This was my go to place for bud for several years.  However now they have only a small selection of flower.  Also don't eve try to make sense of their website as the deals there are incorrect.  I used to spend $200 to $300 every time I went there and now I have to find another place to spend my money.

I've been going here for a year and the online order discount is definitely worth it (when it is available.) Just be sure to check on how many reward points you have if you come here a lot. (more free goods!) I never had much of an issue besides sometimes they'll give me the wrong item (but it's very minor)

YIKES! No wonder I've never been here before, it was seriously a waste of time and money.I went in for the first time patient deal and took a chance by buying a 1/2 oz of the TOP SHELF (leaving with one oz after BOGO). I smelled the flower and was unimpressed, but after experiencing the budtenders lack of knowledge and unhelpful demeanor, I assumed the flower hadn't been changed from the smell-jars lately. It looked great, but the smell was distant and nearly non-existent (I should have walked out then and there). Instead, I was greedy and tried to take advantage of the deal. BIG MISTAKE.I got home and opened one of the prepackaged cans from each strain I purchased (Hell's Bells & Purple Punch) and was instantly disappointed by the smell. The smell was stronger, but of a chlorinated pool (hell's bells) and a stale grape white owl (purple punch). I hadn't smoked yet that day so I tried the flower on a clean slate. YIKES. I had an instant headache and I was left with a horrible chemical taste in my mouth and didn't get high in the slightest... I couldn't smoke this flower AT. ALL.  I wouldn't even gift this flower to another patient. It is fertilized TRASH. I called the next morning and after 5 days of waiting (and calling multiple times for an update) I was eventually told that there was nothing they could do for me but offer me a discount on my next purchase-- a discount which is already offered as a "second time patient deal". I was insulted, to say the least. They kept telling me "this is medicine, so we can't take it back". I understand that you can't RESELL it,  but as someone who used to work in the AZ MMJ industry, you can take it back and reimburse your patient. I am beyond disappointed and will not stop turning people away from Sky Dispensaries. Such a waste of time, energy, and MONEY. Now I am out $180 and without MEDICINE.

Budtenders were assholes when I tried to tell them there was mold in the nugs. Horrible customer service and even worse product

Since having my MMJ card, I've only been to 3 dispensaries so far. Sky Dispensary (McDowell) is the closest dispensary to my house, it's not my favorite.  Parking sucks, there's no other way to put that.  So far I've never pulled up and haven't found a parking spot, but I can tell you that every single time I've been there has only been 1 spot left.  For me!  The strains are okay.  Lots and lots of Hybrids, a few Indicas, sometimes no Stevia at all.  Regular "known" edibles.  I haven't taken advantage of the bath bombs, tinctures, etc. so I can't speak on those.  The budtenders are pleasant and knowledgeable.  Overall, a 3.5 star place if I could give such.

This place with SUCKS have no idea how to handle this whole recreational shit. If you LOOOOVE horrible long lines and customer service come here. If you like expensive weed COME HERE curaleaf is SOOO much better with medical patients fuck these recreational people DO NOT COME HERE this was my last time at this garbage ass place and they have very mid weed for stupid high prices at least other dispensary places over discounts

I love this place. I frequent this place several times a month. They're always well stocked and Covid compliant. The quality of the product is strong and reliable. But the weed tenders are the real draw. These individuals really know how to make sure I get everything I want. I've never had to wait in line and everyone is super nice and helpful

Don't really have any good deals, prices are higher than other dispensary, not always stocked up on product.

I placed an order online and hopped on the bus and when I got there I still hadn't received the  text that my order was ready. When I arrived there was no line security verified my ID & greeted Me. Glad there was an atm because it's only cash. The transaction was fast and I was in and out. The bud tender he was friendly as well , good conversation.

Favorite dispensary of all time. The staff is duper helpful and friendly. They never make me feel rushed, even if they are getting ready to close up shop. Seriously incredible customer service and huge variety of product.

So sadly my mom has decided to stop cancer treatments and her oncologist recommended trying natural less evasive methods so she got a medical marijuana card not knowing where to go we went to sky dispensary Keith was honest kind compassionate and very knowledgeable I was a bit apprehensive and nervous for mom and I but honestly the experience was clean controlled and a pleasant surprise

The service here wasn't that great for a first time visit & to be honest they were out of a lot of stock. There was also a promotion going on while I was there. The Represenative for the product told me a different price for the promotion than the staff behind the counter. Not sure I'll return to be honest.

Decent dispensary but I couldn't take advantage of my first or second patient visit deal. I did not bring the little card she put in my bag the first time I came. I was never told, plus MÜV checks everything via computer. So they couldn't tell it was only my second purchase with them and I couldn't get the BOGO. I ended up spending the full price for one which was a bit disappointing. They also they don't have many options for flower if you most like flower. I recommend MÜV

Went in first time patient and they had only 2 buds in stock. Staff was nice and all but not so knowledgeable. I wouldn't come back but who knows

My overall experience at Sky has been a most pleasant one. From great service to great meds, but most importantly a great knowledge of the medicine and how to relate that to our problems. They get 5 stars from me.

I walked in and the whole staff was polite. Thank you to my budtender Victor who was really nice and patient. Helped me with what I needed and knew what he was talking about.

The jury is still out on this place. I thought I was a new customer until I was told that they changed their name. I don't even recall what they use to be. So it sucked that I wasn't able to get the ft discount (gotta love bogo). But if they have smooth tasty flower, I'm a fan. We will soon see.

