconds at a time - and got hurt about half a block away from standing too long in front of a business that was unexpectedly closed. I hobbled down the street to Medithrive, figuring I'd find a balm there or something. They have a bench just inside the door, so I sat on that waiting for the fire in my knee to subside. After a while it did, so I got up and looked at the displays, but I couldn't make up my mind (it's hard to think during a flareup) and the pain came back so I sat down again. When it does that you need to put ice on the knee right away, so I called a Lyft to take me home. I exited Medithrive and the door closed behind me. That's when everything went wrong.The driver was on the wrong side of the street, and since I'm on crutches I couldn't get to the car. I turned to go back inside but the door was locked. I collapsed, because by that point my 90 seconds was up (life is absolute hell when you're disabled sometimes). I'm struggling with the phone trying to reach my driver, and the bouncer is on me like I'm some kind of homeless woman or something (I was dressed up for a professional mixer and clearly not) saying I can't sit there. I explain that I can't stand up. I tell him I'm leaving, I just need to get into the car. (My phone is open with the app up - he can easily see this.) He tells me again that I can't sit there, so I haul myself to my feet and try to get back inside to wait for the car to turn around. He says I can't go back inside since I didn't buy anything. I REALLY can't stand up. I'm struggling with the phone and the crutches, trying to get a new driver, and begging him to leave me in peace for just a few minutes so I can get a new ride. He won't leave me alone and he won't help. I haul myself to my feet again, and limp a few yards before collapsing again. I just want to get out of there. The pavement I'm sitting on is filthy and the neighborhood (right next to the projects) is sketchy. He starts badgering me again, because apparently I haven't gone far enough, but at least he isn't coming over so I'm able to get the app working and finally, mercifully, a car arrives. I don't remember everything he said in the time it took for that, but here's a few gems:"My two-year-old has more sense than you.""You think you're special because you're on crutches, but you're not special."These are horrible things to say to a disabled person. My hands are shaking so hard I can barely hold my phone. I get in the car, it takes me home. The whole scenario had taken about five minutes. It would've been no skin off his butt to let me catch my ride with a little dignity. On the way home it occurred to me to call the store, since the bouncer is probably not supposed to treat the members like that. They're sorry, supposedly.

Great spot with a good selection and a friendly and helpful staff.To the extent that you are a fan of design. There is something about the layout and design of the store that really draws me in each and every time. It also helps that the security guard out front is always friendly yet serious.

First time at a dispensary and this one was nice. The gentlemen helping us was very knowledgeable and cool. He didn't press specific brands of edibles like the other lady that initially helped us. If you get lucky you get an employee that's honest and pretty helpful. Or you can get someone who just wants to get you out of the way or pushed just a specific brand. I recommend doing research ahead of time!

This used to be my go to place ,  they had some of the best deals . Such deals like ordering ahead you got a discount, student  discount etc . But my visit today was very upsetting . No more other forms of payment accepted only cash (granted they have an atm , but that's just another way to gain money) , no more discounts that I once loved and on top of that you can't use multiple discounts anymore .i understand that you have to make a profit I really do however changing so much over night will affect business fast and that type of practice is bad business . I'm not here to slander any business that is not my goal but I will comment and review major changes because these were the reasons I continued to comeback . The flow of things aren't the same and I honestly won't be coming back anytime soon because of it . Nothing on the employees they are amazing and I always receive above and beyond service here (I do not want to make this seem like a horrible place because in all reality it's a decent place) . I just want things back to the great standard this business once had .

A lot of the delivery drivers have been very unprofessional.  One of them asked me if my passport was a California passport....Phone operators are nice, but often obviously stoned out of their minds.  They call to confirm the order after you place it, which is nice.  Several times though, they have called and bugged me again after the confirmation call to let me know they are out of the products I ordered.  You would think they would be able to figure this out in the initial confirmation call so they can provide a better customer experience.The delivery minimum is low and they do take cash or card, but i live in downtown San Francisco and it always takes upwards of 3 hours to get a delivery, more than double the amount of time competing delivery services take.  Honestly this service was much better and more professional before the laws changed.  After that, they can't seem to get their shit together.  If they could be professional and deliver in a reasonable time frame, I would still use them all the time.  I'm giving this place 3 stars because I've been using them for years and I'd like to believe that things will change for the better.  It used to be a great service.

The store was very clean and organized, good prices, their edible selection was a little small as far as I could tell.You can't really see what they have because everything is kept in drawers that the employees reach into.The main reason I'm giving 4/5 is because the employee who helped us was very rude and kept trying to up sell us even when we weren't having it. The store was empty and he was acting like we were wasting his time when we asked for a different product than the one he recommended.

MediThrive is so beautiful, it could be a museum! They are very knowledgeable on every form of cannabis there. CBD has helped me in the past where prescription medicine has failed me. I got a CBD spray at Medithrive and it was a miracle spray. It took my nausea away within 3 minutes, something that I have suffered with for months without reprieve. I now recommend it for all of my friends going through chemo or who suffer from nausea. Now that California has lifted the prohibition of Cannabis, there is only one place that I would recommend my SF friends to go to... MEDITHRIVE! You will NOT be disappointed! You'll feel like you just walked out of a Cannabis Spa!

Don't come here.   Bud is suspect and they short you on the weight.   Had my medical card denied here after numerous times of it being accepted.   Have had negative interactions with the staff.   Frankly, they try to act upscale, but they are really juicing you.   They also just lost my debit card while trying to check out.   Go somewhere else.   The operation is complete trash and you will leave unsatisfied.  Update 7/27/2018 - Place is still trash.  Having now been to at least 7 different sports, this place is the worst.   Combo of price and terrible service truly make this an avoid at all costs.

Was told many good thing about this place, unfortunately, when I went to go see what the hype was all about, I was utterly disappointed. Let's start off with staff that didn't acknowledge me and my girlfriend until WE asked a question about half Oz deals. Not only did they didn't have half Oz deals for people looking to buy bulk rather than quality, but the "staff" worker said to my face, "we don't have half Oz or Oz deals. We only sell 8ths when it comes to plant. And it starts at 65$ an 8th." We instantly took our business elsewhere. I don't care how bomb or how amazing your weed may be. But telling a potential customer you guys don't carry any half Oz deals or anything close to that they way this staff member did, I don't know you would ever go back. Bad service. Bad products, trying to steal all the money out of your wallet. At least try and work with a potential customer. Not straight up say "we don't have half Oz or Oz sales." Simple. But no. This place wants to steal your wallet and everything inside it with their gouging prices and tiny quantity to amend for their prices. Never go here. You'd be better off getting your weed from your personal plug and get better quality and better prices than this rip off place. NEVER GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS TO SELL TO EVERYONE. ONLY RICH PEOPLE. -5/5 if I could rate.

This was my first time at any shop so I was pretty damn clueless. I'm just getting to know about these weed pens & vaping. The people were friendly and helpful for the most part.It was really clean inside. Small store with had a lot of products. Very professional. The dude who helped me explained a lot, but I wish they carried more pens like the Bloom Farms rose gold highlighter. That's what I wanted in the first place ... it's hard to find! But this location is one street away from bums and piss. Hard to find parking during the afternoon. I wouldn't mind coming back for more though.

Just left Medithrive SF on Mission Street  and I will never be going back. I never write Yelp reviews because I think they are stupid. But I think other people should know this. This dispensary is incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to trust or help their patients. They aren't knowledgeable about what products they sell. I purchased a cartridge from them and it wouldn't work on all three of my pens, I brought it back and they said it worked on their pens so mine must be dirty or old and they would not exchange it for me. I left feeling like I was just told how wrong I was and like I was asking for so much just by wanting a cartridge that would work for me. The initial person who helped me was obviously high too and she was really defensive and unhelpful. The manager was equally as cold and unwilling to help. After watching a 3 minute YouTube video I learned that you have to adjust the bottom of the cartridge to get it to work on different pens. Can't believe 5 different people there listened to my problems and didn't even know any basic troubleshooting on my purchase....Never going back...

If you're looking for reliable service find somewhere else! I went to the store yesterday only to find it closed during their normal business hours. I then ordered for delivery today, 1st time using their delivery service. Order went through fine, I sent a text asking about delivery time and got no response. I received a text stating my order was ready, I then called them to confirm delivery time only to be informed they would call me back in a few minutes. After receiving no call I called again, they claimed they'd called me but I had my phone in my pocket the whole time with ringer on high waiting for their call. There was no missed call on my call log either. They then informed me they couldn't deliver for 2hrs  ridiculous!

Dear Black people and/or people of color. This place is shit. I have spent over $500 at this junk joint. And once bought a pen that didn't fit my battery (on advice from staff) and they didn't refund. They made me spend more and the manager is extremely unaware of how to solve issues with customers. Save your money and time, get it for cheaper down the block.

I frequent their delivery service as well as the store front when I'm in the area and they are always professional and have what I am looking for.  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are quick to help me find exactly what I'm looking for.

The shop has many aggressive homeless drug users outside. They hassle people who walk by. This shop also refused to let my friend stand inside the door because her license had just expired. Nobody should have to wait outside and be harassed by scary drug users.

Terrible customer service. First time in and the girl was just cold, rude, unhelpful and was visibly angry because I asked a few questions. She didn't know squat about the strains. It's beautiful inside but it's kinda a weird setup. No menus for the strains ( only for food). They have the buds in cool looking posts so you have to literally go around and around in circles to see the strain names. They did have what I wanted though. Hopefully next time will be a more pleasurable experience. If I come back. Come on guys, you should know it's all about customer service. Be nice to customers :)

The fact that Medical Cannabis Dispensaries are located near the areas close to where people live is very important to those of us who are trying to get the correct medicine required.It's time to start opening more of places like this.

