This was our first visit to any dispensary, and we were  pleasantly surprised! As soon as we stepped in, the front desk associate was very welcoming. We appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail for COVID-19 safety regulations. We were helped by Aaron. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. While we were only here for certain products, the experience already earned this place a 5 star. Would definitely recommend!

I love this place!!! They carry Mary's Medicinals, which is my holy grail of products. I HIGHly recommend Mary's CBN:CBD tincture. So many places I've tried going to don't carry this high quality product.The place is cool, clean and well organized. No shady vibes, easy access. Right by John Wayne Airport.Both times I've been there the bud tenders were super cool and had a lot of knowledge. I'm kind of a novice on the THC game but I've loved all of their recommendations.If you have a MMJ card they give you 10% off.The girl at the front desk is super nice.I recommend bringing cash, bc you avoid certain taxes by not paying with credit card. There is an ATM there though.The only thing I wish they sold is beverages (without THC), I was stoned to the bone when I went there last and I was hella thirsty. 10/10! Definitely recommend going.

My Representative CJ is very informative and patient with me. I am not too knowledgeable therefore have many questions. He always finds the perfect product for my health needs. Grateful for your help, patience and guidance CJ! Good job!

From the Earth is a wonderful place. I'm used to the dispensary's in Florida. FROM THE EARTH blew my mind. It's hidden away and worth well with the trip. As you walk in it has a huge waiting area. The employees are great. They call you in one at a time. I had a less than five minute wait. They called me in by name and Melissa guided me around. She was great and very knowledgeable. She asked what I was interested in. The interior of the shop was very tastefully decorated. I have a lot of back pain and she gave me the options that would be helpful.  I bought Papa and Barkley Releaf tincture. It's marked for whole body relief. Next we went to check out flower. Melissa guided me to what will be helpful for my problems. She was right. What she chose for me was a  great help. Last I took some edibles. I never tried edibles before. She told me to be careful because it sneaks up on you. She was right. I wish they would open in Florida. The prices are very reasonable and the shop was done with a lot of taste and class. Employees were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Whenever I'm in California to visit my son and his wonderful girlfriend I'lI be sure to come back. You should check it out

Horrible. Go somewhere else. I put in a phone order and when I got there they were sold out of what I ordered. Literally didn't do anything to make it right. They are also over priced and have a horrible selection

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are always good with recommendations since many times the menu changes quite frequently, and previous purchases may not be available. They offer curbside pick up which is great for people like me that are high risk. If you need to go inside the staff is wearing masks, they temperature check before entering, and have sanitizer available. They currently changed some of their hours, and if they are busy there can be a wait, but all in all a excellent experience.

This is the best dispensary in OC! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, great service, prices and vibes. Such a cool mural in the parking lot too!

Despite the reviews, we had exceptional service at our experience with From the Earth!!!Great customer service. My boyfriend and I really don't smoke often and we wanted something that wouldn't make us tired but we could just have a good time with when we are doing regular activities. The staff was very patient with us and got what we needed! They took all our our concerns and needs into consideration to recommend products we would like. The only thing I would want to warn someone of is the price. It was a little pricey but we didn't have much to compare it off of. We will definitely be returning to this location!

From the Earth is lucky to have Hunter K to provide amazing product knowledge and incredible customer service!  He listens to what concerns, issues are and helps to find a solution!  Been there many times and find his expertise outstanding!

As a first time patient here, we went in with an open mind. I was referred to this dispensary by a few locals I know here in Cali. Also, I read the reviews and did some research and decided to give this place a shot! Off the bat, it is very clean, very bright. The ambiance I'm the waiting lobby is great, a wonderful vibe. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, and very helpful. She offered us the menu, and answered any of the questions I had. Fast forward, months down the road, I'm still actively in their text chain and I get daily specials and stuff texted to me, it's pretty cool! Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a dispensary. I tried to exchange dosist cartridges, which I purchased at this store and the sale representative wasn't able detect my full purchase chart. It was only on the very last purchase on the record even though I purchased product in all of my 3 visits to this dispensary. Errors in systems happen, but the treatment I received by the sale representative was unacceptable. She was yelling at me and suggested that I've probably purchased it somewhere else and wouldn't remember.I spend a lot of money on quality product. Never this dispensary again!Very disappointed that I had to deal with this.

Very friendly place all of the people working were wearing masks and temps were taken at the door. I'm visiting from out of state and they were very welcoming and helped me find the exact medicine I needed while here.

This place really went down the hill, use tobe my favorite spot for years, couple of months ago i brought a friend and the budtender said i have over $50 in rewards and i would an extra $20 for referring my friend today with no notices they told me they decided to change their reward program and simply eat everyone's rewards so they do not have to pay it adding to that its the most expensive spot in the area . I am sure i spent at this place thousands of $$$$$ but they do not appreciate the business or care about it also no deals for the 4 th of july like let s get as much money as we can from our customers. They are after your money not your business. No more i am taking my business somewhere else

There a young legend by the name Micheal that works here! This man will help you with of your any of your desires. When my friend and I go there he ALWAYS treats us like one of his own friends. Thank you so much michael and from the earth for hiring this man!

I have been to this dispensary, and most of the "legal" dispensaries in Orange County , and can count on one hand the number of times I have purchased any product that was halfway decent. Most of the "recreational pot" is nothing more than dirt weed. The prices are horrendous, and the tax is even more egregious!     these "legal" shops have paid sky high permit fees to the county and cities, and expect us to absorb their stupidity by paying nearly $75 for 1/8 ounce of useless dirt weed.  Even more ridiculous is the amount of money spent on the gregarious packaging...  what a joke. One would think that they believe marijuana to be addicting and that we will bend over and pay any price! The monopoly these "legal" shops hold allows them  to get away with these greedy practices. Do what you have to do to put them out of business... Grow your own, have your friends from Oregon send you your product, start buying in the alleys in Santa Ana again... And, most importantly, get all over your state and local representatives and  make it clear to them that we will no longer tolerate their greedy agenda! It was cheaper to buy product from the Mexicans who smuggled it in, despite the fact they had to pay mules, Smugglers, bribes to officials, etc.

Called ahead to ask if they could deliver to Huntington Beach. Told yes. Placed order online, received confirmation and told delivery within certain time frame. Called back when didn't happen and was told after 3pm would be delivered next morning. Text next morning and told 12-4 delivery and driver would text me - so I waited - and waited - then called and told I would get text - so waited - and waited - No one ever text or called me. I text back to cancel order. Immediately received "cancelled" text. Super unprofessional- have received delivery from others with zero problem.

Our GPS took us on a wild goose hunt, but called, got directions and easily found the building. (Completely opposite of GPS) Awesome place! Very efficient process and was in and out within 10 minutes. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

one of the best dispensaries i've been to so far!! they even have a bathroom LOL! the place is really neat & the staff is incredibly friendly. they sell ounces for really good prices and their pre roll selections are really good. i got the Jade OG Humboldt gram pre rolls & they were $60 for seven grams !! great stuff

I'd really like to give more than 5 stars..I get delivery & am impressed w/ employees taking my order ( answer any & all questions). The delivery drivers are very courteous & always smiling. Products are great & employees are so helpful.!!!

Long wait -- need more staff considering prices. I got the "cool guy" vibe from their staff. Sorry, but the guy who helped me this morning was a douche. Personality at check-in was equally unpersonable. That "cool person"  vibe may be awesome if you are black market dealer with unbelieveable goods, but not-so-much here. No need for it here (especially in Santa Ana). My flower was put into 2 small, unstapled white paper bags. I then asked for a receipt and was told they were out of register paper. That seems really legal! This place is lame; I am going to look elsewhere.