First...a shout out to Jean!  He also made a novice sexagenarian at home!  He was a grand cicerone, and I will return.

Went to The Flower Shop for the first time this morning. When I arrived there were state regulations listed on the front door stating my temperature would be taken, I had to wear a mask and that only 3 people were allowed in at a time. I checked in, gave them my MMJ and DL. I was with a friend who lives in the same household. When they called me back a man said we couldn't go back together because of regulations. They didn't check either of our temperatures. The man who said we couldn't go back together had called my friend back and was wearing his mask just covering his mouth. He then proceeded to tell her that it didn't matter because if he had Covid-19 he had it. At that point I asked her if she was ready to leave and on our way out I told the woman who checked us in that he wasn't wearing a mask. This is why weed isn't legal in AZ... they don't follow protocol. They remain open because they are considered a medical office but they act like they're selling weed on the corner... well, that's exactly what they're doing running a business the way they are. Stay safe, follow statewide regulations and guidelines or close your business. Also, they were out of Setiva except some outdoor weed they branded and sold.

The Flower Shop is still my favorite store. But the wait times are nuts. Also on my visit today I sat for 29 minutes and watched employees stand behind the glass and chat and laugh. Come in folks, seriously

Oof. What a joke. Really old and poor quality product (ask about your harvest date folks!). Worst customer service I've ever seen from a dispensary. They packed way more people than they should of into the main room (COVID risk). Try calling, just a recorded message (an unprofessional one), no option to reach anyone. I can't wait for this industry to be more regulated so places like this won't be allowed to stay open.

***UPDATE ***They emailed me asking what they could do to make it right and I have repeatedly tried calling the store but apparently per one of the employees at one of their locations, their phone lines are down and he said that they have no intention of fixing them. I'm not going to describe my problem to them via email because I want to talk to an actual personThey have definitely lost my business because there are a ton of other dispensaries to go to that actually have phones that work and that have better customer service.

I dig this shop.  The wait room is an entertainment center.  And we all know that we wait when we go to these shops.  I appreciate their selection as well.  I have been to several shops in the Valley and this one is a winner.  Where many other shops have limited inventory and selection, The Flower Shop provides a lot of choice.  I will be repeating business with them as I like their bud tenders and their selection.

This flower shop is shit and definitely recommend going to any other shop you can if you have your Medical card. Every time I've gone there I stand in line forever and they call on recreational users even tho they walked in after me. Every other dispensary I've gone to in the state is way better and has way better service won't even go there anymore if it's my last choice

Would not recommend this place honestly, I got a 1g joint from here and it was super harsh and rolled so tight I couldn't even take a proper hit, I noticed they have a no refund policy and all sales are final sign out front and honestly now I know why! Their "top shelf" bud is ok but I have had stronger baseline than that. Overall this place is over priced rip off and they don't even offer 1st time patient deals. Not worth the prices.

Solid dispensary that lives up to its name with an abundance of flower of all varieties and price ranges. I pulled up on a weekday afternoon and it was the fastest dispensary trip of them all. Now that I'm out and about all the time again, it's sativa season, so I grabbed an 1/8 of Orange Crush, and a cartridge of ATF. The prices were more than fair, and I went home happy. What really left an impression here was the nerdy budtender. He seemed like he knew his stuff more than most. I know enough to find exactly what I want right away, but it's nice to know the casuals will be in good hands. Overall, Flower Shop has a convenient location, good selection of product, and caring staff. If you're new to dispensaries in general, this isn't a bad place to start!

My fav dispensary! I come here a lot and I always feel welcome all the employee are helpful even when the line is out the door they always do there best to get everyone in, in a timely fashion

Been here a few times and have had good experiences. The wait is minimal compared to other places I have been in the valley.The people have always been nice. Must go early to have best selection.Also don't forget to tip, even if it's $1, it goes a long way and they deserve it!Thanks flower shop

Classic bait & switch tactic and I will never be back. As a loyal weekly patron, I was surprised to learn that the points system by which i had racked up significant points was completely gone.  Not only that but I was very conveniently not notified in advance that this would be occurring and then I was told no records are available as to how many points I lost. Seems pretty intentional to me! Also a consistently low supply of weak flower (which I have not seen at other dispensaries covid or no covid lol).  If you are looking for ANY type of consistency in customer service, points system/rewards or quality flower, go elsewhere!

The shop owner just comment on my review about seeds. She said they can't possibly guarantee anything without breaking down the product. "I can't guarantee the taste of that burger without taking a bite." How about you partner with reputable growers? At least stand by your product, crappy or not. Go to Sticky Saguaro.

Do not order cartridges from this store.  I will definitely not be going back here ever again.  They carry a non-standard type of cartridge.  Even though Leafly shows it as a regular cartridge, they are not regular cartridges.  They are "stiiizy" cartridges.  They will not work in the type of vape they sell everywhere else in the world.  I ordered online, where it showed a picture of a regular cartridge.  I picked it up in the store and nobody made any mention about the odd cartridge.  I got home with it opened it and it is oval shaped with no screw.  NO WAY this will fit in my regular vape.  I tried to take it back less than two hours later.  Nope, because I had opened it.  They would not take back a $73 cartridge because I had opened it.  Even though it was advertised incorrectly.  Even though the website made no mention it is this off brand AND IT HAS THE PICTURE OF A REGULAR VAPE CARTRIDGE ON IT, they refused to take it back.  Their solution, sell me a battery.  So they got more money out of me, or I waste a perfectly good cartridge.  This is a bait-and-switch of the worst possible kind.

