BAD EXPERIENCE. Called ahead to make sure I would have enough to get what I wanted. They do not do prices over the phone but told me they had what I wanted for under 40 dollars plus a ten percent discount because I have a med card. I walk two miles and once I get there I could not afford what I wanted it was 50 dollars with no discount based on med cards. I expressed my frustration and one woman was very nice but everyone else kind of shrugged it off. It is hard for me to get places so I like to make sure what I need is there before I make the journey. They did not offer a discount for the mistake or an alternative with the amount of money I had. This was my first and last experience at this dispensary. Try arborside if you want a better experience.

We like to treat ourselves at times, and during across the state travel makes one more indulgent. We stopped at High Profile, having been there several times now. We are always greeted with kind friendly service and the assistance working on the counter really know their product. Join as a member and you can save when you add points. Thank you to those who keep high profile riding in a place is always clean and has clean restrooms.

This was our first time here and the dude with the dreads was awesome. He hooked us up with the pre-roll for a .1. The service was legit and quick. I definitely recommend them & we will back..

friendly customer service & pickup was available earlier than expected. didn’t have to wait at all and the girls working there were super kind. got a little freebie to go! thanks for a great experience i’ll be back :)))

I've been to a few different high profile locations and all of them are in another class of dispensary. Ann Arbor have kind and knowledgeable staff, not to mention the top quality products for really reasonable prices. The daily deals are out of this world and the points system builds up really quickly. Come give high profile a shot,you will not regret it!