Very disappointed today. Returning client here- Went on the site to create an order for CBD products and for some reason had to re enter all of my  information again which was no problem (at first). A few minutes later I received a message that my order was canceled due to expired ID. I went back to view the documents I uploaded and it was indeed current. I called and spoke to a very unpleasant girl - 12.4 at approximately 930 am. She said she viewed my document and it was expired, not sure how that could be possible because I just uploaded new information and also double checked to verify that my ID was uploaded properly. After uploading it AGAIN I called to verify she received it and she didn't even check just giggled with annoyance as if I was bothering her and said nope I only have your old one. I assumed a glitch happened and still was ready to re order my product. I asked if I could place the order again (the website still stated my previous order was "still pending" and she giggled again as if my question was stupid. She said she could easily delete it if indeed the order was placed twice. First, I am %100 certain I uploaded proper and current ID and second I don't think it is very professional to treat customers like this. I've been ordering from this company for over a year and have always had EXCELLENT service until today. I don't like to complain and write bad reviews but this was ridiculous and I will not spend my money on a company that allows rude employees to work there. I'm very upset at this and need to find another trustworthy source.

This place is a joke. Way overpriced and pompous employees.Treated like.i was lucky to be able to go in.Then get in and its all prepackaged and who knows how old.I would go elsewhere.They also run Eaze in OC which is also overpriced and management does not give a care about customers. Credit card machines not working and cancelling orders after people wait 2 hours? Very uncool

Good spot but I had to knock off a star for inventory issues. I always place online orders since it's quick and convenient. However, there have been multiple occasions where I've ordered things and really looked forward to it, only to get a text along the lines of "Oh, we don't have that, but maybe try an alternative?"  Nah. I want what I picked. Anyway. I know technology can be off but that inventory issue may be something you want to fix.  I don't like being disappointed multiple times. :-(

This establishment has employees who are absolutely professional, yet warm and friendly. Kristen easily checked us in and was welcoming. Taylor kept us company with great conversation while waiting for our turn. Acacia's customer service was very persuasive and helpful.Most of all Dylan was extremely friendly and assisted us in every way possible. He was so personable, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He educated us about many different products and offered us valuable advice.Whatever customer service training they have needs to be shared with other dispensaries.A very chill and welcoming vibe for newbies and everyone

Their service used to be exceptional but now, they're shady as all mediocre companies get bigger and loser about their service. I got there at 9:46 and they wouldn't give me my product after driving there for 30 minutes. No more.There are 5 other shops next to them.Service is 0Price is overrated Security unprofessional

Came to this shop looking for a cartridge and a 2 or 3 pack of pre rolled. I told the woman who checked me out at register 3 at around 1pm on 9/30/19 that I wanted a PAX cartridge to start. She shows me the generic line of PAX as well as the heavy hitter PAX that they have in stock. I ask what is the price on the regular ones? She said straight to my face somewhere between 40 to 60. I then looked at the man next to her and said is there a way to get a price check or are they all different priced? He said they all are the same price except for the heavy hitters which are 8 to 10 more. She then assured me the PAX ones are no more than 50 so I grabbed a heavy hitter and moved on.I then asked do you sell a 2 pack or any sort of packs of pre rolleds? Again, she looked me blank in the eyes and said I'm not sure and did not look into it any further until another co-worker of hers said yes we have a 2 pack and a 3 pack. Again, I asked the pricing on each and she was completely clueless! After consulting with her coworker she concluded that the 2 pack was 20 bucks for the .5 gram pre rolleds.We go to the register and my total was $118. How I asked her? She goes tax is super high you didn't factor that in obviously and so I felt awkward and made the purchase and left. Clearly the PAX heavy hitter I bought was not $8-10 more than a $50 regular one because at max it would be $60, then plus $20 for the pre-rolleds would make $80 total; then an almost 50% tax of $38?Also noticed other reviews stating that they refused a receipt which was also my case. They told me we are out of register paper and that is definitely sketch!If you want to go somewhere and not feel manipulated and ripped off go anywhere else.Consider hiring more competent individuals!

I called for delivery at 5pm and it's now 8pm and not a word or text. This dispendary is so busy that they forget the my order. When I called , the lady apologize and said we only have 1 driver today, I canceled my oz order. What a waste of time.

I'm writing this review based off my experience with Brenden.I came in, and the front desk lady was super nice and welcoming. Once they called my name , I was introduced to Brenden, who already seemed to be annoyed when helping me. I asked about the vape pens, and he made me feel super uncomfortable since I wasn't knowledgeable on the different kinds. When I kept asking questions, he sighed annoyingly and said I wasn't understanding him, and kept staring at me as if I was stupid. My plan was to look at more items, but in all honesty- I wanted to get out of there. I don't really understand why someone with his attitude would be working there since the last 3 times I have been there- I had a great experience. Even my boyfriend felt uncomfortable. It's sucks for sure- since I was JUST telling people how cool the people are that work there. But never in my life have I felt stupid and felt like I was being bothersome- when I'm the customer.

Longest wait of any dispensary I've been to.  I've had very mixed experiences here.  Overall recommend the many other options in the area.

Place is located in a business area, it's clean, safe and clearly marked from the outside, unlike other places.  But wow the wait, took 45 minutes. Definitely the longest I've waited at any dispensary. I wanted to leave but it was a drive to come here. Prices here are more expensive too. 100mg edible gummy is $21. My previous place had 300mg for $14. The cons far out weighs any of the positives,  meaning I won't be coming back. No new patient deals either.  You do get 20% off your purchases on your return visit if you write them a yelp review.  Probably why the ratings on this place is nothing but a fakery.

Great service and friendly staff.  Very large selection for everyone. Location is about 30 min away but very worth the drive. During this epidemic they also take your temperature at the door so they are taking precautions and being very safe. Make sure you check them out and leave a review also.

Do not ever go here. It's a total rip off. An 8th that's 32.00 will come at you almost 50.00 they do not tell you about any of their fees or processing also the young woman that stands behind the counter is an absolute rude individual she snooty a smartass and should really not take selling marijuana so serious they do not offer any first-time buyers their happy hour is a 6 a.m. to a 9 a.m. which sucks an absolute disregard of anybody's feelings and emotions or argue with you staying out I've been working there a year do not go waste of your time money effort and the people are ugly

The lines are so long it's unfortunate that it takes a boring 30 minutes each time I come in here. Too busy and don't get me started about there pricing. It's ridiculous and a rip off.

I was greeted by the host who was very kind and welcoming. We waited about 10 minutes for our turn inside the store.The "budtender" who I was paired with offered basically no direction. I told him this was my first time in a dispensary and all he did was list off the different kinds of products they had (vape, edibles, wax, etc). No details, no recommendations, no information. I make the choice to start with a disposable vape and asked for an indica-heavy hybrid. He grabs a box and places it in front of me... once again, he literally says nothing about it. There's about 20 different options in front of us, why this one? Any question I asked came back with a one or two word responses. I was getting nothing from him and just wanted to get out at this point.I made my purchase and headed home only to later realize what I was given was actually a sativa-heavy hybrid... the exact opposite of what I asked for. This isnt candy you're selling here, its a psychoactive drug with drastically different effects based on the product. Getting it wrong could seriously ruin someone's day. My purchase was not taken seriously at all.If the store wants a vibe of personal and tailored experiences, they should start with employees that can actually BE personable.

It was my first time ever going to a place like this one. Naturally, I was nervous and had many questions. Thankfully everyone was so sweet and patient. The girls in the front always have a smile on their faces. Later, I had the pleasure of being paired w/ Aaron who is such a helpful, nice, and understanding person here! He answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable.