This was my first trip to a dispensary since getting my card. I received a buy one get one since it was my first time. They had a decent selection of edibles. From the product point of view I liked everything. The person who helped me was cool and knew his stuff.Couple things I didn't like:I had an issue with a homeless person outside the store. He was kicked out of the store initially by staff; and then he  waited on the side of the building. As I walked to my car, he stops me on the way to press me for product. It placed me in an awkward and difficult situation. I guess shopping at night is a bad idea.. I won't be doing it again. I would like to see a security guard and maybe have staff be more thorough next time.This place is cash-only..

This place has great new patient deals. I got right in, everyone was very professional and friendly. Not to mention, it's adorable inside and very clean. I will definitely be going back!

Won't be returning and certainly wish I had checked reviews before coming here. Parking as everyone says is nearly impossible but would be well worth it for great service and even better product. Unfortunately, I was sold a broken cartridge. I opened it as soon as I got to my car, saw that it was leaking through cracked glass, and went right back in to exchange it for a non-broken product. They refused to exchange the item for me because it is not The Flower Shop brand and told me I would need to personally contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. It's incredibly unfair that I had just handed over my cash and was handed a defective product and they couldn't seem to understand that maybe sometimes the customer comes first. Clearly not at The Flower Shop. I won't have my time and money wasted again. The security guard was a cool guy though.

I have been a loyal pick-up customer for years before the brand change. August they changed their online ordering system and now, it's unreliable and glitchy. So, I stopped going. Gave it a chance again today, even worse experience. When I bring up the issues the response is very lackadaisical and I am treated as if I am the asshole when I place a pick up order that is either not ready, completely wrong, or I have to call for the status since they don't seem to care about updating. Oh and if you are a person who uses RSO, they upmarked the PuraEarth brand by $15 more than every other dispensary.

Wow.My first time here and I felt rushed! I asked for a recommendation but instead she just took out every hybrid they had at the moment. You can't see the flower in the jar, you can't smell it either. I just had to take a chance. When I opened the jar, the flower was so dry! I squeezed a bud and it just fell apart. Horrible quality!I will not be going back.

Use to love this place. Would get good service and decent deals. I went in last night and they wanted almost $480 for 9/8 just over an ounce. I went in last week and got an ounce for less than $250. Same quality! I was a faithful patient, but will be going elsewhere now.

Bait and switch is the term I'm looking for. Imagine starting a company and having the name Sky dispensary, then switching to the flower shop and completely stopping all previous "reward" obligations you had with sky (those first time patient vouchers you handed out then didn't honor). Then after changing to the flower shop and accumulating over 1,700 points due to me using the online 20% off discount (which has since ended with ZERO advisement), you completely dump all my point that I've gained and your response is, "sorry, "friend" nothing I can do to help you". Health for life has far better product quality, pricing, consistency, stock, and actually knows how business is done. You baited my business in, and switched up the way you conduct yours. Save your money and go elsewhere. They will screw you over, as they have everyone of their other customers through their multiple "name" changes.Edit: Once again, I will never be returning to your shady business and have already spent the thousands elsewhere by the time you replied. Save your time, effort, and energy. Even if you reinstate the 1700 points (1,700$ for those wondering) I still wouldn't go back. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

Sky's the limit!Seriously though... great shop, friendly staff & great prices! There was an issue with my bank card & my sale did not go through. My order was put on hold while I contacted my bank. When I walked back in to finish my transaction, my order was waiting for me at the front counter & I was checked out immediately- no wait.The BOGO deal was awesome... plus my fave brand. Select seems to have figured out the vape cartridge thing with regard to quality, consistency & price.They are a little out of my way, but worth the drive for sure.

Leafly is rigged..... don't trust the Leafly reviews of this place. Worst weed I have ever smoked. Service was nice but the quality is awful. Heavy metals listed as additives..... Boron is a metal used to ignite rocket fuel and is used to make green flares. People are looking towards cannabis as a holistic alternative. Yet it's being contaminated. This place is way overpriced!! Came over to get a slab of concentrates. The web site Leafly never shows that they have high grade wax. But when you show up they have it!! So I showed up on a Saturday because like usuall no one ever answers the phone!!!!! Every time I try no answer!! So now u waste my time and gas money!!! Put your products online and answer the phone!!!

Even with a BOGO this store is 3x the cost of my go-to dispensary, for marijuana which is a plant and not a precious metal.  It kills me to pass on a BOGO but there is no value to be had in shopping stores that are grossly overpriced.