I love them, they won me over with one of their old specials and I was hooked on their quality, staff knowledge and store front. Seems like they have regressed a bit as of late, however, going through a period with no electronic payment (after originally having it) to an awkward experience that is equivalent to hitting up their atm convenience wise.Finally, careful with pre-rolls! I may be overly miffed tonight because in lighting one of their nice-looking churros the entire thing blew out of the paper. I'm sure it was nice and snug when it was made as I've had them there before but this one was clearly a bit dried out and had become loose.

I am leaving my experience and my questions here, since their "mail box is full" and I have no other way to get more information, or feel heard. I am a 72 year old woman who wanted some CBD for pain. I showed my California ID, which got entered into a system. I asked: What is that for? Does the government require that? Or is it the store? If it is the store, what happens to that information? That got me scolded that I wasn't letting him do his job??! Then, he asked for a phone number. I said I do not have one, thinking now I'm free to walk in. Instead, the rude young man leapt out of his chair and physically, with arms akimbo, barred the door. What was he thinking? Maybe I was going to storm the place? Anyways, does this mean if I don't have a phone I can't shop in this place? And if I did have a number to give them, what will they do with it??!  I walked down the block, I walked into the next place and was treated like a queen. That made my first experience even more annoying and gratuitous.Will I ever go back there? Nope.

The security guard hollered and got me and my bro's attention! He told us about how medithrive is a new dispensary that just opened up! So i just HAD to check it out! I was blown away by the fact that the location looks very uncanny to the naked eye! The art pieces on the wall were very artistic and awe striking! The inside looked like a museum of fine arts! Nugs n' eddies! A wide array of strains and edibles! I love it!All in all, i love this place. First impression is always the best! I am most definitely going to return here on payday!

Dropped by this afternoon. Easy sign up process, friendly staff. They have a great selection of flower, ranging from old school genetics to new exotics (if you're into shelling out cash for an F1 hybrid that Berner says is "fire").Prices are comparable to what you get around the area, and they had a good selection of extracts (hash, cartridges and oil). Probably my favorite part was how the staff was actually well informed on all their meds. No bullshit, just straight up pointed me to the meds they thought would give me relief, and after trying them I am satisfied.

I have been coming to this spot since 2013, even when I don't live in town I come by. There's been a few change of owners and by far have been the most consistent with the products. One person is particual is Ashely. She is very well educated in her knowledge of cannabis whether it be flowers, eatable, or oils. She is the Hostess with the Mostess in my book!

I was so happy to find this place!  Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. It reminds me of what they wanted the future to look like in the 60's but updated with a modern flare!   The glass domes with great lighting over the strains is blissful to see.  They have a great selection of things on all varieties from concentrates, to edibles to flower.  I was happy they had such a large selection of gold drop cartridges - as these have been my favorite. High recommended!  I happened to go almost the first week or two they opened by chance.  I  have been going back periodically since. its always a breath of fresh air.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I knew generally what I wanted and the guy who was helping me walked me through absolutely everything. He asked me asked me questions about strain, thc levels, size, etc and really listened to my feedback. The prices are equivalent to others in the area, plus they have a 10% off for first timers (and then some review discounts, but I'm not from the area so I'm not doing that). The store's inside is sparse, but gorgeous. I wouldn't have known where to look if it wasn't for the store clerk, but luckily there were three clerks and three groups of people inside.

Just went to Medithrive as soon as Mairjuana was made legal for recreational adult use in California. I have to say I was very impressed. This store is absolutely gorgeous and high end, the girl I worked with (forgot her name unfortunately) was very knowledgeable and upbeat and clearly loved her job (but who wouldn't lol). I believe Medithrive is one of only 4 dispensaries that were allowed to sell recreational cannabis in San Francisco (I found them through an article which said this) so they must've done something right. I will be coming back here for more!

This is a really great store. While not a cannabis user, I am certainly an advocate of the industry and I feel the fact that it has now been legalized in California is a huge positive to our state and those that wish to partake in cannabis use. This store has a very clean, professional appearance and the management clearly cares about the client experience. I'd highly recommend visiting this store, even if you are just curious about the industry or how legal cannabis is becoming as "normal" a part of our culture as booze or gambling. Great store, great staff, recommended.

By far the nicest adult use cannabis dispensary in the area.  You can buy all of your recreational and medicinal products here.  Go in and talk to one of the experienced bud tenders.

Literally the worst dispensary I've ever been to. I called because I was having issues with placing an order. Apparently to receive the promotion I was looking to get, I had to place the order on Weedmaps' website. The representative did not tell me there was a $50 minimum and was quick to get off the phone. The Weedmaps' website didn't show a $50 minimum either. But guess who was surprised to find that there was a $50 minimum- me! This was after driving 30 minutes out of my way, spending an extra 15 minutes to find parking, then a fun 5 minute walk to the store. I only brought $20 with me because that's what's my online order quoted me. The associate on the floor snootily told me to "have a great day" as I walked out which really aggravated me. I called after leaving and spoke with the manager who told me that the $50 minimum has always been their policy and that she was "sorry that I'm mad". Excuse me? Don't put this on me. Put this on your poor business practices. If you use a 3rd party app to EARN MORE MONEY, then COMMUNICATE with that app properly! Don't tell your customers that it's on Weedmaps' end- that's not the customer's responsibility to figure out. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location. Literally so unprofessional I cannot even stress that enough. Also, like I mentioned earlier, parking is awful and the neighborhood is so trashed that even if I got my product, I'd be worried I'd get mugged on my way back to my car. I will never go here again and will be urging others to do the same. What a joke.

I am very impressed with Medithrive. I went to Medithrive after recreational use became law and it was a very great experience. The staff is very nice and treat you like you are family. The flowers are awesome and there's always a good selection. They answer all of the questions you need answered. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. The store front is very nice and inviting. It's very clean and the display cases are awesome. The delivery service is also convenient. In summary, Medithrive is my go to dispensary and the only one I use.

Yo!!!! Young kessey was wild sweet super helpful! She didn't make me feel bad for not knowing anything at all. This was my first time here, this place is extremely clean, extremely nice. Definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've EVER visited.

This place is overpriced and they don't include the tax within the window sale price (like every other club does), so expect a 25% increase of whatever prices you see. I also saw particular cannabis companies sold here for 2 or 3 times the price you see everywhere else (i.e flow kana, good flower). Their prerolls are way overpriced too. Their glass display cases are pretty neat though and the staff seems chill. All in all, there are plenty other places to go besides this place.

Just updating my review. This place is a mixed bag.On one side the menu is great. Good bud and all that.On the other side the service is crap.They must have lost patients records or something b/c I swear they've asked me to resend my doc recommendation every time I order. Def a pain in the butt. Most places SAVE that info.Also, SLOW SLOW SLOW, deliveries take 1.5 hrs minimum? What's that about? Almost every other place can do in 1 he or less.Try Eaze for example. That's like 10 min! Lastly, the people on the phones who work there are waaaaayyyy too cool for you.They are the hipster class that talks down to customers on the phone and seem so frustrated that you are giving them business and making them work.It's like a little girl whining, and they talk so rudely to people. I mean I get it, you work at a super hip weed delivery place... So you're way cooler than anyone on earth. I'm totally jealous and think your amazing. Can I please suck your dick? Nope, that's not how this works. In the real world you guys are just one of a million weed dealers out there, and eventually the cool-factor won't stop people from looking elsewhere. Great adult recreational marijuana store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was looking for something specific and they were the only dispensary near me that was open and recreational. Definitely pay them a visit! I got 10% off for it being my first time and you can too!

The store is clean and has a great selection. My only critique is the bud tenders I interacted with were not very well informed as to what was in stock and THC/CBD percentages. I would also like to see an easier way to use credit cards or debit. But overall a solid place for your cannabis needs.

There were plenty of staff members to take care of the visitors and although it may have appeared that things were chaotic when in reality, I saw a well orchestrated machine. Beautiful job! Drove all the way there from Brentwood over an hour after calling and asking one of their dumbass employees 3 times if they'd accept visa gift cards I was told yes we long as it was visa or mc they would take it I got their filled out paper work to be lied to and told the employee must just be new. I'm sure said employee has 0 cannabis knowledge as well can't even conduct a professional phone call. Called again and manager refused to speak with me. If your employees are clueless how about keep them off the phone or make them ask before they answer people's questions 100%incorrectly

Overpriced bud. Incompetently high worker accused us of stealing before realizing he was just hella high. Looking back we got 2 tiny nugs for 15$ it was the cheapest "gram" of weed they offered us. I live right next door and would honestly rather walk to purple star. If y aren't willing to pay top shelf prices stay away.

my husband went here today. i couldnt come in because i didnt have my ID. we came here because they accept credit card and its 20% off for new customers. the short lady working the front door was being short (pun intended) and straight up said no 20% off when my spouse saw he wasnt given the discount. he told her its on yelp and on their site....she still said no...wtf! dont advertise it then! im super irritated and wont come here again.

Came up to San Fran after running out of nug in Big Sur. Awesome place to stumble upon. Found them here on WM, really professional and aesthetic dispensary, very high quality product. It's a lil on a it the pricey side but they also have great deals and specials that the super helpful staff is sure to make you aware of upon entry. Really great spot over all, very pleased with my experience here thus far.

I don't have much experience with dispensaries, but when I brought my mom here last night we were blown away by how cool the place looked and how knowledgeable the people were. They explained the difference between medicinal and recreational/adult use stuff, and helped my mom pick out what she needed for her condition. The shop is tastefully designed, it almost feels like a museum of curios.

The staff is super friendly and is willing to guide you and help you choose the right product for you. They have the best variety of edibles. Prerolls are my favorite. Decent price and good quality weed.