This place is the best. Hunter I recommend.  he's very knowledgeable and he helps you be more informed about their products. This is my place for sleep aid and pain management.

I went for the first time last month, after reading all the reviews.. I bought 1/8oz of flower, and the guy helping me charged me double the tax- $10 on a $35 purchase.. I ended up paying $46.. when I questioned it, he showed me on the register that was what it was.. after I left, I was discouraged and mad that I let myself be taken advantage of.. I am 60 yrs old-I guess that must be how they treat seniors

First time patients here with my wife and I. We're from out of town and were running low on our stash and we found this lovely dispensary! We came around 10ish in the morning and they were a bit busy. Front desk girl helped us check in and she was very nice! The crowd here are a lot older which I love. You see moms, uncles, and grandmas who are 420 friendly. Most dispensaries I've been to have a lot of younger crowds and they're usually really loud and obnoxious.The wait in the lobby was to be expected. The slower it is, the quicker you would get in, busier, the longer. And since they were getting a bit busier, the wait was about 25- 30 mins. Wellness consultant came out, greeted himself as Mike and introduced ourselves as well. We went inside and oh my.... the place was huge! They have so much to choose from! It was like a candy shop but for adults. They got pre rolls, edibles, flower, concentrates, wax, Etc... different brands, different kinds. Dispensaries up in the bay area don't carry that many selections. Usually they go for 2-3 different brands. But here at From the Earth, they carry everything that you need. Mike was such a wonderful consultant! He was very knowledgeable about edibles, wax, and flower. Since that's what we came for. He politely answered all of my questions and explained everything that you needed to know about what you're investing. The price is here is a little bit high but you get what you paid for. It's the quality you want to pay for and it's worth it.  They accept cash, debit, and credit. Only thing that sucks is they charge 6% for credit. But they do have an atm by the entrance/exit. My wife and I had a memorable experience. Thanks to From the Earth! Definitely coming back whenever we're in town. :)Ps. If you're going on a Saturday, try to go early! We were only in the shop for about 20 mins, came out and it was a full house ! Lots of patients in line waiting to be checked in and lots of them are waiting to be called in. That's around 12pm. And the facility is clean and organized.

Went in this morning to get my medication and there service was real slow, 5 minute wait became a 40 min wait. One bud tender was the only one working like really I felt o was at Walmart for a second in the long lines, I am not so happy with there service specially on a Sunday. I do recommend if you go and your in a hurry just go somewhere else

This club is everything. From the moment you walk in it's totally inviting with the eclectic layout and how organized all the stock looks. I'm big on edibles, and I could spend like 20 minutes just staring at all their options. The budtenders were all so helpful and really accommodating since i am sensitive to most sativas and tend to prefer CBD heavy strains. The hours are great, and they open really early so that's a plus. What's even better are the points you can rack up with their reward system. I rarely see that from clubs anymore.Even though their prices are on the higher side, the bud is definitely worth it, and they even accept CC so really what more could you ask for? 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Hours are posted online 7am-11pm. Showed up at 10 and they are closed already. The guy is getting in his car and says "hours are 6am-10pm....nothing I can do!"Yeah....you can make sure the right hours are posted online, that's what you can do.

I've been here a couple times and it's always been a good experience. Prices are high but that's anywhere now because of the taxes. You can save a little by having cash. I like their choice of edibles.

This place is awesome!!! The two young ladies up front Renee and Christen (prob didn't spell right) are very friendly and helpful.  Perfect people for greeting customers!!!Prices are great, the atmosphere is dope and the location is very easy to find.  One of my favorites already!

Was on the hunt for a CBD oil for my dog who has some anxiety and behavior issues, From the Earth came highly recommended. After visiting, I know why! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they made my visit so much easier.And my pup is much happier too!

Got in, didn't wait that long. Hannah was a super cool tender. Got my stuff, and bounced. Second time there, and another superb experience. Highly recommended. They got it all!!! I'm not being biased either, cuz I was totally sober when I went. Right now, not so much.... LOL!!!

I always love coming here, their prices might be higher than other places, but in my experience - their product is always superior to other stores, so I am more than happy to pay a little extra. Plus they let me bring my dog in :)LOVE THIS PLACE

This dispensary is unlike other ever been to.It's like walking into a brand new McDonald's. State of the art. I can't believe they've been there three years, that place looks brand new.  it's very well-kept up and clean. First off walking in the receptionists are very kind and polite. I waited about 30 minutes but I knew the wait was going to be a little long since it's legal for anyone over 21 to purchase. Walking in I was greeted by a "bud tender". He was very informative on every single product that I asked about. I believe his name was josh.  It was delightful experience. The product they have is good and I will definitely be returning.

I love this place. I'm a vet dealing with joint pain, PTSD, and mild depression. These guys know their stuff and recommended the perfect indica for me. Thanks Daron!

First ,I've been a cannabis use for a long time !!I was looking for the quality CBD oil found From The Earth Santa Ana,the worst experience ever !!! First of all when I get there you have to wait at least 10-20 minutes and must wear a mask ,when we get inside yeah they have a really organize professional and expensive store, then I got a person that just started working two days ago  and didn't have a clue what she was doing ,once I found the CBD oil I want to buy ,five bottles ,then I waited 20-30 minutes at the cash register, because she could not find the product in the computer and couldn't make it work , she got the manager with her still couldn't sell me the product!! I said I can't wait any longer could you please sell me other CBD, She sold me some terrible fruit infused CBD oil! I Took it outside and tried it , it was so bad it hurt my throat and gave me a stomach ache, it was so bad I took it back into the store, said this stuff is junk could you please exchange it, I ask for the manager she told me I'm sorry we have a no exchange policy, I explained what happened and she said oh well can't help .So I am out $350 after a 40% taxes. state tax ,city tax and federal tax so my suggestion is if you want good cannabis for a whole lot less money,don't buy it From The Earth Santa Ana !!!!

The actual dispensary was so clean and clinical but in a good way. A woman met us at the door and asked what we were looking for. I do not smoke and never have. I've had an edible once in CO. We looked at edibles and I ended up with chocolate covered blueberries. Grams were explained and it was recommended I eat 3 at 3 grams each. Apparently edibles can sneak up on you so I started with two. I felt nothing. About 6 hours later I had 3. They made me quiet and my sis in law was upset that I wasn't talking or laughing as I usually do. Before we got on the plane to come home I had 4 and threw the rest away. They didn't have an effect on me but it was probably what I chose. Our helper was very knowledgeable and we weren't rushed. People were waiting in a room as they only let 4 in the actual dispensary in while we were there. It's an interesting experience but I will get brownies next time.

New to the area so I found FTE on weedmaps. Great selection and nice staff. A bit pricey compared to San Diego but quality product! Wait was kinda long so try to pre-order

I don't know marijuana, I just barely started using it medically to help ease me off the severe opiates I was on following a catastrophic accident, but what I do know very well is business and the laws associated with them. I am on the contracts side of things, but I am fairly familiar with retail as well.My first several experiences with marijuana involved places like Ameri pro, Powderpuff, and Green Screen. But, I digress. Not important for this story. I showed up to from the Earth just curious and browsing they are selection. Not only were they out of just about everything that I was looking for in a hybrid flower and oil, but the prices seemed out right extortionate. The bud tender was apologetic for the lack of selection, but prided himself in that their store is up to all government regulations, and it was the sales taxes and everything else of that nature that brought the prices so high.Unfortunately, when I was told the credit card machine that they had available Is not for public use, and that we had to operate in cash only, I stopped believing him. He told us there was a discount available on all of their old stock since they had to re-package everything for child proof containers, which didn't make sense, but the prices were so extortion Atlee hi it didn't matter. We asked if they had a first time buyer deal, and he told us they don't offer deals. Even though they were offering a deal. Didn't add up.If you have a credit card machine, it is pretty much mandated that you have to use it, or make it available, unless it's actually broken. These guys are pretty much lying through their teeth about just about everything. Unfortunately, I have super bad feeling about it. I don't think these guys are up to snuff, they are too expensive, they're definitely lying (), so go somewhere else.EDIT: the credit card issue was cleared up. Federal vs local law issues with credit cards. But. Everything else still stands ^_^

Really @from_the_earth_oc you're passing along your licensing fee onto consumers?  Are the other licensed shops doing the same?  I've been loyal to these owners since they were in Costa Mesa (circa 2008) and I have referred dozens of patients and consumers over the years, spent tens of thousands of dollars.  This is just straight greed at this point. Shame on you.  I hope that $2.90 was worth losing a lifelong customer.