Girl working shift in afternoon rude unprofessional automatically put you on hold won't let you ask question , kept calling back and she put me to voicemail finally answered told her to knock it off, had to drive down there to ask question about new patients on door said scan temp for COVID they did not no 6ft distancing when I arrived she wouldn't even see me or take my card walked out tons of people all packed in no distancing DONT GO HERE hope state closes this shithole

Everything is high prices and low quality, never answers the phone and even before it was recreational, staff doesn't know what they're selling which is the main point of the staff to know their product is? There is better dispensary's out their, not a one time stop n review I been there multiple times only for deals which they don't even have ever

I have been coming to The Flower Shop since 2019 when it was the Sky Dispensary. Ever since they changed to the Flower Shop, their service and products have gone downhill. I used to be able to purchase The Green Halo THC Glycerine Tincture Drops without a problem. They would always have it available when it was the Sky Dispensary. I go into the dispensary now and I'm lucky to find the product available. I require this product for pain control. I do not smoke. I use the drops. I ask them if they can PLEASE place an order for me and get the drops in and I'm told no. They don't offer that service. I was told everything is ordered from corporate. Well, corporate should take into consideration customers who have been coming to the dispensary for several years can only use one product. Very disappointing they don't care enough about you to assist with your request. It's always some excuse why they can't get it in. I was also shocked to find out the points program was discontinued. I had thousands of points accrued only to be told you no longer sponsor such a program. Wow! I will find another dispensary that can assist me with my needs since this new Flower Shop Dispensary fails to do so. Nor do they have any incentive to assist as well. I'll be taking my dollars somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service and care.

Long wait times and zero customer loyalty! Had been going to this place for years when it was called sky dispensary since then it has gone downhill. Had a flower card they went recreation and was told that I would be able to use it but not at the moment. Come back and it's no longer honored. The selection is sub par and over priced. Was a long time customer but will not be back. The new ownership only cares about money and the staff is a joke

Sky dispensary embodies everything good about medical marijuana. The selection is vast and top notch. The budtenders are warm and welcoming with a knowledge and passion that make me happy. They have frequent specials and fair prices. I strongly recommend Sky dispensary Mesa

Wow..first off, this in no way is a reflection of the bud tenders. This place is under new ownership. Too bad because the prices are ridiculous now. Supply of pens/concentrates are limited. Quality is poor. They tax on top of the high prices they charge. The mark up on concentrates is sick. Time to search out new dispensary. Gougey price gougers...they won't do well as word of mouth will spread and customers will gravitate towards dispensaries with better quality and prices.

The only complaint I had was they did not have the cartridge I wanted. I use a vape pen for sleep after going through cancer treatment and I also have ptsd. I haven't tried any of the flowers as I don't want to 'smoke'. I quit in 2008 and I'm afraid it'll trigger me. The vape is perfect. A couple hits and I'm sound asleep. I have been to 4 different dispensaries and so far Sky has been the best priced. At least on the vape cartridges. Super friendly staff.

Overpriced long wait times on 420 what deals they had in store differed from online adds also iv noticed when I go to THE MINT or EMERALD I pay on average 10$ less hey it's not my main store I only now go if the have vendor bogos that I can't get elsewhere and want something it's the only way u get the most for your cash

Bought three under filled Select(Elite) carts. Took all three cartridges back and the response I was givin' was "select is bigger" ?? Guy who handled my complaint needs to be demoted and replaced.

Usually I have another shop I go to but it's really far so I decided to try this one out. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to show up but these girls were amazing ! So helpful and taught me a few things because I'm still new to all this. The selection was kind of low but it was also 40 minutes until close... that being said, give this place a whirl :,) the only thing I could complain about was my discount was not rang up at the counter so I paid full price but I'm going back today to use it so

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. This is my go to dispensary for sure. The BEST quality, the sweetest staff (love Amber!!) and the best specials in town. By far the best dispensary in the east valley

The Sky is not the neighborhood. Went there yesterday to try new sky dispensary, found out i wasn't a new patient because i went to the old sunflower once and i guess they bought sunflowers patient list. Ran out the door headed for a good dispensary, ended up at greenpharms, where i got the eighth of same strain that i was going to buy at sky for 10 dollars cheaper,Whaaaattt!. The sky is no longer in my neighborhood. Peace out.

Sky is the closest dispensary to our house but we really only go there when we have to or when they have decent deals. This week, they had a good deal so went. Obviously. My husband and I really only purchase concentrates so my review is referring to those. The reason we don't go to Sky regularly is due to higher prices, and smaller selections. We were beyond happy with the price this time and 3 out of the 4 items we purchased were fantastic, but 1 of them was disgusting so... Would I recommend Sky to a friend? I have and I will but I also tell them if they're going for wax, call ahead to see what they have before making the trip.

After reading about Sunflower Meds, I decided to make the LONG 40 mile trip out to this dispensary and give them a try....Absolutely NO parking! I had to circle and wait and double park and wait and finally I got a spot. Then I went in and filled out their sheet and was told the wait was about 20-30 min. Not too happy about this place so far but decided it must be awesome because of the parking and waiting situation. I finally got called back and picked my selection and when I went to pay, they said they do not take credit cards. I told the girl I was sure that they advertised as taking credit cards. She said I must be mistaken and when I showed her on their webpage where it clearly said 'credit cards ok', all she could do was stare blankly and apologize. Don't advertise as taking cards if you don't! Total waste of time and gas. I would not recommend this place.

I really enjoyed that the description for each flower was available and also available to smell. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Service was quick and the buds are packaged in air right cans which I appreciate. Will be back

I would give this place a lower star if it were available.  The service is always slow.  The product is always overpriced and of the very lowest of quality.  They sell it in their own little tins and when you open them you will find some of the driest stuff you have ever thought of.  as you touch it it turns to dust.  They sent me an text telling me of a great price  so I went down there.  After waiting for over 40 min I was brought in.  I then found out the text I had received less than an hour before was for a product they had been out of since the day before.      STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEN OF THEIVES!!!!

