Got the sample pack of flowers an a edible. I'm from Socal so a bit of a bud snob lol. That being said the flower was good service was really nice an friendly. I like the sample pack because it let me try 4 different flowers without having to by an 1/8th of each. Only in town for a few days

Great, prompt, helpful service and a great deal. Check the specials. Nice building and layout with lots of individual stations for rec sales, so there shouldn't be too much of a wait. (The medical is an entirely separate area so we didn't see that.) Apparently we got there at a good time. We were able to walk in and get served right away. Our connoisseur really liked the strain called FLO which was on special. It turned out to be derived from the original type of Thai stick and Oaxacan, two faves from the olden days. Too bad for us that this place is waaaay across town close to the airport, which is why we happened to be in the vicinity.

Sub par. Ultra convenient as it is the first bud tender coming from the airport. Huge advantage there, but the wait time at the door kind of dragged.  Bud selection was nice but was hoping for a more potent sativa. I got the strongest they had at the time

We visited Native Eoors and Brandon was so awesome. He was knowledgeable and so friendly. I hope when we return on Sunday he is working so we can buy from him again!

Here I am in the so popular "Denver" and yeah if you've heard all the buzz about it you would definitely want to give it a shot, so did I . This place the closest to Denver Airport and Also the place where I can get my stuff on time (all the Dispensaries close by 10:00 PM in Denver).It wasn't that hard to find this place and not until I finished my purchase and walked out I've realized it's right opposite to the hotel I am staying . This was my first time waking into any kind of Cannabi Dispensary. You walk in, the person at the reception checks your ID and you are there to wait until your turns comes up. When called upon you will be directed to different room where the actual purchase happens. I had to wait for around 30 mins (It depends on how soon your previous person in the line finishes up the purchase).It's my turn and our Bud Tender is Jason. Everyone there seems to be patient and answering all the questions of the customers and making suggestions. They have pretty decent amount and variety of options m, especially in edibles. Price seemed reasonable too based on what you get.I like this place except for the wait and it's probably noting you can do about except wish for the people before knew what they want.

Trash. Have a crack in my ID. Wouldn't help me. Paid $40 for an Uber there. Got turned away. Go elsewhere. Dude at front was also way over the top and sweating everywhere. Gross

I'm from the Bay Area but I have been traveling the last 26 hours. . It's normal to go into a dispensary but to not be able to smell it is crazy. Even with the mask in they don't allow you to smell the flower. I grabbed Wookie Fruit. It doesn't give a good smell but it smokes ok. The best part are the keef drinks. The Blue Razz was delicious and I felt my body relaxing after traveling for so long. I think it might be okay after Covid but right now I'm not buying from anyone I can't smell and see the product from.

This was our first stop off the plane, we contemplated waiting until we got closer to where we were staying for the night to hit a dispensary but boy I'm glad we stopped. We didn't get his name but the guy with the Pokémon card in his badge and pins on his badge tag was soo dope and extremely helpful. The vibe in this place is on point. We loved the products sold to us and we tried another location but it just wasn't the same. Thanks for the awesome experience

The target of dispensaries! High quality, consistent products every time. The hospitality there employees have is nice too!! they are very informative and provide excellent detail when helping customers. prices are reasonable and they always have good specials!

Native Roots does a bad job managing customers. For the price they charge, for everything, they shouldn't have a 30-45 minute wait just to get in. I waited in a long line, say 20 people, and by the time I got in they had 3 people working registers. 2 of them were busy with people who weren't even in the line when I got there. They were asking all kinds of questions and asking to be shown things. If people don't know what they want and don't know what is what, then they need to do they're research ONLINE. Set a time limit NR!

RUDE!!!!Not all like california!!!  The wonderfully rude underage bud tender didnt allow is to look or smell the product.  they dont tell you about about the 30% tax and they hurry you in and out.Nothing at all like Cali!!!!I highly recommend not buying from them.