Great staff at this dispensary. Very upbeat and very helpful in choosing the right product. There's a huge selection of products to choose from as well! First time I visited, there was an event with vendors handing out merchandise, etc. Very quality location!

Not at all what I expected.  Great place good security measures, knowledgeable staff.  I went in because of chronic pain with no idea what I needed to buy.  Steven was awesome and patient, explained all the choices and narrowed down choices by zeroing in on my needs by asking pertinate questions, hoping that what we decided on work.... but if it doesn't they have tons of choices to try.Great place , I'll be back R. We checked in and waited to be let in.  The African American girl kept on letting other people behind us in so we left.  Really disappointed in the bad service and don't understand why we were treated that way.

Service and Experience: I would highly recommend from the earth for first time users or newbies. They have great customer service and take the time to answer any questions and explain all the different types of products. Products; I would also recommend Papa and barley balm for people who don't want the THC effect. I have tear on my shoulder and the balm is amazing! Facility: This store is clean and neat!

I have been going here for a long time. Today I went in because I 'thought' my Dosist pen was smaller than I paid for 50 doses vs 200 doses. Manager went thru my purchases & showed me I had the correct size. It was my misunderstanding & I appreciate that they valued me as a customer ... made sure I had the correct one. Took considerable time with me & showed me both sizes & were very informative. Customer service & products are top notch. They have earned my business - mainly because of the people & customer service.

I've bought from this store before and never had a problem until my last time.  I was very clear what I wanted and didn't want when it came to CBD.  When I used the vape pen the CBD smelled like weed which I clearly didn't want.  When I called them their manager refused to come to the phone and the receptionist told me all sales are final.  So even if the sales person is recommending a product then you use it and it is specifically not what you asked for all are final.  I asked where it is published all sales are final which the receptionist stated it was on the receipt.  They are about making money and not caring what you need.  Now I'm stuck with $200 with of product that I don't want.  Great way to keep a customer.

Came in on 5/10/2019 @ 9:05AM and I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. IT TOOK THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE I WAS SEEN. Are u kidding? This business needs to respect people's TIME. How rude to make people wait this long. I'm never coming back again. Lost a great customer due to poor management of customers and an inefficient waiting room. Such a waste of my time. Only come here if you have an hour to sit and stare at wall while waiting.... ZERO STARS. Who's in charge here and why aren't they reading the yelp reviews?

Not actually open until 10pm. I called 15 min in advance but no one answered, then I arrived with 3 minutes to spare yet still wasn't allowed in. 10pm means 10pm, not 9:45 or 9:57. I have been forgotten about in the line and waited over an hour only be told, "Sorry, love" and now this early closure to be told by security "they must have been busy"... two strikes is enough for me. Too inept to keep track of the queue. Too desperate to call it a night for repeat business, and at super inflated prices at that. No thanks.

Best clinic in the Santa Ana area. These guys have great hours and open very early, which is great because I can pickup my medication prior to going to work. They also have a large selection of pretty much anything you'll ever need. The people who work here are friendly and they have been taking this coronavirus situation seriously. Aside from the wait I had a great experience. Martin was super helpful and patient with my million and one questions. I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. I understand people's opinion about prices but that is because of state and local taxes. Though the taxes are unfortunate, I'll take knowledgeable staff and mandatory tested products over a cheaper black market shop whose products may be fake and contain metals and pesticides.

1 hour waiting! It was 1 person at a time. Not worthy waiting. So disappointed!! I saw so many reviews, I thought it was gonna be so much better than this. If you don't like wasting your time, do not go to this place!

One of the nicest dispensaries I've been to. It's in an industrial area but there was a sign once we got deeper into the roads. Customer service is excellent. Steven was my budtender and he is super nice and knowledgeable. Answered any and all questions I had about pretty much all products. That guy has also tried like everything so he was able to give me his personal review. I ended up staying there like maybe an hour asking questions but he never once seemed annoyed or rushed to get me to make a purchase. Prices are definitely ~high~ here since they actually charge tax lol. A vape cartridge will prob run you 35 elsewhere but its 46 here. They'll give you the price with tax included though so that's nice at least. I do see that the base price is 35 on the receipt but man that tax is killer. They accept card but there's a 6% transaction fee so you might as well just bring cash. 15% off on Sundays!I'd come back based on the great customer service and the variety of products they have here. I think they do only sell one type of battery here tho which was out the day I went

It was my first time visiting today. Everything was very organized and clean. The staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They also check your temperature and limit how many people can shop because of Covid. Will definitely be returning :)

I went to From the Earth before and it wasn't like this one!  This one was very well appointed and they had plenty of staff on but the staff really didn't have a clue about what to suggest for my problems!Thank heavens i am a old hippie and knows what i want! First time shopping here. Very nice facility. Check in and wait to be called. Once you are you'll be with an associate the entire time. He was very helpful and willing to answer any questions. A ton of options so it helps to come in with an idea of what you want. First time shopping in this manner and was a good experience. Prices a little higher than I'm used to but quality is really good. And they also have some items for a great deal. Overall a nice atmosphere and certainly the place to fulfill your medicinal needs.

First time in as a out of state medical patient. I was treated rudely by the front desk girl who had a nasty attitude and was more interested with her cell phone then customers. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and watched other staff members come out and talk about going on breaks while they had a full lobby . Totally unprofessional.Also their product was marginal at best. I was always under the assumption that California had GREAT product but not here. Also this place is way over priced for the low quality buds . This dispensary is more about look and vibe then quality green. A good manager is needed to monitor all the young employees here. Sorry guys that was my experience . Get it together .

I help take care of an elderly relative who has serious pain issues and cannot take opioids.  I am almost entirely unfamiliar with cannabis products or use, and the folks at From The Earth have been nothing but patient and informative.  The switch from opioids and cigarettes to cannabis products has helped my relative tremendously, and I owe it to the good folks at From The Earth.  They have a great selection, great employees and fair prices.  My only "complaint" would be the lack of substantive descriptions on their online ordering utility.  Basic information like strain and concentration are missing from many products.  Not a problem when you get assistance, but the lack of info means I sit and wait instead of ordering for pickup.  Not a problem for people who know what they want!

Even though this place is ridiculously expensive I've always enjoyed coming here but this last time I bought a disposable pen and the battery quit after 2 days, there was only a 1/4 gram left in the pen but still enough for a day!  The budtender told me the manager said they would not replace it!  The product was defective and instead of supporting a customer they're supporting the defective product! I was very upset I never cause a scene or complain but today I did and I will not be giving them anymore business! I've sent friends and family there in the past but we will be going to OC3 from now on where they take care of their customers and stand behind the products they sell!

