I use to love this place before everything got remolded and changed staff. They have ridiculous rules, the front guys ( wannabe security) leave off bad vibes and the budtenders are dumb dont even know their own product so dont ask questions because you wont get a definitive answer, managers dont do ish about it either.If you dont like ur job then dont work there, the employees probably get paid crap that's why the all look so miserable.Funny cuz I was reading the review about the bathroom getting "remolded" because all the times I've been there before the store itself got remolded I clearly remember the bathroom has always been out of service. Also how stupid is the broad that told the guy that it wasn't open to public use when he was going to pay for product. God ppl kill me!!! I started going to the dispensary right next door and boy let me tell you sooooo much better. Better prices, better costumer service, way better management and just an overall great experience. If you are reading this dont even waste your time or money coming here, go to the place next door.

I pretty much dislike all dispensaries in the Bay Area, but this one is especially frustrating. In fact, it makes me sad that I even know it exists. I noticed they had 4 different $25 8th Elyon strains listed on their menu, which had been updated only 30 minutes prior to me arriving. Well, they turn out to not have any of them. So I buy some other 8th for $35 and the quality sucked. I've gotten $60-100 OUNCES in Sacramento, Humboldt, and Oregon dispensaries that were far better.On top of this, the customer service is fucking horrendous. The worst of any business ever. The receptionist worker who checks your ID in is always nice, but that's it. The budtenders are stone fucking cold and all have the personality of a robot. They barely greet you and don't speak, they literally just give you an awkward or hostile glare until you tell them what you want. The energy of these people is honestly on par with prison inmates lmao. All in all, this place is a total shitshow and I find it hilarious. Weed shops should be all about progression but it's just pure regression in this city. Do yourself a favor if you live in the Bay and just strictly buy it on the black market. Put these soulless scam artists out of business. You will pay a fraction of the price for better quality and won't have to deal with boring rude idiots. Thanks.

Always a very pleasant experience. Amazing customer service starting with the security guards they are very welcoming, friendly & professional. Great employees who are very helpful & knowledgable about their products. Last week I used their in store ATM machine, occupied and talking to my cousin who I had gone in with, I grabbed my money and hadn't realized I left $200 on the machine. I walked off and one of the security guards noticed and remembered I was the last one at the machine and returned my money! I'm forever greatful for their integrity & honesty! They are amazing! always a great experience at Connected!

Connected SF has put together a new look here and changed the environment, however, the largest and most significant change is Adrian, as his skills, personality and knowledge all form a trifecta of BOSS STATUS.You can do NO WRONG by coming in, meeting with him and just let him know what works and what you like, make sure to also tell him what doesn't work and what you don't, but I warn you to be open-minded about likes/dislikes when working with someone as knowledgeable and product detail oriented as Adrian is, because his points are precise & everything he recommended ended up being the quickest and cheapest path to 5 stars in terms of satisfaction!!Ask for Adrian, you can do NO WRONG!!

Update: 8/26 helped today by Josh, he was great and fast, I got an ounce of gushers and was in and out within a few minutes. Surprised how quick the process is also, as this is my first time here since it's been legal and without a cannabis card11/3 another great expierence, I can't remember who assisted me but next time I come in I'll get the name! 11/15 Adrienne (probably spelt it wrong) helped me, he was dope and super helpful! I'll be back, forsure. Today I got a ounce of Guava, shits dope, if you haven't tried it I highly recommend!

This report is especially targeted towards Oscar. We had an entirely redeemable request. My boyfriend has a STATE DMV issued temporary license in lieu is his recently stolen Id. They would not allow him to purchase medicine even though he had used his temp ID in the same shop YESTERDAY. The rudeness, hostility and unwillingness to work with our situation has lead me to write this review. They don't care about their customers, they don't care about members of the cannabis community, and the security got in my face (DURING A PANDEMIC) and almost laid hands on me telling me I was tress-passing even though I am a regular customer. Their utter neglect of LAW, is abhorring. As someone who has worked in the legal cannabis industry for YEARS, their staff is absolutely horrid. Don't shop here and whoever owns this place needs to tell Oscar never to speak to female customers the way he spoke to me. I have used their POS TREEZ and know many of the owners personally, you absolutely CAN manually look up a returning customer, what they did was downright disrespectful to two industry veterans.

My other Half put me onto this Club Im from vallejo. When were out there we always go to this club. You know how most clubs claim to have $20 8ths but "be out" not them there always professional and have $20 8ths and other special deals available, they may crack a few jokes with you. Really cool people there. I always go there and continue will.

Man bad customer service, I see why people go to greeen house instead. The guy at the front desk seems impatient and ready go home. Wouldn't waste my time going to this club with some weak ass weed. Rather get your money worth it at the club next door believe his name was Oscar

Happy hour and first time patient discount is helpful or I would have lost my shit in here with the wait and sign up process - the girl helping me that just moved here from Stockton was super nice and hella helpful and she basically made my experience or it would be a no from me. The selection here is poppin'!!

1. No FTP deals 2. Horrible service by the bud tenders. Kept asking what strain it was and he just gave it to us (my boyfriend and I) to smell. His answer to our questions was, " I THINK it's indica." Ugh ok?3. The LA and Santa Ana locations are much better than this one. Super disappointed.

Connected for my first time in Frisco I drove from Novato ca got me some gelato 41 and biscotti oh yeah lil pricey but if I can smoke the best am in thank connected I'll see u soon

The phone doesn't work!!! The menu is inaccurate. Why would I drive all the way to San Francisco just to get something that might not be on the menu? That's a BIG ISSUE. It's the little things that can make a big impression. They make good money how does the phone not work? Let alone the phone mailbox be full? Shouldn't member services be checking those messages in case a member had a question or concern? Too bad they didn't try harder. Prices are on the higher side for flowers. The bud tenders seem uninterested and not very enthusiastic. 2 stars.

Every time i visit SF Connected SF (previously cookies SF) is the place that I have to visit. Best strains in Cali!The service is impeccable and the variety is very impressive

Dude that helped me wasn't very helpfull. He really didn't really know shit...I thought the process was ask what I was looking for, needed. I tried asking questions but he seemed like he couldn't be bothered.My first experience @ a recreational dispensary in one of my favorite cities was FOR SHIT!

Y'all really need to work on customer service no one really knows anything here, tried calling here be fore i went to verify a strain, no answer. I finally went there and the young lady at the counter was very short and rude with me. I was willing to buy a few ounces for a party i have coming up but decided to take my business elsewhere. Security are clowns, I really support Berner and what he has done for the community in the bay, but come on man I expect better for this flagship store in SF.