Want some good advice? Don't do there online ordering. It's pointless. You're still going to wait anyways once you're there. Try Medicine Man on Gnome where there you can 2 8th's for the price you get for one at NR. and when you online order there at MM they actually have someone that does just the online order at the check out desk. Not someone that tells you to go back in line and go wait with the people that didn't online order. And then as you're waiting in the general line the Budtenders at this place tend to take 15 min a customer talking about each other's daily lives. I live a mile from this place and now I completely remember why don't go there and why I'm never going back!

got there at 9:25 waited in line until 9:45 to get inside and then they took literally 10+ mins with two patients. I finally got up to order and as he was getting ready to rake my payment it turned 10:00pm and they literally wouldn't sell to me. Why let people in / take so much time with other patients if you know you won't get to the ones waiting? Super disappointing..as someone who has worked at many dispensaries this was by far one of my worst experiences.

Yes I know and expect there will be lines and some tense people during this time. Front desk service was good and we got in and waited. But in the back wow! We had Noah as our cashier and he was just plain rude. For a dispensary that is next tot the airport he should expect and have patience for customers. He had our license and knew we were first time guest! He was just nasty.  First impression of Denver damn sure didn't start off good!

Stopped in Denver on a long trip and this dispensary was the only 3 minutes up the street from our hotel. Stopped in about 45 mins before closing and had a very great first experience! Destiny helped us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and pointed us to some great options. Would love to visit again in the future. The overall look/style of the interior was also very fun, modern and inviting!

I will never be back to this location, EVER again. I went in and the guy at the front counter scanned my id and let me into the back room. I went to the back room and the guys informed me that since my ID was vertical they could not serve or help me. My first experience was terrible. Will never go to another Native Roots again. I've never heard of a horizontal 21 and over ID but maybe that's new news‍

Our first time in Colorado and our first stop was this dispensary near our hotel. william took care of us and honestly that was an understatement! very knowledgeable on products and helpful to say the least. we will be back!

Probably the best dispensary visit I've had in awhile. Alex was so patient and upbeat. He answered all my questions happily. And I had a lot of questions. Thank you Native Roots, and Alex. You made my trip a delight.

Speedy check-in and service. They had exactly what I went in for at a fair price. Even gave me member pricing since it was my first visit.

While I was happy with what I received, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience because upon returning home and opening up the containers, I discovered that one of the two tins of Mr Moxey's mints which I purchased was completely empty!  The person who waited on me told me that the tins didn't rattle because the mints were sealed inside a plastic bag inside the metal container.  He then made a big production out of putting the sealing sticker on the tins, telling me I needed to keep the seals intact but could put the tins in my shoulder bag once he had them sealed, and I needed to keep them sealed until after I left the premises...now I wonder if that was all done to distract me from the fact that one of them was complete empty.  I spent about $50 on one tin of Mr. Moxey's mints, and all I got was air!

Native roots is by far a ONLY TOURIST stop. Would NEVER recommend it to someone who knows what they want. The service has been beyond terrible every time I've gone. Very disrespectful and not accommodating. They say they close at 10pm and that's a lie. They lock the doors at 9:30pm. They are beyond over priced and would NEVER recommend to anyone. Straight disappointment if you go there. Know your stuff and don't let people scam or overprice or disrespect you.

Way over priced for crappy low grade  product DO NOT GO HERE! I would highly recommend starbuds over this place

Can't visit Colorado without visiting a dispensary. We didn't even buy but we asked for a quick tour and got some stickers. Staff was great!! Happy and helpful! SUPER informative. We enjoyed ourselves hope you did too.

Disappointed!!  Just when you think stoners are "cool".. "easy going" and "chill".... our vendor made us feel awkward for asking questions....then he pretended he never heard of Kratom -the new break through herb that can get anyone off hard core drugs/ and pain meds- and normally exactly the "cannabis" folks are the ones to know about it !! We wanted to know where to buy it... so I guess he wanted to make sure we bought from him and not run off to get Kratom... Oh, and the self made "tip jar" on the way out ,... don't miss that !.