Update! SKIP THIS PLACE!This place rips you off. They charge an additional $3.00 fee that no other place charges!! Also weed maps prices are lower than in store but they don't honor the price they put in weedmaps. Literally any other legal dispensary in Santa Ana is better. Stop charging hidden fees and false advertising! This place gives the cannibis industry a bad name. I hate being ripped off so I will not return.

Very clean. And the people seems to be knowledgeable of the products. We bought few CBD oil based on their recommendations to help with my father's neuropathy pain, and so far it's working. We also got some of the red velvet cookies and it was great! They also have appreciation day every Sunday where you got 15% off. That was awesome.Credit card got charge additional 6%. So bring cash. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be coming back.

I use this dispensary as the service is most excellent. The store is clean and prices are competitive. I mostly like the rebate points program as sometimes I am a little short and I am able to purchase the flowers that I really wanted!

After years of haranguing from friends, I finally broke down and got my green card - the fun kind - and this was recommended to me as the ONLY dispensary I need to visit. And I can see why. It's spacious, beautifully designed, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and, well, every woman I've seen working here is beautiful. So, fellas, there's that. Now, I don't mess with shatters and concentrates and dabs or whatever else The Youth of Today champion. I love me some good old flower and maybe an edible or two, if the mood strikes. Still, if you ARE into any of that newfangled stuff, they have a primo selection and you can probably find whatever it is you need. Whenever I visit I am continually impressed by the wealth of options available. But all I need is some premium jazz cabbage, preferably sativa. I like being able to tell my budtender exactly what I like, in both a high and the consistency of the flower. And they always know just what to recommend. There's a point system at play, too, so you can earn rewards that can be used toward future purchases. They actually have TWO reward systems, one for dollar-off amounts and one for points. And if you bring in a friend who spends $50, you get $20 off. That's a sweet deal. Even though this place is a good 25-min drive for me, it's well worth the effort.

First time to a dispensary. It was a bit intimidating because there was a lot of traffic in store. The front desk employees were helpful with the check in process and to wait in line. You are helped individually by one employee which helps to have undivided attention. I was helped by a tall gentleman and forgot to ask his name. He told me about all the products that were offered and what they can achieve. I ended up purchasing a pen and one cartridge by his recommendation. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing if you're new to the whole deal. The guy who helped me out on my first time here was super helpful and answered ALL my questions, I had about 335 of them :) The place is very clean, organized and has good price. I tried multiple items for both sleeping and pain relief. I was on narcotic painkillers for 3 and half years and thanks to the lovely citizens of CA for voting in to legalize, I switched over to From The Earth products and very happy with it! Great experience. A friend brought us. Nice waiting area and easy check in. When they called our name we went in another room and were introduced to a salesperson. The young lady was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Something for help in sleeping and something for back pain.  She offered a few suggestions to try and hopefully some things will work. I've heard great things about this place. I will go back. The prices seemed reasonable to me.

I love the products and the people are nice, but I just called for product information, availability, price and was left on hold for nearly 20 minutes.  Also- one person told me that 1 to 30 was mostly THC and someone else told me that it was mostly CBD.  They need more training and possibly more employees.

Not the best weed shop at all! The strain I bought looked like two different buds. One was light green the other was darker. The vendor offered $10 for a yelp review, but did t apply it. Then they charged us 6% for using a credit card. What should have been a $75 ended being almost $25 dollar more expensive... also we bought edible mints which were supposed to be 20 pieces but we got only 5... super shady and not worth it

Had a great 1st, 2nd and 3rd experience. My husband even now asks to come here which is a big deal. Just brought my mom and they were super friendly and welcoming. Great vibe. Super clean and hella safe with armed guards. If you don't have a local spot try this place, you won't be sorry.

Meh. Not impressed with price, quality, or service. Mediocre at best. Picked a shatter out, when I got home it was a different package then I choose. I'm sure he wasn't going for a new one because this was previously looked at and opened. Therefore creating bad packaging and an unsatisfied customer. Smokes the same but it's the point, sell me what I want. I should bring it back but what's the point.

A lot has changed since my review in March and I wont be going here any longer.  My last visit not rung up correctly.  I could care less if it was in my favor ($2) or not.  Not only was that an issue but the viewing method to pick your product and what you actually get are far from similar.  The 1/8th of flower were tiny loose buds and not at all the sample they showed.  When the total cost of the purchase is about $150 and the fees and BS represent 38% of the total.  Sorry man.  To gain loyal customers you have to be fair.  Won't be back...sorry Tommy!

You will wait a ridiculous amount of time even when there's no one in the lobby.  Tried many times here. Giving up. Too many other retailers to choose from.

I first came here last year when I moved here with my sister in law and I was seriously impressed with the layout and professionalism the tenders and front desk personal acted. They have a beautiful damn facility that's modern yet homie. A fantastic and original mural by a local artist. This is just my first impression when I walked in!  I haven't even started in on the products offered. FtE has some major spread. Like wow!  Not only do they have the usual flower, they have oils, vapes, ice cream, teas, water, candy, and many more. Leafly usually have a menu, but it's not always updated so if you're looking for something in particular try calling first or heck, just go and try something new.   The tenders are all knowledgeable and welcoming. I get some for medical reasons but I was shocked by how professional everything is. Obviously,  I was from out of state. Either way, get in the car and bring your medical card and check them out.

After a lazy workday, I drove past this dispensary which I hadn't really noticed before. So, the next morning before work I decided to drop in and see what it was like. I had no issues parking, but, I certainly see a possibility of not having enough parking space during busy days. My first impression of this dispensary was amazing.  First off, I was floored by the design of the store. Everything is so neat and tidy you truly feel like buying the store out! And don't get me started on the brownies, they were literally the best edibles I've ever had. Unreal selection of products, everything from oils, flowers and edibles were super high quality. FYI I bought brownies, 2 strains of weed and some CBD oil for my neck pain. I had no complaints about all 3 of them, and I can assure you the weed was really good. If you're looking for a store that helps you with choices and varieties, I would surely recommend from the earth to everyone.

The wait times are above ridiculous. This is my third time in here and my wait times were all over 45 minutes. It feels like a detention center in here. The lady at the counter is telling people that the wait time is 15 minutes. This will be my last time, sorry but they need to staff up to accommodate. The prices are so inflated, I don't understand why they don't put more money back into the business?

This is my second time visiting here. First time was good, they were very helpful and gave a discount on my purchase. I drove 40 miles there again only for the lady to tell me they do not offer discounts, except during happy hour 6am-9am. I went at the same time frame last time, about a hour before closing so I know this is not the case. They are not cheap and I went there thinking it was worth it due to that discount previously. I wish that it would stay consistent, especially for someone driving near 100 miles there and back. Also, the taxes are killer, not their fault but once again, that is why the discount is important. I also do think they should have a couple more sales people as it's one on one and only allowed in the shop when one is available. There is room to have a few more people in there at once. It would help with the wait when you arrive. Not sure if I will be back considering the drive and price.

My first visit was fantastic. Lex was extremely helpful and patient with us.  5 STARS for Lex. My second visit was 1STAR.  Durel did not want to be there it seems or just didn't want to help us.  It was like I was imposing on his time.  He mis-quoted the price of some flower and when I asked him if that was for 5 grams, he said yes.  It was 3.5 grams and the price was lower than he had told me.  This business is ALL about customer service.  When a bud tender gives you the feeling that all you want to do is get out of there as fast as possible, something is wrong. It's all about attitude and helping customers who need help. Durel is not that kind of person.  Everyone else was friendly welcoming.  Durel obviously did not get the memo.

The prices are really high, compare to other places and to make it worse you get a 6% charge on card transactions. I wouldn't recommend this place. I left very unhappy. I was looking up their reviews and people seem to be complaining about the high prices.

