Woah . I had no idea I was so stoopid . I'm so glad the "knowledgeable" staff made sure I knew how Stoopid I was while circling me like self absorbed pretentious hyenas . I hope the staff has a decent health care plan sense they all shit unicorns and piss excellence . Must be painful being so cool .
I was recommended to come to this place and have come for the awesome first time patient deal. Super nice environment and wasn't hard to find. I'll definitely be back for the variety of products!!!

Was not happy for a first time patient. When I called to let them know what happened with my medication I was picked up by the Flagstaff location to start...So when I did get in touch with the Mesa location, the general man didn't sound like he cared. Was asked to bring product back. (was a "hair" wrapped around my medicine)Of course when u find a public hair ur reaction is to drop it! As I did!So when I brought back my medicine yah they did check for the hair. And no they didn't find it because I dropped it on the floor! They just replaced it then gave me a pre roll. I drove over 8+ miles to be very disappointed with my medication from this place.
Even though we're going through this cover y'all still do business nice and respectfully can you assistant and safely appreciate it love you guys keep doing good work
This is in regards to your Flagstaff location with recreational now available here all the loyal customers that have been frequenting this establishment for a long time that have paid their medical card fees are now getting screwed because we have a medical card we lost all our specials which does not seem fair cardholder should still maintain the ability to receive special prices and the recreational people who did not invest in the program by getting their cards as bending the hundreds of dollars to do it are getting screwed we are not happy with that decision the employees there are great and we know it's not their fault we say this as consumers it is not a good way to do business and treat your loyal customers

If you wanna stand in line for an hr then this is the place. Apparently they don't wanna hire enough people and would rather make you wait so they can pocket more money. Terrible service and crappy pre rolls that burn all kinds of crazy.
I want my money back. So not cool. The flower was garbage lower quality than brick. Not kidding. Stardog was the strain. Seriously a review on yelp. Not cool. That's stealing money from your customers. Truly unprofessional.
I have been coming to GreenPharms for a while now, and I have been constantly disappointed. They have been messing up my orders week after week for the past few months. Kross P. Is the one who packaged our online order, and of course it was wrong again. Here's a hint, if you do a pickup order and your receipt is turned upside down and stapled to the bag, they most likely swapped something out without telling you. TruBliss is right down the street and it's highly recommended to go there, plus they do rewards and give $$ back towards your purchases. I can see why GreenPharms went from 5 starts to 2 stars. Pathetic dispensary.

I honestly loved this place the 1st time I came. 2nd time I came however I ended up waiting for quite a bit of time and then the person who came in behind me was helped before me. I just ended up leaving and won't come back too many other choices. I am in a lot of pain and Really don't wanna go anywhere else. But I refuse to be treated that way.
Exceptionally rude employees. How somebody like Kross can be in a customer service position is beyond me. Absolutely rude and disrespectful when talking to customers
This place has crappy sales tactics! Shady AF. Called to ask if they had Blue Dream because I didn't want to drive, finance and I were in a boat accident, he has 9 screws and a plate in his hip, I went through the windshield so driving far isnt something we can easily do. Explained this to the girl and she says we have a jar and half of Blue Dream come on down. We go and I kid you not they dont have any and no one can vouch who spoke to us but "they can definitely sell us something else" You guys are scumbag liars and this tactic is shady. I spent my $200 somewhere else.
Logan was so helpful over the phone!! I just recently relocated to the valley after receiving medicine from Greenpharm's Flagstaff location. He answered all my questions about the delivery process as we have an immunocompromised person in our household. I am beyond impressed with how Greenpharms is taking care of their patients during this time and this has made me love Greenpharms even more.
