This is a fantastic place to get you meds or Rec use. The staff is very knowledgeable abd kind. I HIGHly recommend Evergreen

That security NAVARRO was so fricking rude lol but the lady that actually sold me the weed was so nice.. Evergreen pls get yourself some new security they're a joke and she was so concerned with me parking a little over the next lane when the lot was empty! Lol so ridiculous

Very slow to get in. Expect slow service. The selection and strains aren't good enough to justify the wait. Probably won't go back again.

I come here all the time I usually don't have an issue but right now I just bought a pod from here only for it to be empty. Spent money didn't leave the parking lot and the team did nothing to help me out. Def would recommend to check ur stuff before you leave from inside.

I just went in to get a STIIIZY pod but when I got into my car and opened the box, it was empty. I went back in and told them about what happened but they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to contact STIIIZY. So I basically spent 48 dollars for nothing. I just can't believe they didn't want to do anything about it. They've lost a customer for life.

First time here and not my last. The guy that helped me was super helpful to my needs and I was in and out quick. He recommended 2 products to try out and my sleep schedule has improved. I still plan on coming back to try out other products.

I went in for a stiiizy pod a couple days ago but when I got home and opened the box, it was empty. When I went back to Evergreen to get a new box, they told me they couldn't and told me to contact stiiizy instead. They really didn't care about my situation and pretty said it was stiiizy's problem. Never going back here again.

Evergreen is an extremely aesthetic, well put together dispensary with a lot to offer. On the way to the beach, I stop by to pick up some products. I'll go with the products first and then I'll talk about staff and customer service. I can honestly say Evergreen has a massive selection of whatever you're looking for. I really respect all of the options and high quality product available. Especially the product I purchased, I was satisfied. I'm going to be honest, it was a little pricey but I was satisfied.. So be prepared to bring some cash because your bill can rack up. I mean, it is a high-quality dispensary so this should be expected. However the staff.....I can honestly tell are 110 % completely over their job. The security guard was loud on the phone, openly talking to creditors about how many more payments  he owes on whatever business he's taking care of, while on company time checking in other people. I found that to be very unprofessional. The budtenders are 100% about their business no small talk, no smile, no welcome in.  So don't expect exceptional service. Everything about the customer service was monotone. Honest advice yes, they have a lot to choose from, yes it's pricey, but  just get what you need because they will probably have it and leave.

Ambiance -5, quality-5, cleanliness -5, overall quantity and brands availability -5. I don't live near here but I drive over every few weeks to come shop. The team here is so efficient and knowledgeable . Vega , the security guard is very nice and super forward about all the cool stuff evergreen offers. The staff has helped me find strands to help with work , creative projects and strands to ease some pain from an injury. They keep track of my history and always recommend to come back on specific days for cool promos. You can call in advance and check on what's available. Great bud tenders and great ambiance .

Good selection and friendly customer service with what seemed to be a really diverse variety of products and fair prices with deals and a nice facility that gets you in and out.

I told the female employee I wanted 2 grams but she sent me home with 1, they don't use scales, the weed is prepackaged, hence why I didnt realize she only gave me one. Anyways, she was friendly and so were the other staff but there's definitely other places that give you more for your dollar.

Overpriced: Can't really say we tried anything. We waited around as you have to stare at a screen an figure out the price of stuff. What a weird system. But that wasn't even the problem. But as soon as we asked and the staff told us the price range of their products we just laughed and left. Fix your prices, we both know you are gouging.

Turned away because of closing hoursYou guys might want to change your posted hours. Store hours show you guys close at 10 but I got there at 9:52 and the guards turned me and 4 other people away. He said you guys need everyone out by 9:50. Saying no to money is bad for business! Drove from Placentia for nothing hopefully you guys can make the proper adjustments.

So I was there few minutes ago and I took my out of country ID and they rejected me. So I did my research online & this is what I found:''For those traveling from another country outside the U.S., your valid passport will work as an acceptable form of identification. Additionally, be sure to keep your identification at the ready throughout the process as some dispensaries will ask you to show it once more at the point of sale.'' They lose clients. I need it, cause I suffered from insomnia. but oh well, moving on. I will keep seeking for new labs. After all this is Santa Ana.

Awesome example of great service and product! Really knowledgeable staff and good prices. The specials posted are good and they have a great calendar of events.

Great selection of all kinds of flower and other types of CBD products. Very helpful and friendly staff and free parking! Edibles and pens are also available here! They have a very good quality of products!!

I am a big fan of this place. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of everything too. I like that they are frontage on a main road. I always get nervous about the business park small shops where you never know who is waiting for you around the corner.

Nice staff but sales tax are so high. They charge  33% tax of the sales amount. Around the corner in the same city they only charge the 9.25%. Does't matter how much are you buying. I will be changing my dispensary shop.

Went to this place for the first time yesterday and I know I'll be back! Great selection of tinctures, great service, nice atmosphere, and I like the happy hours!!

I felt the service was great but the prices were a little to high. I still felt like I over paid even with my discount applied. It's a kinda place you splurge at but not and everyday place.

I swear the prices keep getting higher and higher! They be charging stiizys for $80 and they don't have a huge selection. Go somewhere else and save your money. West clinik by Godinez will treat you so much better and they have a HUGE dispensary so there's a wide selection of any cannnabis products such as flower, edibles, wax, joints, and drinks! SAVE UR MONEYYYY

Cool vibe.  Evergreen has a wide selection. The bud tenders are very nice and eager to help, but they lack education on the products.  They are unable to answer specific questions and are not up to date on product changes.  I do prefer evergreen over the other local dispensaries. Just need a little more education.

