My boyfriend and I went here for the first time the other day...and probably the last. While the bud tenders are great, nice building...the prices are RIDICULOUS!! A gram of cannabis for $16. With two strands "on sale" for $12 a gram. They kept saying "but the quality", I'll get to that in a minute. We are deal shoppers and will drive quite a distance to get a deal, so maybe that's why we weren't impressed. It is also the only dispensary we have been to in all of Phoenix and the surrounding areas, from San Tan Valley to Prescott and Sedona, that don't give free pre rolls for anything, including reviews. Seems they are trying to corner a niche market of people who don't mind spending double what you pay for good bud elsewhere. I get it, it's cold when it comes out, super fancy. The actual flower we purchased (2 $16 grams) was really good. Not worth double the amount of what competitors charge...and the fact that they just don't do deals...turns me off and gives me no reason to go back. On average we spend about $100-150 per trip to any given dispensary, that's weekly, because this place was SO EXPENSIVE, we walked out spending $32 between the two of us and only got 2 grams!!??!! Something's just not right about that!! Hopefully Kind Meds clicks on to the fact that deals bring people in the door and make them spend more money...it's pretty simple :)

Good guys, but their pre rolls absolutely suck. They taste bad and run every. Single. Time. Who rolls those?

This place definitely lives up to its name, they showed us nothing but kindness and understanding  to our situation. To Gabe and Albert my family and I thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. My dad said he also appreciates everything you have done!!! Thank you!!!!

Yes stop here, you will not be disappointed! Very quick convenient easy. Plenty of parking, nice and knowledgeable staff. Top Quality with every flower every time.. unheard of! There's always a couple Cats roaming in the Garden area(keep the mice away) maybe leave them a treat meow.

I would just like to say the staff here is very knowledgeable very friendly. The quality of their flower is amazing it definitely helps with my pain. As a new patient there are awsome deals for your 1st and second and 3 visits and after that they now have a flower special on certain days which is great. They also have other special. I like the fact that I can look at their website and see what is on their menu what is available. I started coming here about a year ago have not gone anywhere else definitely a great place to go for quality and awesome friendly staff.

First off- super hard to find this shop. The location is a business suite. It is similar to a deli style set up. I was surprised to find they only have top shelf or premium flower. They keep it prepackaged and in the fridge for freshness which is nice for sure. The quality is definitely there but they are in a weird location and the prices for the quality don't match up to the small range of products they do carry. First patient deal wasn't great but it's always nice to save a little. The staff were super friendly and helpful which was definitely a bonus! I only went here because I was in the area- and saw them on leafly. I didn't check menu beforehand due to a small sense of urgency but definitely recommend people look before they get there.

Great experience. I was a first time customer and I will be back. It was tucked away and a little more difficult to locate than expected, but that made it nice for me personally. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and was able to help me find the perfect product. There was also no wait, which may have been due to the time of day, but it was definitely nice to get in and out without sitting in a waiting room. Five stars!! Definitely worth checking out!

I haven't smoked the bud I received yet .. but really weird location for this dispensary. They do keep all top shelf bud and it is all refrigerated so if you don't refrigerate it when you get home I bet it drys out super quick ! Normally bud stores cook needs to always be stored at that temp !The bud tenderer was helpful but I wasn't blown away with the service ! The first time patient special of 20% off your entire purchase isn't that great .. not something I would go out of my way for ! I will update this post as soon as I try the bud ! They had a lot of familiar strains ! Original 2/5/19

Ok I just left this place been here 3 times before no problem. The owner or manager or whoever that overly aggressive and rude man is was vet off putting and I wanted out of there ASAP. 50$ for an eighth of cream brûlée and I'm sorry I already know it's not worth it. So lesson learned I won't be back. Last couple times I was here I really liked the bud tender I had but I did not see him there tonight.

Ive been coming to this dispensary a lot because i really love the staff, the products & the excellent service i receive. I only purchase cartridges & i love the choices that Kind Meds offers. The staff is actually genuine. I never get the feeling that they're just trying to sell me a product, they actually want me to walk out of their shop with the best product to fit my medical needs. I'm a loyal customer to Kind Meds.

