Unfortunately it wont be legal completely till beginning to mid January 2021. Right now because it takes forever to set it all up (dispensary computer systems, policies and tatics) you have to have the medical card. Now when January hits, those who dont have a card will only get up to an ounce at a time and 100 mlg of edibles. Those who have a card will be unlimited amount.
