Love this place. Excellent products, and great customer service. Purchased a spoiled product and they refunded it dispute not being able to return for a couple weeks.

I absolutely love it here. All the bud is fire and the staff are nice and helpful. If you're near by and need some bud this is the place to be.

Had a Mr nice guy loyalty reward card and they DISMISSED the whole ENTIRE thing.. to me that is terrible customer service considering I came here for 9 weeks straight. Horrible staff/patient recognition on how to properly keep their word. I do NOT recommend this place.

Ok, giving this place a 3 star - the staff is cool, however the products they are selling are seriously lacking. I went in today to get a premium pre-roll once I pulled it out of the packaging and there was literally only a half a joint rolled up! For the price I'm paying I feel we should at least get a full size pre-roll joint. Smh...

Great dispensary, a little pricey but the staff is very kind and knowledgeable! Good place for a more medicinal feel to a dispensary.

Been coming here for almost two years, and this last experience was enough to ruin our business relationship. The security guard dismissed my LICENSE and didn't give me a reason as to why. Then she asked me to leave the store and I complied. When I reached out to their manager after I left there was no empathy or any restitution for the fact that my LEGAL identification was denied after I've been going here for two years.

I liked this place the first couple of times, the prices were decent for the vape pens, but this third time I was charged over $70 for a half a gram of a stizzy, first the lady that helped me did not know the right price for the pen kit and after I questioned the price she said 'Are you used to going to those underground places?' sort of like trying to belittle me. I paid the full price but I was not happy with the almost $20 increase plus the 17% tax on top of it all. There are plenty of other more affordable stores in Santa Ana, would not recommend it.

This place is super groovy  there's never long lines, they have away really sick first time gifts, the staff is super knowledgeable, the prices are right on.  They always have a good night selection, and they are clean, and super friendly.

ok so i love how small this place is because  it's not overwhelming. plus they have hella cool gear like hats and hoodies etc. product is fire too!

We drove all the way from Nevada and got there 955 pm and the security guard denied us entry.  The hours on the door says open till 10 pm... not 955 pm right?  We would've been in and out in 5 minutes plus there were patients in there too. It's Saturday the 22nd June.  Well you just showed me you don't care about patients needing meds.  Lost my business for life.

Got some weed from here a while back and they claimed it was top shelf but did not even give me a buzz; furthermore, the bud was old and dry and had no odor. Stay away or use a credit card to protect yourself because they do not give refunds. Also, do not buy any packaged weed that does not have a harvest date. Use the harvest date and package date to decrease your likelihood of getting old or defective weed. I also suggest only buying products that you trust or that are properly packaged (sunlight destroys thc so make sure the packaging shields the product from sunlight). The Legal cannabis industry is going through some growing pains right now (no pun intended ha) and it is my belief that many of these legal dispensaries are trying to unload bad product on unknowing consumers.

Let me start off by saying, I've been a customer for the last two years here. I usually spend about $100 every time I come in and I've recommended at least 5 different customers to this location. They have an amazing selection and most of the staff is great but there is a sales manager named Michael (tattooed/steroid freak). He is an idiot and doesn't have any clue about customer service. He should be FIRED in the spot! I just came in to buy some of my goodies and the security guard asked me if I have a mask, but right then an employee said, No, you don't need a mask!  That management just changed their policy. It was stated very clear and security allowed me to enter the store. So I'm in the store talking to an employee about certain products, and then out of nowhere this steroid freak comes up to me and tells me "YOU NEED TO HAVE A MASK, GO GET ONE".  It's was so aggressive and hostile that it took me by surprise. Right then, several of the employees told him that they lifted that rule. I'm sure he wasn't happy because they were pretty clear that their policy had changed. He then states, that "NO, WE DIDN'T MAKE THAT CHANGE, And then he totally embarrassed me by making a huge scene and said " NO, GO GET ONE".  I said, "no problem, but talk to me like a customer, not like  a 5 year old".  I said, "you can say please, right? And not like a smart ass" he says "SURE, PLEASE " (very loud and condescending) like a damn racist asshole! He totally caused a huge scene and embarrassment the hell out of me!If the owner cared, there should be some serious follow up and this manager should be FIRED! There is no place for people like this in a management roll! I wonder if I wasn't Latin, would he have treated me different and with respect?This guy has no business working for a great company like this! If the ownership has interest in supporting an aggressive/angry employee like him, then maybe they share the same temperament like his! I totally doubt that this was a one-off situation! By the workers constant apologies, it sounds like he must be like this all the time!OWNERSHIP NEEDS TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF HIM AND FOLLOW UP TO SUPPORT THE RIGHT THING TO DO! FIRE HIM, NOW!