The bud is fire but the service is SHIT.   Cant just hang up on customers with a ratchet attitude .  The lady at the front has a ugly attitude ugly ass eyebrows that look like caterpillars  n shit  Connected you better check your workers, Your losing otherwise good customers.I'm actually gonna go to Harborside, they carry Connected and Alien Labs and their service is waaaaay better they would never hang up on you.Act like a joke and get treated like a joke.

Went in there the first time last week since they changed the name from cookies. staff that checked me in seemed real nice and said I have a 10% discount on my first visit. Went to buy 2 eden carts they jus so happened to be on sale 40%. Guy helping me said I can't give you the 10% off because they are on sale. Wtf?! What does it matter if it's on sale or not, I get 10% first purchase. Said I could get the 10% next visit. Went back yesterday and was denied the 10% because wit was my 2nd time even after explaining my case. Something very minor, that 10% cost all future business with me. I wonder if this place realizes how much competition there is and to deny a little ol 10% to a first time customer (their policy)because the worker didn't feel like giving me the discount is a stupid move on their part. Lost all my future bussiness

Alex had been my bud tender two times so far when I come travel from Milpitas to SF. Nice young man and very helpful. I just come here for the Berner Cookie to tell you the truth, but sometime if something else catches my eye I will try the others too. Cash only, the ATM only lets you dispense $200 at a time and charges you a fee so make sure you go to the bank before hand. At least they have one in their collective. The front staff was nice to me as well as the security guards. The only problem I have is that it took me forever to find this place. The store name out on the front  doesn't say cookies sf it's completely different. And. Parking is very limited but it's SF for you. Can't wait to be coming back

Starting to see why ratings are so low..prices mean nothing if you're not being treated like a guest...Been coming here forever... Got turned away for the first time EVER with my retired military ID. Pathetic. Been coming here for almost 2 years same ID.. been there through all system changes and updates... Cool way to cut ties.

Dear Berner,I'm a Bay Area native and a fan of most of your endeavors. Why do your security guards treat me like a criminal? Do I look like a criminal? I don't think I act like a criminal...I haven't actually spent more than 10 minutes in this dispensary because I felt so unwelcome. There were no other patrons in the location during my visit, but I was yelled to get back in line because the budtenders hadn't "called me up" to the counter. (I have bad eye sight and was trying to see what was available for purchase.) Overall, I just don't think they needed my business.P.S. I visited the Reef dispensary in Las Vegas. Staff there wasn't overly friendly, with the exception of - you're not gonna believe this - the security guard! He was awesome and one of my favorite people ever. We also got to meet the K-9 unit - what a cool dog!Plenty of people are growing some form of the Cookies strain. It may not be the *real* thing, but there is to much delicious weed in the bay area to deal with this kind of treatment. Also, there are plenty of options for other dispensaries in this area :P

Honestly, I went in there twice, the last time was over a month ago, and I just want to point out to the managers over there: there's a TON of pot shops in SF. One right next door to you guys. Step up the customer service. So, the women who've been behind the counter when I go are of the "yeah I'm too cool and busy on instagram to look at you" type which, fine, whatever, interesting choice for your front desk but, sure. The unfriendly front door vibe wasn't enough to keep me away. The prices were higher than I expected, but it was convenient, so I went back. The next time I go in a different young lady at the front was deep in her insta, when she finally looks up and sees me, holding my ID, having JUST gone to the ATM to pull out money, cash in hand, she stares at me. Okay, I'll talk first, "Hey can I please use your restroom?" as I'm handing her my ID, she goes "uh, the restrooms aren't open to the public." I'm thinking, she must be confused. Everyone who has ever worked in retail knows "the public" is someone who ISN'T about to buy something from the *#*$ing store you're working at right now. So, because I am someone who is about to buy something from your store, I'm not the public. I explained this to @idontcareconnectedSF and she just repeated "restrooms aren't open to the public." Cool. Bought my stuff, and now I go to Mission Organic for better prices and service. Put down the joint for 2 seconds and write a sign that says "restrooms are employee only" or take it down all together so it's not known you have a bathroom in the front of your store you don't let customers use. Retail 101 provided free! You're welcome.

This place is awesome! If you know Bern like I do then you know the product is the best. I first met berner when he was working at a club back on 7th and Geary I believe wayyy back in 2006 or so when I was in high school. To see how far he's come is awesome. He used to give me his mixtapes and I still have them and now he's a huge rapper. Cookies is the best and I will support forever, his strains are game changers and are faked throughout the cannabis industry. Much love to the cookies brand

Worst Customer service! Security guard acted like a little girl because I block my own drive way! Don't come in to this store! Staff is racist and arrogant! I highly recommend green cross just on Silver and Mission. Thank me later!

This IS NOT COOKIES SF.  This shit is called Connected SF but besides that Ive been here twice both times I got some good weed. Never had a problem with customer service .. prices are cool to . I would've gave 5 stars but I was looking for the cookie club not this its deceiving .

Security guards treat you like you're a disobedient animal unless you're hot and a girl then they themselves turn into animals gazing at the last piece of meat on earth.  CREEPY!Parking is nonexistent not to mention they must confirm you're not in a lot or blocking driveways.The gates are a bit much, I get this is a sketchy area but some of us drive 25 minutes living in the city to get here only to be greeted by a lazy frustrated security guard acting like he's protecting a drug house.For the price to be so high it's crazy how little emphasis is placed on quality control.  One day you'll have something awesome come back the next for same thing again only to get home and realize it's a different batch now or only smaller nugs.  Not a big deal but again something I feel should be at the very least said by my budtender.  The lighting is horrible and dark not to mention dark walls so you can't actually see the meds.  I presume they want us to use our nose but kind of hard to differentiate smells in a room full of weed.  There's no spotlight or magnifying glass which I've found to be sort of the norm in most places with subpar lighting as well.  Long story short shitty security, bad lighting, overpriced product with maybe 3-4 real top shelf picks.

I'm a pretty big novice when it comes to bud. Though my visit to connect has been a really pleasant one. They were really helpful and was really happy with the service that was provided.  Thanks again Ernesto for helping me choose which bud to get. Will for sure be making my way back to Connected with friends and for sure refer you guys!!! Excellent place for your Medicinal needs.