This delivery service is terrible. They'll give you an estimate that it'll be anywhere from an hour to two hours to receive your order...I'm pretty sure this means they don't put your order together for the next one or two hours while they sit around and get baked. The people on the phones sound like they barely made it out of grade school. Never order from this place, get an uber and save yourself the 5 dollar delivery fees and go to the green door or cookies.

After visiting the storefront, I was impressed with the customer service.  They were friendly, eager to help, and patient.  After such a nice experience I decided to use their delivery service on a day I could not make it down personally, and I must say I was blown away by the service I received.  They listened to me, answering any questions I had, they were patient and punctual, but most of all they made me feel welcome and safe.  Both Sam and Steve were wonderful to work with, I thank you both.

This storefront is very clean and very well run. The buds have some of the highest THC content I've seen anywhere and the display is beautiful. The selection of hash oil cartridges is what I come for the most. The bud tenders are all super friendly. Great place for medicine for me.

I love this place. The design, layout, and architecture are great, and you feel like you are in a high-end retail store, not some sterile dark room with staff behind glass like at the old clubs.  But at the same time it is very lay back and comfortable. I find the staff to be extremely nice and knowledgeable. Carson, the manager, is great and very very knowledgeable. Not only has he work for several well know clubs in the Bay Area and the industry for every, but he always is willing to help people and answer questions. They also carry an amazing variety of great products.

Dropped by for the first time.  Place looks like a weed museum the way the display their flowers.  Lots of choices,  everybody was friendly,  and I got a nice little first time buyers gift.  The flowers look great the rates no different than what I was paying before I started visiting dispensers. So I'll probably be sticking to my go to spot since the rates are lower, and the distance is more convention.  I didn't try any edibles,  so next time I visit I'll be sampling some of those.

Medithrive is by far the absolute best dispensary in San Francisco.  I have gotten nothing but the best service and highest quality cannabis.  I usually use their delivery service and have been in a couple of times, every time having the best experience.  Carson helped me and was super knowledgable, friendly and professional.  The delivery time is quick, the drivers are so nice and friendly.  I would hands down recommend Medithrive to anyone and will be sticking with them for a long time.

I found this establishment while walking on the sidewalk past it. It is for recreational 420. My first time ever visiting this type of establishment in San Francisco. Very cool look to the place. The time I went I saw lots of female staff. All of the buds are on display. They offer different kinds of waxes and shatters. Hours of operation are very reasonable and you won't ever have to rush to make it to the store before it closes. A large quantity to choose from and also edibles! It was my first time and I was offered a discount because it was the day of the Superbowl. I walked out with an 8th for $25. The girl who took care of me was really sweet and easy to talk to. I was told they even deliver. I will definitely be back again!

Great place for recreational products. Bobby helped me out on my first visit. Another young lady also helped me pick out a good first extract.You should know that it's a 3$ surcharge for credit card purchases, and the ATM charges 2.50$. Be prepared. Additionally, you need to ask questions about the products, because I think the sales associates are blazed.Also make sure that you ask for a receipt.

Why do I HAVE to give this place a star at all?  about the worst most offensive business I have EVER used.  having spent most of my life in Hillsborough my standarrds are just that.  but I gotBANNED because delivery driver said I disrespected him.  i couldn't care less about him at the time.  I called with a faulty cartridge. DD --delivery driver--called store and said.."looks like it's been used First unprofessional and bad customer service at best.  my life career was giving the best customer service and got nothing but promoted and awarded.  I know when I am being helped or insurance;ted. so called store and spoke with who knows at that three ring circus (they are dispensing a contra;;ed substance, making medical recommendations and it's run as a Chinese fire drill--mom used to say that, no offense intended.  so this employee at thew store reported I was abusive.  I don't think I know how to be and ask for a transcript of the call. delivery driver said I disrespected him.  here is what my issue was.  I called about cartridge leaking and they wanted ME to pay $50 for delivery when I did so only to get noyhing since fat;ty.  REALLY...ask ME To pay for your faulty item.  HA. there have been too many really stupid thiNgs they nickel. and dime for that iT's fine not to give them my bus but to lie all the way around, misrepresent and insult repeatedly is really poor business and it's gonna have the what goes around comes around that shuts their doors.  and my call to mFDA for starters.  anywaya,a told them I would get an order together so I justify paying them twice for insults, lies etc.  we leave it I would call back.  they show up demanding--get this---$2.63--nickle and dime (I spend at least $100 each time).  I was not expecting this and having been home sick for a week hazer I med anew cash. Good customer service and delivery drivers. What is poor is the pricing. Or may I say rich if you are the owner. I have smoked virtually all prerolls from the cannabis clubs in SF. Medithrive is charging far too much for what they give you. Their Pacific Remedy prerolls , with just rosin and no wax or oil is .......$22. yes you read it right. The potency is just not there and even when smoking it , it is going through the mind that this is a waste of money. Not good. The prerolls are also not that heavy in weight. I noticed it to be about 1g to 1.2 g. All for $22 and no wax or oil just rosin . Look elsewhere as as these prices they are fleecing patients

what's with the over priced flowers? the same flowers down the street go for a lot less? what's  the deal with the prices? an 8th that does for 65 or more at medithrive. goes for 10 to 15 bucks less at the dispensary across town or down the street.

I visited medithrive for the first time this week and I loved it! First of all, the place is gorgeous. Very high class, clean, and modern. A very unique space. Probably the prettiest dispensary I've been to. On top of that my experience with the staff was great too. Very welcoming and chill. Carson who I believe is the manager helped me pick out some flowers and they were exactly what I told him I wanted. A nice chill indica, very tasty. I will definitely be back soon!

I placed an order and received a call that not all my items where available, which I thought was nice and I was able to replace it with other items. Then they tell me they don't deliver to the Peninsula anymore!! Why does it not say it on your web-site??  Wow!!!

Came in with a coworker after work and was blown away! I had gone to a couple of other shops around the city while in town, but I haven't found any that have the same variety and knowledge as Medithrive. I ended up splitting a cookie and some of a cartridge with my coworker and had a great time. Definitely will be back again!

I've been a patient of medithrive before it was the current medithrive. I've been fiercely loyal to these guys for years. I've only ever received nothing but the best care from these guys. All of the staff is knowledgeable, and helpful. I really don't like these review platforms, but I'm gonna have to say medithrive is great and I have never once had anything but a wonderful experience there. Viva medithrive!

I TAKE BACK MY PREVIOUS REVIEW****The review in the past I wrote was for the Medithrive retail location, not this BS delivery service.  This is the second time they did some funny stuff over a delivery, and it will be the last.  The delivery itself was prompt but they again failed on the order.I ordered a "concentrate puddy" yet I get a dry hash (that was not on par with a $60 from anywhere else) the hash I got was more like a $30-40 range.  I go to many dispensaries and nobody else has this kind of terrible service or lying (over the phone) about their product.  Never again will I order for delivery, and that goes for any condition: rain, sleet, snow, earthquake I will take my lazy ass to a local club.

Went to go use my card for the first time today.  The gal who helped me was very nice but when I got home I realized she over charged me for an extra cartridge.  I called and they said I needed to come in for a refund - I went back in and waited 15 minute for a manager (there were zero patients in the store).  When the woman finally came out after multiple requests (from her staff) she didn't even look at me or say anything, she just figured out how much she owed me and put it on the counter.  All I could do was laugh.  If you overcharge someone and make them come back to your store and then waste their time the least you can do is say sorry and thank you.  Def not coming back here 100% because of that manger.

I'm a low-income SF resident, living with a serious disabling health condition. Waterfall Wellness had a compassion program that generously provided me with the medicine I needed for over two years. When Medithrive took over, they dramatically cut my weekly allotment. I'm scrambling to apply to compassion programs at other dispensaries now, and my health is suffering in the meantime. I find it extremely disappointing that a well-established dispensary with plenty of revenue would choose to cut costs on the backs of their neediest patients.

I got nothing bad to say about this place. Staff is friendly , especially Becca. She made my first time experience here no less than amazing. I like how she has that bubbly upbeat attitude about what she does. I hope to have her more as my budtender in the future. They have good prices and for first timers you get 20% off. Everything I bought would have came to at least 90 but I paid less than 70 bucks! Definitely should give this spot a go, if you're driving, there's parking around the corner in Walgreens parking lot, or you can always park at best buy and walk a few. Not the greatest hood to be in, but still pretty chill.

I never understood any of the negative reviews for this dispensary. I've been frequenting this dispensary for half a year now and they never fail to provide me great customer service. I had my first experience purchasing legal marijuana at Medithrive couple of weeks ago. The check in was super fast at the door. The store has a fabulous set up and looks absolutely fantastic!  Beautiful and informative displays with containers containing all of the plants. The place is very clean and has no smells. Fantastic service, professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. They made sure I was taken care of and gave great recommendations. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Medithrive has the best Girl Scout Cookies in the Bay. Always very pungent and potent. I've also really been enjoying their Cookie Monster for its freakin brain melting high + medical qualities.. :-)  These guys also have a huge selection of top shelf edibles and concentrates, many of them made 100% local. Super quick and easy delivery, signing up was a breeze, I "Highly" recommend ;-)

Overrated . spend 66 on there strawberry kiwi .It weight 3.3 After I took some stems .,Call the guy said That is who it grows.there is other options.

So far the only shop I've been too thats not only knowledgeable and friendly, but without lines out the door. Its a very personal atmosphere and everyone works very hard to make sure you find what you need and have fun doing it. Definitely recommend and will be returning very soon!

I recently wrote a review about Medithrive about an issue with a warranty. They contacted me almost immediately and took responsibility for their mistake, apologized profusely, made the situation right and even threw in a little something to sweeten the deal. Everybody makes mistakes. It is not a problem when they fix it. I am impressed and satisfied.

