Motto: "Sorry, we don't care once we get your cash"Cloud Cannabis's customer service philosophy seems to be "We don't have to care once we have your cash." I've never seen a company be so stingy to a customer who just wants what they paid for, except when they're running out of cash and going bankrupt. Or maybe the company's owners/investors are just unaware how serious a problem they have at their stores. If you cut corners on hiring retail managers, you'll get people who only see customers as one-off transactions that produce cash. They don't get that insulting and then stonewalling a brand new customer has costs bigger than any one sale: no repeat business and possible loss of other customers due to reputation hit. Details: Vape cart clogged just under halfway consumed. Manager offered me a 10% discount (!) on replacement: "It was discounted 20% already" (irrelevant). I offered 50% on replacement, to cover what I'd consumed. "Nope, we'd lose money on the unit." Done. No counteroffer. What about the money I lost? They don't care.

I've been coming here since I moved to the area. Best recreational prices in the area, and employees are always friendly and helpful.

I recently visited this business. I had a great experience- first time cannibus shopper here . The customer service was great from the moment i walked in. The sales folks were all friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the products. The atmosphere was comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore things

Cloud has consistently quality products. I mostly go for flower and the selection at Cloud Ann Arbor is better than the other's in Ann Arbor. I have never regretted a purchase and when not sure, the budtenders have knowledge and patience. I highly recommend this Cloud location. I have not tried their other locations yet. I got some yesterday that was the best I've had in a long time and it wasn't even top shelf.

I was expecting a natural setting because cannabis advertising is incredibly fascinated with that word. I walked into their main room where these plants are portrayed more like laboratory experiments hoisted over a white sterilized floor, with genetic characteristics listed alongside the products. It was anything but natural. Service people are kind, but what does that mean anymore really? Can they even be something else? Probably not. No phones allowed inside. Product quality is a debatable thing to talk about considering that the entire process is artificial. But that's implying you care about the statement. If you don't, sure, it's great flower. But at what consequence?

I’ve been to a few dispensaries and Cloud Cannabis is by far too shelf. A wide variety of know among the bud tenders. They are so helpful in finding the right flower for your needs along with the other products the have to offer. Coming from Kalamazoo to Ann Arbor is a trip but this place is worth the miles. The prices are competitive to others and the special are amazing but above all is the selection! The flower comes in 3 tiers of quality and even the bottom is top self to me. This is my go to dreamland. Please check it out and understand my review more clearly.

I love going to Cloud. It’s always such a pleasant and friendly experience. Today, Alika was my budtender, and she was just a beam of sunshine. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the products I was buying, and even gave me some suggestions of her own! I left there knowing that I was going to have a great day, if not only for that interaction alone. Not to mention that the receptionist was very delightful as well, in the short time we spoke, she made me feel like I was a welcome friend. By and by, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else in A2 for my medicine! Great deals, great prices, great people.

One of the better facilities , (if not the best). Even though there are cannabis stores near me. I’ll drive the 50 miles to shop here. The staff are great. Since I’m (old school, 60 plus) I have a lot of questions. Not only can they answer all my questions. But they can help me to acquire what I’m looking for. Everyone has their favorite places to shop. This by far is my favorite.