This place had some terrible reviews so I almost never went. Also Im not one for trends/ hype and once every hustler on street was selling cookies it made me wana smoke something different.I grow my own & in between harvests I try what different dispensaries have. Since what comes out of my closet is top shelf, I dont spend a lot while waiting for my own to finish. I often try whatever is on sale/ cheapest  thing at the club just to hold me over. You can tell that this place is run by real smokers not just some corporate exec. The cheapest flower at this place actually got me high & is high quality.They do advertise deals on weedmaps but the tax is not included in the price. Their $50 1/2 zip turns out to have $16- tax so be prepared for that but there is ATM inside. For two 1/8ths at $13- each excise tax was $3.90, sales tax was $2.54 after tax total was $32.44.At the dispensaries in center of SF / nearest me, cheapest eighth costs $35- before tax and leaves me wishing I'd got some hash with it.This probably aint the place to take your mother in law for her first cbd gummy bears & vape. This is where you take a real smoker/ cannabis connoisseur though.Last thing i will say is the crosses they make are great. I may be wrong but I think its mostly different phenos of a Durban Male pollinating some OG. No hash needed them cuts get me high AF.

F this business, the bud tenders are straight up assholes and they treat you like garbage. And now they lie and steal from me?? Wtf?I would spend 400 a month here bc it was always fire. BUT!!! today my bud tender swapped out half of my 300 bag of smarties with some bammer green strain. Clearly half of my bag is a cheaper bottom Shelf strain. I been coming here forever I officially hate you guys. never coming back. F COOKIES SF. scumbag employees swapping buds around and talking to customers with attitude and disrespect.. Get a real job if you can't take pride in the one your stuck with.

1. Having a dispensary named"Cookies" you would think they would have the best Cookie strains out there. Nope, the CF Sherbet is always out of stock and the rest is mediocre at best. 2. The parking situation is terrible, this alone will keep me from coming here again. Not worth it to drive here only to drive around the block like a crackhead 4-5 times until you find parking. 3. Your security guards are too much-borderline harassment. Prick took a one inch pocket knife off me without my consent  - without asking.  While he has a gun... Power Trip! your a security guard to protect your staff and customers. Your not there to try to intimidate. All your doing is keeping your good customers away with your over zealous attitude. I don't think I would ever return to this place even if I lived in the neighborhood.

This place is a dump ran by ex-cons with bad attitudes and chips on their shoulders. Security guards are over compensating for something. Terribly overpriced product with horrible service. Go to Green Cross where they are friendlier and have way better prices.

I came here looking to buy something for my cousins 30ish birthday, trying to get a baked good. Little did I know they did not sell anything I could stick a candle in. BUT I was in luck. I met Erik, he showed me what the supplies and photos and said, grab these edibles and put it on top of some ice cream. Not knowing much about edibles he was kind, patient, and made sure I had what I needed. Will shop again for another day

I was very impressed with the staff and security, when I travel to big city's it make me feel a lot safer seeing the friendly yet stern security! I really don't understand why there is so many bad reviews.... I really enjoyed every aspect of my visit, everyone from the security to the front desk ladies to the bud tenders made my experience worthwhile. If you want to buy quality meds in a friendly secure place, this is the shop for you. And everyone who complain about security being rude, wth are they supposed to be like Barbie or something? They are all wonderful. I have never felt so safe anywhere in the city but that place

Ghetto Prison in the Planet of the Apes w/ Mediocre buds only sellable to A Walking Dead herd.  The internal Security is a Power tripping rude psychopath.  Decided never to come again, but tried to talk to Mgmt.  Very Poor in Clientele Relationships, possibly residual of chemical Additives to merchandise in their infancy & grow handling.  I think he's got a Chem imbalance. Or just uneducated.To people who think I'm racist or affiliated to some other competitor, I AM NOT.Those guards were invasive & definitely not gentlemen.  I pay for quality medicine & that includes the way it is presented.These people clearly do not know that customer service is part of the presentation, obviously.  I am not alone in my review comments as others have experienced these APE MEN's Rampage several times before me.  They must be destroyed!

Angela was awesome!!!. Answered allOf our questions and didn't rush us. They have a wide selection of items. A little bit of everything. Felt very secure there. The only bad part was when the guard was explaining the rules for us first timers. While explaining them he never once look at us. I wasn't sure who he was talking to. If they are the face of your company, you might want your security to make people feel at ease. We will be back again.

I began visiting Cookies last year in June. Cookies's weed prices are competitive; provides customers with one of the cheapest ounces in San Francisco (Raspberry Kush if I remember correctly, $90, low-quality obviously). SF Cookies has one of the largest concentrate selections in San Francisco, too, excluding vape cartridges. Other than that, you're dealing with another basic dispensary that offers products that every other San Francisco club has.I had to give SF Cookies three stars because of their mixed customer service. I've had knowledgeable, courteous budtenders, but I've also encountered unprofessional, rude budtenders at SF Cookies. In my opinion, this is normal for any business: you'll occasionally find some awesome people serving you, but you'll eventually encounter an a****** over the counter every once in a while. Overall, SF Cookies is a solid dispensary to purchase from if you're in the area. Nonetheless, there are better marijuana options in the Bay Area.

When I came in, the dude who checked my ID in the front was looking at a picture of an ig thot on instagram. He didnt even lock his phone screen when he was assisting me. The girl next to him had to nudge him so that he would notice me, she was on her phone too. Then the budtender who called me over was also on his phone. I asked him some questions and he wasnt much help so I walked away and took time to go over the menu myself since he was charging his phone while he was on it. No recommendations, not much assistance. All the workers seem lazy and just want to get rid of the customers. I couldn't care less honestly if they were high while working, i dont usually expect 5 star service but this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The budtenders dont seem to know the menu because they overcharged us last time for an eighth we purchased. We purchased the same eighth this time and realized it was the same brand that we paid more for last time. So disappointed not surprised though the staff is not professional at all.

This place got good prices.The parking sucks.Security should work at a police station they way they process the line. Only go here if your dead broke but still wanna toke.

My first time coming in and I'd like to say the young lady Nancy at the front desk was very polite and helpful! And it also wasn't to hard to find some great product with the help of the young man who helped me out. The edible gummies and the herb I purchased were great. I had a good visit and I will be back!

I go here only because it's Convenient but is there a way to return bad weed?! I only smoke prerolls and they do have a lot of bad ones. It's becoming a real problem and I hate spending money on incomplete or broken pre rolls.