They closed early on me when I got there at 9:55. They did not care that I drove 30 mins to get there.  Change your hours to 9:55 if that's when you close. I have been coming here for years and I ALWAYS leave tips. You guys have been going downhill recently, aside from this incident. I will never spend my hard earned money here again. I always hated going to this homeless infested area anyways.

Love all the staff and how friendly they are. They have patience with me with my picky selections and always work with my budget for sure my favorite spot.

My chick bought an eight from here that was labeled as an og, its junk and smells nothing like og at all. It literallt looks like shake and theres a bunch of stems in there lol, absolutely shouldnt be sold as flower unless youre smoking this in a blunt or joint. Disappointed to say the least. The blue dream my sister got was a 35$ eighth and its 100% outdoor flower. Selling mid outdoors over there.

Loved this place. They were kind and very accommodating. Super sweet security guard out front too! I initially went to go to People's OC in Santa Ana but I came a little too late. The guard there told me that there was a clinic that was still open down the street so I ventured over. Picked up a few joints; excited to try them! Loved the vibe of this place and I'll definitely be back. For being a first time customer I also got 10% off! Thanks guys!!!

I'm on the National do not call list and I received an unsolicited promotional text from them. I never opted into it so they must have bought my number from a call list. I've reported the number to the FTC. Why would you think that would make someone want to buy from you?

I was so nervous on going to any dispensary because I'm a newb at this. I walked in, scanned my ID and then Adrian greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable on the edibles. The place is super clean and the workers here are supeeeer fresh. Don't neglect this place because of the overall yelp ratings. Come see for yourself!

I'm not sure how this place ever posted a review from me. I have never purchased cannabis from a dispensary. I don't have a problem with legalization and I have walked into a few of these dispensary places just to check them out, but I've never purchased anything and I don't even smoke. Why is this review attached  to my name? It may actually be a good place. I just couldnt say.

Used to be good and now it blows. Higher prices combined with lower quality product is not a customer appreciation move. So after 2 years of support I no longer go there.

Feeling very disappointed by this place after being a regular customer who spends over $200 each time I came for years. Went there today to ask about a product that I bought two days ago with my receipt, the 1/8 oz of flowers I purchased seems like they were less than the labeled amounts. So brought the original package back to ask if they can take a look, the first staff couldn't really help us after I told her the situation regarding the flowers that I bought,so she went to get a different staff. The other staff came to me and said, " what's up"  which threw me off cuz I thought the first staff would already explain to her of my situation or she would at least ask how can she help instead of a simple "what's up". I told her that I purchased the flowers on Tuesday, and asked if she can take a look for me. She first said that "it's opened " and I was thinking How am I supposed to know there was so little flowers in the bottle if I didn't open it to see it?!!  And plus I have been buying almost twice a month with spending hundreds of dollars each time, so why would I need to come all the way here to ask this if it didn't bother me?!  she then explained to me of how they never touched the items other than placing the labels and I can be assure that the bottles that I purchased did contain 1/8 oz of flowers. So I asked if they can measure it in front of me to see if it's exactly 1/8 oz, and she said they can't do it because they don't have a scale. And I asked if I can bring one to their store to measure it in front of them, and she said I can't either. So I told her that I am a regular customer and for the next time I come here, are they able to put the flowers on the scale for the ones that I want to buy just so that I can be sure I can the full 1/8 oz each bottle. And she said that they can't do that either. So I was left pretty much speechless because it seems like there's nothing to do to fix this situation and felt very disappointed by how this was being handled!!!  I will not be returning to buy anything EVER again!!!

Came here last minute to get gummies with cbd. As they help me sleep. A gentleman at the counter was helpful and told me about the difference in 2 specific products I was looking at.  Went with the ones he recommended and I gotta say , they did the trick!! Only one and I was out!!!

I have 2 stars because of the employees. They are always cool and polite. However, I go very surprised that the same item I purchased every week now is 27% more expensive. Why? In a single week.Does not matter how much I like to come to this place I think that is time to see what else is out there. Very disappointed.

This Clinic has decent prices and the weed is 8/10 BUT the number one thing i hate about this place is the wait time, fuckin horrible. Its Monday 12:10pm and theres a line with 8 people in front of me with one staff member working. Im writing this once i got back into my car, it took almost 40 minutes for me to get an 1/8th of weed ‍ Cheap ass clinic cant even have multiple employees working at once. Probably never coming here again just based off that, if you dont value your time you should come here cause they'll waste it for you

Purchased 2 different strains. The product is dried out garbage. Extremely disappointing considering the price. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

They just lost a loyal customer. Earned a full punchcard over the past few months of visits and I was just told that they are no longer honoring the terms of the punchcard (free 1/8th). Unbelievably shortsighted business decision (as well as highly unethical). Lost a very loyal customer and I'll be telling friends as well.