I specifically asked if there was a deal on an ounce and was told no by your agents, I even went on to ask them to match the same deal given by other dispensaries and was told you would not.I have an idea...  stop advertising larger 1/8th and  call 4 grams, 4 gram bags.

I love to play with the moss on the walls while I wait in line. Is that stuff real? I'll never know, because as soon as I'm called to the counter I forget all about it. The staff is really friendly: super high and super talkative. Meds are of medium to high quality. Prices are high but not exorbitant, and ultimately justifiable if you like buying weed in a place that feels totally safe and legitimate. Must-try: the Dabney Blue. Although it's an 100% indica strain, it won't induce couch-lock unless you really go big. It's a relaxing, giggly, music-and-shower-enhancing strain that, as far as I know, is unique to MediThrive's shelves.

Since I discovered them last summer, Medithrive seemed to be spending most of its money on advertising. I have seen more ads/flyers/tents/posters/vehicles for this place than any other dispensary. However after being a patient for a while now, I am a fan, and don't care how much advertising they do. It's a very conveniently located, clean modern space with friendly, knowledgable staff and high-quality product.The prices put me off for a while, but between the fact that the eighth's are 4 grams and that tax is included, its actually pretty fair. A $55 eighth at a competitor would come out to $60.23 after 9.5% sales tax, and will most likely be 3.5g.Since last year there's been one big change. You used to be able to trade in 10 tins for a free gram. Then it was 12. Then 15, 20, and eventually they got rid of the whole system (apparently people were going through their garbage), replacing it with a punch-card. You get 2 punches with the purchase of an eighth, 1 punch for buying a gram, 1 for every $15 of edibles, and when you get 10 you get a free gram. However, you get NO punches for buying something on sale, which is often the best deals. And, the expiration date on mine was 2 months from when I got it. The new patient deal is also much less than it used to be, but if you refer a friend afterwards you both get a medijoint (which aren't that great, can sometimes be made with medicine of questionable quality).Besides the deals slowly getting worse, I say MediThrive is still a front-runner of the city's upscale cannabis clubs, and being located at 16th & Mission, it's just so convenient for so many.

I have been a been to medthrive quite a few times before. always have great strains, good customer service. However yesterday in particular I purchased a cartridge yesterday, ended up having a malfunction and the cartridge broke that afternoon completely unusable. I return to medithrive later that night in to see if I would be able to receive a replacement or purchase a new. I must say Will went out of his way to accommodate and help me out with my situation! Definitely will put a good word out there for Medithrive:)

Just placed my 2nd order with these guys and had to share with other patients how great I think they are. I was skeptical of deliveries and having some creeper show up at my door but figured I'd give it a try when I was without my car last week. The driver was not only courteous but very professional and exactly on point with timing.I felt great digging through the bag of goodies I got for placing my first order. Not some crappy bottom of the bag pre-roll joint, but as a first time customer they threw in a bunch of hemp wicks (which for my fellow organic hippies are great for lighting your flowers!), extra nugs of some great quality buds, 20% discount and I was really happy with the 4 gram 8ths as well. They take cash and credit cards which is really a great convenience.All this was awesome but the bottom line is quality and at the end of the day, they have QUALITY BUDS. I was super impressed with the Mr. Nice and probably the 2nd time I've had REAL Durban Poison from any dispensary locally. THANK YOU MEDITHRIVE for healing SF! Peace

Best delivery in sf!! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer some sweet deals during the week so you should definitely check them out. Fast. Reliable. Good herb. What more could you ask for?

I usually love this place. I went for the 1st time in months and was disappointed with the Sour Citrus I bought. Haven't seen that many seeds in an 8th since high school. Extremely friendly and helpful staff but not impressed with the product

Just hassled for the second and final time at the door...never got in...treated with suspicion and doubt ...and I had been a customer since they opened their doors the very first time so there is NO appreciation nor loyalty for ongoing customers. I have never had this experience anywhere else in San Francisco. Literally never. They care allot more for  the money they rake in that they do in servicing people in need...sad and typical...

This is one classy medical marijuana club.  Like isotope did for comic shops, it took a business that usually doesn't dwell too much on appearance and made a beautiful modern design. It's definitely not the only club i go to (mostly because they only sell grams and eighths). For a while it was where i went when i had a lot of money to waste on expensive stuff, but if you pay attention, they've got the deals, and i'm progressively making the trek out to other clubs less and less often. They had some problems in the beginning (not working the tax into the price, not having 1/8ths less than 50 dollars) but now they've always got 4 grams you can pick up for 35. Not to mention nice containers.the other thing is the staff has clearly smoked the weed they have most of the time. they can tell you if its worth it throwin down the extra bucks on something more expensive, and alternately have talked me out of spending more than i needed to, so... that's tight. indeed. excellent marijuana.oh, oh, also, you don't have to bring your papers to get in. Very convenient, in my eyes, anyway.they sell paintings in the lobby, but it's like, for three hundred dollars i could pick up enough schweeds to paint a painting for myself.what else? they have ceilings. that's important. whatever happened to clubs you could smoke in? Remember CMC? This place is a little like CMC. but without the smoking inside. Or 20 layers of security.

Still my all time favorite spot to procure my medicine. The edibles and concentrates are unique and very potent (as opposed to many other places I have tried out in the city), and I find the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Every suggestion I have gotten has turned out to be fantastic. Doesn't hurt that staff is filled with some of the prettiest girls in the city too ;)

I discovered this place because I work out next door at J&K fitness.  The door is opaque white along with the windows, which affords the place some discretion in one of the skeeziest neighbs around.  The people who work here are always kind and do their job well.  Occasionally I've had somebody space out on me but overall I like these guys and gals and they are super friendly and helpful.The store is gorgeous, with strains popping vibrantly in slender glass jars.  You are allowed to smell any strain.  Prices are awesome, the 4gram 1/8 is incentive alone to stop by, and the frequent buyer card almost always overflows every 2 visits (you get a card punched for smoke, edibles, clones etc).  They give out a joint often with purchases but I think it has tobacco and it really hurts my throat besides tasting really nasty.  I do agree that they shouldn't advertise it as a "joint" if this is the case,because many people HATE tobacco.  This is a caregiving place and I'd hate to think they were handing out something so toxic like tobacco.  Also their Bliss "Stroopwaffle" is the bomb but two other pharmacies within a 5 minute drive of Medithrive sell it for 2$ cheaper.  (Medithrive sells theirs for 12$, other places are 10$).  4 stars for my favorite pharmacy overall.  Also if you have the iPhone app, there are daily deals/freebies.  Enjoy!

Medithrive is the 5th dispensary I've been to. I was extremely impressed by my first visit. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff was amazing! And for me, that makes all the difference. The gentleman who was at the door was wonderful. Explained what the process was (and actually spoke to me...other clubs provide a robotic recitation of da rulz). And he actually chatted with me while I waited my turn to sign up for my membership. Guy who signed me up was great as well. Same thing..talked to me...treated me like a person and valued customer. Once signed up I went back to the actual dispensary and was blown away. The woman who helped me actually wanted to help me. She talked me through the strains on hand. I'm a little shy and sometimes just but a gram of something to see what it's like rather than ask. At Medithrive it was pretty clear that the goal was to steer me to what I needed and eliminating the guess work. The first time visit gift was a pre-roll of Burkle. Nice!! And now I see it's on the menu so plan to get some more!When I got home after my first visit I emailed them to thank them for having such great service. Got an email right back thanking me for the thanks. I really like these guys. Oh, and the other folks patronizing the shop were legit medical marijuana patients...no kids and no posers. Thank you Medithrive, for the the graciousness and the dignity with which you serve us!

I've been to a few other dispensaries now, and medithrive is still my favorite. grassroots had a lot of great reviews so i went there and tried them out, the people at the bar next door tried to get weed from me as i left, and the girl helping me seemed a little holy-hipster, although she was helpful enough. i've never felt as if the people at medithrive looked down upon me. As for pricing, I'm not sure what the fuss is about, medithrive is competitively priced. grassroots and SDMC weren't any more affordable.keep up the good work. VOTE IN NOVEMBER!

Seriously. Best. Buds. EVER. Im always blown away by their top shelf selection. I mean, drooling-over-it-dont-want-to-even-smoke-it kinda dank. Ive given other deliveries a shot and while their staff is nice too, the consistency and quality of their product isnt anywhere near the same level. The staff is genuinely AWESOME and if Im in a rush they promptly take my order and when I have questions they really take their time, not to mention the drivers are the chillest! Killer deals, hella freebies, one very satisfied patient.

Service here is amazing. Prices on-point.The environment is beautifully decorated with local art and living moss - which I appreciated. Every walk of life came inside as well...Also - an added bonus - everyone here was gifted by someone high-up to be very attractive...and with the smiles, and service...how could you go anywhere else?!  Everyone is friendly and kind.

Ok, i never really review anything but I had to write something.This place is great! I've waited years for a club on this level.The place itself is extremely clean and inviting. The employee's are fun as hell. I always have a good time when I go in there and now most of them know me, so they hook me up with free shit each time. It's kinda like befriending your bartender down the street, so when you go drink they know your face, know you're a regular and always treat you right. They even gave me a VIP card which gets me 5% off each time I go in there.They have the best buds in the city, hands down. Always top quality. And while I can't say I've been to EVERY club in the city, I have been 90% of them so that says a lot. Now, I've been reading a lot of reviews complaining about the price and so on. Yes, there better buds do cost as much as $60, but there selection of product starts at $40-$45 and even those buds are good. One time when I was really on a budget, I got an 1/8 for $35. Plus, you're getting 4grams for the price, not just 3.5. Also (and I know a lot of clubs are now doing this) they factor the tax into the price, so unlike some places, when you pay $50 for an 1/8, your total price stays at $50 and doesn't jump up to something stupid like $53.78 or whatever. I love you guys and I'll see you after work tonight (payday son!)