The first time I went I feel I did not get the education on the different strains for my severe pain. My sales clerk appeared to be stoned and was not educated on what works best for my condition. My sales clerk basically asked me what I was looking for, I told her and she instructed me of the variety of products with very little education.I bought 200 dollars of product which is my fault. I should have left and went elsewhere. I now am stuck with at least 120 dollars of product that causes me headaches and heart palpitations. I don't believe I will be returning or referring anyone to Greenpharms. Barb
I just finished reading the rest of the reviews and this is my take: Yes, the budtenders are hit or miss. But then again so are almost all salesmen. They do try to lead you to the right strain but they don't always acknowledge issues such as poor trimming. And yes, per their stated policies they do not test their facilities for mold more than the mandatory one time per month. That to me is disturbing. They also use quite a few additives to prevent mold and maintain smells and freshness. I much prefer Monarch in Scottsdale or Swell in Phoenix on 41st.
Being a first-time patients at greenpharms I thought the wait was a little long but realized that it did go fairly quick.I'm disabled and me power chair and I found the property to be spacious and easy to move about.The staff there were very knowledgeable about the medications they were selling and made good suggestions according to my disabilities.I would recommend them to anyone that is disabled as they are very handicap friendly.PS product is outstanding
I love this place! Early bird specials and a huge selection of concentrates, oils, flower, and many other goodies. Always some pretty good weekend specials and daily there is something new or on sale to choose from!
Unloaded 6 mo old wax and called it a bogo. Didn't even give me a chance to look at the product before he turned around and went inside. Got in my car and looked at it. All the wax had 6 mo old harvest dates! Make sure to check your product. Make sure it's not expired!!!!
Worst dispensary in the valley...they have no clue on what real meds are. Lowest grade flowers I ever seen in dispensary. All flowers smell the same. Some look moldy. Tenders say "that's what real weed looks like and smells" beware go to another
I have seen them step up there quality game on flower recently but if it weren't for the deals and close proximity I would NEVER come here. Parking is horrible, staff is nice enough but not that knowledgeable and I've had issues with melted concentrates before.
Wait was an hour and a half on opening day because they only had two budtenders... apparently they didn't visit any other dispensaries in Phoenix to realize most place have at least 3 on a normal weekday. I was beyond irritated. The unfortunate part of waiting was that the product was just okay. No house anything but flower and only had half their selection was available. The staff was nice, but who ever organized this opening is completely inept. I'd like to show love to this flag based operation, but I can't until I see improvement.
I have been here a few times. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Always willing to take that extra step to make sure I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Worst dispensary in town! Go to Health4life where they actually do things right! Greenpharm Mesa has a number of problems. Poor quality flower and horrible customer service! Greenpharm fails to give you your card back every time and fail to notify you they have it and then do nothing to help! They miss giving patients listed discounts. They are not worth your trouble. Many other places to choose from.
I started coming to this dispensary when I first got my medical card and I must say it made it hard to go into any other one in the valley!! Absolutely the best! And the staff always helps me pick out the right thing, love Greenpharms!
Last two times there had to wait 40+ mins. Parking sucks ..nice clean place, good deals ...tryed calling order from weedmap that sucked..cound not fine order. We were told to call direct. Too many other places to go to mess with this place.
Most of the employees here are absolutely amazing but some seem very unprofessional as some other posts on here also indicate but honestly that's everywhere can't let a few rotten apples spoil the rest. This place has average quality flower but very exceptional concentrates. Some things to know is there isn't much parking and the wait times can be long even if you try to be that first customer in the door (especially for special deals).
This dispensary is a freakin' nightmare. I stayed away for months and decided to give them another chance. The same problems: no parking, long wait, incompetent help. I came to buy a specific product and was told it was out of stock. There was ample inventory at another station and I pointed that out. After the fact I saw that I was overcharged (lists for $16 on their Leafly page; I paid $20). They won't get another shot at me...
Let me start by saying I've been coming to this dispensary since day 1 when they opened. There flower has never been that good but the staff was friendly and it is close to my house. For those two reasons I have come to this dispensary consistently. Things have been changing over the past couple months. The friendly girl that used to work the front is np longer there and the people that are now in place just aren't as friendly or knowledgeable. Also the wait time is always super long. Because of the wait time I have been calling in my orders for pickup. Last week when I came in, they gave me the wrong product and I had to go back. The last issue I have and the biggest one is the parking situation. I have to jump thru hoops in the parking lot just to park my truck. When I was there last week the guy at the door told me not to park in a certain area which is fine except when I went back yesterday the guy at the door(different guy) told me not to park my truck there and to park it where the last guy told me not to. I tried to clarify where I'm acually allowed to park and he just started mumbling under his breathe and stormed off like a 5 year old. Extremely unprofessional to the point I will not return to this dispensary. There are to many good dispensaries in the area then to have to deal with these growing problems. I was hoping it was going to get better and kept giving chances but the rude guy at the door and the parking confusion is the final straw.
