waited in line for hours only to have store close minutes before at front. staff was then very rude when customers expressed concern over this... I will not be back again. There are other better places nearby...

The line was over 5 hours long and there's no accountability or information available anywhere. Products are outrageously expensive and the guy who attended us was too high he couldn't count the money kept asking me for more. A complete disaster that is very easy to avoid. It's a no for me dawg.

Still sucks for us who are in pain with limited incomes. You guys are profits over Patient's and disgusting.

I have been coming here for about 6 months, when I got my Medical Card.  Bud tenders were always knowledgeable and helpful.  Separate entrance and priority for medical card holders over recreational (which I believe is required).  Good prices.Now with the curbside, I have had two less than positive experiences and will be utilizing other dispensaries until at least they are running normally.My first issue was a couple weeks ago.  Granted it was on a Saturday, but if they can't handle the crowds, they shouldn't take the orders. I placed my order and had a pick-up time between 3:00-3:15.  I arrived at 3:06 and was directed to a holding lot to be confronted with 15-20 cars waiting.  I informed the guard I was medical and he said "doesn't matter, we only have one line."  He said the wait was at least an hour.  I called in, cancelled my order, and went to another A2 dispensary that accommodated me in about 30 minutes.Today, a Tuesday, I put in an order and selected a pick-up time of 12:00-12:15.  I arrived promptly at noon and was sent to the same holding lot as my order was not yet ready.  At 12:30, I called and was informed my order had not been filled yet but they would move me up to front as I was medical.  About 10 minutes later I received the text saying my order was ready and I was able to proceed to the line of cars in front of the dispensary.  About 10 minutes later I finally had my product and was on my way.Bottom line-Medical should always have priority and if too many customers you need to cut off the recreational buyers.  Hopefully it will get better after the normal procedures are back in place, but until then I will be shopping elsewhere.

Drove up from Ohio to partake in MI new recreational laws.  The line is what the line is....Long...  Not much they could have done about the number of people there.  The thing I will say is the process to get in was terrible.  You wait in a huge tent at first, once you finally get through that line you go into the lobby.  Here they take your license, scan it and enter info into the database.  This process took way to long, it actually made the wait much longer.  1 person entered all the people in lines info.   If they had more people doing this it would speed up the process exponentially.  My main complaint was with my so called "bud tender".  Went in and told him I was interested in edibles of the sativa variety to help me sleep.  My boyband bud tender with his frosted tips told me that they didn't have any sativa edibles but proceeded to insist that most of the brands don't even label the that anymore so that doesn't matter.  So I asked him why it is labeled in CA, WA,OR,NV and CO.  He didn't really have much of an answer for me.  Would have been way cooler if he just told me they didn't have them in stock instead of trying to sell me other stuff. My reason for even giving them any stars was for the 2 black guys working security on the line and the door.  They were both super nice and helpful try to explain to the huge crowd the process.  They were the highlight of the trip.  My recommendation for any out of towners would be to wait till more shops open in the near future.  I'm sure the lines will die down once there are more options.  On the flip side the guys at stateline wellness were super nice, they just didn't currently have any edibles in stock so that is why we ended up in Ann Arbor.  Do you research and call ahead if you can!

Traveling through Michigan and decided to stop at this dispensary to try it out. Had a pick up time of 12:15 and we left 1:30. They did call us to let us know a product we wanted was out of stock, but they also charged us for 5 pre rolls and we only got 4. Pennsylvania dispensaries are a much smoother operation, so this was sad to see in Michigan. This was overall an aggravating waste of time and money. We will not try this facility again since there are so many other options.

Excellent service & products! Online ordering is really easy & the pick up process is quick. They will have your items ready & you can choose a time to pick up. Will definitely return!

Love being able to place my order and schedule pick-up when storefront is not even open yet. Very organized and always seem to be "trying" to make changes to speed the process along. When a change didn't work, they quickly went back to the old method of moving traffic through. Friendly.... always have a dog biscuit for my buddy.

Excellent, speedy, and friendly service! I'm not from Michigan and they made the process very easy for someone who wasn't familiar with the process. Although they were out of delivery slots for the time I wanted, it's nice to know that service is available!

Love Exclusive! I've been going since they opened and I've always had a great experience. Their budtenders are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their products are great and there is an enormous variety! It's my one stop bud shop :)

They made the process as fast and smooth as possible. Definitely will be back! Friendly fun staff!

I have been there twice now. The first time they had put out heaters and were passing out hot chocolate. They work very hard to ensure that the line goes as fast as possible while still being super nice and helpful

The short is they're greedy. The entire experience was negative as well. I waited in a tent outside for an hour and a half to get into another line in a small room for 30min to finally get into the dispensary and wait in another line for 30min to be helped by someone who took my order, handed me a receipt and sent me to another line for 30min waiting for someone to fill it. They are very proud to say that they don't run out of anything but that's because they have a very limited amount that each customer is allowed to purchase which doesn't matter much since the cost is at least four times what I have paid anywhere else in the entire country. Yes, at least four times the cost anywhere in the country. Download their app and see the cost for yourself to save you the trip. I hope more recreational stores open with honest prices and run places like this out of business.

After spending my first few months trying lots of the local dispensaries, this has become my go to place. They have an amazing assortment of products, always have new things. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have great things on sale. Easy parking and location, definitely highly recommend.

