It has gone down hill for Medical internet recently. They use to check you out right at the window. Since the shaved head tattoo lady started every one has to wait longer.

$65 for an eighth is highway robbery. The prices are way too high for the quality of the bud. Harvest just lost a long-term customer over their new prices. Shame on you for charging $65 an eighth. Territory has better prices and I'm sure if you look around, you can find a lot more reasonable prices. Again, Harvest has lost a loyal customer. I won't be returning anytime soon.

My first visit, and I will be returning. Eva and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Eva patiently explained products to me, listened to my questions, was very informative of all products.

It was pretty chill in terms of the vibe, very clean and tidy. The guy got me exactly what I wanted though it turns out I didn't know what I wanted. Inda-couch is definitely not an exaggeration, I was glued to the couch for about 12 hours. None of that was on the seller though, he told me that was pretty much exactly what would happen. I cannot comment on the quality of product too much though since I am not a connoisseur by any means.

This used to be one my favs but since new budtenders have came the service has gotten horrible. Yesterday they said they would not honor my bday deal only once per month when other harvests allow me to do it all month on my bday. I spend hundreds of dollars here and this is how they treat vets i wont be goin to this one any more ill rather buy from the street then put up with the service frm yesterday. The 2 guys up fromt told me since we dont honor that so go back to the dispensary that does. So rude and ill tell everyone not to come here anymore

Horrible customer service up front and the blonde girl even swore at me because she couldn't answer a simple question. Will absolutely never return to this facility!! Coming from this side of the industry it's amazing how they operate and stay open with employees like this.

Trash dispo. They used to care about medical patients, now it's all about Rec patients. I don't even wanna shop @ this store anymore. Go somewhere else. They can't even get their "point" system consistent.

I have been a customer for 5 years and that has ended bc of price gouging.  They have already raised their prices for recreational eventhough it doesn't start till march. They raised prices over $100 per ounce. I was told "we are testing the waters". No you are just taking advantage of people. Horrible business decision.

So me and my friend went in today 1-23-21. We went in together to save time. The guy only took my friends order and didn't give me a chance to speak at all. And when he saw I was upset he said "you said you together."  I said we came in to shop together and you didn't even let me order a thing because you cut me off and told me to go back in line. I understand they are trying to make things go fast since this is day 2 of recreational use. You should rush people to the point where you don't let people look at the product in store because you don't have all your products online. This place is bullshit and unorganized day 2 or not. I will not be going back to any of their locations. I suggest people look elsewhere.

Sasha clearly didn't have time to take a phone order. Won't be back to this location. Very thankful for MINT right next door!

I prefer Harvest as there are always a string of people going in this place.  They have got great House Strands of weed for about $136 an ounce.  The people are always nice and the prices keep me coming back.Dana G.

Worst dispensary yet. Not only once but numerous times they advertise one price and when you get in they claim it's the website or another stores deal, can't won't honor. It's a classic bait and switch move done by sales motived companies to get more sales.The manager kindly let me know it's the websites fault. I kindly let him know that most websites that you pay for are under your contract, can't change without your permission. He apologizes let's me know I can buy 3 of em for 60. (which by the way is no deal) average price is 20-25 per g. Thanked him and went to lobby to start my review, while typing it the managers manager asked if I was the one who had an issue with the website. I confirmed, she asked whos site I was on.  I let her know it was theirs, showed them.  She was trying to blame 3rd party, I explained and showed it's live on their page. They brought it up confirmed. Apologized again. It's not my fault and they should honor posted prices. Period. After being in 20+ locations in 2 states, this was by far worst visit. 25 years in customer service for a fortune 500 company. I know cs.

4.5* There are no lengths I wouldn't go to in order to bring my actual experience to you, Dear Readers. In that spirit, I tried a Dispensary that was highly recommended to me, especially since they carry Baked Brothers edibles. I use mmj in lieu of big pharm for pain associated with spinal and cervical fusion, migraine, anxiety, and insomnia, and frequently purchase flower and make my own edibles. My history with Baked Brothers gummies has been stellar 99% of the time; the peach gummies or worms ease pain and anxiety. The only time I had an issue was on our Anniversary, dunno why, but I got verrrrry slllllowwww, only put makeup on one side of my face until Scott noticed, and got such a case of the giggles at Orange Sky that I apologized and told the waitress I was having an odd reaction to my edibles. Oy! Since then, I have not had any issues with feeling "stoned" from my meds. The Budtenders agree that edibles have varying results based on many factors.  Picked up a pen, because I don't smoke, and I'm liking it. They have a rewards program if you are going to be a frequent flyer. Totally cosign the recommend for this shop for your medicine options.