I've gone to several places but this one is by far the worst! Don't waste your time or money...TRUST! There are plenty more places to chose from even around the corner (in which i wish i would have gone to but i was in a hurry).  I purchased a disposable cartridge for $38, you can find these between $17-$25 eleswhere. Not to mention the product is trash, its like sucking on a stick for the light to come on period nothing else. Total waste. The prices are outrages AND no "first time" deals. I wouldn't recommend this place and I'd be surprised if this place stays open much longer.

This has been my favorite for the past few years. I akways come early to take advantage of happy hour prices and the mostly friendly and knowledgable staff. Today I came in for happy hour. There was only one person the lobby, only one staff person waiting on cuatomers, 30 minute wait. And the front desk person was not too friendly. I asked her about the benefits of checking in on the Ipad and she said she had no idea and did not offer up any other info. So I had to ask "well if you don't know and you are at the front desk?" Poor reflection on customer service.

My first time here!! I definitely recommend awesome customer service experience for sure! The blonde girl helped me find something for me with my sleeping problems. My cousin and her husband found this place like a month ago and the love love it too. Can't wait to come back for more stuff!!

Fast, friendly service! Fresh, fragrant herbs! Interesting and clean environment, lots of signage, a colorful picture of a rainbow pastel girl holding a cola growing out of the planet is a call me in an inspiring Miral in the main lobby. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible.

First time here and I had to wait 20 mins in their lobby before I decided to leave. Whenever their automatic doors opened where you can see inside the showroom, it was evident that it wasn't busy. There where only 2-3 groups in there, and that's a generous estimate. The lobby started to fill up with people that arrived after me but were let in before me. They offer memberships here so I don't know if they prioritize by that in order to gain entry into their showroom but it doesn't seem fair. Go to OC3 Dispensary instead. They also had customers but for some reason, I was able to go in right away and immediately helped. Funny how that works when you prioritize all customers before their "membership" status. OC3 is half a mile away from here and you won't be disappointed.

I went to From the Earth for the first time Sunday. I was very impressed with the cleanliness first off. Secondly, the ladies who greeted me were warm, kind, polite and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes to go in to the dispensary.  At the door was greeted by a young man with a warm smile, his name, Chris  and said that he would assisting me. I was interested in eatibles only so ChrisShowed all his products.  I really was amazed at the varieties of candy, cookies, brownies and beverages of all types. There were also creams and oils. Chris spent time answering my many questions since I had not seen  such a variety. With Chris's help I made my purchases. I didn't think the costs were out of line compaired to other dispensaries I have shopped in. Chris is warm, kind man, extremely helpful. The dispensary is now my go to.

We have Gone to from the Earth dispensaries several times. The vibe reminds me more of the dispensaries in Northern California which is nice and friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable. Placing a Phone or online order is easy for pick up. The only gripe I have is they don't always have a certain type we want but they are happy to suggest similar types and work with you.

I stopped there to get some CBD oil that has been helping my nephew make great progress on his speech development. Dylan help me out and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was my first time buying recreationally in CA, for the past 2 years I had a doctor recommendation, so all I had to do was hand them my Driver's license at reception; they scanned it then I took a seat and waited to be called (it was busy, but it was only a 10 minute wait). The budtender was really sweet, along with the rest of the staff. I always get the CBD flower, but they only had an eighth in one brand, and I always like to get a gram/small amount in the beginning to try it out. In the past when I was a first time customer the dispensary would usually throw in a free joint or give you a tiny edible, but since it was Sunday I got a 15% discount. Of course I like the freebies, it's welcoming to get a gift, but everyone in there provided excellent customer service and they seal your weed up in a glass jar and zip lock bag. I'd give it 5 stars if they had more of a selection of CBD and if they threw in some silly token joint/edible. However times are changing, the product is now fully legal, and I should just be stoked that I can walk on in and buy marijuana without any hassle. Thumbs up to legalization!

YAY, a PERMITTED shop! These guys know what they're doing here. Very clean atmosphere and knowledgeable employees. Lots medical cannabis to choose from - oils, flowers, edibles, lotion, wax, etc. I also like the fact that they're 21 and over. Once you're verified and let in, you're automatically welcomed with warm faces that are willing to help and answer any questions/concerns you might have. They also have daily deals, great deals in fact, so keep an eye out. They have one of thee best selections of flowers I've ever come across - fresh and always covered with THC (tetrahydracannabinol), pretty sight to see! If you're one of those "connoisseurs", this is one place you'll have to come and visit. Not only do they have a huge selection to choose from, but they also get their flowers lab tested. It gives you a breakdown of the flower's percentage on THC, CBD, and CBN. Very useful for anyone whose interested in learning more about what the plant does to a human body. I can go on and on, but I think you'll just have to come check this place out yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Every time I come here I the experience gets better and better! They always have exactly what I'm looking for and great selection of top quality products. Sometimes there's quite a wait to get called back, but the attention and care the tenders give you once you're there makes it all worth while. Don't let the veneer of the open space and modern furnishings fool you, this is not "THE"/or an Apple Store of Weed!! From the Earth Marijuana Dispensary is situated in a industrial area off the South Coast Metro area in Santa Ana and has apparently been operating since 2016 (their medicinal operations go back even further). When you enter the store you are greeted with a hostess that will take your ID card and scan it, once that is finished you enter the product room. While the location is stock full of product selections, which are neatly situated in glass boxes, you quickly notice that the prices on each product are highly inflated. When you attempt to ask the staff you are instantly met with the coldness of an open icebox. Alex, the representative that was "assisting" me in my transaction (clearly high which is not a biggie if you're chill) had somewhat of a moody day, since he was not open to answering many of my questions, even though I had explained to him that I was a novice. When I purchased my product at the end ALEX clearly expressed his displeasure with me by tossing my credit card to me instead of handing it back. Clearly customer service is something this store does not handle well. Honestly go somewhere else, there too many stores out there that will sell you the same bud for much less!!!!Negatives:* Rude and uninviting staff* Highly inflated prices * Kind of difficult to locate *Not attentive to new buyers *6% fee*Using a seperate LLC in order to collect CC payments, kind of sounds like money laundering Positives: *Nice look to the store *Accepts CC transactions but will charge you a 6% fee on top of the taxes

I've only deducted one star because they can be a slight bit condescending at times ( salesperson). Deducted another point because their website chat can lag and wish they were clear on their delivery service. The clerk at the front has always been professional in person.  It's an average experience and I go here for their extensive collection but only in a pinch.

Make sure you check with bud tender before you make your purchase all sales are final so I came in to buy a Pax device and pod I told the girl at least 3 times what I wanted she then proceeded to tell me about the pods as I was thinking she already included my device after I told her multiple times what I wanted so I pick out my pod pay for my stuff leave I get home check my bag and there is 2 pods in my bag no device I go back to say hey you messed up my purchase I'd like to exchange my unopened pod 30 minutes later they tell me no all sales are final so I fork over another 50 bucks to buy what I originally came in for it's a shame they stoop to such low levels to raise the amount of revenue they bring in you would think quality customer service and products would do it but I have a feeling it's all about the money it's a shame they continue to do stuff like this I have been a customer with them for 10+ years oh well there is still a ton of shops around this is not the only one best of luck to you guys

A bit of a drive for me but I do it because I love the staff. The girls up front are sweet and the inside staff are helpful and fairly knowledgeable. However, I make the drive and continue to come back because I just love Acacia! She's always got a sweet smile and best yet, she remembers me... what I like, types I prefer and makes suggestions based on my tastes. Now THAT'S Customer Service! I'm sure I could find places closer to my home but I'd rather go the distance and talk to Acacia and get to see that friendly face.

