This place has employees that steal from the store inventory. I bought a $40 gram of Candyland and it was literally empty. It was there last gram on display and they admitted to knowing what happened. Yet they couldn't replace my gram just told me to complain to Dutchie which doesn't respond. Worst experience in a dispensary in all my years of smoking. I hope other people read this and go to a trusted dispensary like Curaleaf. The bud tenders here don't know squat about concentrates like the difference between live resin or solvent-less concentrates. The flower is dry and stale at all levels. They haven't tried reaching out to me because they are a sketchy company. Hope it gets closed down.

I've been here a handful of times for my medical needs. They have great daily deals and monthly long promotions. They carry my favorite brands from Timeless to Sublime. I also like their selection of wraps and pieces.

Will let's start with the greeting you get when you arrive.  Stand there.Hi Im here for...Stand there.Hi I'm just...Stand there. With knowing what im here for, pick up or normal how he knows what line is beyond me. Get inside and ask if they have shatter, same thing I asked on phone after 10 calls went un answered..was told possible she can't check right now.Told same thing..can you check please don't wanna wait if no. Who would...I can't right now. Will after I check this folks in.30 min later I am called to go back. She noticed and says sorry. Ignoring her I move to back..and get The great news they don't have any...Lol. Hour later.10 callsShowupDon't waste your time.2nd visit attempt.Call to find out about shatter.Brandi can't tell me nor put me on hold to check.Call 35th ave and am put on hold with lady saying please hold have 3 in front of you. 13 kind later she informs me of what's in and let's me know they are all owned by same company, ie same rules.3 attempts 3 fails.Better places who treat you with respect out there, please use them to avoid bs and drama.12:22 pm spoke with Jessica, who apologized and wants to make it right.(Product not as labeled)Checks stock says not currently but can check in back "inventory" and can I hold. Ask for a call back.says no prob.Been 4 hours , never returned call.Shame.

I had left a 5 star review for this location on google and unfortunately I had to dock two stars. I came in to check in and as I waited I witnessed a customer getting insulted in front of other people. This man asked politely if he ever got called and these two women (one with short hair and a little on the heavy side. I don't remember the other) were like, "uhh we called you like 20 mins ago." After he sat down to patiently wait again, the two ladies said loudly "It's not my fault you didn't hear us call you a while ago. I f***ing hate people who are like that and do that sh*t" and he looked around at the customers trying to see if they hear that and I wanted to help him out but I also didn't want to cause a scene. This behavior is very unprofessional and I get that he probably didn't dress a certain way to them but still. The cashiers inside are nicer than the receptionist.

I like the fact that you can pre-order your medical marijuana. I like the bud tenders that have helped me so far. I despise having hair in my medical marijuana!It sickens me that a manager never contacted me despite the fact that I requested it two times!It makes me sad that I will never go back to this dispensary.

Gonna give it two stars cause they poorly advertise they sell poop  flower for pricey amounts. They used to sell 80$$$$ oz of like popcorn. Super killer deal. Came back for the same and I specifically said oz and somehow I ended up with a half oz for 80$ got home realized what happened and they would only give me a 15$ dollar credit like bro I coulda went to SWC and got fire ass weed with huge nugs for 150$ Moral of the story is their shit is whack. Way better dispensaries out there. Way better prices and fire flower. I'll never come back here again. What a rip off in my opinion. How you gonna sell 80oz then bam, now only offer 80$ half oz. that's not a deal which he said was a smoking deal I'm like bro your charging the same price I was getting an oz for now only getting half. That's a whack ass mark up.... anywho take ur chances according to the manager Taylor people love this shit is so fire  ha I completely disagree with that dingbats opinion.

