I gave this dispensary a year, and they still have the same strains on the shelf! Great prices but they lack in indica selection for the concentrate user. Staff is hit or miss

Purchased mountain medicine product that had mole starting to develop.  I have to drive 25+ miles for a refund. I  couldn't send photos. I will take my business elsewhere.

I forgot to leave s review last month. When I came here to shop everyone was so professional. The budz were awesome

Wow, hands down my favorite dispensary! This place has it all, super friendly, excellent prices and a wide variety of options!

I'm a visitor from out of town and I love Colorado and the fact that they have marijuana legalized recreationally! I've been to most dispensaries here and all of them have been very nice and let me in with my passport card. This place didn't. If that's all you have don't bother coming here.

Be prepared to sit and wait forever, every time you come to this dispensary you sit and wait on a couch while you sit and listen to employees goof around. If you have anything to do with your day don't come here.

First time at this location, we came in for the snow day deal. 3 1-gram joints for $15. There was no wait and our service was great. I have no complaints and will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever customer service sucks and they were very racist the white man with the loc was the rudest ever he needs to be fired

Convenient and fast, friendly staff generally. I usually have a positive experience all around. I'm not usually one to complain, but a recent purchase has left me annoyed, especially as I am a very frequent customer (weekly) until this point.I bought two containers of edibles that taste so disgusting, and were ineffective, I am going to throw them away. I understand they can't take a "return" as the nature of the product, but when I take the time to bring the stuff back and explain why I am disappointed, and how hard/dried out the edibles are, despite the crazy amount of individual wrapped plastic; I would just expect a little more of a response than "well you can purchase something else that maybe you'll like better". Maybe I'll just shop somewhere else I'll like better....oh look, Dank dispensary is just down the road.

Don't forget on any of the girls there because most of them go out with the managers if you possibly ask one of these girls out they will report it to their manager and you will be kicked out of the dispensary forever their weed has seeds Thrift and webbed with mites already confronted both managers about this store is shity go elsewhere there's more

I usually really enjoy shopping at lightshade, but my experience today was pretty terrible. I had Anthony as my budtender and if I've ever seen anyone that doesn't want to be working in customer service it's this guy. He had an attitude upon greeting my cousin and I and was not very informative of the products. My cousin had a change of mind after paying him for her flower and decided she wanted a shirt. I was in the waiting area where Anthony had came to after her purchase and another budtender had asked Anthony to come back to help my cousin purchase the shirt. Anthony must've had something better in mind than doing his job because right in front of me and other customers he says "Great, for a fucking T-shirt." As he rolls his eyes and goes to help her. My cousin noticed his attitude and asked him if he was doing ok and he responded with "I'm just not here." And continued with his rude service. We both work in the service industry and most definitely don't plan on returning to an experience like that or a facility that employs people that can't even meet the criteria of their customer service roll. Would not recommend.

This place was a little nicer than the previous place I went to. It was the second dispensary I visited. Had a nice waiting area with a small 12"x12" window to show off their grow area ( the reason I went to this location) Had glass show case with about 8 different strains to choose from. Price was awesome, but flower was DRY. No need for a grinder, just use you thumb and index finger and it all crumbles apart. Ended up buying 3 grams lavender jones, afgani, and golden goat. Paid less than $33 out the door. Can't complain about that. Just wish it was a little sticky and not so freakin dry!

This dispensary literally has no clue about concentrates. I would only come here if I was a rec customer buying buds but I am not that kind of customer so I think I will stay away from this place.

They seriously have the best edibles compared to other green places! I can vouch for this! Try their Coffee and Donuts chocolate edible... you can't even taste the thc content in it and it's sooooo good!!! Plus it does the job!

Great vibe, excellent service, and great bud. Will be returning for more. Best dispensary I've been too so far!