Given the wrong product and shorted a half gram.  They were willing to give me a free pre-roll for the mix-up even though my $75 order is useless to me now since i don't want or need the strains they put in my bag.  Budtender was very disengaged and not helpful prior to bagging and definitely a waste of time and money after bagging.

So last night after spending over $300 I was cheated on 2/3 free eighths, which I earned for every $100 spent. This is the first dispensary were they REALLY ACTED GREEDY on letting me get me free weed bc my allotment was over. Other help or save it for next time. I honestly felt cheated. Why advertise if you aren't going to honor your word. I guess they care more about the money and less about their patients. I was really disappointed bc I love to spend my money in dispensary if the deals are great. I normally tip my bud tender but after how fake and cheap they were I was like no. I feel like their prices are way to high. GO TO THE GOOD, MINT, NOVA or H4L better deals and bud tastes better.

I've been going to Sky for well over a year (aka since before it was Sky) and the quality has only gotten better. The awesome staff has remained friendly and awesome, which is another thing that keeps me coming back. Great selection of edibles, great location. The rewards program seems to add up fast, but that's probably because this is one of two dispensaries I visit regularly.

I always have a great experience here, the budtenders are very knowledgeable. However, I do have to agree with previous reviewers... their prices are HIGH (no pun intended). I like coming here because it is close to home and the bud is decent, it's just expensive.

You need to purchase the tins of Sky to get fresh product. The pre-packaged stuff, eh, seems a bit tired. You will be kicking out $50 a can for it! My low rating wasn't t due to the lack of quality, but more about their "deals" and customer service. I am a caregiver for a patient who is a disabled combat veteran. He used to purchase his meds from here, right after they opened, but eventually went elsewhere after the low quality became too much for him to ignore. Recently, he had to renew his card and was told by the referring Dr. that Sunflower was under new ownership and had stopped charging outrageous prices for mediocre product. He decided to give them a try again. He was pleased on his first visit to be told that his veterans discount was now 15% and it was combinable with their deals. So for the last month, he has been in, purchasing the above mentioned $50 cans, and the cartridges, which I think are about the same price. He has always gotten his veterans discount, he has gotten his "tax free Tuesday" discount and has been able to use his $15 rewards a couple of times this month alone.......until today. He was advised that he couldn't be greedy and "stack" his discounts. I personally spoke with the manager, Rebecca, who said that has always been their policy. At the conclusion of the call, I stated to her that it sounds like they are more concerned with their bottom line than with their patients wellbeing.And p.s. it's hard for me to take your company seriously as professionals, when your bud tenders are talking about how great the weed brownies are, that a patient made for them! I think that's showing a lack of integrity, but how much can you expect from employees who also are patients! SMH!

Good pricing on cartridges.  I checked the entore valley and this deal was the best.   Good meds

They have good quality flower and used to be my go to spot, but now their prices have went up a little and they no longer give free pre rolls when you use your debit card so I've been branching out more.

typical dispensary... The prices are actually super high think their third party or something I'm not really sure how it works getting.. But there's not really any other dispensaries close by so it may be convenient for you they do most deals like other people do. the product I can't speak on too much cuz I can't really afford their top shelf but what I do get is usually decent.

Good quality meds, friendly staff and decent pricing. However, signed up for email notifications and get them a day later making the sale over when i receive them. Asked to be notified by text through customer support and was assured i would start receiving Friday text blasts but have never ever received one. So unfortunately  i am forced to shop savy else where. Shame though

Sky Dispensaris is one of my first and most favorited medical marijuana dispensaries in the valley. They provide quick and professional service all while making it feel personal. Love this place and will be recommending it out to others

Meds are top notch! Parking is a disaster and wait times are too long. They need to hire more staff... These stars are solely based upon the meds tho so they deserve them.

I don't give 1 star reviews often, but this place deserves 0 stars. This just might be the all-time most poorly managed business I have ever dealt with. I was a regular loyal customer for 8 months; Jan-Aug 2020. It was the only establishment I patronized for my medicine. They consistently had extremely low inventory of flower. Usually only 2-3 varieties available. EVERY TIME I WENT THERE. I thought this was just normal, as I had never been to another dispensary.One day, a few weeks ago, they had a sign on their door saying no flower. So I was forced to try another place. I was absolutely stunned when I walked into this new place after a warm greeting and the sight of a huge selection, over a dozen varieties. I returned to the Flower Shop in early September, as it is close to home and I knew I had built up some of their loyalty points. Upon arrival, there were no customers in the store. A couple employees were chatting about something behind the counter. Another looked up and offered to help. I hand her my card, she checked me in and handed it back, saying someone would be right with me. As I stood there awkwardly in the empty lobby, one of the chatting employees glanced at me a couple of times. After a short time of more chatting, she called my name as if there were other customers waiting. It was a scene straight out of Meet the Parents when Greg was asked to wait for his turn at the airport gate with nobody else there.I was then informed that the points system is no longer active as of the end of August 2020, and that they gave everyone 2 weeks notice. She said she was trying to tell as many as she could during those final 2 weeks, but a lot of other customers apparently missed this notice just as I did and they have a lot of upset people, including employees who were also able to obtain points for future discounts. This is a highly unethical way to do business. They tried to hook a bunch of unsuspecting customers who didn't know any better, let them think they are earning discounts for loyalty, and then pulled the rug out from under everyone. I understand how a loyalty discount program can prove to be too costly, but they should have just stopped giving points, and give everyone an opportunity to redeem their previously earned points. This place is not worth your time. There are MANY other, much better options in the east valley.