If I could give zero stars I would. All their reviews are dishonest people trying to get free shit. Tried to go here today and there was no parking. A truck was blocking one way to wait for parking and so i tried to go around him. The manager or owner or someone then ran IN in the street FRONT OF MY CAR to stop me. He gives me a unwarranted speech about how i need to wait my turn. So i try to go around the building then stop, JUST LIKE THE TRUCK HAD, to wait for parking. The exact same position. The same guy tells me I have to move! So i explained what had just happened to him and he tells me that they are refusing service to me Refusing service to a medical patient for doing exactly what you instructed. And then another guy with a Tru Extracts shirts has the audacity to call me a dumbass? YOU'RE the dumbass who lost my business. i will NEVER be back. Want real reviews? Look at the one and two stars

The Flower is not MMJ Quality. They don't know what they're doing. This is frustrating jumping around trying to find top Flower for a reasonable price. The place is really nice and I will try them again but only for the kind products. The Flower gave me the Biggest headache I've had in over a year. My Nasals clogged and my throat was irritated along with sneezing. I'm sorry but I disposed a half ounce of two top shelf strains Kryptontic I think it's called and Gorilla Grape was the other. I feel Cheated out of my money but that's why there's yelp. I cannot believe People think this is top quality Flower. These two strains were recommended by the Budtender (Female). All I ask is not to be Bull$hited. Why is it so hard for people to be honest about their knowledge of strains. If you don't know, then just SAY you don't KNOW but don't recommend strains if you are new to the scene. They have better quality in Mexico than at GreenPharms. I'm not Sorry, I still feel Honesty is the best policy and I'm being honest about my experience with this Dispensary. I really was hoping this would be my go-to Dispensary, not gonna happen.
Horrible service. They actually took stuff out of my beck and changed the receipt after they gave it to me. They said they made a mistake. Then took me in a back office and said they weren't going to make it right. Worst dispensary i have ever been too and it's not close.
I have been going here for a long time as a medical patient and I normally have a smile on my face when I leave. THIS time, I will NEVER EVER go back thanks to Crystal and Guillermo. I am disabled and do not work, so money is tight. I always do the "early bird" special: 50% off the pre-rolls before 11am. I sometimes buy 3, I sometimes buy 2...as the stock has been very low since recreational. Today, I spoke with Crystal after I found that I had been charged FULL price. I had gotten there at 9:55am. Crystal didn't seem to know anything, so she brought Guillermo on the phone who proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get the "deal" as I didn't buy 3 pre-rolls AND it was MY responsibility to tell the staff I wanted the "deal". WTF? I have to tell the staff to give me the deal? As I was getting more and more upset, I asked point blank if I was going to be refunded my $10 and this nasty human told me "if you don't shut up and let me speak, I will not give you ANYTHING!!!" It took everything in my being to not speak my mind. I am a 55 year old woman and to have a 20 something to tell me to shut up is BEYOND rude.When I got there, I asked the girl Crystal if I could se, in writing, what the rules were for the "early bird" as I couldn't find it referenced ANYWHERE online and didn't see it posted anywhere in the shop. She told me, " I don't know. I just work the front desk."Yes, since recreational, I went from a VALUED patient to a disrespected CUSTOMER who deserves to be told to "shut up".To say the least, I will be contacting not only the ADHS about Greenpharms, but I will NEVER again return. When I called the Flagstaff officer about the rules of the early bird, he told me there was NO RULES, only that the limit was THREE....the LIMIT.
From start to finish, this was not an honest experience. Staff was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. Was told there were no discounts when there clearly were. Zacharie wasn't knowledgeable and shouldn't be working in customer service. Ended up being overcharged and got the wrong product. Pre-rolls contained tobacco and were so bad we threw them away. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else.