Medithrive rolls their medi joints with leaves and stems, that's why people think its tobacco. Trust me, its not tobacco, I smoke about 8-15 spliffs a day, the medi joint is just total shwag and leaves, and a lot of the time, those leaves are brown. The real thing people should be complaining about is the bait and switch that is constantly happening at medithrive.

I love this place! It's clean efficient and honest, no skimping on the weight.The staff is knowledgeable and clearly know their products. It's my favorite of them all.

For those who are creatures of habit, Medithrive is dependable and their selection won't let you down. Entry and purchase are a breeze (not to mention it's proximity to the BART). Tax is already included in the menu price, which is cool. Additionally, their mobile app has a daily deal and the menu is updated daily. They even post to the app when they get a new strain in or when a really popular strain runs out. For those who don't like to run around and find the best deal with the best product every week, I highly recommend Medithrive. Their prices are reasonable and their selection worthwhile.

Great dispensary!!! 10/10 A+Everything i could want from a dispensary, high grade cannabis, 4 gram eighths, and edibles, and concentrates.  I highly recommend this place and its right off the 16th st BART exit so its easy to get to.

I found good quality and an adequate selection.  It is a good location, very public and only slightly seedy (par for the course right?)  I got the Grandaddy Purple for night time medication and Blue Dream as my slightly-less-drowsy day smoke.  They were the two best cures (best smell, low moisture) in the whole case without a doubt, which is my primary measure of quality.  The GDP nugs were uber tight and downright crunchy in texture - so dense.  The price was good, 4gs for $50 (Blue Dream) and $55 (GDP).The selection was ample, but only a few of the strains were cured WELL and possessed the smell and texture I'm after.  Still, those were downright awesome.  Some of the other strains were new to me and would have been nice to try, but I gotta follow my nose.I really like the staff.  Friendly, welcoming, courteous.I would prefer plastic bags or reusable jars to the tins they use which are not airtight.I will go back for the high quality usuals like GDP if they keep up the quality, but I plan to sample more shops for some exotic meds and pure sativas.   This was the first med shopping I've done in SF, aside from delivery which I hated because I couldn't see before I bought.(P.S. I have now tried the free sample they gave me of some diesel cross.  It is clearly a reject/uncured batch.  Suitable for vaporizing only IMO.)

One of the best Dispensary in San Francisco. Although they are new, and just opened within 1 month now, they exceed well above almost any club in SF. I have been to almost all the dispensaries in SF but this one has become my top 3.I was their very first customer at this place and most workers know me, but that was due to their excellent service. They had so many infamous marijuana strains and the quality just blows your mind. All their prices are at a standard at as low as $45 and high as $50. Although they charge tax, their 4 grams 8ths make up for that. They also give you nice tin jars where your medication is stored. This place is so clean cut, this place is even nicer than Vaporroom. One problem is you can smoke in Medithrive, like you can in vaporroom. The staff at Medithrive are very knowledgeable and are so nice. I have reffered many of my friends to this place and now im here on yelp for my first review on this site to spread the word. MEDITHRIVE IS A MUST VISIT.many strains that i have gotten from this place are : King Henry OG, Queen Elizebeth, NL x Bubba Kush, Elephant, Goush OG (gods gift x og kush) and many more. I always anticipate for this place to get their new shipment of cannabis as its always fire. I check their websites everyday to see if they updated their current inventory yet. (Updating their website was my suggestion on a email to them, and they actually listened and did it which was a surprise. Many clubs dont care about suggestions, and actually do anything about it.) This is way Medithrive has became on of my favorites next to Vapor room which is my first.They also have treated me so well and given me so much hook-ups. If you havent been to this place, i have to just say, check it out for your self.

As a longtime patient who appreciates top-notch medicine, Medithrive has proven to be a trusty, reliable source of some of the bay area's finest medical cannabis. Not only are their 4 gram eighths of flowers a good value for the calibre of the specimens available, but they also manage to maintain an impressive collection of carefully-selected, well-purged concentrates with high potency. Budders, waxes and shatter are all available. Their edible selection rotates as well, with some products always available. Kiva chocolate, Bliss confections, and Chiba Chews are some of my favorites. They also have a robust rewards program an promotional offers that change daily. A great, boutique-quality experience that delivers the finest San Francisco has to offer - and quick!

Professional and a very clean area. Extremely nice staff. Great prices for shake bags and "Green House Berry" for $25/4g - I got a gram of "Chem 4" for $16, and when I weighed it out it was 1.2Very impressed.

I usually just order delivery for my meds but met some of the staff from Medithrive at the Hemp Expo. Finally had some time and made my first visit today. The frosted glass windows give the shop a nice vibe and it gets even better once to enter. You are greeted by a friendly person who sits you down at a desk so you can register. I was the only one there and the process only took about 3-4 minutes. Once you are allowed in the back there are two staff members sitting behind a counter with atleast 15 jars on it. You can smell the buds just no touching, asking questions is easy and you get a friendly knowledgeable response. The menu and prices are listed on a sweet LCD TV hanging from the wall. There was no rush or pressure to buy more than you wanted. I feel they would be just as nice whether you drop $20 or if you drop $200.I bought two different grams and a jolly lolly at what I consider a fair price. They also gave me a free pre roll for being a new patient. I will be returning to Medithrive soon.

I wish I could give Medithrive more stars.  I've been going here since the place opened and have rarely had anything other than pleasant experiences.  The place is real nice and the staff has always been very friendly.  Which makes for a pretty good start (after all, what sort of "patient" likes buying his/her medicine from a scowling brood of thugs in some Tenderloin crack den?) but that's where it ends. The overpriced and increasingly lackluster selection of flowers, the almost non-existent menu of hash and other concentrates, and the unfortunate fact that Medithrive offered incentives for patients to write good reviews for them (yes, this IS against yelp's terms) have all contributed to my preference for clubs like Grass Roots and Sparc.  The first has a much, much better selection of buds, edibles and concentrates of every variety and price range.  If fancy hybrid strains and expensive packaging are your thing, Sparc operates an even nicer space than Medithrive does and sells a better product, too.  Doubtless, some indignant Medithrive budtender or manager will (very politely) argue with me that nothing beats their "Boutique Blue Dream," and where else can you find their Romulan-haze-lemon-skunk-green-crack hybrid?  Sorry guys.  Go buy an eighth of top-shelf OG Kush or Super Silver Haze at Grass Roots; sample a gram of the Blue Lightning hash.  Tell me their stuff doesn't kick the crap out of yours--I'd love to know what you all are smoking.

I've been a loyal customer for about 4 years and have always been treated like family by the knowledgeable staff. When the Divinity Tree got shut down, I followed the advice of one of their longtime employees and called medithrive and it's been bliss ever since. On the rare occasion that a mistake was made, they've always been quick to remedy the situation. Honestly, I wish Brooks Brothers offered this level of customer service. On top of that, they have an amazing selection of concentrates. It's a dabber's best friend!

This is my first year as a patient, and Medithrive was the first dispensary I ever went to. The minute you walk in someone opens the door for you with a smile and gets you ready to sign in. Everyone is really really friendly, and they have a lot of benefits! First of all there eighths are 4 g not 3.5 g so you get .5 g more than you would if you went to any other club. Also, they have this amazing stamp card so that when you have 10 stamps (spend $15 or more to get a stamp I believe) than you get a free gram! Also, if you are a smart phone user, download the medithrive app and get discounts and free stuff daily!All in all I will say Medithrive is a great place to get your moneys worth for quality medication. I highly recommend it!

If your lazy or a patient like I ,who actually uses marijuana for medical reasons then I'd say this place is a joke. I figured $40 for a 1/8 would be okay . I was completely wrong! I stayed only with Medithrive because of cheap delivery but overall the weed was a waste of money! You're better off smoking grass or a cigarette . I even purchased items on the $60 price and it also still tasted like cigarettes. Now for the joints! Apparently the person cannot role worth a damn! You always end up with a fat tip like it's giving birth lol. Now for the drivers! Overall I found them chill till one of there drivers decided to say I was no longer able to purchase from them. I was given no explanation, so if anything I'll just say they're homophobic . Note to the owner , your drivers steal from you. I was given stamps on several occasions that were not valid. This place once again is just a joke. They aren't about patients who actually need medication . They are all about scamming people in my eye. Sell weed that actually gets you stoned!

Clean, professional, and friendly staff.They have a decent selection (listed online), prices a little higher but it is for 4g which is slightly more than the standard 1/8, and the stuff is good quality.  They have jars out with samples to smell/inspect, but when you buy - the amounts are already packed into nice circular tin cases.  Location convenient to 16th bart - although in a more ghetto stretch of mission, the inside was a whole different world of nice and clean.