I am a loyal customer here and usually always have a very good experience here so I don't know if it was just today's staff or what but I've never had such a bad experience at a dispo. The staff members were cold and rude, there was only 5 strains of sativa flower and when I explained I have to be particular with the strain she offered no help and even took the paper away with the names and in a very rude tone said I can look at an educational book instead of offering information. I couldn't have gotten out of there faster. Not someone I hope to see again if I choose to go back, just sad because I really liked going here

Went there this morning and the lady that was working check in was absolutely rude! Her customer service is horrible and then I asked for management and she got someone who said he was the manager and even he didn't carry his self as if he was a manager to only find out he was just a supervisor.. It's definitely going to be a while before returning to this location!! SMH NOT A GREAT WAY TO TREAT MEDICAL PATIENTS!!

Worst service! They gave me the wrong product and refuse to fix the problem. Still haven't received the call I've been waiting on or getting in service after they didn't put the right product in my bag. What's the point of an online order if they can't even get it right

This used to be my husband and mines favorite club. They seem to have hired a bunch of new staff, which is amazing! It's definitely positive to see the company continuously expanding, but not when it's not done properly. When I used to come in to nirvana Tempe, the staff was always pleasant and friendly. I felt welcomed upon coming in and it was an exciting time of my day to come out and get my meds. I am a true medical patient and not a recreational smoker, and have an autoimmune disease, so when I come in, I like to be in and out. Well this new staff is not professional, doesn't know their material; meaning, that when I ask about a certain strain or product I'm given misinformation. This evening was kind of the straw that broke the camels back, which is what led to this review. I came in and the security guard was looking at my ID like it was fake (mind you , I've been coming here for several months now and know a majority of the guards) and then the bud tender seemed annoyed that I was there to pick up my phone order. Almost like it was more of an inconvenience that I interrupted her personal conversation at the moment. Customer service is a huge deal, and while we all are going through a lot in life during this weird time, you still need to be professional. People like the staff at nirvana are why the cannabis industry is never taken seriously in the medical field. Get it together nirvana center, energy exchange is very important and 3/5 times have been there lately it's been low vibrational.

I'd normally tell everyone about this place but sadly in reality it's trash and that's not saying much they don't treat there member good at all there is no separate lines for mec and rec expect better service at McDonald's Donald's or jack in the box personally I will never come here again and will forever tell people never to shop here!!!!

ReviewI have been coming here regularly for months without any issues but my experience tonight was atrocious. The problem started when we were surprised at how high the total was and told our bud tender that the total seemed off. She immediately got the manager. The manager came over and tried to explain to us that having a medical card was an added discount. She also said that since my partner had a DA discount he was 'technically double dipping.' Having a medical card is not a discount. She was frustrated when we kept asking questions to try and better understand and made it seem like it wasn't her problem that we just didn't get it. After leaving we realized our order was incorrect. I went back in to try and explain my problem and get my money back but the manager did not even come talk to me and instead sent a bud tender out to the lobby full of people to tell me that they reviewed my order multiple times with me and that they would not be able to give me my money back or exchange my items. This had been the problem from the beginning because our bud tender nor the manager ever reviewed our order with individual products and their prices with us. We were there at 9:30pm 5/15 and will not be returning.....0/10

By far one of the WORST interactions I've ever had in the 3 years of having my MMJ card. My budtender was rude! I needed knowledge and he was SUPER unhelpful! I was told I was unable to get my "referral prize" as well.. If I could give -1stars, I would! I will be telling everyone to STAY AWAY!

Such an UNCOMFORTABLE feeling when coming to Nirvana. The staff outside are just RUDE yelling at people who just want to get their ZEN on and feel happy. The parking is awful and causes their customers to stress the hell out before waiting on a long line to get in. Are the deals worth it? Perhaps if they relocated to a better location. Maybe they should've studied the definition of Nirvana before naming their store. Just a thought. nir·va·nanoun(in Buddhism) a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth. I live in Gilbert now and still make the drive to get their deals, haven't seen any other dispo compare in price and quality. Also every staff member I'm met has been so genuinely nice and makes the experience really easy

Shoutout to Phoenix w Nirvana. Solid buying experience, great deals for 1st timers, and prices hard to beat. The team here seems dedicated to making sure people leave happy, today came in and was comp'd a new gpen after spending on cartridges. Also, thank you to Jelly, a manager who will accommodate for people with mask issues; willing to provide face shields and to do what's necessary to get people the medicine they came for.