The closest dispensary to the Denver International Airport. A less then 15 minute drive. Located on tower road amongst all the airport hotels. This shop caters to both medical and recreational customers. Can't not pop into a shop on 420 so this spot  being a 2 minute walk from our hotel made it an easy choice. Everyone is shopping today so the wait was about 25 minutes. Tons of specials available this weekend.Jimmy our budtender was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the products he had available.  He set us up with a 99 dollar deal which included a half ounce of flowers and a vape pen with a 500mg cartridge. Staff and security here is super courteous and professional. No question was a stupid  one to be asked. Some places aren't like that.

Visited 2x on my trip to Denver. The people were very nice and helped explain. The prices were not too bad. I was very happy with the products we selected. They had a decent selection and  very close to the airport. Try the drinks!!!

I live in the neighborhood and this is one of the best dispensary's in the area.  They are a little busy  because of airport traffic but the staff is quick and professional. Worth the trip if your in the area

This place was very clean and the bud tender was extremely friendly. The 3 stars was because they were basically out of almost half of what was on their flower menu.

Very classy place. The staff was nice and took their time. The line was long. Everyone is coming straight from the airport but worth the wait. Make sure you have your ID and CASH.

They don't really have many deals when it comes to joints. The dispensaries I've shopped in usually have a 5 joints for $35 or so deals. The edibles are over priced. Even though it's close to where I live, I rather go to other dispensaries with better deals!

Native Roots was my first visit to a dispensary of any kind.   The staff was very nice and knowledgeable from beginning to end of the process.  The great thing about this location is that it's very close to the airport.  Jimmy was my budtender and happily answered the one million questions that I had!  They had quite a few nice 4/20 specials going on when I visited.   This place was very clean, very professional, and had a nice selection of everything.   I have a lot more exploring to do this weekend in Denver but Native Roots definitely got everything off to a great start.

Would give it 5 stars, except for the long wait times.  It's close to the airport, so you'll notice many luggages in hand.  I would suggest adding a single "locals first" line that speeds up the process for those of us who are repeat customers.  There's an order online line, so add it to that and show some pride in your local community.

Although this is presumably targeting travelers due to its Airport location, it is also close to where I live and I have been four times. I am perplexed by any negative reviews because my experiences have been five star. The building is cool looking with plenty of parking. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. While this place is busier than some dispensarys, they have enough associates to get you through quickly without anyone being rushed.

Rudest doorman ever. I came in super excited with my id in hand and let the store representative Joe, know it was my first dispensary experience. He said ok you just need Id (obviously) I told him I'm on layover at the airport and asked if you can bring edibles with you and he said "that's considered drug smuggling and because you just asked that you cannot purchase anything here." What the fuck. I'm not from here, have never been in a situation like this before, and the fact that i drove 20 minutes and a 30$ Uber to go specifically to this dispensary and I can't ask the man a question. Ridiculous. I would never tell anyone to go here.

Being a smoker and having a dispensary next door to your hotel was a match from heaven! I came down for a wedding and was staying next door at the holiday inn. The staff were friendly and very helpful in what I wanted!

IF THE DMV WAS A DISPENSARY IT WOULD BE IDENTICAL TO THIS PLACE. Not their fault that this location is loaded with out of staters who know nothing about marijuana and in state noobs. But it's made worse by the bud tenders who want to nerd out to show their extensive knowledge on the subject...which makes the long lines that this location already has take 100x longer to move!!! It's the longest, slowest moving line I've ever seen at any dispensary. THE WORST DISPENSARY IN DENVER BY FAR!!!

My sister and I landed in Denver at 7:30 am and arrived at the closest dispensary to the airport at 9 am.  It was native roots.  Had to check out what the "buzz" was all about.   I had never been to a legal state before.  I was amazed at the vetting process to hire people to work there.  I'm an hr person so, of course, I ask these type of questions.  Everyone was professional and answered all questions thoroughly - about the hiring process, training process and any other questions I threw at them. The retail room looked like a high end boutique.  I was overwhelmed by all the options.   Our bud tender helped narrow us down to a few products based on how we like to feel.  Worked out great.