Pretty happy with this place. First time there, and signing up wasn't hard at all. Once that was done I went to the back and did the usual smell-the-jars thing. Found some lemon purple that seemed pretty nice and picked up 4 grams for 50 or 55 bucks. The tin is pretty cool, though I don't need it since I have a jar that I use all the time, but it's still nifty.My only real beef with this place is that it's geared heavily towards the 4 gram eighths, leaving people who like to get 1/16ths (1/2 eights), or even grams. You've got to go pretty low on their scale of quality to get grams for under 15 bucks.Maybe you're not me, but i'll be damned if I'm gonna drop 20 bucks for a gram of anything, Durban Poison or not.So, end of the day summary: if you're trying to drop 50+ bucks and get 3.5+ grams, then you'll definitely be happy when you drop that loot and get 4 grams of some quality herb. if you're trying to just get a gram or two then you're probably better of hitting someone else up.ps- lemon purple smells so good and smokes so good :)

My intital encounter with Medithrive was a very pleasant experience. Most clubs seem to be ran by thugs. However Medithrive, has knowledgable staff, and the medicine in which was very, very good. Really, my only complaint is the same complaint expressed by others. Medithrive's prices are just WAY TOO HIGH. I mean, as someone who uses this medicine on an infrequent basis, if I had to use more on a regular basis, I'd go broke!  Medithrive touts its "home of the 4 gram" and that runs you at least $55!  Imagine if you had to pay that amount each week, just for an 1/8th!  The establishment is nice, clean, and the staff are friendly, although the girls at the front didn't seem terribly knowledgeable about bud in general. I probably won't return as there are other clubs to try and I'm sure there's cheaper pricing on quality bud. Let the buyer beware!

So I have to start by saying that I never Yelp anything. However, I must comment on a recent trip I had to medithrive. It was my first time in the dispensary and I had so many questions. I've had some really shitty experiences at other local dispensaries where I was made to feel foolish for some of the questions I had. The staff at medithrive, especially Carson, made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. I felt like part of the club. I had lots of questions about the different strains of flower and Carson took the time to patiently explain the differences and he really assisted me in making the right choices. It was a professional environment but the service felt very personal. Carson remembered my name and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of the products and didn't rush me when I was hesitant to make a selection. I'd like to thank medithrive and Carson in particular for enabling me to access this medicine in a comfortable and professional environment. If all of your staff are like Carson, i have no doubt your business will flourish. Great experience, great staff, I'll certainly be back.

Folks, Medithrive is home to the 4 gram eighth! I dig their set-up. They got an lcd-screen menu, and nicely assorted bud viles organized on the counter for some serious sniff sessions. They have a delicious and decent array of edibles. Unlike some places that dispense too much 'tude with their bud, this place has got super kind and insightful budtenders. I appreciate that both the sexy manfolk and women at this establishment understand great customer service. The bud is top notch quality for the dollar too!Gotta love Medithrive! I personally recommend the Orange Velvet OG.

Love this place. They're my dispensary of choice in the city and usually the only place I go. They're all very friendly and they carry great strains. Durban Poison...yummy. Also their Auntie Dolores brownies are tasty and powerful. They have an app for droid and iPhone, and pretty frequent free give aways.

Nice friendly staff, chill atmosphere, and tons of free gift programs all year..Their app is awesome too! I like hopenet more since this feels a little rushed and theres no where to sit and chill, but as a pure dispensary, its booooomb

This place is amazing. I just got my medical card two months ago, and this is the second dispensary I've visited, and probably the only one I'm going to visit in the bay from now on.The prices for grams may be pretty high, but the deals on the eighths are really good. Four grams of high quality greens for $60 is a bargain.Also, I commute from Antioch (East bay area) and ride the BART, and the store isn't even 200ft away from the Mission & 16th stop which is perfect for me.I recommend this place to everyone, and I'm not only saying that to get my free gram of medicine.

The first dispensary i've been to since having my medical card. You can't go wrong with the price considering the fact that their 8ths are 4 grams. The quality of the service and inventory can compensate for the inconvenience of the lack of parking, it being on a busy street.I love this place!

Medithrive has quickly become one of my favorite dispensaries in the city of San Francisco. I personally think the Durban Poison, the Big Kahuna and some of their other house strains are some of the best medicine I have seen since moving to the city from San Diego.Unfortunately the storefront closed, but the delivery service has been just as on point, if not better. All in all I would highly suggest Medithrive to those that do not have access to a vehicle to get to a dispensary, who cannot physically get their themselves, or to someone who just wants an easy way of having a chill day at home.

The good: Decent selection, snazzy decor, accepts plastic, and the green I examined looked top quality.The bad: They only (currently) sell in a gram or 4 grams, so for the frugal that's either a bad deal or less variety.  Also, some people might like that the product comes in a convenient carrying case, but 1)I'd rather pay for product then packaging and 2)It's wasteful.  Personally I try only to shop at places that weigh it out in front of you.However the location is nice and the price is good (altho not flexible), so 4 stars for them...I'll probably be back in a few months and see how it's going.  That place would be super sweet if it had a back room w/ a vaporizer, but I can understand why they might not encourage patients to hang out.

One of my favorites in San Francisco. It's not in the best part of the mission but compared to where other clubs are its not that bad. The prices are a little high but the tree is fire. the aunt dolores brownie muffin things are tasty and potent too. Liz is my fav. Budtender she's always so helpful and friendly. Not to mention I think the guy who works the front door with gauges is cute :) haha this is a legit club. Plus they have an app with online coupons.

I've been coming here roughly 6 months now and I like it quite a lot.  I was reluctant to start coming to a dispensary, having been using a great delivery service for a while,  but one day all I had was 20 bucks and they're a 30 dollar minimum.   So, around the corner (literally) and over to Medithrive.  It was great.The building is nice and, with the large frosted windows, seems more open than it actually is in the "reception/intake" area. The dark wood panelling and well thought lighting design makes the actual "dispensary" part very pleasing to my aesthetics.  It's a little "designer" but so what?  The whole point is that you aren't going to some guy's living room to buy a sack.  The people were friendly and laid back, but not "stupid" laid back.  They got me processed functionally and we chatted nicely.  No stunned looks that I was trying to engage, no attitude. Everyone seemed to be able to form full sentences and understood implicational humor.  Already ahead of most places I go to in my neighborhood. (You gettin' this, Four Barrels?)When I got to the bar, everything's laid out nicely, though it seems like each station should have a small supply of everything, rather than having edibles at one end, bud at the other with the various tinctures, rubs, pellets and pieces in between.  There's a lot of shifting from side to side if you're unsure of what you want.They were helpful, maybe overIy knowledgeable for a guy like me.  I've been smoking pot for 2 decades now, but have never been into the whole culture.  For example, I stunned to learn that "Kush" had become a name of a strain.  I had always been under the impression it was an adjective.   Also, I honestly don't notice the Sativa vs. Indica thing except in smell.  I am either altered or I'm not.  Anyway, I digress, I got my gram and my free medi-joint and walked out a happy guy.As I've been several times a week for the last few months (and after having tried a coupla other places that I was rather nonplused by) they have only become friendlier, and actually remember not just my name, but my preferences and that I have a remarkably high tolerance for edibles.I try to go when it's slow, as I like to bullshit, and everyone there is super chill.  Not just with guys who crack bad jokes like me; even the sleazy, obviously hitting on the Bud Maidens, 60 year old gets smiles and politely turned down.  The bud itself is always great, even the cheaper or sale stuff.  I am a PARTICULAR fan of the Cherry AK and the Queen Elizabeth.  Also the Bhang Bars 3X, the Bliss Coconut Truffles and Chocowaska (which they REALLY need to change the name of) a sort of chocolate dosed hemp milk, are all edibles for guys like me who have very strong tolerance.  The prices are reasonable, especially with tax included, although I do think it wouldn't hurt to just have some outdoorsy stuff to sell REALLY cheaply for the folks that are struggling and need medicine. They do have the medi-joints which are 6 bucks and made from trim, I guess.  You can also pick up a plant, seeds, all kinds of extractions, hash and even a T-shirt.  Admittedly, the delivery place just GAVE me a t-shirt, but it's not a competition.My chief complaint is that they should open earlier and stay open later.  But if that's the worst I gotta say - shoot it sounds like a 4 outta 5 star place to me!

I went to their dispensary when it was open, and I was far from impressed. It seemed a bit frantic and noisy, and the particular strain I purchased was kind of average.But they've won me over with their delivery service. With my tolerance at an all-time high, the strains they presented were potent and still had an effect on me. Not only that, they love to send freebies.The phone staff are always polite (something which was difficult for me to gauge when I went to the storefront, since the atmosphere stressed me out) and patient, as well. (I dont like to waste people's time, but I also want to get something I know will help.)Anyway, yes, they are now on my list of resources.

I have been going to this club for a little over a year now ,and find it to be one that I continue to return to.   Although there are no $10 grams to get you in the door. You can end up with some top quality Medication if you purchase the 4 gram 1/8s   Most times i end up spending between 35 and 45 for 4 grams. That comes to between $9-$11 dollars for AA+ meds     OPEN & DAYS A WEEK -----if you have your prop 215---try this club

I was helped by Anastasia. She was so far the friendliest, nicest person I've met in San Francisco. Also, very knowledgeable of the strains. I recommend MediThrive to anyone! Great Staff, Prices, Strains, and clean environment.

I love this place!  The staff has always taken time to answer my questions or tell me more about the medicine and how I can use it (insomnia = indica, migraines=sativa, and which type of each might be better for me, depending on how I liked the last stuff I got).   Turns out I like the edibles better than smoking (Sweet Relief, CanniSoothe, Bhang chocolate), which surprised me.  I love the iphone/andriod app, and love the fact that the "Current Inventory" is always up-to-date within the hour on their website, since some of the things I like tend to sell out pretty fast.I haven't been to another dispensary because I feel so comfortable here.  Between the apps and the email list (they tell you what's in, what's on special and any one-time specials going on), I feel kind of like I"m part of a community or a club, and it's the high-end sort.

I wasn't f'n with medithrive for a quick second due to some of their prices for their 8ths. I went in about a month or so ago and came across Greenhouse Blue Dream for $35 which was right up a ninja's alley. Their edible cookies are legit. Had a little one that ran about $10 but shhh did it keep a brother lit for a couple of days. This spot is in the heart of the mission. The real trip is leaving that mamma jamma, inside the workers are chill and stuff but soon as you exit your right smack dab in the mission.