So after going back today and talking directly to the General Manager Jessica, everything has been resolved. She was beyond kind and attentive while I described my interactions of the day. She did not have to, but went completely out of her way to make sure that I felt a different way about my experience. disappointed in my first visit as I come to find out the strain I was looking for in the first place was there and my budtender Adam R said they were completely out, I couldn't even save my first time patient deal another time. Called again the next morning to double check which to I was right, the original strain I was looking for was there. I explained what happened, I was told I'd get a call back and I still haven't gotten a follow up. it's been a few days and I don't think they'll get back to me anytime soon. It's disappointing because their storefront looked nice on the inside.

Nirvana has the worst customer service out of all the dispensaries in the area.  They rarely have products available for their deals, hardly answer their phone and even when there's no line you end up waiting forever.  Not even worth considering.

poor service. placed pickup order and after I was advised it was ready to pickup I was told to wait in lobby another 30 minutes after I arrived. I have been going here since the location opened and it has gone downhill fast in the past month since REC, seems they no longer care about their MED patients. A safety concern as well is the very small parking lot can no longer accommodate the high level of traffic. I will not be going here again after today's poor visit.

Well, my husband is the one who has his medical card, not me. However, I am writing this review from my own personal opinion from what I've seen. My husband has gone to Nirvana a few times and has never been disappointed. Until, he went on 8/9/2020. He was recieved a notification on his phone that they had deals for that day. So, my husband and I drove down there to nirvana and while I waited in the car he went to look around and see what they had and the deal he got on his phone.  Well, it wasent. This was the most horrible looking crap I've seen. My husband was so disappointed. I even told him, just wait and see till you smoke it. Well he waited till we got home, he smoked it, and he instantly got a migraine. This strain literally Crumbles as soon as you pinch it. It's just so dry, it just breaks. That's it. There is no stickiness to it, no nothing. The smell of lemon is definitely there. But the high would be a negative. Again, it ended up giving my husband a major migraine instead of a high. Unfortunately, I told my to give it back and either get your money back or exchange it for something else as it is not my husband fault for getting this junk. Nirvana is a dispensary. They test their shit out to see how much THC and CBD it has, etc before they put in on the shelves to sell. They need to redo their testing for this. Because ain't shit came out of it. The pictures is after a few days we've had it, and the color CHANGED. It was a lighter color. Tbh, looked like how dry/dead grass and weeds look like lol. Anyways, the colored changed to this dark brown/nasty dark green. (Which is the pics of color already being changed) But yet, my husband opened the tube it came in, and smell was still strong, but it tended to get a little sticky then just dissolving in your hand like before. SO, he gave it another try... that was a fail, as he instantly got a migraine again. All I have to say to nirvana is, if your policy is that your patients cant return or exchange shit once product is bought, nor give them back their points for shit YOU sold to a patient, then I highly suggest you sell products that actually help people for the medical purposes instead of making them get side effects, with no medical use. This lemon diesel needs to be taken off the shelf and not sold to others. This and any dispensary makes alot of their profit from PATIENTS. And for a dispensary to sell some nasty shit like this is not cool. Soo now this stupid weed is sitting in my house untouched because my husband cant smoke it. And if I even bother to throw it away, I feel bad because that $60bucks down the drain without my husband smoking. Not to mention my husband was on his last of "total allowance" he had. And ended up using the rest to buy this funky shit, and had to wait 5 days till it reccrued the next total allowance. Although this place lost just ONE patient. Business makes it through word of mouth.  And I hope people who take the time to read this review, take the time and do your research for this place. Stay on your toes before even stepping foot into your place.

Went to this place and the security guard checked my ID and let me in. Then I showed my ID to the woman with short colorful dyed hair behind the desk. She told my my license was invalid because it was vertical despite the fact that I was 21 and recently turned 21. However, I understood that the dispensaries have their rules and I was fine with that. What I did not understand is why the lady behind the desk was absolutely rude and condescending. This place should hire some people with personality and that are not pricks.

