Absolutely easy process. Security checked to see if I was eligible to enter, then I was checked in and out within 5 minutes. Even though there was an inventory issue, they handled it with suave.
Such an awesome dispensary. It is hidden away from the street and small but so good . The staff is great and the budtenders are so nice . They have changed to Sol now so I changed my review . Very nice dispensary.
This is my new favorite go to. Its ao close to work and home. Such an awesome cartridge selection. Everyome is nice. Barely a wait time.
Time and time again this location never seizes to amaze me when it comes to the level of customer service AND experience from the moment I pull into the parking lot. Yes, it starts OUTSIDE and carries through to every employee inside. Shade, fans, hosting the occasional ice cream truck and the friendly smiles from who ever is waiting patiently is what you will see. Imagine that, a genuine greeting( in this heat 🥵)You step inside and continue through the sea of smiles at check in. I had a question due to having issues signing into the Sol website as a medical patient for deliveries. They explained the process and what to do if issues arose. I was able to sign in at home with no problems. I’ve honestly never ordered delivery because I prefer the atmosphere. It’s very apparent the Budtenders at this location really enjoy themselves and what they do. They have exceeded every expectation I have when it comes to customer service. I would like to especially thank those who have helped me feel more comfortable about what strains I am using for my symptoms, those who don’t just treat customers as just a dollar sign. Look out Chick-fil-A, Sol Flower University has you beat. 🤣
Hands down the best dispensary I have been to and I have been to many. They have such an amazing selection and the employees are friendly, funny, and knowledgeable which made it so quick and easy. Anytime I come to Arizona this will be the only place I go, even if I’m just passing through.