I love their dispensary I just wish that the flower wasn't so dry it makes it hard to smoke and it tastes so nasty but the people are nice I know the environment

I was a frequent client of Kind for over 2 years until the Mask thing happened and their true colors came out. The prices weren't great, and the quality is low. Anyway, I continued until today when the staff made it clear; for someone like me who can't clinically wear a mask, they did not have any accommodation. Instead, I was told "you need to put on a MASK or GET OUT". "We're not giving you any business without a MASK". "Those are the RULES"Well okay! That marks the end of my patronage of this children-run drug hive. Hey Kind, lower your prices, improve your quality, and fire your staff.

Hella nice hella informed looks like a nice Denver dispo. They have lost of stuff. No student discount. They got the dream water or melatonin water. Call and ask if they got strains we went for the "Ricky Sanchez" but they were out! So if you see a new strain ‍ ‍ don't power walk. Preroll is about 15 but they got the fancy fancy! Go here first then look at other places.

The only place that I want to buy my medication from. Great quality worth every cent. The people who work here are more than Amazing. They are polite, helpful, fun, & always willing to give my picky ass what I want. I feel very blessed to be so close to this place I hope they never leave or move. I like that it's private and kind of tucked away, people are judgmental. The quality is one of a kind here, I spend money here almost every two weeks and there is always some kind of deal or discount. Great too keep in mind, is come in here on holidays, it's important but also they have better deals then usual. The product here is Really great, I can't stress how important it is for me to have great quality of medication, I don't ever feel like I wasted my money. I do ALWAYS get my monies worth and I feel great when I walk in and say "I need something that will Knock me out, make me happy, and Not make me trip out or give me anxiety" and they pull out something good.  Thank you Kind Meds.you really impress me.

This place is a little pricey but they have amazing flower. It's all high quality stuff. I found the staff to be very helpful and polite and had no wait time

KNOW THE DEAL BEFORE YOU PAY:: Be careful when dealing with this dispensary! You will have to inform your bud tenders if there are any deals or specials going on. Otherwise they will charge you full price! I had to go to the ATM and pay the fee when my order was 22$ less than I was told initially. And when you call and discuss it with a manager (Gabe) he will be rude and talk over you. He is unprofessional and childish. Instead of noticing their error and apologizing he continued to talk over me and tell me that I was being rude and told me to never come back...I'll send my friends :

Popped because I needed some extracts.  They always have quality products and service.  My go to spot in the area.

I went in for the very 1st time today, everyone were so nice and took their time helping me!! Trust me their name is absolutely the way they treat their patients KIND and extremely informative 😊

I don't know if they're under new management or if it's because they just have an overall better team now, but lately Kind has been my favorite spot. Staff has been helpful, it can get a little pricey since they do $15s for flower, but the quality has been worth it and they prep their phone orders fast af.

This place was convenient because I live close by, so I was a regular however, my last experience here was horrible, i got sold 2 EXPIRED edibles, they were expired by 2 months (CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS) and they were selling this to customers, I brought it to their attention, all I got was a refund, not including the tax, and 30% off my next purchase. Keep in mind I WAS a regular customer, but the way they handled this situation was completely unprofessional. Their general manager is completely unaware of anything and is clueless, and half the employees are too!

Worst customer service ever, never again will I give my hard earned money. Over charge like a mother, and I tip the staff Accordingly. Mint hooked it up with more for my buck. It really sucks, i liked the staff but remember. The customers don't remember the many good time they had, but remember the bad times they had. I will definitely remember this.

This was my go to spot. Best quality I'd found in the valley. I'd buy ounce once a month and was only disappointed with the Rick Sanchez on one occasion. However the change to recreational seems to have killed their passion and quality control. The last ounce i purchased is very low grade and tastes awful. I am sad to say I'll have to find a new spot. Edit 8/4 : A week has passed since I emailed you the details of my bad experience and I have gotten radio silence. I spend over $3000 a year at your shop. If that's the way you treat a loyal customer you deserve to lose them for good. What is the point of telling me to reach out if you are going to ignore me? Good PR optics? I gave you 2 stars based on good interactions in the past, but it seems one star is more appropriate.