Harvest was the ONLY local dispensary putting COVID precaution information on their website when I shopped, so I went there.  (I've used Harvest and other dispensaries over the past year.)As always, the staff was super friendly, and they WERE following proper protocols to protect customers and themselves.  They had everything I needed and checkout was quick and efficient.This is my go-to place for my pain meds.  Every visit has been satisfactory and I highly recommend them.

The new online ordering system could use some work, but they're trying. They do have a few good value products.

This is my favorite dispensary in the Valley! The prices are reasonable & the variety of products from edibles to flower are excellent. However, what I really go for are the great people who work there. Robin is the best source of information on all cannabis products, pricing and current deals. Robin is not only informative, she is personable, friendly & very funny. She is an honest & wonderful Harvest representative.As well, the gentlemen who greet customers are just stellar. Kind, professional & make customers feel very welcome. Harvests is always my go-to for great a great selection of products, pricing, deals & the knowledgeable staff members!Applause! Applause!

This is a very nice dispensary and the people are always friendly. They have a good selection of flower, edibles, carts etc.... But the prices are way too high. There is no way I'm paying $55 for a top shelf 1/8th. You can go down the street either way and get top shelf for $25.  Maybe if they had good deals or better prices I would go back.

I like this place a lot. They've screwed up orders a couple times but I should've checked. I hope that they can institute a process that allows folks with medical cards to get expedited service now that it's legal. I went to drop by and pick up CBD and there was a line around the building so I left.

Overpriced on everything. Flowers have seeds and smell like old grass. The vape pens leak and they won't refund them. The only people that go here are older people and people who know very little about mmj.  I do like the community events they have to help raise awareness about mmj.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There are better quality and value dispensaries in the area that would be better to go to.

Harvest has been around and has several locations.They should not be nearly has high in price as other Dispensary within 2 miles. I find they by low quality flower and charge top dollar.I avoid them as much as possible. They don't seem to care for patients as much as thier profits

Used to be really good but not so much anymore. Inconsistent flower specials, inconsistent supply. Really disappointing lately.

No company has ever disappointed me, or disrespected it's customers more than Harvest of Tempe. If I could rate them a negative, I would give them negative One Million for a score. They used to be great until they became corporate. I started shopping at Harvest of Tempe when they first opened, and the service was good, and sometimes great, but it has gone downhill ever since. 11 times they have introduced me to products, and I have loved the products, and 11 times they have stopped carrying those products. Their prices just get higher and higher, and the selection of their flower just gets worse and worse. Less selection, poor choices, etc. If I check the online menu, and, I drive to the store in 5 minutes, they are out of what I want every single time for the past 5 months. They used to send me offers by text daily, and then it stopped working when Corporate took over. They blamed my phone carrier. They gave me a referral to renew my MMJ Card, and the office that they referred me to screwed up my renewal. They have a few nice staff members, but that is not good enough. I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years, and this company has no idea how to treat customers. In fact, their treatment towards me over the past 6 months is the opposite of acceptable service. Bottom line, Harvest does not appreciate it's customers, and I will will not return to Harvest, not even for Free product and a Billion Dollars. Selfish, Corporate Greed is the foundation of their business, not quality product, not patient health, and not certainly not their customers.

A clean, attractive dispensary which provides good product at good pricing.  All are labeled to indicate use (sleep, pain) etc.  which informs the consumer.  They have a loyalty program as well.

This all happened awhile ago, but then I read about the ex employees' lawsuit, and now my experience with Harvest of Tempe makes total sense.  I'm a chronic pain patient, and I quit going when I ordered the cannibus with the highest THC level they had.  I paid a lot for it, and the sales person told me to be very careful with it, as it was supposed to be incredibly strong stuff.  It was completely dried out, and when I smoked it, it gave me a chronic headache and I felt absolutely nothing.  It smelled and acted exactly like ditch weed.  I threw it out and never went back.

