If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is not up to date on medical marijuana laws & as a licensed attorney I find this extremely frustrating & unacceptable. I am a valid patient in major pain & was denied service due to their ignorance of the law. I will not be back.

It's a nice place but I didn't find much in the way of edibles. The prices were also higher (that month at least) than other local places. I guess I need to find a bakery(?)

Rude service. Was stopping in to see the selection and because I wanted to hold onto my ID the budtender said to leave. Won't be back if they're rude and disrespectful to customers.

Awesome grades of strains here but website for delivery service sucks ass. Never works especially on a Friday which is bizarre as one would think this would benefit there income revenue on a pay day for most.

Manager is clueless and refused to give name. When someone is a manager they should be required to give their name when asked

Updated: I stopped in to take advantage of the buy one get one free special they had. The list of available selections was outdated and inaccurate, when I asked if it would be easier if they would tell me what they had available, the bud tender seemed put out. This will be my last trip into SWC Tempe, regardless of how good the deal is. I've also downgraded them to a one star dispensary.Don't have specials if you can't accommodate consumer demand. It's the middle of the afternoon for crying out loud, not the end of the day.Original review:Stopped in for the BOGO Select cartridges. This had been one of the few dispensaries to take debit & it was down - had to use the ATM in the lobby (plus pay the fees). I wish they'd notify patients of things like this they way they do for daily specials (text) so I could save some bank fees or maybe offer to take the fees off your final total, but whatever. This trip was going to cost me an extra $5-7 as a result.  I didn't have the time to leave, get cash & come back.I'm blind as a bat & require corrective lenses. My prescription sunglasses were on & I did not have my indoor glasses with me (rarely do when running errands). The bud tender told me I needed to remove my glasses because of a 'law about disguises' before greeThey were obviously prescription & once I pointed it out, he let it go. I've never been asked to remove my prescription eyewear at a dispensary before. Are the guys with beards expected to shave in the parking lot before entry..? I mean, it's a disguise after all.The customer service here isn't on par with other dispensaries. It just feels like they know they could do better & elect not to. When you aren't the best priced or highest quality game in town, these are risks I'm not sure you should be taking with your business, but you do you.I'll go back for a good BOGO or deal, but they aren't my go to dispensary.

Literally the worst dispensary I've ever been to, they have the worst quality flowers! I brought my girlfriend in for her first time & we both asked for the higher THC flowers, they sold us 14-16% thc flowers, the lowest quality flowers I've ever seen in a dispo & that was their 'top shelf' im interested to see what they have that is lower shelf than what we got. Overall they were very rude, offered terrible service & far-from solid products. I will not be returning! I suggest Tru Med, Local Joint or Urban Greenhouse

The staff was extremely rude and incompetent. There are plenty of other dispensaries nearby. Recommend avoiding this one.

What in the heck is this place? The prices increased so stupidly high. I understand taxes and the legalization can cause an increase in price because of the increase in demand, but this shit is like double of what I used to pay. $45 for one eh decent flower? Paid $100 for two eighths that I used to pay $60-$75 for.

Okay so. I've tried a lot of different dispensaries in Az (I smoke medically for PTSD). SWC always has great deals going on and their in house flower + imported stuff is always top notch. I've never had green from here that isn't fresh, sticky, and oh-so-dank. Looks awesome inside and staff is amazing. Specifically, mike the agent! Go mike! Give that man a raise.

This dispensary is a joke! The only reason I called this place was because of a "sale" they were having on edible chocolate. The asking price was $12.00 on Suprb.com with a $5.00 discount. Leafly displayed the same product for $15.00 with a $5.00 discount. I was confused and phoned the actual dispensary for accurate information. I spoke with Rachel who checked with her Supervisor Ally for details. I was assured that the Suprb.com price of $6.00 would be honered. I purchased four edibles and even left a note reminding them of the conversation. I waited three hours and got a clueless driver who had no idea what I was talking about. I had to stand outside like an idiot and explain why $51.00 was not the correct total. He phoned the dispensary himself and told me that he could discount the $51.00 order by $5.00. I shut the door in his face. I would not trust anyone who works at this place. They are clearly to busy to be bothered to coordinate with each other. Their delivery time is pitifully slow and their drivers are so uninformed, it's embarrassing. I wouldn't return to this dispensary if it was the only one in the entire state of Arizona.

Great spot with awesome budtenders! Be sure and signup for the PSC program! Good flower and always something on sale.

Today was my first visit at their brand new location, the store is aesthetically pleasing. However their selection and prices are still not on point with other dispensaries in the valley. Will probably not return here again.

The prices are right, the selection is on point. Such great service. Super good specials on concentrates! Try Durban Poison Timeless vape for great daytime medicating.

Went in for first time last week and first off great service from check in to check out..plenty to pick from and love the membership plan this is a must stop and check out

Great prices on Baked Bros! Come here! The people are crazy helpful and kind. This was the first dispensary I went to after my card, and I'm so happy to have had these lovely knowledgeable people to help me!

This is the only dispensary I go to. This "new place" was supposed to have more variety.  I came in today and (I mostly by quarters) you had 3 sativas in quarters! If it wasn't the weekend I would have left! Seems live you've been pushing me into lots of small amounts instead. No nuggets basically shake with loose small buds. There are the big bud pics all over and on the website ... where are those?Staff absolutely wonderful! So helpful and caring!Sheryl Neugebauer

This place is great and super customer service oriented! I noticed some price for flower is a little higher (11+ a g) than other dispensaries but edibles are a great deal! They offer a great referral program and also have a reward program as well! Ask about it! I love the cleanliness and the esthetic this dispensary has. Andrea helped me find the perfect strain and was one of the friendliest budtenders I've had at any dispensary I've been to. Will definitely return!! Also, THEY TAKE DEBIT CARDS!!! So convenient! Only request is online ordering for easy, quick pickup! I'm sure they will have it soon enough.

