The bud tenders here really have a big heart and are by far some of the more top friendly people and dispensaries in the Denver area. The prices are fantastic, the bud is always fresh, and again they will be more than willing to sit and chat for a while and help out with questions or just general BS if there is enough time, or no other customers/patients. It's also one of my favorite dispensaries due to the fact they open at 8 AM, which makes it one of the better dispensaries to get to if you need a morning pick me up

Worst dispense in downtown Denver. Was in the neighbor hood and wanted to pick up some medication. The sign says "Now Open Until 10 pm" in big letters out front but when I had arrived at 9:30 the lights were off and both doors were locked. After knocking for about 20 minutes an employee "Hunter" came to the door and says sorry we close our doors at 9:50 and proceeds to slam the door in my face. Completely unprofessional and will not be returning. Don't advertise late hours if your employees aren't willing to stay.

Incompetent. Sign on the door says place order by 8pm. I call and they say they stop taking orders at 7pm. Stoners man

They're still open but the kook with the pony tail will tell you their closed. Update your hours and don't waste people's time.

Last visit missing 5 prerolls. This time,  my benefit requested was changed to a different strain. Whatever the issue is with my phone orders. I notice there is one particular bud tender assisting.  It's so ridiculous!Simple transactions come out to the front wrong!I used to respect the service detail. However...The past THREE visits seem to be problematic for NO REASON. Easy orders. Maybe time for a change. Andrew is a great! Consistently delivers accurate information and service.

Only good thing was my bud tender and the trop cookies here are the comparison pics for inline which is why i went to what i recieved wouldnt have driven so far honestly

This establishment is well versed in their medicinal products.  You won't for a minute feel nervous, unwelcomed, or in lack of knowledgeable of the products they carry.    The staff go above and beyond!!  Their budtender that assisted our needs was knowledgeable, professional, and a chill guy when you just got to the point on your needs.   Their selection and partnership with cookies brands and others are superb and above all prices and availability is on point.10/10 for sure!

I Deliver to them professionly, but as an average Joe; I enjoy their weed fair pricing, and a good selection of marijuana related items. It's my go to when I'm in the area

Real friendly staff, solid affordable selection of their stuff, good variety of outsourced stuff as well.

Good quality cannabis. But the staff is a different story, numerous times now awaiting a call back. This time 3 hrs with nothing. You can do like I did and go to 2 different dispensaries before they get around to calling a person back. Just must like money don't see how it's still there. I know I'm not the only 1 this has happened to

The people that work here are radd AF and I recommend anyone staying at the element hotel, and visiting this dispensary every morning for a much needed pick me up and a great personal experience.. just cool folks

Customer Service was great! So much better than the last one. The budtender was very knowledgeable. He knew his products and answered questions thoroughly. He was quick to give recommendations. Such a different experience than Doctors Orders. In fact it was a 100% completely different experience.