2 months ago I would have given this store 5 stars, but in the last month, they've changed their menu style online and the prices have gone up. Today is 4/20, so I decided to try a new, altho farther from me, dispensary. Granted there were sales galore today at all dispensaries, but all of Harvest's prices were higher by far on their flower than this new place. Harvest was selling their .5 oz low price leader for almost same as I paid for a whole oz today. The staff at Harvest Tempe have always been super friendly, especially that nattily-dressed gentleman who is their door warden. I hope they read this and bring back their previous fair pricing to go along with their (still) excellent customer service.

This dispensary is nothing short of amazing!They are patient (I'm old.  Lol), kind, and distribute quality products. I will definitely purchase from them again. Trisha is so SWEET and helped explain the differences in products!! Top notch place.

This used to be my go to. Been coming for over a year now. The convenience of using loyalty points to make it even money cured my OCD. Happy hour is also no longer available. All the inches that kept me coming back are now gone. I won't be back unfortunately. Mint is much more superior at this point.

Terrible experience at harvest of tempe for months now . Manager Matt today say that he would not honor the lifetime warranty they had promise for all batteries . Now they only give a 30 day warranty . Unfortunately Matt has terrible customer service skills .   I will most likely find a new shop, there are plenty around .

Purchased 1000 mg of full spectrum hemp oil. Since I don't have a card I gave a clerk $100 and she got another clerk to go in and purchase it for me.  Cost of the hemp oil was $70 and I received $10 change. When I complained about the missing $20, they checked their cameras and said that only $80 was tendered.  The extra $20 came up missing between two clerks and the cashier.  Hope they feel proud taking advantage of one of their customers

This is perhaps the rudest dispensary I have ever set foot in.  The Harvest on Baseline is so much better, and it's the same company.  I always feel like I'm troubling them to purchase something.  I won't be going back.

As a 45 year casual "user", I'm late to the medicinal dispensary party so pardon my ignorance.  I just didn't care to negotiate the AZ state law hoops until recently and I'm glad I did.  Yelp isn't very receptive of my political rants so I'll speak to my Harvest of Tempe visit directly and not even mention the absurdity of the Fascist, corporate healthcare we are relegated to receive in the shadow of our hideously racist, political, trillion dollar "war on relief" that benefits only the industrial military police and private prison industries along with their Republican political office holders.I presented myself at Harvest with my shiny new virgin state-issued medicinal patient card still warm from my mailbox.  I was greeted immediately by a gentleman anterior host who explained the process, handed me a clipboard to fill out yet another registration form (name, address, email, how did you hear about us, etc.) and invited me to the next weekly new user orientation seminar apparently held on site.  Although a great idea for the newbie, I'll skip the classroom for now.My inner-hostess was very helpful showing me some strains of flower products with names that of course meant nothing to me and reviewed briefly the hybrid, sativa, indica concepts which I'm still rather confused about.I made three varietal purchases of two grams each:  Sheila, Verde Electric ($19/g each) and Cherry Skunk (on sale at $10/g).  I'm a bit embarrassed that I actually had to call the store from home when I realized there was no package labeling that identified where on the hybrid, sativa, indica scale each product aligned and I'm not sure I should even care!  Another helpful gentleman explained to me that the Verde Electric was the only hybrid of the three and that the others were of the more sativa side.  My understanding is that there are no hard and fast delineations of these products and the best way to grade them is to use them!Bottom line after tasting only the sale-priced Cherry Skunk (gotta love these names):  I'm very pleased with my visit to the dispensary and the product!  I only wish, for a more scientific analysis, that I hadn't washed it down with an entire bottle of Pinot Noir!  I'll sample the others with a cleansed pallet and clearer head and report back later.Including the new member discount, there were three coupons itemized on my receipt totaling about $40!  I walked out of there spending about $60 and they even tossed in a dark chocolate edible as a newbie gift.One additional comment:  Upon exiting, a fellow customer mentioned on the way to our cars that he used the liquid product/vaping process exclusively and saw no need for anything else.  My sales consultant had not even mentioned or reviewed that methodology with me perhaps assuming I was old school when I'm really just old.  I'll ask about it on my next visit because I'm sure there will be a next visit!

