VERY very very irritating. I was directed to park all the way across the parking lot and it's super cold. When I walked up to the shop a security guard stopped me with his hand up infront of me expecting me to know what that means. He finally asked me for my ID about 20 seconds later studied it for a WHILE and let me in. Shop makes the whole process very difficult for patients.

The wax was pretty cool but, let's just say this shop is over hyped! If I pay $60 for an 8th I expect it to be better. The staff in the front was welcoming. But once you get to the back they really rude and pushy. How I'm I suppose to see what I'm buying from so far back. They need better displaying, & friendlier staff!

Glad you folks decided to come down to Santa Ana this place is magic. Their website gives an exact price on their dank product. The prices listed include taxes, What you see is what you pay no surprises at checkout. I'm assuming this is an inhouse operation probably harvesting all their batches from the same building. Trash trash trash!!!! This place is ridiculous. First, they wouldn't accept a digital copy of my rec. cool, I agreed to pay full price. I order my stuff and hand over my debit card, to which the guy said we are only accepting cash ok. I asked if they had an atm, they said yes, I go pull money out .... and of course their ATM is not working. This place is overrated and trash. Haven is so much better than this trash. I won't come back. The weed is cool, but still overpriced and the hassle to get it is not worth the trouble. I'd rather give Haven my business where they have a fully functioning facility.

Friendly staff, great service. Their recommendations are always on point. The Employees always have the best recommendations for what you are looking for. I always trust Jungle Boys for the highest quality flower.

The cannabis is eh okay kinda went to shit. the extracts are eh too. Prices are confusing. The security guards outside are straight assholes. I've spent a lot of money coming back n forth to this location and it's not close either. I go one time with my kid because I couldn't find a sitter at the time. So I try a curbside pick up thinking it shouldn't be a problem. One of those short ass security guards has the nerve to say kids can't be on the premises while buying cannabis. Saying businesses around them would call P.D. It's legal I thought? I have a doctors recommendation. The cannabis isn't even open when you get it. I put it right in my glove box right away. He was saying I have to go park basically when you turn into the industrial area. That's bullshit. He acts like people are with binoculars in their windows looking at people pulling up to see if their kid is with them. He honestly ruined it for me with his nasty attitude. I don't think I'm going to come back to this location. he honestly fucked it up for the OC location to get money that day. What a idiot. He thinks he's on some power trip with that gun in his holster. I don't think I'm going to buy any more jungle boys. The high is weak and doesn't last

Wished I lived in LA so I don't ever have to return to this location. Everything about this store is so goddamn frustrating from the security who literally has something to say about everything, to the inside bud tenders. Security are straight up annoying on several occasions and these incidents have nothing to do with securing the premises or safety measures. Then inside they want you to stand so far away from the counters. Why not let people walk up and sanitizer after each person like every other retail store? How can people possibly figure out what they want if they can't see what y'all are offering. Then they gon turn around and say, we ONLY accept cash no card?? And allow u to stand right in front of the cash register. What kinda ass backwards covid safety precautions is this. Let's not forget to mention the bud tenders who half the time don't know anything about bud and the other half insists (on multiple occasions) that my boyfriend gets a med card. If he wants to pay full price, isn't that better for u guys?! One last thing to mention is, if they are out of stock on certain product (80% of the time), come back a day or two later, they will usually restock then. They won't tell u tho which is weird but my bf found this to be the case. He is kinda at their mercy but I'm really done coming to this store. I rather troop it to LA. It's almost like they ain't the same company smh

I wasnt trying to be rude but when the budtender said the cheapest eighth they had was $60 + tax I laughed pretty loudly. If you guys make it another year I'll be extremely surprised. Worst wishes.

This place is horrible. I will never purchase flower or anything from this place ever again . There atm machine is now even connected . And also they are not accepting cash . And the flower they have . What a joke . Nothing but buds that are ran through a trimmer and also look like crap. I have also found seeds in my flower I have purchase from this brand . If it was really a great strain. Why all the seeds . Maybe the people you have flowering your product should stop trying to stretch out the flower time .Who ever reads this should check out 710 labs. Way better quality and    The strains they have are a lot better than Jungle Boys. Anytime you smoke jungle boys product ,the high is weak and only last about thirty minutes . Horrible everyone stop wasting your money on this brand they were good at first . But now since they started opening up there flower went 2 shit . Pictures coming soon

I bought 7 eights on Xmas eve and got shorted over 9 grams , went back today because they have good flower and selection, I brought a scale and sure enough all 4 eights were 2.2 grams I'm a medical patient for the last 20!years this is crazy, when I got a refund she said this is the last time they can do the right thing, and they only did because I didn't open the bag that's key they weigh 3 grams empty total scam I've been going there since the opening , SMH BUYER BEWARE SUX

After going around to few different dispensaries, definitely this is one of or the best in SoCal. Great products , very clean . Prices on menu include tax whereas other places charge tax in addition to menu prices. Def would be my goto if I was a local

To be honest the weed is cool but i come here just to see the blonde receptionist in the front, i dont know her name all i know is she works on Fridays but shes more fire than any of the bud there.

We went out of our way to visit this place, brought family and friends out of town just to check it out. Worst experience so far for a dispensary. The front door people were okay, quick to get our info and send us on through. the people behind the counter were just too much. We got one girl who didn't know what she was selling, she just couldn't explain the difference between two products. They were very pushy about not leaning over the glass counter or putting our hands on it. i get it, the pandemic, but it's difficult to view things from behind the glass and a foot away. I don't know about anything else that was purchased as we spent over $700 all together, but the greenery was not the right quality for it being such a "top dollar brand". it's just straight trash. Pretty disappointed to have gone so far, when we could have gotten the same trash at the dispensary up the street.

Good place to get what you need just horrible security! Park at the customer parking w/ friend and I left him in the car to get what I need and security doesn't want him him to be in the customer parking a and asked to move the car! Jungle Boys is a joke.  Security guards outside have anger problems.  Jungle boys is overpriced for the mediocre products that they provide.  You are literally just paying more money for pretty packaging.  I won't return here, plenty of competitively priced clinics in the area.  Save your money.

They didn't let me in cause my WA state DL expired 12 hours ago. They're obviously strict so make sure your DL isn't expired or you have your passport on you.

Jungle Boys lists lesser prices on Weedmaps. When you arrive at the location to pick up your order, the price is double. They just say: "sorry, it was a human mistake and we don't honor the price shown on Weedmaps". They are unprofessional and clearly taking advantage of people to get them to come in to their location. BEWARE. Plenty of other places to go that will not cheat you or lie to you. It's really unfortunate.

They have great quality and prices. The flowers are flavorful and fresh. I've tried the special and it was great.

In my opinion, the best shop in town for value on top shelf flower. Always new deals and specials to keep it interesting to. It’s a pleasant experience without confusion and disappointment.