Cookies SF "Bait & Switch" from "Deal to Powder"Look, Cookies is near the house. I go there once in a while.1) They advertised Gelato (spell?) at $10 a gram. I got there, they were out.2) They had NO SUBSTITUTE.3) I was induced to spend $20 a gram instead on Sunset Sherbet. Nice hard buds, but OLD BUDS. Tired, I tried to chip off the top of the bud with shears and it turned into POWDER.4) The Sunset Sherbet on the website is $9 bucks NOT $20. Total Ripoff!The guy that runs the place was with The Hemp Center 10 years ago. You'd never get Top Shelf Powder when supposedly buying Top Shelf Buds.They are making too much money off the not so well informed to give a shit!

This is just a trap house with a selling permit. The service there is the worst. They put their music volume up so loud that I can never hear my bud tender. They always cut you off to talk to a co worker or ignore you until It's finally your turn to go up. Never a smile a hello or nothing. The parking is the worst you will never find parking. It's clear to me they are not their for the patients. I used to always go only for the cheap prices on concentrates but I've had enough of their pathetic customer service. No knowledge on their weed but that it's "fire". They just want you to get your stuff and go. Honestly the only good thing I can say about this place is the security guards. They were always really cool with me and treated me with respect. If only the bud tenders were the same. I drive all the way to Frisco for my medication all I ask of is some great customer service and a clean store. And also you guys should  put up a cookies sign outside the store to show that it's a cookies dispensary because it says "tree med". Why is it that all the other cookies locations around the state's are looking nice and got some exotic  new product out but Frisco is all dirty and forgotten about.... you can choose whether you want this place as your med spot but I did and it's not the best club if your looking for customer service.

The big black bald security guard punched me in the face for not standing in line properly while looking at the products. I quickly called out for a manager but was pistol whipped as soon as I raised my voice. I attempted to stand up after I was pistol whipped and I received a boot to the face and was picked up by the collar and thrown outside just for standing outside the line.

I LOVE this dispensary! I go here 2-4 times a month to stock up on edibles. they have the best edible selection & prices along with really fire 1/8ths for only 19$ out the door. They just remodeled & it's even doper... but i WISH they would bring back the menu on the tvs!! it was so convenient & really helped to speed up the process when there are long lines & people can figure out what they want before getting to a budtender. C'mon guys... screen menus are pretty much required at this point after recreationalization for all the first time users who are clueless lol. BRING BACK THE SCREENS!!! love y'all tho haha.

Wow! what a "professional" staff they have there, especially the bald security who thinks he's all that. After I checked in, I prefer to look at the flowers and see what I like first so that I don't hold the line trying to pick what I want. It also beneficial for the budtenders because it makes purchasing quicker and helping other costumers efficiently. Buuttttt no! Like Nemo F., The security tells me I have to fall in line in order to see the flowers! What. The. Fuck is that?! I didn't like how I was treated and swiftly headed to the exit door and the security mugged me like I was wrong. The only dispensary I had very bad experience withWould not recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Fire selection fire buds. But expect to be taxed  and treated like trash. Bud tender was unprofessional and rude. Security has upgraded their attire now looking pretty fresh.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The doorman takes his job way to seriously. I came in around 11am on a Saturday. There's no one in here and it's my first time going to this club on a recommendation from a friend. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. The guard basically nitpicks your every move probably because it's so dead inside. I didn't even have a chance to look at any of the weed because he wouldn't let me read the menu. Oh well on to the next club.

Good flower selections but terrible service starting with the sloppy lookin security! The staff acts all snotty when you should have a better attitude when helping patients. Rude asf! On top of it all they don't even have knowledge on the herb when asking questions! Someone in management needs to look into these reviews and get some control on these mfs. Not worth it.

Went here on a search for indica gummies. I chose this club because it was on my drive home. I get there and I'm greeted by security. They weren't horrible. Pretty straight faced. The receptionist was nice. My issue was with the budtender who didn't know that edibles came in more than one strain. He said almost all gummies/edibles are all hybrid strain with mostly indica. When I told him there are brands that sale by strain and I even told him the brand I was searching for, he seemed surprised. Overall I'm probably not coming back. I want my questions answered by experts.

I would give this place -5 stars if possible.  We had a terrible experience at Cookies SF.  The staff yelled at us, called us names and threatened us.  The lack of compassion was staggering.  To boot the prices are inflated while the quality and variety is lacking.  We wouldn't ever go back!My husband and I came here after he had his wisdom teeth pulled to get some medicine for his recovery.  We made it through the oppressive cage at the front door with the indifferent guard just standing around.  He reluctantly let us through and I couldn't help but wonder WTF happens here that they need such a serious cage on the door?!  We checked in with the receptionist as it was my first time.  The young woman didn't look at us, didn't speak to us but instead pushed some paperwork in our faces and glared at the empty chairs by her desk.  Never saying a word to us she went right back to her phone.  We had a few questions we tried to ask her but she blatantly ignored us. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I walked up to her desk and addressed her directly.  Never looking up from her phone she mumbled that one of the managers would help once we got to the counter.  Very intent on reporting her rude behavior to her manager I asked, "Which person is a manger?" "There are a bunch of managers," she said but struggled to give us a name.  Whatever.  So we waited in line watching bud tenders reluctantly serve clients never smiling or expressing kindness of any sort.Once it was our turn we walked up to a disgruntled bud tender who refused to look at us in the face.  My husband was still a little swollen and hard to understand from the surgery.  The bud tender didn't make any effort to hear him or recognize his swollen jowls.  So there we stood asking basic questions and the bud tender couldn't even put a full sentence together to respond.  From the few words he got out it was clear he didn't know anything about any of the products and had to go get a manager to help us.  Once the manager showed up, Sandra I think, the conversation quickly turned insulting and she called us idiots telling us we don't know anything about the meds or how to use them.  She then started yelling at us to buy or get out!  We asked to speak to another manager and took a seat over by the receptionist.  Sandra continued to accost us, screaming at us from behind the counter.  Other clients started to shift their weight uncomfortably as Sandra kept going, leaning over the counter and waving her fingers in the air.  Soon after the dead-behind-the-eyes security guard comes over to us and tells us we will be thrown out if we don't calm down all the while Sandra continued to yell at us from behind the counter!  At this point the guard had stationed himself next to us and we asked for the owner's name.  Sandra disappeared into the back of the store flipping us off as she went.  We asked the RUDE receptionist for the owner's name and she spat something generic at us while smirking at the situation.  With that the guard escorted us out without any meds.This place is a straight drug house.  All they care about is making money.  They are degrading the medical cannabis industry and keeping this incredibly powerful medicine on the level of illegal, unregulated street drugs.  SHAME on Cookies SF for the most stressful and threatening experience in what should be a calm place of healing.  I want to see a thriving medical marijuana industry that explores the applications of cannabis in healing ourselves not an other inhumane profit driven business. After the traumatizing experience we had at this hell hole I hope this place gets shut down.  Cookies SF is a total shit hole with offensive staff who don't give AF about their clients and are pimping over priced mediocre meds. If you want to make money get out of the compassion industry and leave it to those of us who want to see it evolve.