I've been to a few different shops in the past. Nothing as legit and professional as these guys. I've been a repeat client and honestly hate going anywhere else unless I'm not in town. Great selection. It's clean and just doesn't feel like a ghetto shop whatsoever. All my questions get answered honestly and without bias. I am not one to care about pricing and focus more on service anywhere I go. Prices may be better somewhere but I'd rather deal with a company I always feel welcomed at and can have a good time. But even so prices are great! FTP great offers and loyalty rewards as well! I hope to see them continue to expand!

It's a decent shop with slightly higher prices. They have a permanent discount that helps with that though.

In my honest and helpful opinion, this dispensary is over priced, and they are not the largest dispensary in terms of product choice (maybe just in terms of square footage)Do not go here, choose another dispensary that fits your needs

Clerk was not very responsive, or very helpful and instead scoffed at my cluelessness. She cut me off before I could ask any questions about alternatives to the items that were out of stock. I've been here before and haven't been treated like this. Management seems to be slipping

Bummed that every time I go here they do not have what I want. I have anxiety and need high CBD low THC products and this seems to be their weakness. Last time I told the bud tender exactly what I needed and she set me up with a setiva  that has almost no CBD in it.  Did she not listen to me? Or is she just not knowledgeable? I dont know but I'm not going back here.  I need a place with knowledgeable people and good stock.

Wow this place is bait and switch they post on weed maps $15 1/8 for first time patient I go there and they tell me oh that's only for medical patients well it doesn't say that on Weedmaps they didn't give a shit or even offer to honor it. See the picture I am posting with this review they are shady and I doubt that they are even licensed for recreational.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my 2nd visit to Mr. Nice Guy (sorry, I forgot to post about my first visit). I was helped by a very friendly young lady named Britney (hope I spelled it right). She was AMAZING!! I was on a VERY TIGHT budget, but she was incredibly helpful, and was able to match me up with a product that met my needs. I usually use just CBD to control nerve pain, but needed help sleeping and cutting back on Prescription Pain Meds. She recommended a combination of CBD/THC. This was just what I needed. It was able to relax me without feeling "stoned". I slept through the night last night for the first time in Months (no waking up to take more pain meds). THANK YOU BRITNEY!!! YOU'RE A LIFE SAVER!!BTW... They redesigned their "showroom", and it is NICE! Very clean, Well lit, and everything displayed nicely. Their prices are very reasonable. Although they may be a little higher priced than a small co-op, but they are Professional, and I don't feel like I'm skulking around some dirty pot shop. All the way!!Re: My 1st visit, I had come with a friend, and wasn't buying anything, but I ended up talking to the Owner of Mr. Nice Guy, and left with a free sample disposable CBD pen. The people are nice but they are over priced and didnt give me a receipt  also the puffy delivery cart I got from them is horrible the wax is old they charged me 40$ for a cartidege that looks like it has dirty wax I'm never going back

This place is so awesome, as big as a football field, and I did score. I wish there were more boobs, but i wish that everywhere. The grabber game machine will grab you an eighth if your lucky, and the moon rocks will rock your world baby. If low on bucks, they got chu covered, but don't hesitate to ask for the best.

The place has the same old dry brown bud that sucks no more for me .I will go elsewhere. Oh ya I bought an 1,8 it came to 25.02 he made me go to my car to get the 2 Penny's I came back with 1 at this time I told him to give me back my money.  The manager  came out and I said good but she backed the clerk. I told them all to fuck off. Including the security guard.

Bait and switch at its finest . They tell you that the taxes are in the prices but that's very vague and it's a lie. Is it really that hard to be honest to the patients ????!!?? First they don't tell you deals are only for medical patients. And the people at the front will lie and tell you there are deals that the budtender will explain, but another lie. I don't remember her name but the lying devil had blue eyes! Better going to the recreational dispensaries where they don't charge tax or a church dispensary where also they don't have taxes.

This is one of the nicer dispensaries I've been to. It's off the freeway in a nice area, and is pretty huge. They have a 20% off discount for first time customers. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They also have some of the lowest prices around for the pax era oil refills. I drive an extra 20 minutes to come here because their prices are great and I like the environment so much. I highly recommend this dispensary.

This place is awesome! It has the most convenient location with TONS of parking. You can tell a lot of money, time, and care went into building this place. The last time I was there I picked up a Heavy Hitters vape and the taste of the strawberry cough blew my mind. I am definitely a customer to both you and them for life!

I like this place! I understand pricing is higher due to taxes to city and state are mandatory. The meds are getting better and variety as well. Recreational cannabis is getting better but I miss the good ole days. Viva Santa Ana

Super welcoming atmosphere which I appreciate a lot. As a newbie to cannabis, most dispensaries I would visit were intimidating, but Mr Nice Guy is super chill and friendly. They have a wide selection to offer, the workers are knowledgable, and they also have a lot of cool accessories to browse. Parking is also great. Highly recommend

I went in to simply ask some questions about medical use of "non high" products. They were very insightful and friendly. The store is immaculate and orderly.