Citrus funk is quite funky makes me want to pick up some water colors and paint pictures.i took digital images close a little closer and a little bigger and a little smaller.  Google old gregg. This strain is funkier than old greggs sock.

Was on vacation and this was the closest dispensary from the airport. The wife was very happy with the selection. Lots of great flower and edibles. Make sure to read all the signs in the store to see what deals the are running.

If you are a medical patient do not go here. They sold me a bunch of bone dry garbage- shake, leaves, and stems in their prepacked ounces. It was all fluffy untrimmed, uncured bottom buds. Nearly half the weight was junk then what bud was left was TERRIBLE!HORRIBLE! I was told it was better on the rec side. Apparently another dispensary that cares nothing for medical patients even though they built their business from them. WORST QUALITY EVER from a supposed reputable business.

Native roots is a great place to visit if your in the area of commerce city / DIA. This has to be one of the cleanest dispensary in town. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all your needs. Native roots has a large selections of edibles, pre roll joints, drinks, and of course your choice of flowers to smoke one up.Check them out.

Very nice people with a great selection of products running the whole gamut of tastes. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area who is interested in checking out the somewhat new and bustling dispensary industry out in Colorado...This place was worth a stop in in the way to the slopes for sure!

I've been to a few dispensaries and not only does Native Roots have plenty to choose from but their customer service is ON POINT. Devon was my "budtender" lol I didn't want to take up too much time away from people waiting behind me in line but he assured me that I'm not the first to question the menu and ask all the necessary questions in order to properly decide what I wanted! His customer service is IDEAL. And he offered many suggestions and awesome advice to help me decide too. I definitely suggest this place! They have an atm at their register for your convenience and if you can, see Devon!

I have to say, Native Roots is starting to impress me again. This dispensary is beautiful, brand new and has awesome specials (customer appreciation week) going right now! I've been to the Boulder and Longmont locations but this one particularly has a lot more room in the case of a long wait (took me less than 2 minutes to get back, yay!) and very friendly budtenders- shout out to Devon for helping me find what I need and a great sativa recommendation!!! Will be back again, thank you Native!

Just stopped here on the way from the airport after missing our flight home and this is hands down the best dispensary We have been to! Devon, the bud tender is super helpful  and friendly!! We've been to places in downtown and this is by far the nicest and friendliest :) good prices too and a nice variety!

Ok I'm terrible with names so i am so very sorry!! I went to your location about a week ago and broke down in front of your staff. He is amazing! My father recently past and there has been some bad days. I'm very grateful for the amazing customer service he provided when that moment happened and helped recommend some stuff that would help my anxiety around family. thank you! Again sorry I don't remember your name! If you remember mine I'd feel even worse! I'll try to catch your name next time!!! But if you read this you know who you are! Haha

My wife and I came in yesterday to visit a dispensary for our first time ever in Colorado. We were greeted at the front desk immediately and after a quick identification check we passed through to the back. We had Nydia as our bud tender and let us say, she was great! She was very knowledgeable on all her products and helped us make the best selection based on her experience and honesty. She was attentive, personable and funny. She even recommended some good places for food and dessert for us to visit on our trip. We will definitely recommended this place to anyone that visits Denver.

Been To Dispensaries From California & Las Vegas I'll Must Say Denver, CO's Native Roots Dispensary has one of the best customer service of them all. Perfect ending from a 17hr Drive from California.

I'm confused about the hours of operation. Your info states that you close at 10pm but I was refused at 9:50pm. Did I read wrong?  Do you close at 9:50pm? Why doesn't your info on yelp say 9:50pm?  I can read and write English.  Can you educate me on why this happened? Thank you

They messed up the order due to the budtender misunderstanding what I told her.  She did not open the containers and I left with cartridges that were not what I asked for.  Walked outside, got in the car realized the mistake, went back in, the manager came up to """"help"""" me...and said he couldn't take those back (which I COMPLETELY understand, but this was not my mistake....so that's not my problem) but he said all he could do was give me 20% off what I actually wanted.  When I asked how he thought a 20% discount was fair he respond it was more than fair and a great compromise...(Anyone can get a 20% coupon online...) a compromise would have been 50% off...the right thing would have been to give me the price I paid for the useless cartridges and put that towards what I wanted.   So if the manager sees this.....FUCK YOU and your mom.