Everyone here is always so polite and helpful. I just love it here. Today it smelled like baked cookies when I walked in and sure enough a fresh batch! Cherry was the best. She helped me so much. Thanks girl I'll sleep good tonight!

This place has become my new home ever since Nature's Cure closed in LA. The trip down here is always great, and the Tustin mountains aren't too far away if I want a quick bike trek.Amazing deals, always hooked up, and the specials they do are totally worth it even more!

Super high prices and they told me they were giving me a first time patient deal and a check in deal and then just gave me the same total as it was before my discounts lol I'm in sales and numbers aren't new to me they acted like they were helping me when really they just got me to pay more than I should have and then said "see you next time". Won't be going back

Matt and Marvin  are awesome bud tenders, initially walking in for a chocolate bar I ended up walked out with an Oz of flowers and the  320 mg chocolate bar because I simply could not pass up on the selection. Very glad I grabbed some SFV OG as it was very flavorful and very strong. Needless to say I will be coming back soon because of the level of professionalism this place exudes, thanks for the killer service Evergreen, in a city full of terrible shops you are reigning supreme in my book, and I appreciate what you provide for the patients Thanks-John P.

Expensive! They use the tax as an excuse to overprice merchandise. Not worth my time.

Do NOT use your ATM or credit card here!  Unauthorized charges withdrawn from my account!  (No problem with the staff on site, or the product.) I used their in-house ATM, which charged the expected high fee. Then I checked my account and found that they charged an extra unauthorized amount immediately after.  On top of the fee.  A non authorized completely separate small amount. When I called and spoke with staff and manager both try to tell me that it was an issue with my bank and the ATM company.  The line item withdrawal is exact for both transactions   People's OC?!   Wait. I wasn't at People's OC and have never even been there...  Their ATM company mixed up the stores and overcharged me.  The manager took no accountability and cut me off 3 times before I was allowed to finish my point.  At days end, they've lost my trust if they can charge my card and take no accountability whatsoever, other than to tell me to call my bank. Poor business sense. Be careful.

In my search for knowledgable pros navigating the benefits of medical marijuana creams and oils for my elderly mother, Evergreen is way ahead of the rest of the shops I've been to in Santa Ana.  The staff are incredibly friendly, know and can explain their products (of all kinds) well, and entirely lack the snarky adolescent employee attitude I've encountered in other pot shops. I've been here three times now and I'm always impressed.

This place is amazing. The customer service is always the best, and their products are fantastic. I live in Fullerton and I always make the drive in stop and go traffic just to go to Evergreen. I am going to give a shout out to Marv and Matt who always answer my questions and are the best at everything they do. Everyone there is amazing, though so don't get me wrong. 5 stars!!!

Came in here the other day, place is extremely nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. Jaymie helped me out and she was very patient and extremely knowledgeable on all the product. She helped me select something tailored for my needs. They have so many items to choose from which I really like. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and will be coming back.

I love this place! It all starts with a big smile from security guard Vaga. He's always is so professional, friendly and helpful.Budtenders are so knowledgeable about all the products. Kay helped me find an amazing lotion for my 81 year old mom's arthritis and even a bath bomb! And everyday there are specials so you can find one that works for what you want. I always look forward to my next visit!

I was excited to go to this new place. I actually went  for the first time on 4:20. The person who helped me offered me a buy one  cartridge get one free so I ended up choosing that deal. I opened the first box everything was fine. 4 days later I opened my second cartridge IT WAS EMPTY! meaning no cartridge inside. I gave them a call to explain what happened Lauren told meShe would speak to a manager and call me back so she did. She said I can go back the following morning and pick up a new cartridge. When I got there they treated me like I was lying the manager told me there was NOTHING she could do for me. I left crying from frustration. This is not fair to customers I told the manager that she needs to watch out for her employees because someone that day screwed me. This is not fair I have both boxes and a receipt and they just sold me nothing. I never thought that I would have to open my boxes and check before leaving a legit place. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I am so disappointed on how this was handled they have cameras all over they can easily look at them and see what happened but manager did not care.

My new go to when in orange county.  They have a happy hour like 9am to 2pm.yoh get 15% off. Also new customer first time you get 15% off.They've got just about everything you could want  here.  Myself I come the Kushy gummies. They help my struggle with insomnia. They been around since 2016. Usual procedure check in with your driver license then you're let in. Big paved parking lot with lots of spaces.

Whoever is managing this place - go get to work.  Your employees are half asleep while your customers wait.  Speed things up.  Get an actual system

I'm a long time fan of Evergreen. This place has tons of parking, easy in and out. (Curbside for those in need).Inside the staff have all been super, always helpful they seem to enjoy being there (has to be a super job) and knowledgeable too. Not pushy, but willing to share what they know.Excellent product line up, over the top flowers and some of the best concentrate deals out there. I appreciate the 0800 open time as I can get my shopping out of the way early. If you have not checked this spot out you should.

I was surprised that no masks are being provided being that we started as a grass root movement. I don't recommend places like Evergreen at all.

Truthfully i used to like this dispensary it has great parking it's in a good area and it's usually pretty quick to get in,HOWEVER it's not as good as it seems most brands are taxed heavy the weed maps menu is not always up-to-date and I just left there this weekend with the product that was packaged 11 months ago !! I understand stock stays but to give out a near year old batch of flower was the final straw I think I'm done with evergreen for a little

love this place! always got great stuff and deals going on, even the security guards are nice people! been coming here for over 2 years now and wouldn't choose anywhere else for the selection and prices you get. other places might have cheaper selections but the quality isn't always there, but I always know I'm getting good recs when I come in here.