Decent bud and prices. HORRIBLE service and level of comfort. Intimidating guards (which is good), but while I waited in line I noticed one playing with his GUN HOLSTER and had his hand on his weapon the whole time. Nerve-racking to say the least. Also while waiting, an elderly gentleman was next in line to be helped and was having trouble reading the screens with strains and prices. He took no more than one step forward and the security thug was rude and stern about him stepping back. Bunch of power-hungry, trigger-happy, wannabe cops.Music is blaring and no one except the front desk receptionist was friendly. Seems more like a loud night club than a MEDICINAL marijuana dispensary. Even my bud tender commented on the volume level of the music because she couldn't hear what I was saying. "I can barely hear anything in here," the employee said as I repeated my order.The only reason this place retains customers is because of the cheap, (also reported contaminated) flower buds. If San Francisco native and rapper, Berner, didn't open the business it wouldn't receive a quarter of the business it does now. I can find similar bud and prices elsewhere, and not be uncomfortable and experience rude service. Mission Organic, a few stores up the street, is smaller than Cookies SF, but blows it out of the water in EVERY other aspect.

I can't even give them one star Me and my Girls traveled across the Bay to check out this spot first time patients, Usually when u sign up at a new dispensary you get a tour some type of communication and a free treat at the end.This club started off all bad getting interrogated by Security outside about were the hell to park and we're to stand jus very aggressive attitudes no need to so strong! I get it y'all have a job to do but damn not everyone is criminal. Train your staff on better customer service skills if it wasn't for  Weed and the people you wouldn't have jobs our a dispensary to sell your weed legally so learn how to treat your patients with respect!!! It's a difference between selling on the block and selling in a dispensary not impressed at all Cookies.

I was there a few days ago and was helped by Mark. Man oh man i hate getting helped by that guy, any time i ask for product recommendation he knows nothin, never tried it he says and the ONE time he did recommend something it was not even good. Well idk what happened this day but he was in a bad mood as soon as i walked up. I felt i have conversating with a wall, no joy, no personality, nothing. All i have to say is if he hates his job that much why is he there. Just BAD customer service.

I love the homie Berner and his music. My first time to the club was really shitty. 1st The moment I walked to the entrance the security already gave off a bad vibe and an unpleasant atmosphere. 2nd The computer guy is way too uptight and needs to address shit in a nicer way. 3rd The employees need to smile and actually say "hi" and at least "good fucking bye" not "what do you want?" And not a bye at all. I thought buying weed was suppose to be a chill experience because it's a happy drug, but this dispensory treated me like an inmate. Everybody in this busing need to calm the fuck down and smoke some weed. The purpose for a business is to make your customers feel welcomed and want to come back, but that didn't happen at all. P.S. I wanted some edibles, but the worker didn't want to unpack it and said to "come back in a couple hours" how hard is it to get one edible and let me buy that shit so I could get high? What the fuck?

Horrible service would not recommendDamn if i can give cookies 0 stars I would! I swear this place is horrible, Parking is a no, security stares you down as you walk in, Like if you are about to rob the place, I have gone about 10/15 times and each time the bud tenders feel like they dont even want to help you, the flower that is below 20 a 1/8th is horrible and taste like dirt and everything over 55 is over priced and can be purchased down the street for only 45$ at green cross, buyers beware you have been warned. One of the best if not the best club in Bay Area hands down. Plenty of good selection from top grade in OGs and cookies.. And also low grade cheaper bud for some great prices. 8ths start at $15 and top grade 8ths for $50-55. If you smoke loud and support the boy boy Berner than check them out. A1 guaranteed. Enjoy!

Terrible service. Bought a clogged cartridge, was told to come back in to get a replacement, came back and was denied a replacement. $60+ wasted.

I would NEVER come back here ever again... first off they have big ass security guards that look hella intimidating.. then the chick at the desk was obnoxious and rude.. none of their employees even smile.. they only take cash.. bud tender nick was cool but could've been better at customer servicing guests. Then the biggest part was their website.. I checked their website and it said they had hella 8ths for $25 and really good strains too, but sadly when we got there that was not the case.. only 1 good strain for $25 an 8th. Such false advertising and misleading.. if you don't have it in the store anymore then take it off the website. We could've took our business elsewhere. One of the bud tenders were so rude and told the dude to back off when he was just simply look at the weed behind the counter.. then the security guards won't let you have your good on.. weed is legal now.. what a shietty ass experience, I won't be coming back ever. My husband and I came here last night since Berner is a big deal to my husband. I wanted to see what was the hubbub. Well, I will say the location looks very sketchy from the outside and is not marked at all (it's next to a Pizza place). However, once we got inside, we were greeted very nicely by the security guard and front desk staff. It took a few minutes for us to get registered into the system and then we went ahead to the "canni bar." The canni bartender was very gracious and very knowledge about the products they were selling. He showed us the top self products and let us smell them. Once my husband made his selection, they chopped it up and weighed it right then and there. Apparently that doesn't happen at every club according to my husband. Most cannabis is prepackaged, which means it's not a fresh. The selections here are what they call #designerweed so it's a pretty big deal. Aside from the outside appearance, it definitely has a massive appeal to those in the cannabis community. I'm sure we'll be back again when we're up in the City

A selection of 4 strains for a $50 half ounce deal between Bubba Kush, Cali Mist, Pineapple Jack, and Ultra MK. (not sure on the last one) The setup is cool, the people helping you with your selection in my past few experiences have always been very helpful! This is my go to spot! With all that being said my only complaint is the location! It's hella far down in Balboa Park, fortunately though it's only a 15 minute walk from the Balboa Bart. Overall, I'll be back for more.

Very disappointing experience Bud tenders not knowledgeable Of there own product.I purchased a 15 pack of seeds for 145$ and the one helping me couldn't tell me anything about them.So I had to google info about the product I was getting to answer my own questions

Stay away! First off . The outside security was cool and educated . The inside/door security  is a demonized angry rent a cop. I'm trying to bring some business and this guy is condescending and rude to the clients . There are a couple dispensaries right next to this one . Spend your quality money on some quality product that you won't get at this one for sure !Bye crusty cookies

Went to outside lands they had an awesome booth stood in line for 30 min and I was the next person in line but then was told that they were closing that line because the girl has been working for 6 hours, and that if wanted to buy anything from their company I would have to go stand in a line that was twice as long as the one I had started in. The company could've at least sent us over to the other line to have us pay at the other register instead of telling us that it was just too bad and that we would have to go wait another half an hour in line even though we had already waited a very long time to get their product. Fuck this company and there utter lack of caring for the customers. If this is a representation of the dispensary then I would recommend going to any other dispensary because if the employees don't care about the customers then the company is trash and shouldn't be in business.