This is the worse dispensary in the valley. I've been in the waiting room over 30 minutes and the line hasent changed. Now that I've been seen the bud tender was rude and didnt even have what I waited for. I do not recommend especially with 2 better dispensary down the road (the good dispensary and Nova dispensary)

Great quality and value. Easily one of my favorites in the valley. They allow you to split eighths which is awesome to try different varieties.

Swc Tempe is a great dispensary. Right now for Oct. They put an ad in the news times best of Phoenix issue  for a buy 1 get 1 on eighths for anybody that brings in the coupon. What a deal. That's a quarter for half Price. Just don't forget to bring the coupon with you. Heading there to get mine. Their meds are top notch too.

SWC is another super friendly and well informed on the medicinal flower strains. MJ has been a life saver for me. I've been hospitalized to many times from  chemical pills. If I could go all MJ I would. Alas is the world of herbal homeopathic medicine. Getting there step-by-step. The waiting room is very clean and has an iPad to look through what's available while waiting. Alex has helped me a lot there to find what works best for me. Just ask any questions and they will gratefully help you. Lots of parking outside as well which is a plus.  Love you guys! Keep up the great work!

The guy who helped me out was really cool and friendly, plus I was really happy they had durban poison and since it was my first time there I got a pretty good deal. However I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found out the bud was DRYYY AF!!!:/ Sadly I will not be back because of that. I literally didn't even need my grinder, it was that dry! Not sure if it's because they sell it in those tubes instead of sealed bags, but either way it's not cool to get bud that dry from a dispensary! **Note I got 2 different kinds of sativa and both of them were that dry!

Anyone who gives 5 stars either works for this company or doesn't know any better. They want 55$ for lower-mid grade garbage. I had to laugh and walk out. Maybe of they wanted 35 for an eighth I might have thought about it, but the are countless other dispensaries withing 15 min of here with $35 eighths that are a hell of a lot better than anything they have. If you are the type to order by name or don't know any better, by all means, this may be your place. If you are an actual smoker you will want to look elsewhere. Nobody wants to wait 30 min and walk out frustrated.

First off, this is the most well designed / decorated dispensary I've been in, it feels like your in a giant marijuana tree house. I've only made 1 purchase here and it was the ac/dc cbd flower. After the first time customer deal, I got a half oz for $50. Huge nugs and some of the freshest dispo weed I've ever had. I like how they had various reasonably priced cbd strains to choose from, most places don't even sell cbd buds so I will definitely be back here.

BAD ENERGY. Unless you want to be treated like crap, don't come here. This was my first time visiting this dispensary and the budtender staff are literally the worst people I've ever come across. My friend and I felt so unwelcome, and when we asked simple questions, the staff acted annoyed and gave smart ass answers. Take your business elsewhere.

Probably won't come again, pricing as to the effect I get from the use of their product doesn't seem reasonable

Just when I was super excited to come check out the place and ! Too good to be true. I just thought it was so funny because I have a sense of humor but my "rep or teller" was horrible and definitely made my visit terrible. So he was upset because the guess walked away and a guy walked pass and said go head, telling myself to go head to the teller, so I approached the counter and he angrily says "I have to call you to the counter" and on the inside I laughed, but I respectfully told him "hey feel free to take care of whatever you want to, I'll wait". And he disagreed multiple times and provided me terrible customer service throughout my visit! Also to top it off he balled up my receipt and shoved it in the bag! Guess I'm not excited and won't be back after all!

WORST dispensary I've been to in AZ! Lied about having first timer deals over store answering system then sold me 7 grams of smalls for $110. Go to any other place if you can

Its not bad, but I feel like every since they named is Cannabist and not SWC anymoreThey took out alot of Good deals even Stiizy bogos. Nirvana is the best dispo in AZ. SWC used to be lit but its whack now. And their atm machine tax almost $4 at nirvana its $1.

Every experience I have had here has been positive. Budtender, Haymee answers all my questions with in-depth knowledge of products and prices. Recommended for quality strains.

I am not gonna go there again. It is wayyyy expensive then others. You can check other dispensaries on map, there are couple around

Popped in for a little cannabis!  SWC always has a nice selection of flowers and a wide selection of concentrated and edibles.  Today I wandered in for some Glorious Extracts.I am a fan, and today I grabbed the Violet Berry Live resin from Glorious Extracts.  The taste!!!!  I need more!SWC is friendly and helpful!

I bought expensive flower. It was full of seeds. They gave me a new batch for free when I voiced my concern. I am very pleased. I will definitely be back. Thank you for listening and actually doing something about it! I wish all Dispencerary's would take accountability for their products. This happened again at a different place. I'm curious to see how the Good will address this same situation. Because it seems they do not answer phone calls there.

I had the pleasure of having Alexis to help me choose my flower. She was super knowledgeable and asked the right questions to guide me in the right direction. So thank you again Alexis for getting us a nice smoke with a good nose!  In terms of the location, it's a nice store front, pretty good selection and the flowers on display so your not playing Russian roulette since names of Strains don't mean nearly as much as seeing the product and smelling them.

Great place the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and every time I am there they have specials and always try to give you the best for your bucks. They have everything from pipes to edibles, and great prices on flower. My go to spot

I love SWC they make sure that I leave with the correct information on the type of medication I consume! They also have very high quality flower! 💚🔥👏🏼