Update: came back again while I was in Denver for a day. Still as helpful and clean as last time. See you next time I'm in Denver

With this dispensary being so close to the airport I thought this was going to be a hit out of the park, but everything was out of date. I looked up at the menu and Gabriel said it's out of date. I said ok, should I look online and he said that's out of date as well. He was not rude in any way but I could tell he was tired of telling people about the out dated menu. Then we went to order it was no don't have that, sorry don't have that, nope don't have it. I finally replied and caught him of guard with well what DO you have. He stopped, and smiled. I told him I was sorry but the time comes to just ask what's left. It was only Thursday afternoon after all. I asked him how his day was and he said it's hard to keep telling people the menu is out of date and it showed. I would love to see these people taken care of to make there jobs more effective and efficient to better take care of us. So close to the airport I was disappointed and I have been to many stops. Come on Chad, we can't update that fancy screen on a daily basis? I bet a intern would do it for free.

This is the only dispensary I will go to. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I've had Devon twice and I gotta say the man knows his stuff. He always leads me to the products I would benefit from and explains everything  no matter how many questions I ask. The place is very welcoming and just always has been a great experience.

If I could give you a zero I would. I just bought some concentrates only to come home and find one empty. When I called they said come on in and we will figure it out. Once there, I was called a liar. I have been coming here for over a year and will never return. This place is a joke and will steal from you. Go with caution as you might spend a lot of money and find out you have nothing and they could care less.

Went with my 70yr old Father-In-Law, not only did they hold our hand through the entire experience but they laid out what everything was & the benefits. I appreciate the calm comfy environment and well educated staff...A MUST when visiting

Worst dispensary I've been in. Took a long time for them to check IDs only to get turned down... they make you stand in the cold if you are with a party and "are not 21" although I'm here for my 22nd birthday...

Kick ass dispensary! We had Nydia as our budtender and she was more than happy to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Spent over an hour in there and received nothing but enthusiasm! Can't say enough good things!

I can not believe what happened to me at Native Roots off Tower today. I've been a patient here for about 2 years. I came in and provided my paper card as I always do. I was told it's invalid. This is the same card I've used since I renewed my card in October of 2018. The manager Nick came out from the back and told me it's invalid because the flower and state symbol was not on the card. Admittedly I became upset and even cursed. "Why are you F'ing doing this?" I exclaimed. Nick became agitated as well and told me if I didn't like it I could leave. Ok fine I deserved that statement. Needless to say, I calmed down and began to reprint my card as he requested. I was now quiet. Got nothing nice to say, don't say anything (as I was taught). Nick could not let it go and kept at me. He stated again, even though I was silent, "you need to be calm". I replied with, "dude, I didn't say anything" he then said, "I'm just saying". then he was the one to usher me to the med side. He pulled the flower out of the case and dropped it on the counter. He was obviously upset. After he checked me out, he threw the receipt at me. I asked, "man why can't you let it go?" And again he said, you can leave if you want to." At this point he remained elevated and was baiting me. I left shaking because he kept doing this in the front where other patrons were at. Ok, I'm a med patient and in pain. Being baited and harassed like this is sad. Such low skill with patients. So clearly I will avoid Native Roots on tower. I'm probably gonna go to another company. Every time I go in it's something. Usually it's a 20 minute wait for the med side with no one ahead of me. Just not worth it.

Highest levels on "Top shelf" flower were 20%.. I'm assuming active thc, but could be total thc, flower had little bag appeal. Their top shelf was extremely disappointing. The people were nice and it was clean. Should be more than fine for a tourist smoker, but very disappointing for someone up on game.

This is an ok place to buy recreationals in most respects (good selection, helpful budtenders). What killed it for me and will ensure I won't go back is the long wait. This place is the closest dispensary to DIA. Lots of out of town travelers stop here to stock up for their CO visit. They have never been to a pot shop before and need to have every single last detail described to them about their choices and the different kinds of thc products. I waited over 20min in line while 3 very helpful budtenders handled customers. The average customer transaction was over 10 min. If you're from CO and know what you want, there are far better choices that will let you get in and get out without a long delay.