Fire herb but they skimped me on the herb. I'm pretty over cookies. I'll keep coming for the wax but I'm good off the herb. And don't expect any kind of service. They treat all their patrons like trash. I dont have a problem with security but I use to frequent this place but after last time I bought a gram of wax it came up .86 and the last week Half i bought was 1 gram short. (He actually had the nerve to write it as 14.8 it was 13.07) I'm good for a while. This happens to me at all clubs I get burned and burnt out then end up back a year later.

Nice selection of bud. Terrible quality concentrates.  Rude customer service and security. Cookies SF is like McDonald's; everyone goes there, but you get what you pay for. At least McDonald's employees show respect to their guests. True drug dealers run this establishment. And that's the sort of vibe I get when I'm here: unsafe, not compassionate, and full of themselves.

I went to this place for a while because they have dirt cheap shake.  However, when I found a SHARD OF GLASS in my bud, I was pretty disturbed.  I went in later to tell them about the problem.  The girl in the front offered to replace the bud. 6$ worth.  I said no thanks.  Later, I called to speak to a manager about the problem.  The manager was unwilling to let me finish sentences.  Quickly she started yelling, and hung up on me twice.  I make sure everybody I know knows this story, because it is easily the worst experience I have ever had in any business.

This place has a gate like a prison -- why be so paranoid? not like they're doing something illegal!The people are nice enough, but why the dark atmosphere with bars like a prison? They have big whole-page ads in the papers now that they changed their name for people who buy "Cookies" T-shirts and care about branding. I certainly don't. It's the quality of the medicine that counts! it is less than optimal to say the least. What I bought had a a good price, but it tastes and smells like it's loaded with pesticides, and you can't take it back. That's not medicine.

Recently purchased three eighths of sun grown from here. The bud tender wrote 3.62 on all three labels. They looked short, so I weighed them when I got home. Two of them weighed 2.2, and the third weighed 1.9. Berner, I know you read these reviews. You claim to be a legitimate business(man), but your stores practices fail to reflect this notion. Advise your bud tenders to provide customers with the weight they pay for before the city/county pulls your permits. Refer to other one star reviews for additional shady business practices conducted here.

It's 2017, good luck running a medical cannabis dispensary like you're slinging meth. Security refused my ID and medical card for no real reason but I was fine with that since I was just accompanying a friend who wanted to buy something there. While waiting for my friend, I walked two doors up to check out Pan Lido Bakery and tried to send some text messages outside the bakery. The security guy from the dispensary wouldn't stop harassing me about having my phone out away from the dispensary, yelling at me like he owned the entire block. I was annoyed and went further to the end of the block, away from his "domain" but he came closer to intimidate me. At that point I was ready to call 911 as I was all alone with nothing but a phone and that guy was 4 times my size. This place needs to be reported for potentially having something very illegal to hide, I don't know why else they'd be freaking out so much over a lone, non confrontational, petite woman texting a few doors away.

I walked through their prison like gates, checked in and was then told to get in line ... I waited for a few seconds and was then greeted by a young women. I explained to her that I had never visited a dispensary and asked if she could share some info on their pre rolls and what she recommends for someone with intense anxiety. The music was either so loud she couldn't hear me or she was so medicated she couldn't fully grasp what I was asking. It was really awkward, I just kind of stood there waiting for something to "happen" but it never did. I ended up getting a couple grams of cherry and a pre rolled with unknown contents . The Cherry is really harsh and heavy. I wouldn't purchase it again. I have not tried the pre rolled yet. When I left it was pouring rain, so I stood under their overhang while I waited for my ride to circle back around (parking is a nightmare). The security guard looked at me and told me "take it down the street". I'm sorry, what? I'm a customer and it's pouring rain.... Honestly, I could get over my experience at the counter. It wasn't horrible, just awkward, but the security guards will be the reason I don't come back.

Cookies is cool, the employees are chill I'm always  able to get in and out with not hassle. The parking sucks but that's pretty much everywhere in SF. I generally go with another person just in case. The flowers are good even the cheaper ones. And they always have cartridges.

It felt like they didn't want me to be there.  Unwelcoming as hell.  Security was rude; I couldn't even stand up while waiting for them to approve me.  I don't know how good their weed is because I didn't get any.  My friend who got some hash said it wasn't great, but expensive.  Never going back

Bought some medicine here, opened when I got home, saw that it was empty. Called back they said that they would reimburse me for my product/money. I've had a great experience overall coming to this club on a regular basis for quite some time now because of the consistency and somewhat compassionate deals on the concentrates. All of the security guards are genuinely nice, as well as the staff. The products are high quality and it's a real Bay Area atmosphere, which I also appreciate how they play genuine and tasteful bangers from local artists. If you are a hater or have a particular beef with this club or the way they operate there are so many other dispensaries to choose from in the Bay Area... buuuut this place doesn't disappoint!

Depending on their sales it may or may not be a waste of time. Decent bud selection, but as with most clubs you're pretty much better off just finding a street dealer. Their new bag rule is also annoying, but maybe that is beyond their control. $1 per bag when you're already taxing is jus a tad too much for me

Cookies San Francisco is very good club that have wonderful deals on wax and all the other concentrates I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is visiting outside of San Francisco area they're very nice the employees that work there are friendly the security staff can definitely work on some good manners other than that clubs awesome

I am a huge fan of Berner, his music, his brand, and his entire movement but this dispensary gave me the worst experience I have ever had at any dispensary in the city. The security guards don't welcome you, instead they make you feel like they don't want you there. The service inside was even worse, everyone is incredibly uptight and tense and no one smiles. I thought buying medical marijuana was supposed to be a chill experience, but in here it's the complete opposite. All the people that work there gotta chill the fuck out, smoke some weed, and treat people like a customer and make them want to come back. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone and I myself will never go back there again!

The product is okay quality.  I am just not a fan of the big gates. Feels like juve. Costumer service is good. Usually a long line on weekends.  And hard to find parking.