This was my very first experience walking into a dispensary. I must have looked so confused. I've always wondered what was behind all those opaque mystery storefronts. The smell alone made me giddy with joy. It felt like Christmas in an excitement kind of way. Reception was helpful and quick with the paperwork and then I waited in the queue for less than a minute when a very handsome counter-person waved me over and broke down the different meanings of things. It sounded kind of like he was sick of explaining everything and I was overwhelmed so I really just wanted to point to something and leave with some loot. And I did. I left with a brown bag full of goodies and all in all, a positive experience. I will be back... I live in the hood.

This place is cool. Kinda expensive compared to other places. Staff is very helpful and very nice. I go here when i dont have too much time and i need something quick.

Ehhh. tried this place recently. Saw their add in SF Weekly "10-15 Off". Well after you read all of the legalieze underneath its basically just a justification for their high prices! What not consider cutting back on your crazy ad budget and lower the prices for the patients who support the club? I mean come on, if its 10-15 off give us a coupon and stop sayin its already that. If its 10-15 off then why is the 18th still 55? Are you saying it should be 70? Such a silly place. Get real and be direct.

Medithrive is raising the bar for customer care, staff knowledgebility, and product quality. While their flowers are arguably the best in the city, if not on parr with the best, their atmosphere is professional, clean, energetic, and contemporary. This is the kind of professional collective that businessmen dream of and that other dispensaries want to be. They usually have a medium sized array of choices as compared to the competition, but even their cheapest is among the best. Their edible collection is expansive and ever changing, keeping their eyes peeled for the newest and most exciting products, the most successful of which become permanent Items. As they advertise, their pricing is also very competitive (but when you go there you know your going to a top shelf club that still has top shelf prices). Their concentrate selection is also full of goodies. The staff are all knowledgable, friendly, warm, accepting people who show no sign of judgment in any form, or annoyance at long, slow, drawn out orders. They also have great deals through either the app or the punch card, as well as lots of great promotions on the regular. This club is setting the standard for quality of product and care that bay area residents will come from all directions into the city for. They say they are soon to have all of their bud tested and analyzed, giving the public consumer more information about their marijuana than they have ever had before, and letting the user enjoy, combine, and ration their bud to their liking based on numbers to achieve more controlled dosing along with hundreds of other benefits. Medithrive essentially is the model of a successful dispensary, allowing any patient to make Medithrive their one stop shop for almost all needs, making them the obvious choice for new comers who are used to similar models like peets coffee and teavana. The one thing I will say about Medithrive on the negative is that as they grow, their collective begins to feel more impersonal. You start to feel more like a customer than a patient, as they start to see us that way after a long day of bud-tending. Since profit must enter into their business strategies main equation somewhere, that is just what it takes to run a successful marijuana buisness, and they have done a wonderful job of balancing their need to remain a serious and respectable firm in the market place and greater economy and not letting go of the values that drove them all there in the first place. They are clearly well managed, and will surely be around as long as the government lets them. Props to this Grade A dispensary. They have made me a regular in their store, and I plan to continue going for as long as they keep up the good work.

it's like a slow descent into madness with this place. if you see my previous two comments on this dispensary, you see it started with being barked at by management. then, reneging on advertised promotions. and now? the free joints i've been receiving from them turn out to be spliffs.  for those who don't know, a spliff is a joint sometimes rolled with a mixture of cannibis and tobacco. hey medithrive, i get it that it's free, but if you advertise that it is a "joint," it should be a joint. if you're giving away free tobacco-mixed spliffs, then say so. not every patient also smokes tobacco nor wants the nicotine in them, so you could at least try to be true in your advertising that the free "joints" you are handing out contain tobacco.in the more and more crowded market of high-end, spa-type dispensaries, you are going to be left behind.

I love this place. I was sad when they had to go to delivery only, but the deals are still great. They have early bird specials, free samples with every order, and punch cards that get you a free gram of any strain after 5 deliveries. The $50 minimum kind of sucks, but they just started $30 minimum on Wednesdays. The staff is friendly and helpful over the phone and so are the delivery drivers.

Medithrive is my favorite dispensary in the city. Their price to quality ratio is the best I've found. There are other dispensaries closer to my house and several with fancier pretenses, but Medithrive has them all beat in service and selection. The vibe is always friendly and it's easy to get in and out quickly.

Great Spot Setup is real nice and that always have top shelf shit just wish they had smaller portions to purchase and have cheaper 8ths...besides that staff is hella cool great look and location just need more kinds to choose from with different price ranges a lounge would be legggit besides that just pricey.

this is a very clean, nice shop. very nice ambiance. there was a small wait due to having to sign up to become a member of the collective, which is fine and what i am used to in LA, however it was one of the only clubs in SF that required you to fill out any additional paperwork prior to entering the club.their prices are a tad high. i paid $60 for some purple kush and $17 for the last gram of skywalker they had in the shop. its always disappointing when shops run out of their top seller mid day.. both buds were top quality however i can get the same quality down here for $45-50 so paying the extra $10 always bothers me. i guess its meant to go towards the purchase of their fancy metal tins but to me that is just an unnecessary expense passed on to the patient. free gift for first time patient was a .3 of any bud you pulled out of their treasure chest.edible selection was small - small portions for big money, other shops had better edible selections.

I have been a patient for a while and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the products and the friendly and helpful service from all of the staff at Medithrive. I have referred all of my friends and will continue to do so. From placing my order to when my delivery driver shows up at my door everyone you deal with is AWESOME. Especially the drivers, great people!!

I was having a conversation with Steven Rechif with MediThrive for the past few days. We discussed  how club owners are poor and can barely make ends meet. I was unhappy about them changing the free medijoint to a BOGO offer and the subject of a compassion program arose. He asked for my input on how a program would work. He told me that  he would compensate me with meds for just telling him what I think. I sent him some pretty good ideas. That was a few days ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm in real pain and completely out of meds. I guess it's funny to some people to dangle the hope of pain relief in front of my nose like a carrot. I don't think it's funny at all.I would have given him the information free of charge but he had to be cruel about it. I guess that's what happens when you give a deservedly bad review.The only thing I can say, for shame MedThrive. Taunting the disabled will win you a special place in hell.

Great meds at a decent price (love the 4 gram eighths!).The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the budtenders will happily explain everything and anything to you about their products. The store is clean and professional, and does not give off any kind of sketchy, or thug vibe.

Friendly people, really great atmosphere. The weed is prepackaged in metal tins, which means they dry out while they sit in the drawers all day. Really great customer service (which does make a difference).FREE GIFT for first time visitors. A little nug in a baggy, but when you grind it you can tell it was a lot bigger before they squished it in.Weed and Hash are 2 star, atmosphere and customer service bump it up to 3. Could easily be a top club if they weighed it out in front of you and kept the marijuana in better conditions (airtight jars, because it can spend a week or so in the store before it's sold).Their prices are a little high, but they have to cover the cost of the flat screen, nice presentation, and those little metal jars which probably add up in price after 500 or so customers.

First off asked for grape kush.  Tastes nothing like grape nor Kush.  four gram eighth i think not!!!!!!  Tastes like hickory chips.  Get one star for cool cannister.  Overpriced hippy garbage.

I really dig this place!!! I feel like this is the Shangri-la of clubs...at least of the clubs I've visited thus far. It was really nice inside and now that i think about it the front area reminds me of one of those really new-agey doctor's offices but then i see the surveillance monitor and i am reminded that i'm just in a really swanky dispensary. walked through, looked like they had good bud, unique almost. i was more intrigued by their edibles and got caramel corn and a cupcake, both of which were super effective. very nice. also, my second visit i brought a voucher for a free pre-roll but they were all out!!! bummer right?? nahh the BT rolled a (fat) j for me right there and then!! she was even thoughtful enough to add a crutch, awwww!!!! Overall a nice place with chill people. I wish i lived closer so i could hit it up more often

This place is great! Their delivery service is super convenient, and everyone I've dealt with so far has been really kind and friendly. I've been really impressed by the quality of their product so far. I've tried a few delivery services, and some of them have a sort of shady vibe to them, but you don't get that feeling with Medithrive. I'll definitely be coming back.

as an amateur marijuana smoker, my first real legit dispensary was here. i was finally a paitent, and i've always heard to check this place out first. BOY did i... what a way to set up a great first impression. they were beyond friendly, knowledable, very comfortable atmosphere as well as a HUGE variety of medicine to choose from. They were more than happy to answer my personal need questions and I will ALWAYS return to Medithrive.

This past Saturday changed my life thanks to the genuine, knowledgeable, chill staff at Medithrive. It was my first medicine clinic/co-op experience and I was pleased to walk in with a smile and out with a smile. My questions were answered honestly without pressure, I took my time, explained my aches and pains and within a little while I walked out with two different kinds of medicine that both served it's exact purpose. I absolutely love Medithrive, I have only went there once, but from that one experience it leaves me coming back for more. I think the containers the cannibis are sold in are way cool. The only thing that doesnt get me going is it being pre weighed. I dont know, I'm just not a fan of it, buuuuttt I will say that it was fresher than any other weed I have gotten. Thank you medithrive for giving me a good experience.

I live in Duboce Triangle and I come to Medithrive on Mission St. to shop, more so than any other location.  I find the atmosphere of this place to be clean and bright, the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.  The prices are reasonable and the selection is superb.  One of my favorite treats about this place is that they conceal your medicine in a round metal tin box.  So cute !  They have an exchange program where if you bring in about 20 of those cute metal boxes that you've collected, you receive a small gift.  All in all, I have a beautiful experience each time I shop there.  Thank you.

Friendly staff, the remember your name, they have a small but decent selection of meds, and a beautiful interior with living walls. Not the biggest but just right.

