Compassionate and professional staff, and well located in a historic downtown building.

Came here during hash bash. I wasn't insanely impressed with the prices....  but that's because I'm used to Detroit dispensaries. Anyways, the membership process was very quickly especially on a very busy day. Their Gelato Glue is hands down one of the best flowers I have smoked ever. I got $40 for 3.5g as a deal and I would happily pay for $60/3.5, it's just so good. They had complementary edibles that day and many more deals going on. A lot of concentrates there but I didn't see a lot of edibles, it may have possibly been like that because of hash bash. Location is great. Friendly staff, too.

Staff was very friendly, even as a first time customer speaking to the budtender was a nice convo. Would smoke from them again

I love this place. Friendly and knowledgable staff. They take debit cards. And they have a parking lot!

It was the worst dispensers I went to. Poor staff.they even ripped off by 10 dollars. Pick any of the other places.

Old dry bud and way, way over-priced. The launch of recreational weed sales has shown how little their think of their customers - over charging for crappy product and bring somewhat arrogant. Could have launched with class but made the experience a huge disappointment. Will never be back

So I really wanted to give this place 5 stars and about 2 months ago I would have. I drive from Berkley, Mi to come here. Today I was really disappointed with the customer service. The Bud-Tender working this morning was rude and short. My friend and I both licensed came in. We are used to getting really friendly customer service there. She treated us as if we were wasting her time. My friend asked a question and she answered as if my friend was dumb for asking. Left a really bad taste in our mouths. She shouldn't work the counter.Looks like we'll stick with our other favorite spot in A2.

I went this morning and was greeted by a blonde woman with tattoos. Didn't get her name. I inquired about the loyalty program and told her I used up my card, but due to COVID 19 they weren't taking cards anymore. I told her that I was told they were tracking purchases online and not to worry about it. I tried several times to explain it to her but she just didn't get it. She exploded and said I was being rude. Walked away without taking my money and said she was getting her manager. He came out and understood exactly what I was asking. He came out, completed my purchase and gave me my answer. He also said they were discontinuing the loyalty program. There are too many dispensaries that treat their customers with respect and honor loyalty programs. BTW... there was a lady in the car next to me who overheard the conversation. She said it was her first time and she wouldn't come back due to this employee attitude. I feel the same way. All this employee had to do is say "I don't really understand what you are asking. Let me get my manager to help you ". She did get her manager but only after she had her meltdown. I've been here several times with no issues. I'll be choosing one of the other dispensaries from now on.

Well visiting from Pennsylvania and they checked my PA Medical Marijuana Card and with a bit of paperwork let me purchase so a very excellent dispensary with a good variety of products.

My friends and I arrived just as the dispensary was opening.  There was a line, but the friendly woman workIng the front desk did her best to keep the line moving and get people inside quickly.  Brian was super helpful at the buying desk, taking his time to explain the differences in products and guiding my friends and me towards the right products for our recreational use.  Arbors had a better selection than another place we visited the previous day and their prices were competitive.  Looking forward to returning.

Went to the wrong dispensary but came in anyway. Customer service was pretty short and rude. No knowledge at all on the flowers, regarding hybrids. Treated us like hurry up and buy. Never been to a dispensary where you couldn't smell the flower and she was holding it as if we were going to take it and run. Oh and extremely high for recreational users. I paid 78 for 3.5 and shouldn't have purchased that. They're getting over.Unpleasant experience that I didn't want to buy anything else in there and will not BE BACK. That girl that help act like she worked at 7-11

I was excited about this place. Waited in line an hour and got ripped off. I was purchasing what the menu said was 1 gram of the Melonade concentrate and 1 gram of the GMO Concentrate that were $65 a piece. I get home and they were both ,5 gram containers. I called to let them save face and bo call back. Beware they are slick and will Rob you. I'll be going to there competition for sure. And I'm letting people know how they do business.

This place is cool because it's convenient and they're pretty fast my only issue is I feel like I spend a ton of money here and probably will continue lol--however it seems like they really don't care or appreciate  Rec customers???. There's no kind of point/ reward system or special rewards for regulars a few times some bud tenders will throw a gummy in but yeah that's all I got...

Visited the dispensary this past rainy weekend, not knowing if there'd be a line out the door as I've heard the was when they first started selling recreational cannabis. Thankfully, there was not. If your not a medical patient, you have to wait at the front (technically, side) door to be let inside. It kinda felt being in line at a club that was at capacity - you can enter when people leave. Inside reminded me of a bank lobby with velvet ropes marking off a short queue that took guests past an ATM before getting to the front of the line. I knew it was cash only so I was prepared and we continued ahead and was guided to the next available... dealer? Somewhat of a limited selection compared to what I was expecting. Plus, there are daily limits on how much of each type of product you're able to purchase. It looked like these daily limits changed from day to day. On that day, each person could only buy 3 edibles each. That's individual edibles which were $5 for 10mg. Everything else seemed pricey. Carts were $70 each after the state's cut and taxes. Flower seemed pricey too. Not sure if I remember this correctly but it might have been around $70 for an 1/8th. They only had a few strains, mostly hybrids; don't recall seeing any sativa-dominant strains. The guy helping us said that medical patients have different, lower prices which is good to know.

Wow the way this place has changed - terrible! They had a great system to sell upscale cannabis in a medical-only situation. Once Marijuana became recreational, this place flipped. There is now crazy confusing rules for recreational customers, but they are one of the few local ones that allow you to go if you are 21+ without a medical card. They are capitalizing off of that and selling mediocre weed. I have a MM card, and I will DEFINITELY be going elsewhere. $16 pre-rolls? What I can buy it for $8 elsewhere with higher quality. Y'all are crazy!

Easy in/out! Buzzed in to a friendly staff that had my online order packaged and ready to go. So, after a good conversation, I was on my way and deciding yes, I would come back here, again.

It was my first time coming to a dispensary. I had a wry positive experience, sorry I forgot the name of the person who was helping me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchased some items at a discount on a Saturday, and came in on Sunday to pick them up. The price listed was listed on the receipt without the sales price. Nick, the associate who assisted me, without hesitation, adjusted the price back to the sale price, AND threw in a gummy for my troubles, which ended up being my fault in the first place, for picking up my items 24 hours after I had placed the order. Very accomodating, always professional and friendly. Love this place!

Staff helpful, prices reasonable, products really high quality, my husband has tried other dispensaries and always prefers the selection here. Kate and other staff members frequently throw in freebies, too.

Is a really good dispensary and the help is friendly. Plus you get 10% discount if you have a medical card. Unlike other dispensaries in the area they take either credit card or cash.

Very clean process is super smooth & quick but nothing is ever quick when you deal with all the variety they offer. WHICH IS AWESOME. Good vibes here

I love this place. Its a great place to go for first time buyers since they have a screen at every window so you can visually see what you're purchasing. The staff is always friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

First visit here today was great, was in and out quick n easy. Excellent products, service n good prices. Art show going on again made even better!

Without a doubt, Arbors Wellness is one of the best experiences I've had at a recreational shop. Service was very quick and prices were more than reasonable. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and made sure I left with products that fit my specific needs. (Sorry I didn't remember your name to give you a shout out.) I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.