My associate was not very helpful compared to other associates in this industry. Selection was poor I will go back to Diego Pellicer next time I'm in the area

First time in a dispensary and the bud tender was fine but the quality of the bud is horrible. 20+ years daily user.  In Texas we call this Reggie or schwag. It's honestly sad and very disappointing that the brick weed coming from Mexico is higher quality than a legal state. I spent years dreaming of my first dispensary and this is just depressing. I'm assuming this is a tourist trap probably just buying the lowest quality (cheapest) bud they can find to resell. I would skip this place.

Urrghhh! I really wish I remembered that guy's name. What is his name?! Really, I have only been here once and once was all I needed. Such wonderful customer service by such a cool, laid back guy. This is the only Dispensary by the Airport, which seems like a good idea. I came in with my fiancée and our guy at the counter, was super charming and very helpful and understanding with me, the newbie. I asked a lot dumb questions and no eye rolling! The packaging of the items were also very discreet and super cute. I really enjoyed how organized and well displayed everything was.

Bad customer service. I bought a cartridge, at the register the bud tender told me if it leaks to bring it back and they will replace it. It starts leaking a few days later, before i go in I call the store and ask them if they will replace a leaking cartridge, she says yes too. I go into the store with the leaking cartridge and the receipt and the manager says the best i can do is give you 20% of a new one. This was within 5 days btw. Like wtf? I was told by multiple people I would getting a replacement and you already know that there's problems with the cartridge, but instead of replacing my broken one they just tried to get me to spend more money at their store. What a joke

Maybe I'm a lil biased BUT this cannabis has nothing on Cali bud! It was dry and crispy and gave me a headache. Wanna see a magic trick?! Just take this bud in between your fingers and squeeze....now you have DUST! Cool, right?! NOT really tho....very disappointing. However the people were nice and the prices were cheap (you get what you pay for!

Headed in because my flight got canceled and I was stuck overnight. The lady at the front desk seemed nice, but they wouldn't accept my driver's license because it was out of state. Manager was not accommodating and I left disappointed. I would recommend LivWell up the street to anyone visiting from out of state. Horrible experience overall, I'd recommend updating your training and replacing your manager(working Monday dec 27 around 11 am)

Open till 12? Nope, took an Uber here arrived at 11:15 they were closed. Wish I had called ahead.

So the location is convenient, especially if you are having a long layover it is right by the Airport. The only issue is it will cost you $30 to take a cab, $15 for an Uber. There are some shuttles for hotels you can take but I am not sure if that is allowed. You can pre order online and pick up. There are two different lines when you get there. They have lots of product, flower and edibles. They even have merch you can purchase.The people in there are super cool and the vibe is something else. The workers are knowledgeable.

Very overpriced - drive 10 min further and it won't break the bank.Also I wait in a crazy line here. All the tourists from the airport come and pack the place I've seen the line 20 people long and out the door and then once you get into the dispensary you have to wait in another line just to buy overpriced so so weed? Naa, I'm good on that

We came shopping here and staff was very friendly patient and helpful but also very knowledgeable. Several counters reduce the wait times and enough staff helps too.

This was my first dispensary experience, yet it was so simple! Easy peasy. I was in & out in 5 minutes! Staff was warm & inviting & informative. Super close to Denver International Airport & perfect spot to kill time on a layover. 🤗❤

Honestly the Apple Store of Dispensaries. Bright, vibrant, fun, inviting, clean, and liberating. I’ve never had a bad experience at Native Roots. I’m not exactly an expert at this kind of stuff, but the tenders walk me through it with the expert of Guru’s. “How can we customize your experience” is really no joke. Keep up the good work 👍

I was helped by Helena the last time I was there. She has great customer service skills and is extremely patient. She allowed me to decide what I wanted instead of shoving something down my throat. Great place to buy!
