Quality products, but horribly mismanaged. With so many other options available don't bother going here.

Today (4/4/20) they offered $10 1/8ths curbside pickup! Which was awesome, I thought. I placed my order at noon (they close at 8pm), I got a confirmation email and a text saying it was being packed. A few hours later I got another text saying they apologize for all the delays blah blah. I never got my order. No text to come pick it up, so I called and they said my order was nonexistent. So now I don't get the deal that over 400 other people did because they fucked up AND they explicitly said they will not honor the price even tho I have a confirmation email. What a JOKE!!

Over priced and ignorant on the phone. Zero responsibility for their website and online orders. Called in for clarity and met with a shoulder shrug dismissive mentality.   Unfortunately Michigan is riddled with establishments that care only if you have a medical card... otherwise you're nothing but a cash cow. Come in get your wallet milked and get out.

Curbside isn't figured out yet. They tell you to stay in the car...... yet they help 3 people who pulled in after me that walked up the door while completely ignoring me in the car. I texted them make model and color. Waited over 30 mins in parking lot to watch other people be helped who arrived after me. With all the other options out there go somewhere else.

I loved everything about this place and will be going back again. Great experience and great staffing all around good shop !!

Best dispo around - all of the people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable that work there! Weed is pricey but quality over everything.. think about all that cheap weed your buying that was probably drenched in pesticides... no thank you!!Love this place. Been going here since rec became available.

The first time I went to Skymint, I was totally unimpressed with anything about it. It was expensive, and offered nothing special-fast forward and they are now up there with my favorite dispo in Ann Arbor. I signed up for text alerts and I get amazing coupons. Curbside delivery is amazing, with the exception the employees cannot accept tips! And they won't! Not sure of the reason, but the employees are so honest! Flower is amazing every time I get it. Frequent about monthly. Give it a try!

Nice enough facility (clean/safe), okay weed (mids), super easy returns (which is not the case with most other dispensaries), but all in all, p1ss poor customer service. They gave me the wrong product, then after driving all the way back there to make the return, they just swapped out the product for the right one and sent me on my way.This is the kind of service that makes dispensaries die out. If this happened at my dispensary, the patient would have gotten to keep the wrong product AND gotten the credits to purchase the correct one. Forcing patients to come back to you (not a quick/simple drive for me) to make up for YOUR mistakes, and then not even make it up to them? That's not impressive under any light, and I will not be coming back here.

Cool space and very helpful employees.  Close to everything and easy curbside pick up.  Their flower is the best in town and I love their daily deals and happy hours!

A good friend of mine and I were discussing sleep (or lack thereof).  I happened to be out of Ohio on business in Michigan near Ann Arbor. He suggested Skymint - Ann Arbor for an exploratory view of recreational cannabis. I stopped never having indulged in this "legal" world.  What a leap forward this business has taken. Judging from Skymint's upfront security measures before entry and the attention to service once buzzed-in to the Sanctum of Cannabis, I must have smiled from ear-to-ear.  The floor staff listened to my sleep disorders and also listened when I said I had been over reactive to the cannabis THC (aka Vertigo spells).  I walked out with two types of low-dose gummies for sleep and they are wonderful.  It takes only half-a-bite of one to slay me in 45 mins.  Buh bye Waking World.  Hello Dreamland.  I thought the store was well-appointed and handled matters with class.  So my take is visit Skymint - Ann Arbor to try out some of life's more natural sleep aids.

I love the setup of this store. I love that they have products on display and you can walk through, verses everything being tucked away behind the counter. Friendly and helpful staff. This is my favourite A2 dispensary I've found.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETENTION by the Ann Arbor manager today....I was texted this TARGETED text offer for purchases that I had made in June (in other words they were aware of my purchase history, hence the offer). I did not have the receipt like the offer said in the text, so I made a phone call to the store. I informed the store that I did not have the receipt and asked if they could look up my purchase via My Rewards membership and my ID. I asked if those would be enough to utilize this coupon. I was told that was most likely the case and to come on in.So I drove 10 miles to go there during my lunch break, down industrial with all the construction, based on this phone call. When I arrived the manager met me at the purchase counter, I informed him of the phone call I had, who I talked to, and what was the scenario.The manager absolutely refused to look up my information or to honor the coupon, and said I had to have the printed receipt, and that someone should have told me when I made the purchase.I informed him that no one told me anything about the receipt offer at either time of purchase, and that you are blaming the customer for something that one of your staff did not do (during a period in which they were busy during a sale). Lunch hour lost, gas lost, all a waste. He was absolutely adamant and not budging. He had zero desire to work with the customer or have any type of customer with retention whatsoever. While as a customer the manager viewed me as expendable, he fails to see that Skymint is but one fish in a sea of many in the Washtenaw market. His service just has, and will continue to dissolve your market share, even as miniscule as he may view it. I had been referring every user that I know there.I've spent a lot of money here and I doubt that's going to continue to be the case based on this absolutely poor customer service.It would be one thing if when I called they said no we just cannot honor that without the printed receipt. It was something completely different telling me that more than likely they could, and to come on In. THEN after I made the trip, to do absolutely nothing to help me based on their phone call. I'm livid, and will be telling others of my experience here for sure. Not that they care.

I'm from Ann Arbor but moved about an hour away. Well I'm back in the area and was looking for a dispensary to go to. I went here and let's just say I'm so glad I did. I will be back, for multiple reasons: 1) they assisted me super quickly 2) I went inside and it's very clean, organized, sophisticated and upscale looking. They sell shirts, hats, pipes, pens, you name it, everything! I ended up buying almost $260 worth but since it was my first time I ended up paying $210 or something around there! They were out of stock on one of the cartridges I wanted so they took it out of the display case to give me which I truly greatly appreciated. (Talk about above and beyond! Thank you Ryan behind the counter! She was so nice!!) curbside is super fast too, I ended up buying more later that day and it was finished within 5 minutes of me ordering it. This is my GO-TO and ONLY dispensary I'm going to, now!!!!

Great products and service. Tyler was friendly and helpful. I had difficulty pulling up rewards information on my phone but he took care of it for me, applying the best discount I had available and saving me about 30% off the total.

Have experienced 4 dispensaries so far ... This one ranks 3rd. They have some decent deals on shake, however I soon found whole bud, high THC ounces for $125 at PUFF. The feel is a little hippie... Very earthy. I waited for ten minutes before I could get a budtender to notice me. The cashier over charged me and provided no first time discounts. The Platinum OG was... OK. I would only return if I had no transportation and it was the only place available. There is so much room for improvement.

Camden and Matt are my 2 favorite bud tenders at Skymint. They are both super friendly, knowledgeable and patient (lol, I usually have a lot of questions!). Employees like them (& the great specials/deals) are the reasons Skymint is our favorite shop. In Ann Arbor, the competition is fierce, but they continue to earn our business!