I'm pretty pissed because this was my first time buying here. I'm a California native, and know my the difference between Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid. I'm currently stuck in Arizona with a broken foot, and have little to no options when it comes to finding Pax pods. I only use sativa or hybrids when nothing else is available, like now because I fucking hate Indica, or Indica dominant. Online it was advertised as hybrid, so I went with it. Once I opened it at home it turns out it's a fucking Indica. I know weed just became legal in AZ, but get your shit together because the kids running the show don't know what they are doing.They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails.This is all around the worst dispensary I've been to, and I've been to some shitholes pre-legalization in California.

I brought a friend here because she can't drive due to a knee injury.   It's my first time here and it was a nice experience.  The shop is clean open and cheerful.   I'm glad there's places like this for her to naturally help her through the pain.

This is the old SKY DISPENSARY.  What was once a dispensary well worth the drive is now the single worst Dispensary that I have ever seen.  The fact that they have 3 dispensaries but unabashedly do not care enough to answer their phone should have warned me. Lousy Parking,  sNippy immature counter help,  high prices,  no specials, NO FIRST TIME PATIENT BENEFIT (See how that brings in the new patients ....NOT),  No thank you young lady.  for the first time ever I WALKED OUT OF A DISPENSARY WITHOUT SPENDING A DIME!  There are too many really good Dispensaries in Mesa For anyone to support this rude and inferior business model.  The only reason i even gave one star is that the Security Guys were really nice.  Don't waste Either a penny or a minute here.

This has become the worst dispensary in the east valley.  It was once called SKY and they had good deals, good budtenders and great buds. Now everything's over priced , the girls they got working there don't know what they're doing or anything about terps. My budtender was Hannah and she was the worst one I've ever had no bud knowledge . Also, They need to teach her to be friendly or smile. Very awkward. I won't be coming back to this dispo. If your looking for better buds and better prices I would check out Health for life McDowell which is close by Or  green pharms .

Super friendly staff, very helpful and informed. Very clean store, good selection.  Honesty really impressed with everyone working there, they felt like friends.

My favorite shop. Everyone that works there has been extremely pleasant and are vert knowledgeable. I've tried new things due to some of the employees recommending them. As long as I live in Mesa, I will continue going here.

I don't like the business model of having "budtenders".  I don't find them helpful, except for reading the labels (see below).  I asked a budtender what she meant by "high quality" and she got all snippy because she couldn't answer.  I think they just sell you whatever.  You don't even get a choice when wanting to buy the highest THC% weed, they show you one and don't say here's one a little lower THC, but much lower price.  Barely a discount when buying a higher quantity.  I just feel like I don't need nor want all the nonsense that the industry has started.AND, the DAMN PRINT on the labels is impossible to read!!!  Those last 4 lines is the important info!  I want a day when it's clearly priced and labeled.  I won't be purchasing any brand that comes in the those large plastic/glass containers for 3.5 g again either.  They need better suppliers or something.I'm the type of person that just wants to buy some really high level THC weed so I smoke less for a reasonable price.  I would prefer to buy a larger quantity to save $ and trips.  I think all the indica/sativa, blah, blah, blah is mostly hooey.  Just post the THC levels and price for 3.5g/8th, 1/2, ounce.  Heck, I want to buy it in cardboard packages already ground.  I don't care if it is a blend as long as thoroughly and legitimately tested.  I usually use a simple pipe.Yes, parking lot is way too small for traffic and dangerous!!!Other than this last purchase (Aeriz, Now & Later tastes like hay), the weed has been okay, though expensive.  Their brand was very good, but now they are out in higher THC levels.  I just started weed again since it became legal (I had a medical license years ago, but didn't renew it.  Another money-grubbing bunch of hooey.)  This place was Sky and Flower Shop seems pretty much the same.  I haven't been to others since it became legal for all, but I hope the business model gets much more simple and serious (testing/labeling).  Walk in, pick up your 1/2oz pack of XYZ brand 28% THC weed, pay, and leave.Need recommendations of a good weed shop.  Yes, price needs to come down.  Thinking of quitting again because too expensive.

My wife and I went to The Flower Shop yesterday to look at buying edibles.  This was our first time going into a dispensary, as well as first time looking at any products containing THC.  Once inside, the service was great. We worked with John, who was able to answer all of our questions and assist us with a purchase.Why only 3 stars for this review? Simple.......the security guard at the front door. He was rude when we first walked in the doors, and just as rude when we left. When we walked up to the door upon arrival, my wife and I both told him "hello" and "how are you". He said nothing as he just stared at us. When we left, we both said "thanks" as we passed him when we were leaving. His response? The same.....just stared at us and never uttered a word.Positive first impressions are important to any business striving for repeat customers, and as a result, we will not be back.

This dispensary is hidden in the tukee. Upon walking in, there is a nice waiting room. Behind the glass stands an employee taking your information. Once being admitted behind the glass, there are tables with small tablets with information about the strains with small samples to look at and smell. Nice. This time I did some research on helpful strains for me. It's hard not to go crazy and buy out the whole store. Since this was my first visit to the dispensary, I got some free flower and a hand rolled. I do have my eye on a little dab for next visit! A def place to return to!