Honestly not a bad dispensary, they carry premium 8ths from top growers at times. They also have deli style weed which can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's all popcorn dry bud but I have been surprised with some frosty dense nugs from behind the counter. Would definitely say that their concentrate game is strong. They have better deals than not compared to other dispos In the area. If you haven't been here it is worth checking out and making a judgment call.

Okay so I wanted to give an updated review for people who are looking into this place and see all the 5 stars going to 1 stars. I personally haven't run into the rude receptionist but they're right, there is no separation for med and rec and it seems like the management at the very least cares more about the sales than the consumers. This used to be my favorite spot but it turned VERY fast with rec becoming legal. Other dispensaries, of course, have had their moments trying to adjust to the new traffic but NC just kinda opened their doors and let their front desk just handle everyone at once. I went in on a week day night thinking I could be in and out in 20 minutes when in reality I was sitting there for, yeah half an hour to 40 minutes. They just put ID's and med people in the same call line. Would've forgiven it if every other dispensary hadn't gotten their stuff together by now which, like I said gives the impression that they have no intention of making it better for their consumers or easier on their staff. The people there are always very cool, their prices are usually great, and the atmosphere was dope but like a lot of these other people I'm going to have to stay away as a Med patient until they make some changes. Prioritize your medical patients, our money is just as green as rec's. I apologize that we can't be taxed higher but we make up for it when we pay for and renew our cards. Three stars for the staff always making my experience rock when I go in, if they also sucked this would be another 1 star.

Terrible service... no consistent daily deal policy was here yesterday and the budtender told me Wake n Bake and happy specials were 7 days a week. I go back today only to be told that because they were running a different special Happy Hour pricing was not available and the budtender Mr. Salas was incorrect.  The manager then tried to offer me a pre-roll for the inconvenience. Nope you keep your pre-roll and your inconsistent specials.  With this type of customer service I will gladly either drive to 75th or 35th Avenues.

Man this place has really fallen off.  When the bud tenders don't know the difference in live resin or live rosin.  Or when you make a phone order for something they tell you they have but they don't just to leave empty handed because the employees don't know the product and it comes to my expense of gas and time wasted to try and be forgiven with a free pre-roll, I will respectfully decline your non-smokable pre-rollThanks for being mediocre at what do you guys do

This dispensary seems cool and safe, but definitely more of a california fast and loose dispensary vibe! It's fun. I would recommend it to anyone based on my experience today, but maybe don't expect in depth explanations from your budtender, because they have so many products. First of all, this dispensary seems to carry everything, and at good valued prices! The same edibles were $20 here versus $27 at another dispensary. The store is simple and beautiful and it's nice to see everything on display on the walls/cabinets. The check in process feels more like a classic dispensary and I like that. The process was breezy for me on a thursday at 1pm and it was fun to look at all of the beautiful products. Veronica helped me pick me out new edibles and told me about great sales coming up! Recommend it if you know what you're looking for or open minded they will have something for you!

Shame on you Nirvana.... You can only use the typo excuse so often and I have heard it more than once.I placed an order online first item thc said 25.24 what I got was 11.79 .... Second item online said thc 17.78 and what I got was 8.63 I am a senior and could not see the small type as the bud tender shows me covering that part .... I get home and see it with my magnifying glass and call Nirvana and was told rudely that it's my fault and to ****off and hung up on Seriously there are better places to shopAnd now they treat you like a criminal just to get in the door and then rip you offSHAME ON YOU NIRVANA SHAME ON YOU

I'm from Cali I've gone to the stizzy shops and I've worked at one as well. I came to visit a family member i decided to go to this shop. I bought two stizzy pods mind you I still had the one I bought at the actual stizzy shop in LA. I got there got sky walker and birthday cake. I opened one instantly red flag the pod was upside down like if it was previously used and on top of that THEY ARE FAKE !!!!! the actual pods have the warning  cannabis sight on the pod it self. IF YOU GO TO THIS SHOP PLEASE DO NOT BYE THE STZZY  POD THAY ARE FAKE !!!! On top of that the prices for a half gram is 30 buck for  a half gram and a full gram it's 45  bucks at the actual shop  get your money worth and do not get scammed this is how the pods should look like