I suffer from really bad anxiety I get it in my stomach where I get the feeling like I'm on a never ending roller coaster like this huge nervous knot in my stomach.. it's awful and completely debilitating I normally have prescription anxiety medication on hand just in case but hate taking it because it makes me super tired. I wanted to try out other options so I've been recently using CBD and I can't tell you how much it's changed my life.. since using CBD I haven't had to get a refill or take any anxiety medicine and works SO much better!! CBD works!

I came here to check out some flowers because I'd heard good things on Leafly. What an awful experience. The women in front were so rude and dismissive. I was refused entry because they would not approve of the copy of my RECOMMENDATION on the back of my ID card. They refused to even glance at it and refused to speak to my Doctor. They kept repeating that they needed a to see my recommendation while refusing to look at the SIGNED RX I was showing them. Instead of working with me or attempting to verify the authenticity of my Rx they shunned my business and lost a customer. There are a million places like this, go to Hand n Hand if you like being treated like more than a cash dispenser.

The Wholefoods of dispensaries. The store you take your parents to and finally convince them that you don't need to find Gacha or Escobar to buy some of the devil's lettuce. Great job guys. The store is a little more expensive than most, but you'll know why the moment you walk in. Selection is huge and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They don't take copies of your rec on your first visit, but It's worth it to go home and get your original and come back.

This is the only place I go to get my medication.  Bud tenders seem knowledgeable and prices are decent.  My only thing is their reward system is not on point.  Need to work on that!

Came in today because this is the only shop I have found the bloom farms line. I was helped by Jill?(sorry if I got  that wrong!) around 7:30 last night. She answered all of my questions as well as my boyfriends questions! I found everything I was looking for and more and learned about some products I had never seen before. The energy in the room was totally different than the first time I came for sure! I'm a medical marijuana patient and have been a loyal and happy customer of FTE for a couple of years.  Since I'm not able to inhale smoke (or even vape) without coughing, I must use edibles -- my primary medication is chocolate bars (primarily Bhang and Moon bars).Last week I went to FTE for a resupply and was shocked to find that the chocolate bars I've been using have been discontinued. I understand that the new CA law has limited the THC concentration to 100mg per bar and I can deal with that minor inconvenience. The real problem is the price per mg of THC is 2.4 to 7 times the price I've been paying and I believe "someone" is price-gouging.  Unless the state of CA is setting prices, that "someone" is either FTE or it's suppliers (or both).  Although the 10% discount for medical users is a nice gesture, it's not enough. As much as I like FTE and the nice people who work there, I can't afford this outrageous price increase and I must take my business elsewhere.

Great place for the best selection of wax... killer amounts of 710 labs and much more... customer service is the gold standard on how to treat your patients... will pay xtra and drive out of my way for you guys... thank you and I'll see you tomarrow

I was very impressed by the bud tender who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

Don't waste your time if your just trying to heal on a budget.   Prices are not very compassionate.   Store looks  cool tho, friendly staff, quick first time process.  I will not be giving them my business tho.

Don't bother buying here. Prices are some of the highest around. Everything is prepackaged and you are unable to examine closely. Place is clean and professional with few customers. They talk about regulation that no other dispensary follows right now to justify their high prices, but doesn't matter if you're not happy with the price.

Nice people, great selection! I mainly go for extracts, and there's a lot to choose from. There's also plenty of edibles. Sometimes the wait is long, but I haven't tried any of the delivery options, so maybe that would help.

Completely over pricedThis is a legit facility, and they pay actual taxes and for some reason passed that cost to the customersInstead of pushing costs to customers, try not spending WAY to much on flat screens and lighting, etc. I realize some people might walk in and be impressed, but when people like me walk in, all I am ever thinking is, why would you waste money like this? I would rather you just had reasonable prices on your productsAnd for those of you who think that the prices are reasonable, just remember that no matter how fire the buds may be, if you pick up an 8th or more, it's should be 10 per gram ALL DAY no exceptionsThat's why on weedmaps you can find "deals" for $8 grams of private reserve, exclusive, or whatever they call their best shelf.

You get one star because you're soliciting. I don't know how you got my number. You should try advertising like a legitimate business does, OC weekly or some of the cannabis magazines out there. If people wanted to come to your location and buy your weed, they would... They dont need you to remind them that YOU'RE there in a very impersonal way. I don't know you guys or care to... Youre advertising is sub par if this is how you do it... GET AN AD IN A MAGAZINE. Straight ruthless...

They should let new customers know that they close at 745 or earlier. I got there at that time and the fat boy bouncer dude says he can't let me in since they close at 8. Thanks I'll go elsewhere

Very professional and helpful in making the right choice.  I was in search of sugar free edibles, I located them here.  The wait time can be a bit lengthy but worth the wait.

It's an okay place to buy your herb if you want to pay 30% taxes.  It was going to cost about $260 for a half ounce and some gummies.  Nice place though.

For our first visit it was a very good experience and got lots of good advice for helping with some sleep issues.  Thank you!

Long time customer here, it is the only place I've gone in the the last 2 years or so since it has opened so it pains me to write this. They have always had quality product and an excellent staff.  Today was possibly the last time I will spend my money here. Ever since the recreational legalization has passed, the lines at the door and prices have driven me away. 1 1/8th should not cost $93 IMO. Yes I understand the tax situation. This $93 also had an added 6% tax for CC use (their ATM was broke) FYI. What made me write his review is because this place is constantly changing their policy's now. Medical users used to get 15% off mon-wed you would automatically get the discount. Now it is only 10% and you will not get the discount unless you remind your bud tender to give it to you. ALSO THEY NO LONGER LET YOU SMELL THE FLOWER YOU ARE PURCHASING. They let you smell the nug in the plastic led lit jar (that is days old and very dry) but not what you are ACTUALLY purchasing. How do you expect people to spend 80-90 dollars on a $60 eighth when they cant smell the nug?  I would have purchased multiple other 1/8ths but since I could not smell them I just purchased the one since I know Team Elite is always good. Today's bud tender also failed to mention the credit I had. All in all, today's visit was very poor and cost me an extra $16+ since I failed to bring up the 10% off and potential credit I had racked up from previous visits.

Visited this clinic a couple weeks ago and the bud was FIRE! Great FTP deal(Donate 1/8 get 1/8, or an edible/wax deal)! Staff was very friendly and they have way too many strains to choose from! They are of very high quality, so that does reflect in their prices, be ready to drop some money. I have definitely recommended this to several other CA Prop 215 patients and they have loved it as well!

I loved the budtender  (unfortunately I am terrible with names) and the selection was great. I think I found my all time favorite sativa. I can't wait to go back and see what's new.  Their prices are good for the quality of the product they are selling. The facility itself is super clean and high tech looking.  This place is gold

I love coming to this shop! They have everything you could possibly need. The inside is so awesome! The girls at the desk are so helpful and kind. The budtenders are all very knowledgeable! Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but no, I don't expect anything for free for my wait time I do understand its my responsibility to plan my trip with enough time. & there's not always a long wait time sometimes it's quick! :)  I like not being rushed out on the quick! Everyone takes their time to help me find my right meds. I never leave unsatisfied. I've referred many friends here and they are all now regulars. Thanks FTE for doing an awesome job!

I was on my way to the airport and thought how cool it would be to stop off and grab a little something for my trip. I had very little time, (I realize this was my lack of planning). When I walked in the door they were pretty busy and the lady said it would be a 30 minute wait. I told her that would not work for me because I had a plane to catch. I noticed they had tablets all over the place for people to pre-order what they wan. She said if I did that I would be able to cut the line. That would be the only way there would be enough time for me to do this. So I filled my order on the tablet, got a text message shortly there after, saying that my order was ready for pickup. Well, I tried that and they were not ready for me. I  waited for 15 more minutes and simply had to leave or I would miss my plane. She said she was sorry but that the owner had to leave to go get some money...?? These people are a train wreck! If you are in a hurry, don't stop here. Had I known there was no chance I would have gone to a place down the street.