I can honestly say I have always had a great experience at this location the person at the door is always friendly I always look on Leafly or they website before I go so I get what I expect on top shelf tree but it's so many dispensaries here but for me on convenience it's close to home but they prices versus the other place's $35 for they top top shelf sometimes $25 where they have $50/55 1/8ths it be good it's cool they have Kind Love strains just do your own research like I do I be in Weedmaps and Leafly you most definitely will find what your looking for I actually travel past the Montbello location just to shop at this one just to avoid confrontation from the usual terrible customer service there adds 5 minutes to my drive but worth it so just know what your looking for, you want what you want I know I do so price don't be the issue as these will be the places with the specific strains your looking for, I think a lot of time people go into these places with a high expectation and not knowing exactly what they want when I come shop anywhere all I expect is friendly service if I come in my cheerful self and you start to kill that vibe I will steer away to protect my energy lol so that's what I mean by customer service versus the other location and here they usually match my cheerful lol  and as a active yelper I give my fair and honest opinion without bias negativity I look at reviews before shopping for anything when you spend your money you just want to be treated fair with a fair price as consumers

Sunday March 29th at Illif and Buckley location I was scammed twice by the sales person. When I drove back to talk to the manager how I ended up with the wrong change he gave me the same sales person to my car. Again salesman brought me a receipt showing the reciept  different then the cash I gave him. To be ripped twice in one day by same person!The salesman is the best con I have met!!!!Watch your cash... bring only exact change or you will get screwed over by the friendliest con artist salesperson. Low review because I was robbed, scammed and spending time googling to reach only a phone number that you can not reach a live person on any of their numbers. No contact information for such a large company is lacking quality control. Had I not pulled out two fifty dollars and 3 twenties paying out of a bank envelope I would have thought I made a mistake and I did second quess how I ended up with missing a $50 bill. If I had not got the same salesman and when he handed me the Reciept firn $41 and I gave him $61$ I knew he was telling me before the "discount of 40% sale" then giving reciept showing the discount price. He pocketed a total of $30 the first time changing me $50 dollar bill to a twenty. Then second time straight up $20 he kept. Unbelievable!!!

I came too spend money but was turned away because i had a little crack in my ID dont think I will be coming back anymore time for a new Dispensary.

This shop has screwed me at least 4 times. I asked for NOT crumble, was shown some wax, purchased the wax, and got home to open up a package of crumble. Again. I've had this happen no less than 4 times in one year, which is ridiculous. The people here are nice, but obviously incompetent. Never going here again, I'll be finding somewhere else to take my business and I'd recommend everyone else do the same.

They don't accept Valid digital Colorado I.D's. I just turned 21 and waiting to get mine in the mail and came here and got yelled at because they can't "physically touch it" there are other ways to verify it like scanning and the moving flower. I used the Mycolorado app. When I get my physical I.D. I will NEVER come here! Lost a customer!

This was my first experience at a dispensary. I was very impressed at how organized it was and how much informative facts and other information was posted everywhere. I order to enter you must be 21 years and up. Upon entering, you give the lady your ID, and enter the waiting room. It's pretty big, there's a bathroom, and you'll see a board posting all their licenses. You'll also see a window showing their grow room of marijuana plants. They will then call your name and you'll enter the actual room. From there, you'll see everything displayed in glass shelves and you can just tell them what you want and they'll get it for you! Easy peesy! They were absolutely friendly and knowledgeable with us! I'm confused  to why everyone else gave them a low rating on Yelp. They were beyond expectations!

Definitely a unique establishment. I feel everytime I enter a dispensary I am welcomed to a new experience. You are checked in at a desk and wait in this spacious living room until you are cleared to enter a much smaller room to choose from a selection of goods. When you make your order, you then go to yet another window where they have every thing pre-packaged and are then sent on your way. At the end of the day, you do get what you came for! Cool spot.

The absolutely worst dispensary in Denver! Beware! Don't do it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They could care less about there customer base! Stay away!Too many better dispensaries in the area! Take your business else where! Horrible products horrible staff!!! You have been warned!

Been shopping here since day 1. They know how to get me coming back. this is the best spot if you're coming into denver from the east. Trust me, I've made the trip many times, and the location is quickest out of all if you're headed from the east just to shop then turn around. Reliable deals. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Patient. Caring. Always 10/5