Great staff and great prices. So, I found this place by accident one time.  Well let me tell you, this place is that great. From the moment you walk in the staff is smiling, welcoming trying to educate you on your needs. They say things like ... this flower is like a glass of wine.  If you get this one you will be in the couch lol. I love that. I needed to know so much about their wide variety of products. Now for the best part about them.  I come a third time and the guy said you have $20 in loyalty would you like to use that. Mannnnnnnnnn that is soooo freakin cool. Yes yes I would. Saving on my needed medicine. I just can't say enough positive superlatives about this staff. It's the same stuff too. I love that also. They must take care of their employees.

I've been going to this location since April and I must say... I'm impressed with the amount of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Without fail, I've continuously received above and beyond service week in and week out. The prices are perfectly placed and clear as day to see. The consultants are there if I need in depth help when selecting the right method of medication application, but regardless if I'm strapped for cash or there to scoop up some premier buds... I have multiple selections and again, I never have to confirm prices because the prices are perfectly placed. This is important when you've been to a busy dispensary and can't get anyone's attention.   The layout of the store is very inviting. The greeters at the front that open the door are top notch and I must admit, I feel a bit privileged when they open the door as I walk up. But back to the layout... as you enter the store, the layout is simple, welcoming and detailed. I love that everything is in it own area and I don't have to ask where thing are at, as my eyes float from one area to the next, it's clear what I'm looking at and each area has its own labels that offer the names, strains, thc % and on some items there's a small description. All in all, I fell like this place offers some of the most resplendent staff in town.

There are a lot of options in the valley, but Harvest is my spot. I could back this up with countless examples, but instead I will share one brief experience I had here. I only had $9 to my name that day and I was pretty sure I was going to have to go to bed without medicating for the first time in a while. I threw one last hail marry by stopping by Harvest and damn was I pleasantly surprised. I ended up walking out with a roughly three day supply of medication, and one of the strains ended up being the best strain I've ever had in my life Update: It happened again. I walked in to harvest today and picked up one gram of LA Confidential because I only had $10 for the day. I have had strains rated higher in potency, but no exaggeration I experienced the greatest level of relief from this strain than I can ever remember experiencing before. At the same time I received no judgement for making such a small purchase. That is a luxury most places can't afford. I started out frequenting several dispensaries, but over time it is appearing to  be unwise to go anywhere else but Harvest.

I stopped by Harvest today and things have sure changed. The customer service was terrible and no one seemed to care at all that I was there waiting for the three people at another register helping one customer.  The lady who assisted me didn't even greet me or look up to talk. No more visits to Harvest for me, too many others shops close by the home front.

I have been a medical MJ card holder since 2011 and a Harvest of Tempe customer since the day it opened.  I visit weekly, and can guarantee I have spent north of $10K over the years.  My experience with the female working the front desk on Sun 8/18 was unacceptable.  To her credit, she was correct in her decision, but her delivery was obnoxiously rude.  I asked three different legitimate questions, only for her to keep repeating the same phrase over and over, getting more arrogant each time she repeated it.  You have lost a very good customer, I am sure you will get by without me, but I thought you should know my story.

I used to love this place.  Everyone was so friendly until they weren't.  I was super loyal to them until their staff started to fall apart.  They are rude now and I've spent Alot of money at this location.  I guess I will have to find a new dispensary unfortunately :(

Harvest of Tempe has always had great product, good choices to choose from, yummy edibles and quick service.

I've been to at least to 3 different Dispensary recently since I'm new to medical marijuana and like to find the right spot for me. This place has the most professional staff  I've seen at a dispensary so far.  The others felt more like a 'stoner's lounge'. If you are looking for knowlegdeable, friendly people...this is the place. I can highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was having a hard time figuring out what kind of edibles I should get, one of the staff members short came in and recommended some great stuff for me. Can't wait to go back.

Wow. Cool place.friendly people. But when i got home one of my grams clearly had 2 different strains of bud in there which was pretty lame paying 21$ a gram for weed that is equal quality to their cheaper strains. Wax is way over priced also. Everything is extremely expensive. I reccomend looking harder and getting a better deal elsewhere.

They have the best door greeters, the best check in clerks, the TASTIEST flower stock as well as friendly and competitive pricing. I am a new customer and it looks like we're off to a long and happy relationship. Did I mention the good service starts at the door with the smiling door greeters? You should definitely go see.