This place might be the best dispensary in town. The budtenders were so helpful and we're so much cheaper compared to other places. They had a great selection on flower and pretty good selection on everything else. I went in to pick up CBD products and ended up getting flower too since it was cheaper than most. Great service and beautiful place!!! I will definitely be back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband was turned away and told it was closed due to a holiday. I don't know what holiday they're talking about because my calendar does not state there's a holiday today. Mind you it's only 7pm. Will not come back here.

I wish people would use yelp for honest reviews, the guy below me was a complete ass to the budtender, I was in the med room when he started to complain about absolutely nothing (probably didn't have enough for the deal) , didn't even look at product. It's very hard to come by a collective that actually has parking so I am thankful for this shop and the space they have. I don't mind the crowds very much, but I hate when a shop doesn't have any parking at all, slow or busy. The guy they have spinning the sign outside is also hilariously animated so oddly enough I find it a treat to see on my way to this shop. This store is huge and the variety is incredible. Maria is a sweetheart, and is pleasant to talk to every time I visit. Since they started carrying Heavy Hitters I couldn't be happier. It might not matter to some people but I care about what I smoke, and what goes into my body, so I have stuck with Heavy Hitters because of their commitment to being a clean cartridge that packs a punch. The flavor combinations you can make with their strains is the best part. After taking the suggestion from one of the Heavy Hitters vendors, I bought cookies & cream and paired it with their blueberry and I have no idea why I didn't try it sooner. Where other companies have tried and failed to get the terpenes just right for flavor, Heavy Hitters has always succeeded. It tastes like a blueberry pie, and I smoke this all the time. Although pricey, these cartridges are the best bang for your buck, and you get your money's worth. I hope to see more of a variety of Heavy Hitters strains show up at this shop.

This dispensary has some of the nicest and knowledgeable bud tenders. I really keep coming back because of them. The quality is very good on everything I have tried. I am not keen on the prices being raised up and down since the new ownership but that is not the bud tenders' faults. I honestly loved the dispensary before it changed hands. Now it has less selection and higher prices but I will still keep coming because of the service and quality :)

Would give it 0 stars if I could had  bad service and wouldn't honor ftp deals which they say on there web site please keep your money and go else where some people still care about feeling good when purchasing from vendors

Super nice people and extremely helpful with my needs. I went to my budtender asking help for anxiety, sleep and pain. He showed me many different products and had a great answer for everything I asked.

Typical bait and switch type club. They say one price, charge a different and are unapologetic about why it's so much higher and an inconvenience. Manager Jean has no credibility and it's unfortunate that such a great physical location has to be ruined by unprofessional ethics and morals. Avoid this location at all costs. Plenty of reputable and better shops right down the street. Go to the shops that care, this one doesn't. #truth

Such an incredible dispensary! They carry the best products at the best prices and the staff is always super nice and upbeat! They also have the best shirts and sweatshirts of any dispensaries for purchase.

I have been going here for years and they know me by name. I went in today and found that they overcharged my card they told me $17 gave me change for Twenty then charged my card $23 which put my bank account overdrawn. The snot nose kid who answered the phone when I called about the charge tells me everyone is busy and he will put me on hold for about ten minutes. 20 minutes later I hang up call back he again refuses to get the manager.  This little snot should be fired as anyone knows if there is a problem go get the manager especially when their mistake is gonna cost me $35 in bounce fees!! Im really ticked at the moment and dont want to drive over there and make a scene but I think I will

Horrible services the workers there literally ignore you like if you don't exist. I waited over 20 mins to be helped and as I waited 4 people walked through the door and got helped before me. I've never been to such a clinic with such low standards.

Have seen this place a few times tucked behind a shell gas station. I finally went inside and am. Disappointed I haven't been in sooner. The staff is amazingly friendly. They don't sell to sell. They have a huge selection of flower. They have your old pal Bobbie brown to top shelf blem. They also display their prices for their product. As well as THC percentage. Their prices are really reasonable and any first time client gets thirty percent off. That's the most I've seen. They have a Mr. nice guy half ounce for fifty five dollars. It test pretty high and it smokes pretty well. For that price you can't beat it. Loved it. Everything for $215 Alien og- smokes well smooth nice taste Orange 43- fire sativa especially for its price Tropicana cookies- smooth purple weed nice high Sweet skunk- wasn't a huge fan it kind of stung back of throat. But smell is awsome and the nug is good.

This place is a friendly, always stocked, great prices, and selections. This is the main spot for me. I’ve gotten flower, edible, and some gear...even a mask. Would recommend to anyone interested in quality at a decent price and not overpriced quantity. Service is fast and friendly and they don’t lie to you about their knowledge of your concerns. 5 star