Lame ass greedy management sends a text special sale of "select strains" which in reality are lesser, smaller popcorn buds. Classic bait and switch.  The budtender offered me their regular priced flower as an alternative.  LMAO. I walked out without spending a dime. I'll shop at Mint tommorow and drop $300-$400.  Sky GFY!!!

The road dawg flower was amazing. However the sky brand candy was the worst candy I've ever had.  Disgusting taste of bho And effects were very minimal.. after going back and spending another $200 on flower.  We told them we didn't like the candies and they instructed us to leave a review as that was all we could do.  Very rude poor customer service.. won't be going back ever again.  Too many options to be treated like that.

Been here 3-4 times, right around the corner from my house. Bud tenders are always friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan helped me out today and he was great, told me all about the cartridges and answered all my questions.  Great shop, will definitely be back

One of my favorite dispensaries in the valley. They usually have a good variety of concentrates, flowers and edibles in stock. Decent prices for quality meds, nice shop (clean and organized.)Also, all of the employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to offer a helping hand. The type of place where everyone knows everyone on first name basis Definitely don't want to miss this place!

my favorite days to go are Thursdays, because I love edibles, the thing that is the best to me is that they always have something new to try, therefore, I am not stuck trying the same thing over and over

Disliked my visit. The building is secluded and dingy to say the least. Atmosphere was boring and they had the Ceilings repaired while customers are coming and going. Very unhealthy for patients with underlying conditions. First time patient specials are useless. $50 for the house 1/8ths. That's 100+ for a quad, that's highway robbery. Hell , your local dealer would give you a half ounce for 100+. Never returning.

In honor of 420, figured a shout out to my favorite dispensary was in order. Super clean and professional shop, all of the Budtenders are very knowledgeable. I'm not a smoker:dabber, etc. Mostly I get a strain for anxiety and pain, and make my own edibles. The shop does have an extensive variety of edibles, with varying strength, keep that in mind because from batch to batch, I've had varying results. The peach gummies are my favorite. All of their products are loaded on an IPad, and your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. The building is behind Circle K, across from Bagel Man/EOS plaza, shares a car park with Four Points South Mountain.

Was not told that I had to spend a minimum charge of $30 over the phone. When I was going to pay for my medicine I was told if I paid with a debit card. I could get a free pre-roll so I decided to go ahead and do that thinking it would be a good deal. When I get home open the bag and find a different receipt inside with a different amount on the receipt then the one stapled to the front of my bag. Wasn't told about a fee for using my debit card. I look up the free pre-roll I'm leaving and was told there wasn't such a stran smells good but no taste very upset.

Sunflower Meds is always my first choice for a dispensary. The staff is very nice, knowledgable and I am always satisfied with my purchases!! I Definitely recommend!!

Disappointed in the direction the store has taken. Waited long enough to download yelp app install it and leave a review. This would be the second time I've had to wait 25-plus minutes pretty long time when Harvest right down the road and get you in and out they used to do a lot better then this used to be my number one store.

Please do not go to this dispensery!  I was just there last week and bought a 1000 ml vape cartridge for 70$. It started to leak in my pocket (and ruined a pair of pants) so i called the front desk and was told to come right in and they would exchange it for me no problem. When i arrive at the clinic im greeted by the same lady who rang me up last time. We even said hi to each other and talked about how she makes her own personal copper jewelry. Which she told me all about on my previous trip. But according to their shady computer system they have never seen me before as a patient. I have been to their mesa location numerous times and this location last week! She proceded to tell me that she could do absolutely nothing for me even though i was promised a return on the phone. Her best offer was since they have no record of me ever being a patient they would give me a first time patient special! Why would i want to buy more from a store that sells me 70$ faulty products and than lies to me about me ever being a patient! Its definitely illegal in Arizona to not keep accurate transaction records when dealing with medical Marijuana. Go anywhere but here. Shame on you and you poorly trained staff and management team.

And one of those places was sunflower. I got all of these strains at sunflower.        now, im not sayin they do this for everybody, but for me, every time i spend 420$, they give me 30$ credit. But they know me over there.

This is my first time at a dispensary ever Brandon is so helpful because I didn't know what I was doing.everyone was so kind and patient. This will definitely be my spot of choice! This is by far the best dispensary in this area. Even though there are many places that are closer to my house I come here! The staff can't be beat. They are very knowledgeable on all products as well as very professional. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places & top quality. They usually have a special of the day which they message me to let me know. They also are now open 7 days a week which is very convenient!

When I first got there it was an unusual location. But as soon as I got through the door I was greeted and taken care of once I got in. The service was great and felt like I got a solid deal. Other customers were friendly and it wasn't packed inside. Also lots of variety will be back soon.

Pleasantly surprised. I went to this location when it used to be Sunflower. I was not happy with Sunflower but thought I'd give Sky a try. Great first time patient BOGO deals. Staff was much friendlier, knowledgeable and the overall look and feel was cleaner than Sunflower. The building itself isn't glamorous and not aesthetically pleasing but if interior design isn't a concern .. haha, I would recommend this place.

This place rocks. The staff is super helpful without being overwhelming. I like that they let me take my time in there and let me look myself. Not only that but these guys have the best flower hands down. My favorite is space alien og. My pain was basically gone on that strain. There edibles are good and well priced. I very much recommend this place.