The dispensary was clean fast friendly and I love the prices were reasonable flowers pretty fresh and I would definitely recommend my friends to go back to this dispensary and would go back myself

One of my favorite dispensaries in Arizona I love my weekly visits here. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have some great deals on like some other places. Even their bottom shelf flower is better than most places top shelf. Well done harvest of Tempe

First time there...Not going back if I can help it due totally to the snarky and "used-car-salesman_style" sales/service.I found the dude very patronizing and obnoxious and I expect better so unless they have a specific strain I need I doubt I will ever go back.

I absolutely LOVE IT!!! The customer service is ON POINT! EVERY single person in there makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and just makes it a great experience overall! And not only that! They're currently having a special that if you spend over 100 they give you a free 8th!! Thank you guys for being so awesome and friendly, it makes a difference when someone is having a bad day!! :)

My visit started with a friendly man who opened the door for me and welcomed me into the clinic. There was no waiting. Once inside this beautifully decorated clinic, I was greeted once again by a knowledgeable staff member who provided me with wonderful service and helped me choose a few items. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I can't say enough good things about this place . Friendly staff members , clean place , and great medication! I've been coming to harvest Tempe for 2 years now , and still going to keep going!

I have been twice now and the staff is very friendly, but I have 2 gripes about this place. The glass barrier between shop and cashier, which is really nbd, but just kind of weird. My real problem is prices. The same bag of "Weedish Fish" that I pay $28 total for at The Giving Tree is around $32 once they charge tax and a fee for using my debit. That may not seem like much, but it adds up. The Giving Tree doesn't charge to use debit/credit, just fyi

This place is great they always have a lot of variety in flower vapes crumbles shatter you name it. Just sad they have been out of cbd

Kyle, one of the managers, helped me by phone tonight answering tons of my questions. Spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me very patiently about CBD oil, getting a medical marijuana license and even about different state laws. I'm moving from out of state and needed a place to go for my first trip to the Harvest of Tempe dispensary and I am confident this is the right place to go when I get there next week.

I am updating my precious review. I can't say how much I appreciate the total professionalism and friendliness of the staff here. Always helpful, always knowledgeable, always a pleasure to shop here. You WILL NOT be disappointed if you try out Harvest of Tempe.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the state of AZ. Living within 15 mins of multiple other options, I gladly drive double that to shop here. The staff is beyond friendly and welcoming, from the check in counter to the bud tender, the staff treats you like a friend rather than a customer. As for their knowledge, there has never been a time in which they weren't able to thoroughly answer any question I had. Prices and quality are great, combined with the deals they have often you can save tons of money here! Also, one of the only places I've found that consistently carries CBD dominant strains.

I really love coming to Harvest of Tempe. The service is awesome every time I go, from the person who greets you at the door, to the person at the register, and everyone in between. There is such a variety of products I know I can always get what I need. The layout has recently changed, and now they have everything set up to where it easy to look at the various products for sale. There are also several knowledgeable people on the floor, so that I can always get help if I need it. I will continue to come to Harvest for all my marijuana needs, and would highly recommend this place to any medical marijuana patient.

The Cinderella 99 is extremely potent so dont take it lightly. I also like when they do the from time to time deals on the Verde Valley outdoor. I love outdoor marijuana because the thc levels are always higher than indoor.

These guys and gals are great! They really know their stuff and are so friendly and personable. Michael is my favorite, he's been so helpful in educating me. This is the only dispensary I use and I have visited a number of others.

I enjoyed doing business with Harvest until their cartridges started leaking.  I told them and they said that sometimes they did that and that they would gladly exchange them.  I didn't have the leaky cartridges with me at the the time.  However, when I did take them in they said "although they were manufactured poorly/faulty, they wouldn't exchange them because I waited too long.  I explained that they said they would make it good.  However, the manager on duty decided to come up with a two month return policy even on their faulty cartridges.  They said sorry, and thanks for being cool.  But I'm out. I guess I will start going somewhere else for merchandise that is sold honorably.

Terrible terrible just plane terrible! So I ask for one thing and get another! I asked for a strain that was beautifully golden.... They gave me a strain that was ugly and dark brown! I called and complained and they just told me about how they are understaffed today.... and how they had other customers and can not get to me today! Don't worry! You never have to worry about my bussiness ever again! If they are the only dispensary in town I'll just have to be in pain! Never again!