Worst experience in 4 years of being a med patient. First you go through something like airport security where you are wanded down and have to empty your pockets and everything kid you not thought I'd be handcuffed and shackled next just to buy my meds. This does not deserve to be called a medical dispensary whatsoever they do not care about med patients they assume everyone is there to just get high. Plainly put if you have a med card don't come here they operate more like a drug dealers then they do an actual medical dispensary!

Want to miss buying weed off the streets again? Then shop at Nirvana in Tempe just one time. A great location for a dispensary that unfortunately is horribly managed. You immediately feel the frustration the second you walk through the front door. A poorly ran line and front desk leaves you waiting excessively long periods of time to be served. Additionally they severally mispronounce peoples names with zero care. On multiple visits I've had to go back to the front desk to make sure my name was on the list to be called up, which it wasn't. To save time on waiting Nirvana does offer online and phone orders for pick up. Unfortunately most times this option takes longer then just walking in. Not to mention you may not get what you ordered online as they don't immediately fill online orders. I experienced this issue after calling in an order at 8am, when I went to pick up later that day my medication was not available as it wasn't bagged before being sold out and inventory wasn't updated.The wait times at Nirvana are further crippled due to poor staff management. Large quantities of team members being issued breaks during busy periods is not ideal for business. Where Nirvana shines is in its product variety, unfortunately this is also where it suffers most. Having a large variety is great, but not having an actively updated inventory online is bad. Further more this Nirvana location has become notorious for offering online sales on their website that are completely inaccurate, this has been confirmed by the employees and supervisors at this location. The frustration continues beyond Nirvanas website, as their online advertisements and text based ad's on multiple occasions have had inaccuracies as well. These inaccuracies are openly blamed on a 3rd party company that this Nirvana location uses according to the supervisors in Tempe. Over all it appears that Nirvana needs a lesson in how to take responsibility for their business. On several occasions the Tempe location has failed to honor pricing on advertisements they send via text daily. Claiming that "oops" that's a mistake by the people who post our ad's. To this I say, not my problem that's your own problem Nirvana, take responsibility and honor your advertisements. On one specific occasion I purchased medication which was .5 under weight. When bringing this to the stores attention I was turned away and advised to contact there client who supplied the product. That's like buying a t-shirt from a store and the store telling you to call the manufacturer about returning it. I did however call the supplier as instructed who promptly apologized and informed me that Nirvana has full permission to exchange inaccurate medication.  Further adding to the frustration at being directly lied to. For the above reason is why I gave a 1 star review, fix your problems and I'll fix my review.

The rent a mall cop at the front door was super rude. He said there's a 45 minute wait crudely and gave us a dirty look. I tried calling to see HOW the wait works, is it only a couple people at a time?? Then the rest are just fucked for another hour? They don't answer their phone lol. This was our Go to but not anymore. Damn

i love how i can just walk up, pay and walk out for my online orders. the customer service is amazing at this location as well! they ALWAYS answer the phone and always answer all my questions without an attitude. which i greatly appreciate!

Cool place for wax/edibles. Definitely not my first pick for flower tho. Very dry flower almost no smell/taste what so ever. Also the last bud tender I had knew NOTHING about wax and couldn’t even answer questions on brands/strains. It was very awkward.

Nirvana is one of the best dispensary's I've gone to. The budtenders are friendly, respectful and when asked a question they have rapid answers. If a product is not in stock the staff is very helpful in replacing the product close to the original order. I recommend Nirvana's to anyone wanting great costumer service and good quality flower.

I've been there 3 times to get they're quality top shelf. The bud is dry and has no smell or taste. I don't recommend it at all if your used to smoking top shelf quality.