As a new customer that had never walked into any dispensary before I was surprised to have been sold LIVE RESIN I didn't ask for it. I didn't even know what it was. I got to find out what it was by friends of mine that are avid smokers and are knowledgeable about that type thing. I'm not a "Karen" - I'm all for people doing whatever they would like to do that makes them happy...but, honestly if pisses me off that I was charged so much money for this stuff when I didn't even understand what it was. It would've been nice to have been told that this was very powerful and as a new smoker maybe it is a bit much. T would've been nice to have been told. I know it sounds goofy but not everyone is familiar with all of the marijuana stuff ...as employees that ask if people are visiting that store for the first time maybe helping clarify stuff like that ?! That would be helpful
Almost didn't want to write this review but I want to save my fellow consumers some time. This place is overpriced and doesn't have nearly as many options as it's competitors. we went in on Saturday and the owner started barking at us about parking in the neighboring business parking spot. Funny enough, I know the business WELL ;) and they were closed and truly do not care lmao. Save yourself some time and don't even bother. The sales and selection suck.
Regular here. I was short .5 cents accidentally. Budtender says "I don't know how you think you can short me" everyone hears it. Im always a tipper, I told him but he continued to argue with me. Short hero kid with braids. I'll gladly never tip these people again. One star because management could have intervened. Apparently the manager with tattoos* has faith in his moody employee. Looking at the reviews here it's nothing to be proud about. Shitty service, great prices. Needs new management or someone that the employees respect enough, not to mouth off to customers.
Don't offer cartridges for a pack deal, then when I drive all the way to the place they can't offer that special on Wednesday because their system can only handle on special at a damn time. I'm literally livid. When I go into the store I typically spend a good chuck and stock up on my stuff for the month. My bud specialist didn't seem to know wtf was even going on. Walked back to the manager to ask her why it wasn't working 2 times. The manager couldn't even come out and apologize for any inconvenience or anything. I'll take my couple hundred dollars a month and take it else worth. #pullittogether

This was interesting upbeat customer experience. I got all my friendly questions asked and they friendly answered them. Loved the green net soft furnishings. Staff have the nicest smiles. Real genuine people on the front line of this basically end of Marijuana prohibition! It's big! So in my lifetime we've gone from running from the cops, pinkies, narcs, whomever, to now,!!-!! When you can just legally go in board daylight to the corner drug store and buy drugs!! No one will stop or arrest you or your family. A watershed moment, a sea change, oh my America. Still my heart! ❤️
Hidden gem. From start to finish the staff at greenpharms was awesome from the front door guy, check in person and the bud tender. They have a nice variety of products for medical use. 100% recommend, 10 out 10. Also. If the owner reads this. Please give your employees a pizza party and or a bonus they are working hard and I can tell love what they do. I will be back.
I love this place so much! Not for obvious reasons, but for the vibe alone. The staff is friendly not just with the customers but each other as well. Yes that matters! The best part is although they are friendly, they keep up so there isn’t a horrid wait time. Kudos.
Pros: -nice employees -decent selection -good quality Cons: -NO ACCURATE TESTING I asked for THC percentage on their selection and the man who was helping me although kind made it seem like it wasn't something that was too important. He said they had a binder in the back with the testing but he also made it seen like the tests weren't accurate as he said the flower is refilled all day and can vary. He brought out the book and showed me the different percentages he didn't seem to have any confidence in. Then when I said I've just had a strain yesterday that was testing at 33% he made it seem like the location I got it from must be lying and said that he's only heard of percentages that high and has never seen it in person. Strange interaction, but the flower I purchased was decent quality.
The past few days I’ve noticed this sign spinner guy outside my work coming and going from lunch. I hope this guy gets payed good he’s doing a really good job! Knows how to spin the sign in cool ways super friendly smiles and waves at me every day I get stopped at the light. Love the dispensary love the work you guys do. Seems like a friendly group to work with. Always smiling and willing to help! Keep it up!