Very impressed!  This was my first time at a medical dispensary and everyone was super friendly, Michael helped me and was so helpful and educated me on what would be best.  I expected that I would pay more then I was to a caregiver I had been working with and I actually paid quite a bit less. Definitely will be a good to place,  highly recommended and looking forward to taking a class there.  Thank you Harvest.

It is always a pleasure coming to harvest, someone is there to open the door and greet you.  The wait is never an issue and the choices are plentiful.  The snap sales offer lower prices but the quality doesn't suffer.  I love harvest of Tempe.

I have given this place a few tries.  I am a very fair customer.  I try to to judge too much.  But the two things I judge on are efficacy and price.  This place is a bit overpriced (and trust me I've done my research having my patient card for years) and the potency of the edibles negatively surprised me.  I would have to have a very good reason to go back through their door.  I hope this helps future patients.  On another note, they are very good at marketing and education.

I had only been to a couple of dispensaries when I stumbled into Harvest on Sat. morning in the middle of their "Customer Appreciation Day". Upon seeing the chaos, I quickly went from "Oh God" to "WTF", in a good way.The staff was first-rate, friendly and informative. It seems all dispensary workers are extremely friendly, almost like they received training at "In-n-Out".Setting up was quick and easy. They were handing out Scratch Cards as part of their Customer day, and I couldn't believe I scored a free eighth of Original Amnesia. Also got a free pre-roll as a first timer.Bought an eighth of Girl Scout Cookies, which is the best bud I have gotten anywhere, anytime. Also got some Blue Frost, which is out of this world.In my eyes, what sets Harvest apart is the massive number of strains available. While other places seem to be shrinking their inventory, or having trouble managing supplies, Harvest was impressive with the sheer variety of product offered.Friendly service, very impressive strains---big gorgeous buds. I'm sold!

Horrible!!! Didn't even get to make a purchase. 15 kids all in one room standing in line at teller windows? Yeah, this isn't a professional dispensary. Not to mention the sign at the door to remove your sunglasses and hat before entering? Shady. Try "Bloom" or "The Giving Tree". They're both a much better experience.

The first time I went to Harvest was the first time that I had ever been to a dispensary. I was quite overwhelmed at the entire process but there were a couple of friendly guys, Michael and Dave to help. I was still overwhelmed though and have found the experience to be quite nice and orderly since then. The people that fill my requests are also very good with suggestions of what I'm looking for.  I live closer to the newly opened Scottsdale location so I'm looking forward to trying that location. If it's not on par with Harvest of Tempe, I will be making the longer trek back to Tempe. My only problem with the place are the prices especially on the Dream Steam products. I tried the less expensive Dos Vapes last time and was very happy with it, just has a different selection than Dream Steam.

This place is incredible. They are friendly, helpful, and caring. They ask about my condition, they are great. Choice of product and prices are also great.  I highly recommend going to Tempe of Harvest.  I also recommend the location in Scottsdale.

Way overly priced, nice selection though and friendly staff.  However I can find most the strains they have 10-15$ cheaper elsewhere.

Beautiful location. Very friendly, welcoming, knowledgable staff! Lots of selection and you're able to examine, smell all flowers. Other locations you have to see your selection behind the counter through thick glass.

Purchased over $500 mmj - what was sold to me as "superior" quality from this location last week as my caregiver was out of town . Was told a line that what I was purchasing was one of their higher qualities.  It was extremely bitter tasting and did not live up to what it was billed at.  I called harvest and spoke with an employee who advised to bring it back and  I could either exchange it or get my money back and he would notify the manager of the issue.  I brought it back - the fellow that I spoke with had already gone home for the day and the manager was never apprised of my call..  It was difficult to return it and after much discussion was only allowed to exchange it. (not what I was told earlier in the day) and had to argue about the "points" that one accumulates with purchases.  At first, the employee was not going to honor the "points" and after I advised that he was failing to live up to the "contract" clearly printed on my receipt did he relent and apply the discount I had earned with the dollar amount that I spent..  It appears that this establishment does not stand behind what they sell and does not live up their promises to deliver a good product.  I will choose to spend my money elsewhere

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.  They also had a large variety of strains. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! It has a professional, respectable feel to it. The shop front is discrete as well as inviting. The interior is clean, bright, and well organized. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. I enjoy my visits there and always look forward to going back. Especially to see the new inventory! I definitely recommend this shop!