I'm no novice to this world, by any stretch, but this place is awful! Now I'm not saying every bud tender there is an ass, but I have been paired with the same little blond girl, all 3 times, (personal rule: every place gets 3 strikes) and she couldn't care less about my disability or reason to be there. I'm not sure, but it seems like she's on commission and I'm not a "big spender". My first encounter with her literally went like this; Me: this is a nice looking place, can I get a tour? Her: No, What do you want?". Did I mention I was the only person in the store on a Wednesday at 3pm other then my buddy. All 3 times I went the with a different friend and all 3 times all 3 separate people said she was pretentious, uppity and rude. Your not selling Dimonds, you selling marijuana. I didn't buy anything because she acted like "I'm better then you are".. Not once or twice but THREE separate occasions she acted like this. Like I was wasting her time. Also the prices and taxes are way higher then anywhere else. She made it a point of telling me that's because they are really doing it right and all other places are wrong. Or maybe she pocketing the difference. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they got shut down for illegally over taxing people. Regardless she needs to be fired.

They are the Medical Marijuana Superstore of Orange County! FTEOC is always getting new products and their budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely stop by if you haven't yet, you will be pleasantly surprised! We are so lucky to be able to have places like this in Orange County where we can get safe access to our meds!

From the Earth has the best selection of flower and edibles in Orange County. Easy access and the most friendly staff. I really like the fact they have a rewards program and great deals throughout the year. My favorite dispensary that I visit!

This shop is excellent. They have quality products at reasonable prices. From topicals to edibles they have you covered with a variety of products that will suit the needs of any person. Staff is knowledge and friendly. Office environment is comfortable with a very professional appeal. These few reasons alone are why I drive over an hour out of my way to from the earth.

I've finally found a dispensary that's clean and open with some amazing atmosphere and it makes me happier than a leprechaun running through tall grass. Every employee is excited about what they're doing and they have the best customer service. Definitely a safe haven for any med or rec user!

From the earth is really a store that stands behind their products. If you're not happy they have a 3 day return policy. All the team members from management to reception are really friendly. It's nice to go to a place that is well educated as well. Too many times bud is pushed on you because it's "the bomb" but here they don't push and they know their stuff.

Very clean environment. Modern look and feel. You walk in and they have a separate area where they check you in and scan your card or ID. Loved that it was for recreational as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I do wish it was easier to see the products though. I appreciated the Sunday discount they offer which was nice. I was hoping as a first time customer I'd receive an additional discount as well since it stated on their site they do give 10% off I believe for first time buyers. I was not given that discount. I do recommend, but it seems to be pricier than other places... to me they provided a good selection and I got what I came in for originally. I also was bummed because it said online accepts credit cards but at check out it wasn't working so I had to take cash out which I didn't want to do... and that has the added fee. Also the location is a bit hard to find. It is definitely hidden. I will be back though since they do offer a discount for writing a Yelp review and also for referrals which I was told you can combine together.

Went for my first time today and the place and service was great my only complaint is for first time customer they gave me a free gram with my 1/8th but when I got home my add said they will match your first 1/8th with another 1/8th that is the same price

This place is a little packed but it's because the have fire flowers. The bus tenders are very attentive and easy to ask any question. Would deff recommend.

My fiance and I had our first visit a few days ago. Their prices and the cleanliness of this place was awesome. Our regular place charges us more for the dosist brand which is why we originally visited. I would be a little happier if they carried the pure brand and if they accepted credit cards. Apparently they are only allowed to process a certain amount of transactions via Credit cards So bring cash. We will definitely be back due to great customer service, prices and cleanliness.

Good prices but their customer service is horrible. I've ordered twice from this store. The first was an online pickup. I went to the store at 3pm on a Friday and was the only customer. It took them 10 minutes to figure out where my order was before they realized that it wasn't ever prepared. The second time I placed an order for delivery at 6:30pm. They texted me at 8:30 to let me know they couldn't deliver the order that evening. They then tried to deliver the order the following morning. I got a text at 8:50am that my order was out for delivery. I cancelled the order at 10:30am bc it never showed up. No wonder no one was at the store on a Friday afternoon.

Very disappointing.  Have been here 2x before.  Drove for over an hour, placed our order and was told the discount we had been promised was "not available."  They stated the discount program had been discontinued "a couple of weeks ago."  No notice.  No sign.  We will not be returning.

Was my third time to this place.  I was supposed to be eligible for a 40% discount per their first time buyers program.  I was really looking forward to buying an ounce @ 40% off. So i go there on 4/20 after waiting in line and waiting in their lobby sitting on dirty upholstered furniture for 1 1/2 hours.  My name is finally called i go in and ask for and ounce of magic melon.  So the associate tells me what the total is and I say what about my 40% off because it is my third time here.  She then says that they stopped giving 40% discounts for third time buyers. She says i should have been sent an email to notify me about the change to discontinue the program .  There was never an email sent to me. I checked my mail in front her and nada.  She says the best i can do is give you a 10% discount for inconvenience. I laughed and asked if she would add my 10% Senior discount too. She says no, sorry i cant.She then says the 10% discount its the best she can do.  I said her best was not good enough, so i walked out.  Drove up the street to OC3 dispensary and i am glad that I did because i scored all kinds of 2 for 1 deals and free giveaways. The weed was killer and great customer service too. Hey, From The Earth Santa Ana, DO BETTER!!!  Now I know why no customers were @ From the Earth the first 2 times i was there. Way to many dispensaries in  Santa Ana to ever have to go ro From the Earth again....

After direct messaging with management it was sorted out that they have fees, that while posted, was not made aware to me. That is, however on me for not paying attention. Please be weary that its a $2.90 licensing fee, not $2 as stated in the comments.  Basic math dictates that $2.90 rounds to $3, not $2; All in all, it is a total of about 30% in Taxes. 6% for Debit is pretty crazy too. Bring cash.I have uploaded pictures of my receipt as well as my credit card statement. To show my initial discrepancy and issue with the company. I applaud the organization for reaching out, and will increase by 2 stars for Social Media customer service, and for clearing things up.Still will probably not return though. A 50% all-in price addition, even for legalization isn't worth it. Will look into my dealer from college again.

seems like every time i go in to get a cart and open the package the full gram carts are NEVER full. i'm starting to really get frustrated with paying $80 for a full gram car that is never full. 1 half filled cart away from picking a different clinic. really sucks cause my whole family goes here. we might all have to switch because this is constantly and reoccurring problem

From the Earth Santa Ana is the best place to go for all your cartridge, edible, and flower needs. There are plenty of places to go for these things, but FTE has the best prices and the best environment out of all the shops I have been to. Trust me when I say if you're having a bad day, you won't leave happy just because of what you bought. Every person that has ever helped me has been extremely nice and incredibly knowledgeable and just all around amazing. I always come in to see my good friend Hunter and it is always a blast, but no matter who you get it will be a great experience. I will forever be a customer at FTE.

Workers know what they’re doing and are a joy to be around. Roland was my bud tender this time, as usual he knows his way around concentrates. I’ll never understand how he does it so well, but hey! I won’t complain. What I will complain about is the instability of things, it’s frustrating for everyone ( not just customers I’m sure ) when dates/prices/rules change suddenly. I know there’s no easy fix for communication from the top to in store, I just hope the best for everyone. Thanks for being you FTE staff. ( Security and Janitorial included )