This dispensary is out here in Ahwatukee. It is a nice place with many fresh strains to choose from. Great concentrates. They are house made concentrates at way under the local average price..I tried a some distilled thc in a vape pen and i instantly felt great. My body felt relaxed my mind felt productive. Beautiful!!! Great flower selection. Check leafly for other deals.. Will be back again real soon.

Sunflower Meds is only the second dispensary that I have been to, but I was very impressed. The staff is fantastic, they were great at answering my many questions, and helping me find the perfect strains that were best for me. To top it off, their prices are the best of all the Phoenix dispensaries I have researched. This will be my regular go to store. Thank you,David S.

You ask your customers to review honestly and then reply back with something kinda rude when it's not something positive. You encourage others to post honest reviews on all review boards otherwise and will give free stuff if someone shows you a 5 star review. BUT since you don't like what I have to say, you get catty and welcome me to come back knowing I left without buying anything and wouldn't come back. You're a "medical" facility maybe act professional and not be mean to someone willing to speak about their interaction in an honest way.

Way overpriced! $50 1/8th is the cheapest available......... down the road they sell same quality flower for $95 an OZ!

My wife and I have been using this dispensary, along with others, for several years. After the last time, they lost us as a customer. It's just a build up of a lot of things.For one, they are WAY higher priced for the exact same products as the other dispensaries near us. Like 50% higher, in some cases. For example, my wife had bought a product at Sky, only to find out that another dispensary had it for 40% cheaper. She asked that dispensary why it was so cheap, and the other dispensary told us that that brand had recently reduced prices. So she called up Sky to inquire about why they had priced it so high when the prices were supposed to come down, and Sky's story was they had bought it for more, so they'd continue selling it at the higher price until they sold out of that stock. Well we're not about to pay 40% too much for something just because they made a bad purchase. It's called the cost of doing business. They refused to exchange or refund the product. On top of that, the only reason my wife bought that overpriced product was because the employee at Sky gave her incorrect information about competing products she was actually intending to buy. Again, we had to get the correct information somewhere else, in this case from the vendor. Also, their deals are poor. Other competing dispensaries send me texts and emails and their deals are good and they tell you the truth. As another Yelper noted, Sky omits key details from their deals that they spring on you when you show up, like that the sale flower is tiny, low-quality buds and not their normal product. And finally, their selection is poor. They seem to be pushing their own low-quality Sky brand products, and over time cutting other competing brands from their inventory. We don't like their brand, so pass. So if they mostly only carry their own crappy stuff, have uneducated employees, and WAY overprice everything, why would we go back here? There's too many other good options to stick with Sky. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Your wallet will thank you.

Great service. I am new to buying flower and not too sure how to buy or purchase the flower but the front lady who helped me was great at explaining everything and telling me how to purchase it all. Great customer service I felt very confident and comfortable about what I was buying.

I placed an order online.  Went there when i got confirmation that the order was ready.  There was a sign on the door that said they closed at 8pm.  It was 7:49 and they wouldnt let me in.  They said the register was closed.  Customers were coming out the door.  I will never patronize this dispensary.

This is my favorite spot. I've been coming here the past 3 years I think?! I've never had a bad experience here and I have never thought that the prices were high. They always wanna take care of me and get me the best deals when I'm looking to save some money. I love this place and I highly recommend. And now that they have glass, I want to buy one they look so dope!

I've been going here since I got my medical marijuana card.  The people who've helped me have always been really nice.  But I was having trouble finding a good topical.  I pretty much tried them all til I found something that worked perfectly for me!!!Then yesterday, what a difference!!!!  They'd made new changes, security at the door, everything was different.  I couldn't get my regular stuff that works so well.  The only thing I could think caused this was them getting ready to serve the public too.  I'll miss the quiet shopping atmosphere and being able to get what I came for.  Hopefully once public and medical, it won't

This is the place for MMJ users for sure, a good selection of products that are proven and of great quality. Unlike most dispensaries the THC content is much higher for a lesser price.The building is brand new renovated, clean with a very personable, friendly staff.  The manager, Manny is by far the best advisor on product. This is the guy that really makes this place unique.  He's a great guy that makes the staff so outstanding. Anyone at the Flower Store is very capable and they ALWAYS look for discounts. This is a well ran business and I intend to continue business for years to come.It would be a profound mistake to go anywhere else. This place is Garbage! I used to come here all the time but now they have NO points no birthday specials and the parking sucks. I highly recommend do not go here they will rip you off if you are a true bud smoker! Been smoking since 89, this place is trash!!!

I used to go to the Ahwatukee location where I used to live now I come to this one on Mesa, I live in this area now. I can’t say I’ve had a great experience but can’t say I’ve had a bad one either sometimes it’s good services and sometimes you get okay service depending on business. The environments clean, it’s small inside but you end up waiting in line but it goes fast! They have good products selection.

Great place, people and product! Right down street from me. Very Convenient and a great selection New 2021 update ! With legal recreational now in Arizona I had not been in since Recreation Sales started and was worried about how things may have changed. I had heard about long lines some people waiting up to 3 hours! Well as a patient I was glad to see how organized the process was setup 2 security guards directing people to one of two lines Recreational that extended to the end of the building and the line for Patients which had no one in it. I was immediately directed to the patients line and had my business done and was on the way home in 15 mins. Patients get priority! I love it! I was so worried about availability and a long wait. Very pleasantly surprised! The Flower Shop is my favorite and I can't say enough good about how I am taken care of.! I give them another 5 Stars for a total of 10!