This place is really well put together. I've been twice and I've had great time both times. I love their cool-ade drinks! only 6 bucks. sooo cool. The prices are a little high but it's justified, and reasonable, and worth it. And the service is fantastic.  Very calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location is a little far for me but I'm still gunna try and make it my regular place. I can't wait to go back.

This is by far the best club in San Francisco  trust me i live here. if theres one club you wanna try this is it. the people are nice the selection is amazing and parking is great. what more could you really ask for in a club. we need more clubs like this!! and did i mention all there 8ths are 4 grams!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! No only does it have contemporary architecture and modern design, but it's HI-TECH. Check in at the door and be surrounded by cool people and Macs. Their variety of cannabis was amazing, at least ten sativas, ten indicas and maybe 5-10 hybrids. Also, their cookie bites are AMAZING!!!! Definitely going back!

I like this place.  Nice staff, comfortable setting, and most importantly, good selection.  I give them 5/5 stars for their concentrates and 4/5 for their herbs.  I havn't tried their edibles but they seem to have a very decent selection. So why 4/5 stars you ask?  It's only because of the whole line issue.  I get it, it's a small place, but when you only have 2 or 3 people behind the counter helping customers, the line gets long, it's even worse when some of the people who go up to the counter not knowing what they want beforehand.  But otherwise, great place, I'll definitely come back for more meds when I need it.

Medithrive is the club to go to in the Mission District. This is a professionally run opperation by the nicest folks in the business. The medicine is of the best quality and the strains change quite frequently. I also really like being able to actually pick up the jars containing the medicine and really check it out, smell it or what have you. Most places this practice is not allowed or offered. Here it is encouraged. Along with the green, they carry a wide selection of edibles(sweet and savory), hash and keif and even small clones.      I have seen people give this place bad reviews, but you have to assume that these people go through life causing scenes and encountering problems at every turn. These people are great and really extend themselves to help the customer. The only issue I run into here involves the prices($20 a gram can be pretty steep). But the thing is that they really do offer many different deals here, so if you are a smart shopper you can come off like a bandit. Frequent shopper cards, 4 gram eighths all the time, free gifts on holidays, constant changing in store sales on certain strains, as well as daily deals through their downloadable app. You've got to work the angles here. And as your leaving don't forget to check by the door for free reading material. They usually have some pretty good magazines here that they give away to the happy club members. Thanks Medithrive!

I went to MediThive  for the first time on Christmas Day. There was a long line, like 20 folks( free J for coming in on 12/25). I was pleasantly surprised and the kind, helpful staff. Tianna assisted me with edibles and all I was looking for. I seldom see an employee equal to me in customer service and this chick was right on par! She was so nice and sharp and polite. She is a true asset to Medithrive. High five to the owners of Midithrive for hiring people that treat customers with care. The whole staff was great. Medithive get's 5 stars from me for daily deals and Excellent Customer Care.

So I've been here twice in the brief amount of time these guys have been open and I will definitely be back again soon! Great product, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and 4 gram 1/8ths. That with the fact that they have hella potent edibles and they'll let you pay with plastic. This place is legit.

Yea 5. I've been to every club in the city worth going to except for Sparc which is apparently "a better Medithrive". Other than that rumor...Pros- Iv'e never not parked in front (yellow zone that no one is there for) PROBABLY a line, but thats because their good, duh.By far the tastiest buds in Sf. I dont care who you are. There top shelf Big lebowski, Orange velvet, Big Kahuna, Boutique Blue Dream are famous and ridiculous. They sell those out usuallyThey use your first name! honest people there(have to ) Sexy women at work. Charming young men lolBest environment (super spa look)PRICES - You aren't going to find much better, they are pretty accurate saying taxes included save you 7 bucks or so. (you look it up not me). For as chronic as their meds are, the price (usually 18 for a kill gram, 20 for top), and hooked up 1.4 grams (self weighed/I dont have scale what?) meannnnnns this place is the bomb bomb. At least go if you havent and can..Con - honestly nothing. These guys make the experience alone worth it before marijuana at all. Then you light one and see whats up...pun :)- Trevor

Only been to this place once, but definitely going back based on their aggressive marketing policy that offers me perks for being a returning customer. One minor problem I sometimes encounter at some places is not enough of a selection of pure or next-to-pure sativa, which by now is my daily staple, and medithrive generally offers some nice strains that are sometimes hard to find, like super trainwreck or Jack herrer. Staff is very friendly, interior is beautiful, and I like the system of little circular tins, which makes it much easier to find in a purse, and looks much neater stacked on a shelf. I'll have to visit more dispensaries in the area to find out if their discounts and specials are really worth it, but for now, wheeee :)

Medithrive is a nicely laid out dispensary with a stylish design (holistic pharmacy of the future type). They provide a variation of products for needed medicinal use. This aside I wasn't 100% happy with the customer service. There is such a variety of strains out there and knowing every bit about all of them isn't quite realistic unless a budtender spends every moment devouring information which isn't necessary. However, the individual who helped me just seemed as the she liked to get stoned but didn't know much about the product.

I've only been here a few times but I think Medithrive is my new favorite dispensary to go to. I love their punch card, but just realized today that it expires in 2 months! Guess I gotta start going more than usual haha. They have super friendly (and super cute!) staff who are always willing to explain and talk about their supply. Their prices are reasonable and most importantly- their nugs are dank! :)

This place has quality meds! I wish I lived in San Francisco only to have this dispensary nearby. Seriously - the budtenders are awesome!! The ready-mix tea's are the best!!!!! I love their lollipops and of course their buds - smelling great looking great and best of all they make me feel great! I love you MediThrive.

I love this place.  The clinic is clean, organized, and the staff is excellent.  The quality of the bud is great and the edibles are quite delicious.The only bad thing about the place is where it's located.  So many shady people lurking in the area (the Mission) and parking is usually horrible.

Cant say enough about the service, the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. The only set back is it can be a bit pricey depending on the strain. However, even the cheaper strains are pretty good.

Good variety and turnover of both indica and sativa strains.  I like the abilty to be able to see and smell the buds.  Strong edibles, edibles don't usually do much for me, but I split a cookie with someone who also smokes daily and we both felt it.  I really appreciate the individual packaging it gives it that extra special care touch.  Redhead knows what she's talking about, appreciate that!

Classy establishment with great staff who always have excellent recommendations for dealing with my muscle spasms and headaches.    Fair prices, very clean and well-presented products.  Excellent variety of edibles and a changing assortment of strains, including more recent things like that wacky "Ron Burgundy."  That said, I do have a suggestion for the shop.  As a senior customer  I got a free brownie, and even though I did only eat half, i was feeling way over-medicated.  I'd strongly suggest that most of the edibles be made with one dose per edible and no more than two.  After all, it is VERY hard to divide a lollipop and I'm not currently close enough with anyone to share one !

So I came to Medithrive again on my way to class- I mentioned my previous encounter, and the guy at the door said that it was on the record, and so they were awesome and gave me samples since they were out of joints at the time! I'm so glad that they were nice about everything. :) also,great meds! I will be coming back!

Out of places I've been able to encounter, medithrive, would have to be one of the best. Their personable, resourceful and down-to-earth staff always make my visits enjoyable. I love their selection and displays, and with being an upscale establishment, they still find amazing ways to save all of their customers money. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Medithrive was one of the first clubs I had heard of in the city and always wanted to go there because I would walk by it on mission all the time. It was actually the second club I went to after I got my recommendation and found it to be amazing. The moss on the walls make it seem modern yet as if you were outside in a forest. I was helped by a very nice woman who I told it was my first time and she explained everything very well to me about each strain and how everything worked.. The buds looked so nice big and dense. I got a 4 gram eight for $40 which was well worth it. Also I have to agree with everyone their free medi-joint coupons are awesome! Overall I really like Medithrive good strains, friendly service, and chill atmosphere. Plus they have a great location that you can get to from Bart or the 14, very convenient.

This club is very professional in all aspects of business operation.  They are legitimate and once you go in they set you up so when you come back its a very quick process.  Also, they have the best sugar cookies (Moo Cow Cookies) I have personally had from any dispensary in the bay area (this is based on the effect not taste). They instantly try to remember everyone that comes in too, which is always nice.

These guys are the best. The staff is really friendly, considerate and very professional. I have been a client here for 3 years and I've never been disappointed.

First time using them since their doors had been shut from Federal pressure. They messed up my order and I had to correct them on it in the end. After placing my order, they called back to alert me as to they didn't have anymore tinctures, so I added some additional flowers to my order, which they forgot in the end and proceeded to charge me for it..... I had to call them and tell them one of my containers wasn't included.... They refunded me within 5 minutes which is awesome but disappointed I didn't receive another tin of flowers unique to Medithrive. The flower strains I purchased today, I had also purchased the same types while they had a store front and the flowers looked better then they did via the delivery service. They obviously display the most beautiful specimens, but what you actually buy should more or less look like the picture, and the flowers are usually mostly green and lack every other color shown in their pictures, typical but disappointing. Got some free samples as well, which is nice. Overall, it was alright, expected the same quality of retail business was always spot on and great, but wasn't the same. Hopefully they will have another retail business in the upcoming future.

THIS PLACE IS NOW ONLY DELIVERY. I called today asking a random question and was informed that the feds shut them down due to their close proximity to a school. I loved the location because it was close to BART but this place is now just delivery no store.

It was a great first experience and I can't think the ladies enough for all their help.   LOVE THE EDIBLE SELECTION!!!!!

Medithrive is cool. It has a nice scene. Needs bigger selection tho. but good.

I LOVE Medithrive! It is the best spot in the city to stock up on edibles AND the best buds around. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, plus a great selection, price and quality wise. I mean, EVERYTHING is amazing quality. Seriously. I feel really blessed to have found this gem of a dispensary.