One of the worst places to get GOOD Weed from. Ive visited this place multiple times & All the workers in there are noobs when it comes to weed & are overly geeked to do their job. I actually enjoy smoking GAS and this place right here might have 1-2 good strains on hand at anytime. The rest is just low grade sativa that tastes like dirt. And DON'T forget the price. I paid $85 for some OK weed from this place. It's a total rip off, I'd rather risk my safety & BUY SOME STREET WEED. I guarantee you, you'll get much higher at a MUCH LOWER PRICE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This place doesn't even deserve a star placed an order with a pick up time proceeded to their parking lot at the pick up time wasn't ready no third text had to call order wasn't ready was told to wait 10 minutes 35 minutes later I called again after I speak to them all the sudden I get the third text saying it's ready after sweating my ass off in my car for 45 to 50 minutes I've had it I will not be returning to this place there are far better places with much better deals

Long wait times but it is expected. The security and budtenders are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they have PLENTY of inventory!!! I will definitely be back the next time that I'm in Michigan

They are the best around! Very efficient with the system they have in place and the staff are very professional. The plastic medical containers are way better than the bags you sometimes give I find a lot of shake at the bottom of those that's impossible to get out. You guys could totally recycle them ask customers to bring them back with their next visit!!

Been here a few times, long lines are still happening which isn't why I gave 3 stars. The budtender that "helped" us was awful. Security and front desk staff are great. But maybe the help should be customer friendly if they are working with the public

The people who worked there were very rude... especially the little Italian or Mexican guy he screamed at multiple customers for no reason telling them to leave... was highly unprofessional and a complete ass ..: drove 40 mins to o get there and he was my first interaction. Honestly worst customer service ever ... everyone else was nice but he ruined my experience

I do not want to go anywhere else. I am new to the medical industry. The group of workers here are super nice! They made me feel so comfortable! It's also open everyday!!

Great store - it's very clean and I appreciate the variety. I have used the online ordering and it's been very efficient. The only critique I would have is that I was told they accept Medical cards from Virginia and so I visited to be told right before I checked out that my card would not be accepted. The employees there are super helpful!

Do yourself a favor and just check out this place at least once. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It is more expensive than you'd normally spend, but their flower is so much nicer. Expect long lines on the weekend, but it is in a heated tent. FYI - they have an app where you can online order and get more information on everything they have available that day. Also, if you had a long drive, there are porta potties.

It would have been nice to go inside and see everything, but curbside is nice also!  Had a little trouble ordering from the app but google saved the day !!!

Lol o boy here we goooo I'm from La but have smoked REAL GAS!!!!! from all over. This place is a absolute over priced JOKE! Don't get me wrong they have plenty of options but 90% of the flower is dried up garbage that tastes terrible. I smoke real weed with flavor and profile. I spent over a grand when I stopped in just because I wanted to try most of the flavors. Highly highly disappointed only flavor that was even close to the level of what I smoke was the Pinnacle Gorilla Glu. Which they charge 400 an ounce for lol. Same ounce of gas I can get for 175-200 on the street. Even grabbed some of there so called MOON ROCKS for 35 a gram lmao it was also . Come onnn now exclusive 35 a G for some BS YOU should be ashamed. Next time I'll pass on them they gave me a terrible experience for my first time in Mi. The plus to this experience was that Everyone was cool from security to bud tender but product is trash! Next time I'm in town will def not be stopping here any suggestions locals?????

It was literally my second time going to any dispensary ever, and they were great. I walked in and was met by an old coworker, actually! She gave me the chart to fill out and took my MMMP card and ID and gave me information about their referral and points programs (ps. Feel free to refer Angela Watts! LOL) and then I went to the back room to get my sugar free gummies. In and out in under 10 minutes. It's super close to my work and I really appreciate their hours! I hope that they help my hip pain!

There are a number of reasons why this is a great place and one not so great.The + : it's well run. It's clean, well lit, lots of nice bud-tenders to help, lots of choices, lots of variety. The products are what they claim.The - : it's very expensive. Expect $300 per 1/2 ounce or so.

This review is only for people who do not tolerate a trapped experience.If you don't like feeling trapped avoid this place! Cancelled an online order for curbside because they were extremely busy and don't have a good system for a line. People directing traffic made the situation worse by not answer questions clearly for first timers.  Called to get more information and instructions for how to get out of the parking lot.

My store of choice for my supplies of choice! Great selection and variety  of products to choose from. I have been in the store after it first opened; very professional and orderly process. Returning to the area after several years, ease of ordering/delivery is awesome. Delivery has always been reliable, safe, secure and nothing short of professional.Looking forward to our continued business!

REALLY disorganized, young staff, not a lot of knowledge, but worst of all, Exclusives parking lot security was not only useless, but also an obnoxious baboon BRAT! Morons out in parking lot losing his shit on customers in snowstorm Bc exclusives signage SUCKS. Why do all the AA dispensaries hire SUCH trashy people?Hire some UofM kids!MI weed scene is dumb.The dispensary scene is REALLY dumb.Shouldn't get abused by said brat ^ to buy dirt weed!Jus sayn,

Pretty good place with good prices. Sometimes I wish they would put more weed than the stems. But 8 times out of 10 it would be packaged perfectly!

I love this dispensary! I have been to several but I keep coming back to EXCLUSIVE. Prices are good. Specials are great! Loyalty program is a huge plus! They have answered any questions I have had (and I have had many) as I have tried different things learning about marijuana and getting my pain managed. Will keep coming back for the bud tenders (which are knowledgeable), selection (which is huge!) & service (which is awesome).

Exclusive has the best variety of products I’ve seen. They run a tight ship and their store is very nice and very clean. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have if you’re in the area. I happen to live in Shelby Township which is about an hour and 15 minutes away. But I’m doing a job for now couple miles down the road so it is very convenient for me to stop in there and purchase what I need.

Love the selection and the quality of the products is top-notch across-the-board. Also, if you bring your canine companion with you; they will give them a giant treat. (Don’t worry, they’re “normal” treats.)