Made my first trip to this club last week, everything went good , I filled out ALL of the paperwork for first time patients and the young lady working at the front had my rec and id card for at least 20 minutes, assuming she was scanning copies into their record .... i left a happy camper .... but TODAY I went back for my second visit, but was denied entry because I didnt have my rec on hand .... WHICH I WAS TOLD I DIDNT NEED AFTER MY FIRST VISIT, JUST MY ID ..... anyways , so I tried to go in today & the guard working the door told me I couldn't because they didn't have a copy of my Rec on file ..... but wasn't that supposed to be taken care of at my first visit ? Being that I was just in last week wouldn't you think they'd still have copies of the forms & my rec? Lack of organization if you ask me . Definitely won't be going back .... catch me at the green door .

My husband and I have been here quite a few times but this time we were very unsatisfied. The budtender was way too high to function while taking our order and then got our order wrong! We drove from San Jose so This causes a big inconvenience for us, since we drive so far to purchase our medications for the week so we don't have multiple trips a week. Don't know if we'll be returning to this club.

This is by far the worst medicine that i have ever received. The smell is great throughout the place , the staff is super friendly and very prompt as they do make you feel very comfortable. Some of the prettiest flowers i have seen they just had the opposite effect on me and made me feel like crap giving me an excruciating headache like nothing before. I was hoping that it was not the meds so i wouldnt be out the whopping 200 for the 1/2 wow but after a weeks time and a couple of isolated tests i am 100% certain that this is not normal and likely drenched in bug spray. It is a dam shame .

Soooo this was my first dispensary and I was hoping to have a great experience here since its "cookies" and I'm a Berner fan. I was very disappointed when I approached the guy over the counter, I explained to him it was my first time and to guid me through the strains and stuff.. He was awkward and no help what so ever. He kind of made me feel uncomfortable because he didn't really know what to say when I asked for help or suggestions. I ended up just getting some prerolls which was stupid because I realized it was shitty weed. Needless to say the whole experience was awkward and disappointing. :(

I'm only giving this place three stars because I am a Berner fan, and the good medicine is really good. I come from a customer service background so good service is important to me (especially because I drive over an hour to get to this place), and this place is lacking. On my first visit, I experienced the same as another Yelp review, when the security attempted to chase me and my friend away multiple times by trying to scare us. We get it, your big, black and scary, but I'm always excited the whole way there, and when I finally get to the club, I'm treated like crap by guys that take their job too seriously, and it ruins the whole experience for me. Every club I have gone to gives a discount or a free gift to new patients, this club didn't. I always have a cookies tattoo, no discount was given for that either. Second visit, the bud tender was rude and full of himself. I feel like the workers have let the fact that they work at cookies sf get into their head. This whole place needs to be restaffed.

I just got my evaluation on 6/10 and I visited a few shops and now that I'm reading reviews about this one, I can say the check in clerk was more energetic and pleased to see patients coming in, the security seems to be as described in previous, compared to other shops. BUT...and this is what sets Cookies apart from the few I've visited is the quality of the medicine they carry. I'm old school, I prefer quality over quantity and really don't need that wonderful and elated experience picking up meds. It's not Disneyland. 4* for quality and selection.

Everything was super easy at this club, I went and checked in then I was able to choose what bud I wanted. I ended up getting a half ounce for $50 and that stuff was fire, I got a quarter of Pineapple Jack and a quarter of Cali Mist. I've tried both and the Cali Mist seems better to me, the Jack was very leafy but still good. The only thing wrong was they were out of first time customer samples so I didn't get one, but they said to ask for it next visit. I will be returning here next time I need weed.

This place is super shady, Angelica (the owner I think) is very unfriendly. Security guards are over the top crazy. My experience here was stressful and the people working here were very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and going to another dispensary.

This place rocks.. not sure how everyone had a bad time.. The mid shelf is better than some shops tops shelf.. and the top shelf is the best.. Gelato strains are what the people like to call, FIRE.. I've never had the bait and switch pulled on me, never had the scary ass security be rude to me, and for that matter, nor have I walked out of that shop thinking I'm gunna get robbed, so thanks to the g's.. The girls are beautiful and are always sweet, even if I look and act like an undecided stoner.  And the guys there are pretty chill too.. never making me feel rushed or insignificant for only buying a small amount of mid shelf.. quality buds.. and variety..  and hot girls.. If I didn't smoke weed I'd go for the girls..  for reals, these negative reviews are wak.. this place is where to go.. go for the mid shelf  and splurge for the top shelf.. you won't be upset..

Stopped by this dispensary twice while on vaca in SF from NYC. Great service, great buds, great prices.. what more do you want?? Lol. Bud tender named Adrian, very knowledgeable dude, really knows his shit hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. The security guards are super chill and respectful. Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO TO COOKIES SF! Went in there last night with valid recommendation letter, valid ID and a valid lease agreement to show residency because of my out of state ID. I was turned down at first because I couldn't show my lease or utility bill digitally from my phone. I was told to go to FedEx to get my lease printed off because it had to be on paper. This was a totally new experience. Every other dispensary I've been to has allowed me to just show my lease on my phone. So I went to my friends house and printed off the lease. I came back about an hour later and was turned down again. They said the lease details couldn't be filled out by hand, the info had to be typed and that I needed to get the original from the apartment office. When before they looked at the lease on my phone and just said to go print it off. I tried to explain that my apartment is owned by just one guy that lives in the building and that there is no apartment office. He sent me the lease like how they see it. And that it's never been a problem at other dispensaries. I also pointed to the verification website link on my rec and said they can verify my information that way if they wanted to make sure I was legit. But they would not reason at all. Cookies is too quick to judge and think people are trying to scam them when In fact we are just legal patients trying to get medicine. If they had taken the time to work with me and actual hear my situation with my apartment they would have made a sale from me. But on the bright side two doors down is Mission Organic Center, same hours as cookies and so much nicer. They had no issues accepting my out of state Id with lease agreement to show proof of residency. I was in and out, instead of cookies were they delayed me by almost two hours trying to get my medicine. Cookies sf is a joke and needs to be closed. Do not give them any of your money!