I have been 100% satisfied with the service, compassion, and medicine here. I have been to other centers and now that I have found Harvest I will not be going anywhere else for my meds.

I have been coming here on a weekly basis for years and have mixed reviews about the customer service. The prices are ridiculous which we all already know. My first time there I had an anxiety attack because the cashier treated me like a piece of trash and spoke to me condescendingly because i didn't know debit cards were not accepted there yet. The kind budtender(who not surprisingly doesn't work there anymore) gave me the $4 in cash I was missing. My main issue with this place is the managers and whoever the lady is with the curly hair is, whom is always there. I'll assume she's an owner. Everytime I walk in she immediately frowns and never says thank you, always "BYE". The "GM" Brett is a snob, doesn't make eye contact, and has the same attitude as the curly haired woman. We are already in pain and some of us cannot work or afford the good stuff because of it. We come to you for acceptance and help, not judgement. If you are not a big spender, don't expect much positive interaction/service at this place.

Just had a most pleasant 1st experience @ Harvest.  The facility was modern, the staff were in credibly friendly and professional, and the product quality and selections aim to put Tempe, AZ on the map.  Kudos to my new friend A K she is Awesome and the lovely ladies up front! Worth the drive from anywhere. Definitely will be back. Thanks Harvest of Tempe!

I am very comfortable shopping here.  I've asked around and have found that the prices are reasonable. Never had any problems with quality product. The people are professional, and always willing to answer all my questions.

From the phenomenal greeting you get from first entering the building, to the warm welcome Feeling you have when checking in. These guys knock it out the park every single visit. The consistency of the medication as well as the patient service is second to none.

Always professional, always polite, and great quality at reasonable prices.  I may stray once in awhile to other dispensaries, but I will always come back to HOT.  Love this place and the folks who take care of me.

I have been to a few Harvest locations but this one is my favorite. 80% of the time I am in and out. Way faster than others. Sure budtenders are supposed to be happy and helpful but Cameron is always in a good mood and super helpful. The last few times I have been in, he recommended better products than what I was getting at the same price point. I am always down for something new and improved.  Great environment and wonderful staff!

I love the harvest! I love the fact that you can find the highest quality products here. They have pretty much everything you're looking for duchies, item 9 products, alien  ,drip and a lot of other great products. I also love the fact that they do this without upping the charge for being some of the only ones with Extensive high grade products.They have casual deals like one some pre rolls where you can get three for $10 . At the risk of giving out one of the best kept dispensaries the even have the best holiday deals/random specials or you can get amazing grab bags with insane take ways for very affordable price.

Little gem hidden in next to the airport. We stayed at a nearby hotel while visiting family and this was my go to place for breakfast.

Knowledgeable on product. Extremely helpful. Service was great pricing not so bad. As I ideally buy my products in Cali where I live. I'll be back.

It's ridiculous that they don't have a desk medical line and a dedicated sales rep for that medical line. The line set up right now is tailored towards recreational users NOT MEDICAL ORIENTED AT ALL

We went in today , a guy who was there he was from Oakland helped up at the register. The  machine locked up. Not his fault , he was ok enough but .... We paid cash. that was a big deal because the machine froze , again not his fault. The annoying part was that there was some change coming back to us ( it's was just change) but this shit is expensive ... and his reason was because he didn't want to get a manager. It was socially forced like , " hey is it cool that ... we owe you ...are you cool with that , I don't want to have to get a manager " it just felt off, we jokingly said well can you hook up something ? Maybe a lighter or something, and it was a hard pass on that . The whole thing was just off. It sucks because we do like This place . Also he was a nice guy, it was "just off".

Staff is really great! I really appreciated their help today! Shout out to the two girls in the front for helping educate me yall rock! and another shoutout to the other girl and the guy working pickup today, I appreciate y'all!

They pay attention to why you need a specific type of strain. Especially for medical reasons. Has tremendously helped my anxiety.

I should've posted this along time ago, Harvest has really come back in the strong way! Everyone I know at this location is AWESOME!!! Great prices and the flower is amazing!

Drive out of my way to come to this location due to the customer service. Every single staff member is so helpful and nice ALWAYS. Thank you so much to the staff here for all you do. If you're new to medical or Rec and feel nervous, unsure or have questions about anything at all - GO HERE. They truly make you feel like family.