fuck this club. they are not a mmj facility. they operate as a straight up for profit recreational club. they sold me some unstable lousy shatter that has the consistency of honey. i brought it back to exchange or buy smthn else, the key word is buy. im not looking hand outs. i just had my wisdom teeth removed and i need medicine thats effective and remotely possible to work with. i shop here weekly. i travel from oakland just to come here, but not anymore. they have zero compassion or empathy. i didnt want a refund. i just wanted some stable shatter. instead the manager, a female comes out and screams and me and my woman about we dont know what we are doing and that we opened it wrong, yet they never have said before to be carfeful opening them or how, if there is a "wrong way". i have been dealing shatter for years. she refused exchanging or even giving me a refund, which is not their policy, but they seem to be making rules as they go along. they made an enemy out of me today. the manager there has no business whatsoever. i am a budtender myself and people like her are y its not legal in California yet. the impression women like angela gives people sets the entire industry yet. IM reaching out to my contacts in city hall about this. i will not shop at cookies again Angela is no longer with cookies sf . if u buy something and ur unhappy with it for whatever reasons, things like pain relief. this club does not care

I love cookies because it has reasonable prices that I can afford.   Tonight I had gone to Cookies because I wanted to buy bud in my affordability range, which is $100 per ounce or so.  I had to wait a minute before I was ushered in to buy bud because I had a new recommendation letter.  No problem.  I walked into a very long, long line.  I, for the first time actually loved listening to the music that was blaring, only because it was Friday night, and my 57 year old feet wanted to grove to the music.  Normally, when I arrive about 9:00 am or close to that time, I am not in the party mood and I just want to get my bud and get back home and the loud gangsta music annoys me.  As I have said, today was different.  As I was waiting in line, I saw one of the most beautiful ladies on the planet.  I said to myself:  "She is fine, but she is probably inarticulate and just eye candy for the company and probably has no idea about buds."  I was not just wrong, I was so wrong I felt compelled to write this review.  When I was in line, there were three budtenders.  As I was standing in line, lamenting my wait and wishing that Cookies could speed up the process and provide another budtender, she walked out and started to take customer orders.  I was her first order.  Again, I thought to myself, she is beautiful, but can she really help me or just look good, a legitimate and time honored question.  I asked her for a product which she quickly produced.  I told her that I wanted to buy an ounce and asked her if I could also buy some hash.  She explained to me that my normal pipe would not accommodate the hash, the waxes, and such that Cookies had.  Undaunted, I asked her if I could buy another ounce of the Bubba Kush that I desired without having to wait in line--again.  Her answer was great.  She said:  "Just go back and check in and I will have your second order ready."  I again asked her if I would need to wait in the long line again.  She said:  "No, just go back and sign in and I will have your order waiting," which she did.  Perfect.

Best price and selection on waxes hands down. The mid grade flowers are a great deal especially w tax included. Top shelf has been hit and miss, some is insane while some was chemmy, but not out of the ordinary. Parking is a pain... But this is the only club I hit in the area

SERIOUSLY, no Senior or Veteran Discount???? And no first time gift...You KNOW I will not be back here.

Been there a few times. Great selections on everything everyone was bool but the security. The security were some real assholes for no reason. I've been told they were once robbed before or several times after that. But the way their security is step up makes me uncomfortable every time I go there

Most Rude Security and bud tenders I have ever met.  The security guards mean mug you and make you feel like you shouldn't be coming in.  Bud tenders are worthless, mean and have attitude.  I can't believe that they treat their customers like trash.  Worst experience I have ever had in a dispensary, by far!!!  I jest went to a different SF Club last week and the experience couldn't have been more opposite.  I think you will be treated better at just about any other place around.

first time patient today, right when walked in got erie vibes , all security guards were very rude, there was more security guards than there were of budtenders . there was only 2 budtenders the whole time for about 14-20 patients in the line which had to keep it single forward felt like a prison in there. could tell its not for the patients is for the profits at this shitty dispensary . 1* overpriced and overrated , worst club ive been in a minute

This used to be my go to club because of their wide range of flower but the recent, and not so recent, moves they are making are tarnishing the experience. First they cut happy hours back to just 6-7pm during the work week which is the worst time to travel in SF ever... Next they spend money on a remodel and for some reason decide not to put back the screens on the wall listing available flower. Instead folks have to wait until they reach the counter to read a paper that has been printed out and stapled together. This makes the wait in line much longer because nobody knows what they want when its their turn. Wish they would bring back a weekend happy hour and throw a couple screens up.

I was just in there today around 6 pm. I love you guys! Before I came in I got news about my pops who's sick right now.  The lady bud tender did the best job with me. Thank you n God Bless all of you guys! I Love youguys ! you guys have been tehre for me for the past 5 years since I moved to SF. I love you guys!!!

I literally just bought 2 grams of cartridges after work and errands. You can see in my picture I paid for 2 gs of cartidges and the budtender GAVE ME 2 HALF GRAM CARTIDGES!!! The receipt charges me $32 and the box has a price sticker of $18 so she totally screwed me over. After work, I was trying to re up and not get my car towed cause there was no parking near the shop. DO NOT SHOP HERE, not worth it and a total rip off, the place next door is better.I'm going back tomorrow after work to get this corrected, I'll update the review after I hear from customer service.

The bud was dry and the staff totally rushed me and didn't even answer my questions well at all. Wouldn't go back

One of my favorite clubs in sf... good prices and good selections. I usually only get weed but they have good edibles and cartridges too. I like this club a lot more than the one a few doors down

The product lines and prices here are really the only benefit. The prices are normal, not unreasonable. They carry a decent selection of low, medium, and high quality products (depending what you're looking for).I'm knocking off 3 stars for the staff (and the inability to park in this neighborhood lol)...but mostly the staff. Of the 25 times I frequented this dispensary over the last year, I left each time with a laughably bad interaction with the staff behind the counter. I don't ask stupid questions. But their lack of product knowledge and/or complete disinterest in helping you find what you need is impressive. Always double check they're handing you what you actually asked for (not just something of the same brand). Any question I've asked about THC content or whether something was an indica or sativa, was met with a blank stare followed by a vague "sure" or "hm." Don't even start with terpenes.But if you know what you want beforehand and can't go anywhere else, this is a great one stop shop.

THEY RE-LABEL THE FLOWER!! I used to like them but look at this bullshyt they relabeled this like 5 TIMES WITH A DIFFERENT DATE! That stuff was BEYOND DRY! Honestly this is what I get. Good asf off this club and also really sick of the security guards not wearing a mask there's different types of covid not just the one we were vaccinated for dummies

3 stars, good weed....shitty tenders. Dont expect to get any sort of feedback on strain or quality. They just stare past you blown as hell...no dialogue just blankness. Know what you, want get in, get out and smoke ur tree. I'm a regular their, which is why I waited a looooong time before yelpn. But damn those guys suck.....get it together and quit smoking behind the counter if you cant hang. Managers, regulate on the ones that let the tree affect them too much. Put them on time out, no smoking on the job.....sheeesh
